You plan your dive,
you dive your plan.

You never stray
from it, right?

-Always keep an eye on
your air pressure monitor,

And know how much
bottom time you have.

-Your bottom time will
depend on the atmosphere.

In the ocean, every 33
feet is an atmosphere.

-Decompressing too quickly
can give you the bends,

Or even cause your
lungs to burst.

So when you free dive like
the kids were just doing,

Never go too deep.

-Yeah.

Free ascending at great depth
can be really dangerous.

-That's it for

Thinking about those grenades
on the beach yesterday.

close to the surface

I can always free dive it.

coast guard, but...

Finding something
out there

Is pretty tough when you
don't know where to look.

Hope more of those
grenades wash ashore.

[Laughing]

I'm one mile due west
of latigo canyon.

We have an
emergency situation.

Two men, armed
and dangerous,

In a 23 foot sea cat,

A white sea cat heading
north by northeast.

The boat is
full of expl*sives.

Notify the coast guard.

Cody is trapped
down below,

There's a b*mb ready
to go off any second.

I'm on it!

-[Exciting music]

-Mitch, thank god!

-[Grunting]

We're gonna get the

Of some militia group
in northern oregon.

Took the whole group
in for questioning.

intense down there.

-[Both laughing]
