emily elizabeth,

And this is clifford,
my big red dog.

♪ So she chose him
for her own ♪

grow so big ♪

had to leave their home ♪

♪ Clifford'’s the best friend
anyone could know ♪

♪ He'’s the greatest dog ever ♪

♪ Clifford'’s so loyal ♪clifford!

♪ He'’s there when you call ♪

♪ I love clifford,
the big red dog ♪

♪ So they packed up
the family car ♪

♪ And the howards
left the city ♪

♪ They moved to birdwell island
and found many new friends ♪

♪ There to greet
clifford and emily ♪

♪ Clifford'’s so much fun,
he'’s a friend to us all ♪

♪ I love clifford,
the big red dog ♪

[Laughter]

[Woof]

Emily: the great race.

[Blowing]

Clifford!

You cannot move
in freeze tag,
no matter what.

That'’s the rule.

Oops.

Gotcha!

Whoa!

Ugh! Oh!

What do you think
you'’re doing? Ugh!

Can'’t you even say
you'’re sorry?

He can'’t talk,

'’Cause we'’re playing
freeze tag, mac.

Well, that wouldn'’t
be fair.

I mean,
me with my speed

Against the slowest dog
on the island?

[Grunts]

my brand-new collar.

start at the dunes,

Go through town,
then you'’ll jump
over the bleakmans'’ garden,

Run all the way
to the beach,

Pull a wagon
across the sand...

Then make a final
dash across...

Both: the finish line!

Wow! Wow, what are we
waiting for?

Let'’s start training!

Clifford:

[Both grunting]

Just say to yourself,

It'’ll be too soon.

Now we'’ll see
who'’s the winner here.

[Grunting]

Here he comes!

Cleo: yay, t-bone!

He didn'’t win! I did!

Did you see me?

Did you see
how fast I was going?

Sure did.
You almost won!

Mac almost didn'’t
stand a chance.

I mean, I wasn'’t
sure I could do it,

But I really almost won!

You were awesome, t!

Hooray for t!

T-bone'’s the best!

I don'’t get it.

What are you
so happy about?

I'’m the one who won,
you know.

You'’re right, mac.
It was a good race,

Go ahead, mac.

Yeah, uh,

He feels really awful
'’cause he cheated.

a really great race.

Emily: clifford!

It'’s story time!

You want to hear
a speckle story,

Don'’t you?
[Woof woof]

Heh heh! I thought so.

He'’s your favorite.

Today'’s story is
speckle and the old wagon.

One day when speckle
and his friends
were playing,

Speckle saw something
behind a tree.

They gathered sponges
and buckets of soapy water

And went to work.

Now it was time
to paint the wagon.

Ravi wanted
to paint it purple,

But luna wanted pea green.

Reba'’s favorite color
was blue,

And darnell
liked bright red.

[Arguing]

Speckle wanted
everyone to be happy.

So together they painted it
all the colors of the rainbow.

Then off they went
down the grassy hill

In their wonderful
rainbow wagon.

[Laughing]

The end.

That was a great story.

[Ruff]

Emily: tummy trouble.

Emily: ok, clifford. Sit.

Good boy.

He sure loves
his bowser bites,
doesn'’t he?

He could eat '’em
all day.

But today we'’re doing
tricks for treats, clifford.

Ha ha! Good boy.

Good morning, emily!

Good morning,
mrs. Bleakman.

Want to see clifford
do a trick?

He'’s a very
cool dog, you know.

Yes, well,
he'’s a very big dog, anyway.

I just wanted

That mr. B and I
are painting
our fence today.

It was pretty great,

you mammoth-sized mutt!
