(chuckling)

I thought you could use
a little table for outside

your playhouse.

wants her rattle

- But we're playing with it!

super-duper noise maker

to let everyone know
we're coming to save them!

Baby Margaret is sad.

(Margaret giggling)

Now what will we do?

We don't have
a super-duper noise maker.

How will everyone know
that help is on the way?

- I don't know, meow meow.

- Hey! Maybe we can
make another rattle.

- Do you think we can do it?

Mom, we want to
make our own rattle,

like Baby Margaret's!
- That's a great idea!

Let's go to the kitchen
for some supplies!

- Come on!

(Daniel babbling)

- OK, here are
some art supplies.

First we'll need a container.

- Do you see
anything we can use?

How about this?

- Yes, that will work just fine.

- But, it doesn't
sound like a rattle.

- Not yet. Look closely
at Margaret's rattle.

Can you see how it makes
its rattley noise?

(rattling)
(gasping)

- There are beads inside.

And they're bouncing all around!

- The beads make
noise, meow meow!

- So we need beads?

- Or something else that
makes the same kind of noise.

- Something to put inside
the yogurt container

so it will rattle!

- How about rice, meow meow?

It's noisy when you shake it!

- Tiger-tastic!

Let's shake it!

Whoa!
- Oh, no!

- Whoopsie!
- I guess we should

tape the lid so
the rice doesn't fall out.

- Good idea, meow meow.

- I hear the rice
rattling around!

Our super-duper noise maker!

- Wait! I'll make
one too, meow meow!

I can use this bottle...

Oh! And these beans!
- I'll help you

pour the beans in.
- And don't forget the lid!

- It's my super-duper
noise maker!

I can hear the beans
jumping around in there!

I bet they're having fun
jumping all around.

- Hey, do you want to
make believe with me?

Let's make believe

that we're jumping
around in a bouncy world,

just like the beans inside of
our super-duper noise makers!

tape these straws together.

And cut out a star for the top.

Hmm, this is a little tricky.

It's time for school!
Trolley's here to pick up Tigey.

- Mr. Lizard's rrroyally

ready for takeoff!

Where's Teacher Harriet?

- Teacher Harriet
isn't here today!

(throat clearing)

(low voice): Bunny Rabbit!

Now Teacher Bunny Rabbit
says it's snack time.

And because I'm a bunny,
we're eating carrots!

- Nom, nom, nom. So crunchy.

Mm, delicious!

- OK, snacktime is over!

It's time to go home.

- Go up the mountain, Trolley!

- Now go through the tunnel!

OK, now we have
to take Astrid home.

First stop: the Museum-Go-Round.

Miss Elaina's house! But wait!

Where IS the Museum-Go-Round?

- There IS no
Museum-Go-Round, toots!

- We don't have a castle either!

- Or my Tiger house!
Trolley can't take ANYONE home!

(all sighing)
- Mom?!

any toy houses we can play with?

- Hmm, I'm afraid not.

- Oh. We need more
houses to keep playing.

It has all kinds of fun stuff

you can use to
make what you need!

- Squishy cotton balls!

the houses you'll make!

- Time to make my tiger house!

with a scratchy-looking roof.

Can you help me look
for something I can use

to make my house?

bottom part of my house!

my scratchy roof.

It's rrroyally sticky!

so it really stays.

Now I'll just draw on a door

and then a window!

I'm using this round box
for my round Museum-Go-Round!

See? My house is round.

our house has these
up and down things here.

What can I use to make those?

Hmm... Crayons will work!

And tape them like this.

- Ooh. You can use this
paper plate for the roof.

It's round, too.
- Good thinking, toots!

- Boop-she-boop-
she-tape-she-boo.

- Yep. It looks like
my house, alright.

- We do! We make them
right in this room.

Would you like to see?

What's this?

- These are bigatures. Do you
know why we call them bigatures?

- Why?
- Because they're bigger

than our little people
so that we can show

how the animations work.

Right now you're
making the gears move.

- Oh!

I am.

- This piece
is made out of wood.

It's called a covered bridge.

- This wood feels really soft.
- It's a special

model-building wood.
- Hmm.

- And this piece is cardboard

and as a matter of fact,
I'm just finishing this up.

Would you like to help me?
- Mm-hmm!

- Now the model is ready
to go out on the display.

Would you like to
help me do that too?

- Mm-hmm.

- I think we'll
put it right here.
