[kids chanting] Wonder Pets! Wonder Pets!

We're on our way

to help a friend and save the day.

We're not too big, and we're not too tough,

but when we work together, we've got the right stuff!

Gooooo, Wonder Pets!

Yay!

[bell ringing]

[teacher] Time to go home.

[kid] See you, Linny.

Dad, I went down the slide today.

[man] That's great.

[kid] Bye, Tuck.

See you tomorrow, Ming-Ming.

[door clicks]

[jingling]

[spirited music]

♪ The phone.

♪ The phone is ringing. ♪

♪ The phone.

♪ We'll be right there.

♪ The phone.

♪ The phone is ringing.

♪ There's an animal in trouble. ♪

♪ There's an animal in twouble. ♪

♪ There's an animal in trouble somewhere. ♪

[grunts]

[camel mewing]

♪ It's a baby camel

♪ lost in the desert.

♪ What's a desert?

♪ A desert is land

♪ that's covered with sand. ♪

Like the beach?

Yes, but without the water,

and it's really hot.

Look.

[mewing]

[Tuck] That camel sure looks lost.

He needs to get to his home at the oasis.

♪ What's an oasis?

♪ An oasis

♪ is the most pleasant of places. ♪

♪ There's water, plants, and a tree there. ♪

♪ The camel wants to be there. ♪

♪ But he's lost in the... ♪

[all] ♪ Sandy desert.

♪ A baby camel lost in the desert. ♪

♪ This is se-wious.

♪ We have to help him. ♪

♪ Let's save the camel.

[all] ♪ Let's save the camel.

♪ Let's save the camel.

Whee!

We're dressed like ancient Egyptians.

[all giggling]

♪ Linny.

♪ Tuck.

♪ And Ming-Ming too.

[all] ♪ We're Wonder Pets, and we'll help you. ♪

I got the sail.

Good work, Ming-Ming.

Linny, I can't hold the sail and fly at the same time.

Maybe you can slide down that ruler.

Yeah; thanks, Tuck, old pal.

Whee!

♪ One sail, special delivery. ♪

♪ What's gonna work?

[all] ♪ Teamwork.

♪ What's gonna work?

Oooh.

Cool.

I'm going to bring this map, Wonder Pets.

A map?Uh-huh.

♪ A map will show us the way to the oasis. ♪

Gweat idea.

Now hop in the Flyboat, Wonder Pets.

We've got a baby camel to save.

We are coming to save you, baby camel,

in ancient Egypt.

[all] Whee!

[all] ♪ Wonder Pets! Wonder Pets! ♪

♪ We're on our way

♪ to help a baby camel and save the day. ♪

♪ We're not too big.

♪ And we're not too tough.

[all] ♪ But when we work together,

♪ we've got the right stuff.

Go, Wonder Pets! Yay!

[Linny] We're in ancient Egypt.

[Tuck] Talk about sunny days.

[Ming-Ming] And there's a whole lot of...

[all] ♪ Sand.

[Tuck] I see camel tracks.

[Linny] Good eye, Tuck.

♪ If we follow them, maybe... ♪

♪ They will lead to the baby... ♪

[all] ♪ Camel.

[Linny] Hang on, Wonder Pets.

[all] Whee!

Yay!Whoa!

Let's put on these special hats

to protect us from the sun.

Thanks.

We look good.

[camel brays]

[Tuck] Greetings, baby camel.

[Ming-Ming] ♪ We have come to take you home ♪

♪ to your oasis.

♪ The most pleasant of places. ♪

♪ There's water, plants, and a tree there. ♪

[Tuck] ♪ The camel wants to be there. ♪

Which way do we go, Linny?

Let's take a look at this map and find out.

[all] ♪ The map that shows the way to the oasis. ♪

[Linny] We're here at the baby camel,

and we need to get here to the oasis.

[Ming-Ming] How will we travel so far?

[Tuck] We can't put the camel on the Flyboat.

[camel mews]

I think the baby camel

wants to carry us on his back.

[camel mews]

Okay, if you say so, baby camel.

[camel mews]

[all] Whoa.

[Ming-Ming] You are one stwong baby.

[Linny] Now, according to our map,

we have to pass this statue called the Sphinx.

[Tuck] Is that the Sphinx, Linny?

[Linny] Good eye, Tuck.

That's the Sphinx all right.

[camel mews]

Linny, the camel is licking his lips.

That means he's thirsty.

Camels can go a long time without water,

but sooner or later, they get thirsty,

like anyone else.

We better get you to your oasis fast, baby camel.

So you can get a little drinky.

[camel mews]

[Linny] It's the Sphinx, Wonder Pets.

It has the head of man on the body of a lion.

Nobody's perfect.

[Tuck] It's beautiful.

[Ming-Ming] So where do we go now?

[Linny] We better check...

[all] ♪ The map to find the way to the oasis. ♪

[Linny] We're here,

and the oasis is here,

so the next stop is--

[gasps]-- the pyramid.

Let's go, baby camel.

To the pyramid!

[Tuck] That is one big triangle.

[Linny] It's the pyramid,

Wonder Pets.

And according to our map,

the oasis is on the other side of this pyramid.

[camel mews]

He's thirsty, Linny.

We better hurry, Wonder Pets.

We'll never get past those stone blocks.

[Ming-Ming] Dwats.

[Linny] But look; the pyramid has steps.

Maybe we can climb over the pyramid.

Are you up for some climbing, baby camel?

[camel mews]

[Tuck] ♪ Climbing up the pyramid. ♪

[all] ♪ Climb, climb, climb.

♪ Climbing up the pyramid. ♪

[all] ♪ I hope we make it in time.

[Linny] We're at the top.

And look.

♪ The oasis.

♪ It is the most pleasant of places. ♪

[camel mews]

[Tuck] Uh-oh.

There aren't any steps on this side.

The builders must have finished this side already.

[camel mews]

[Ming-Ming] The baby camel is weally thirsty.

[Linny] We have to think of another way

to get him down, Wonder Pets.

And fast.

I have an idea.

What?What?

I forgot.

Oh.Oh.

I remember.

We could slide down the pyramid.

[both] Slide?

Yes,

just like I slid down the ruler in the classroom.

Great idea, Ming-Ming.

[Tuck] Worth the wait.

Baby camel, would you like to slide down to the oasis?

[camel mews]

[Tuck] He's scared, Linny.

And he's thirsty.

♪ This is se-wious.

We'll have to help the camel slide down, Wonder Pets,

as a team.

It's going to be okay, baby camel.

We'll do it together.

[camel mews]

♪ Linny.

♪ Tuck.

♪ And Ming-Ming too.

[all] ♪ We're Wonder Pets, and we'll help you. ♪

[Linny] Let's slide.

[camel mews]

[Linny] ♪ What's gonna work?

[all] ♪ Teamwork.

♪ What's gonna work?

[all] ♪ Teamwork.

Whee!

[camel mews]

[all] ♪ The oasis.

[Tuck] Drink up, baby camel.

[Ming-Ming] I, too, could use some refreshment.

[camels mewing]

Thank you, Wonder Pets.

You found my baby.

You are wonderful.

[Linny] You're welcome, papa camel.

This calls for some celery.

Celewy goes gweat with water.

Well, Wonder Pets, our work here is done.

To the Flyboat?

To the Flyboat.

[Tuck] Bye, camels.

[camels mew]

[all] ♪ Wonder Pets! Wonder Pets! ♪

♪ We found a way

♪ to help a baby camel and save the day. ♪

♪ We're not too big.

♪ And we're not too tough.

[all] ♪ But when we work together,

[cheering]

[Egyptian music]

[woman] Ooh, I love the colors.

[kid] Bye, Linny.

[jingling]

[gasps]

♪ It's a bunch of ants at a picnic. ♪

Again?

Hold on, ants.

It's a good thing we have can waiting.

We can get two calls at the same time.

[jingling]

♪ Wonder Pets, how can we help you? ♪

[ants squeaking]

It's another group of ants at the same picnic.

Look.

[squeaking]

[squeaking]

[Linny] Both groups of ants want the same fruit.

[angry squeaking]

Uh-oh.

♪ It looks like the ants

♪ might get into a fight.

♪ A fight?

♪ A fight?

♪ I think you're right.

♪ Two groups of ants about to fight. ♪

♪ This is se-wious.

♪ We have to stop them.

♪ Let's save the ants.

[Ming-Ming and Tuck] ♪ Let's save the ants.

[all] ♪ Let's save the ants.

Whee.

Hey, we're bugs.

[giggling]

♪ Linny.

♪ Tuck.

♪ And Ming-Ming too.

[all] ♪ We're Wonder Pets, and we'll help you. ♪

Ooh.

These red wheels are pwetty.

But I'm already putting on the old blue wheels.

I'm seeing that, Tuck.

But let's use the red wheels today.

♪ Blue wheels.

♪ Red wheels.

[whistles]

I have an idea, Wonder Pets.

♪ Let's put 'em all together, ♪

♪ some of those with some of these, ♪

♪ and that will please everybody. ♪

We've got some ants to save.

[Linny] Look, Wonder Pets.

It's a park.

[Ming-Ming] Oh, dear.

What's wrong, Ming-Ming?

Nothing's wrong.

I see some deer; look.

[Linny] There's the picnic blanket, Wonder Pets.

Let's land.

[Tuck] ♪ Where are the ants?

♪ I don't see them.

♪ Where are the ants?

♪ Maybe they've gone.

Wonder Pets.

♪ Ant are little; ants are small. ♪

♪ We must get close to see them at all. ♪

[all] ♪ There are the ants.

♪ We are lawn ants,

♪ big and strong ants.

♪ We are lawn ants.

♪ We want that fruit.

[squeaking]

Those lawn ants sure want that fruit.

Uh-huh.

♪ We are wood ants,

♪ proud and good ants.

♪ We are wood ants.

♪ We want that fruit.

[squeaking]

And those wood ants seem pretty hungry too.

Ready, lawn ants?

[squeaking]

Ready, wood ants?

[squeaking]

[queens] Charge!

[squeaking]

The ants are heading right for each other.

♪ What are we gonna do?

[whistles]

That sure comes in handy.

[squeaking]

♪ We are the Wonder Pets. ♪

♪ And who are you?

♪ I am queen of the lawn ants. ♪

Hello, Your Highness.

She is one big ant.

The queens are the biggest, Ming-Ming.

They're the leaders.

♪ I am queen of the wood ants. ♪

Charmed, Your Majesty.

Why are you ants about to fight?

♪ We love fruit,

♪ and we'll fight till it's ours. ♪

♪ We love it when it's sweet,

♪ and we love it when it's sour. ♪

♪ Wood ants love fruit.

[squeaking]

♪ You love fruit?

♪ Well, we love it more.

♪ And since we're ants, we can't buy it in a store. ♪

♪ Lawn ants love fruit.

[squeaking]

♪ We love it more.

♪ We love it more.

Okay, fine; we get it.

You love fwuit.

But you don't have to fight about it.

There's enough fwuit for everyone.

Yeah, there must be

♪ a better way.

[queens] ♪ A better way?

Well, what is it, then?

I know.

The wood ants can have the bananas and the pears.

Yeah, and the lawn ants can have the apples and the plums.

Great idea.

That way, both groups of ants get some fruit.

What do you say, O ant queens?

[angry squeaking]

We say no.

And we say no.

[all] No?

We want all the fruit.

We want all the fruit.

[trumpet flourish]

[queens] Charge!

[Ming-Ming and Tuck] ♪ The ants are gonna fight.

♪ I'm afraid you're right.

♪ This is se-wious.

[whistles]

Please don't fight.

Yeah, there has to be

♪ a better way.

But what is it?

♪ We don't have all day. ♪

I know.

We can take the fruits, and...

♪ Put 'em all together,

♪ some of those with some of these. ♪

♪ And that will please everybody. ♪

Yeah, we can mix the fruit.

Just like we mixed

the wheels together on the Flyboat.

Why would we mix the fruits together?

They don't belong together.

They do.

♪ If you're making fruit salad. ♪

[both] Fruit salad?

♪ That's salad made of fruit.

♪ Sounds very fruity.

♪ How root-a-toot-a-tooty.

♪ When you eat it, you will say "yummy." ♪

♪ Tasty.

♪ Wow.

♪ We want fruit salad.

♪ I gotta have fruit salad.

[all] ♪ Give us fruit salad now.

Great, then let's make it.

Lawn ants, wood ants,

you cut the fruit into little pieces

and then put it in a bowl.

And do it together.

♪ Linny.

♪ Tuck.

♪ And Ming-Ming too.

[all] ♪ We're Wonder Pets, and we'll help you. ♪

♪ What's gonna work?

[all] ♪ Teamwork.

[Linny] ♪ What's gonna work?

[musical flourish]

Who knew?

Now what do we do?

Now you eat it.

[all] Yay!

Mmm.

You know, we should do this more often.

Will you come over to our hill?

That would be splendid.

They're sharing.

Yes, that's the magic of fruit salad.

And working together.
