This is my sister, Alicia.

We're animal rescuers.

This is my friend, Baby Jaguar.

[ meows]

And when it's a super hot day like today,

we cool off in our pond!

Do you like to play in the water?

We love to play in the water!

[ faint distress call]

Uh-oh, that sounds like an animal in trouble, Diego!

Come on, amigos!

Let's go see what animal needs our help!

We need our special camera, Click

to find out what animal is in trouble!

Say, "Click"!

♪ I can see and hear the animal in trouble ♪

Hi, I'm Click the camera.

We need to find the animal in trouble.

The animal in trouble is a reptile

and it sounds like this:

REPTILE: Swoosh! Swoosh!

Let's zoom through the forest

and listen for the reptile that goes...

REPTILE: Swoosh! Swoosh!

[ howling]

CLICK: Does this sound like the animal in trouble?

No!

That's not a reptile, it's a maned wolf.

[ snapping]

Does this sound like the animal in trouble?

No!

It's a reptile, but this reptile is a crocodile.

Remember, the animal we're looking for sounds like this:

REPTILE: Swoosh! Swoosh!

Swoosh! Swoosh!

CLICK: Does thissound like the animal in trouble?

Yes, that's it!

The animal in trouble is a type of snake.

It's an anaconda!

Can you say, "anaconda"?

Great!

To take a picture of the anaconda say, "Click"!

Got it!

Now, you tell Diego and Alicia

the animal in trouble is an anaconda.

What animal is in trouble?

An anaconda?!

I love anacondas!

They're my favorite type of snake!

DIEGO: Hey, that's Ana the anaconda!

Anacondas are the largest snakes in the rain forest!

But Ana is just a little anaconda.

Quick, let's see what else we can find out about anacondas!

Look how huge it is!

An anaconda is even bigger than a grown-up!

They're also green with spots!

What color are the spots?

Black, right!

And anacondas love to swim in the water.

Anacondas are great swimmers!

To find out why Ana the anaconda is in trouble,

we've got to see more of the picture.

We can do that if Click zooms out.

Say, "zoom"!

Oh, no!

The river is drying out!

Anacondas need water or else they get too hot!

And Ana the anaconda is all alone;

she must have gotten separated from all her friends!

Ayúdenme! Ayúdenme!

Swoosh! Swoosh!

We need to find Ana the anaconda

and bring her to the water

where all her friends are!

Will you help me find the anaconda?

Great!

And I'll go look for her friends.

They should be in lots of water!

Great idea, Alicia!

Come on, amigos!

Look, there's the river that ran out of water!

In the rain forest there's the rainy season and the dry season.

Now it's the dry season,

so there isn't enough rain to fill this river.

Swoosh! Swoosh!

I hear Ana the anaconda, but I don't see her.

Let's think like scientists.

We can look for Ana the anaconda if we follow her snake trail.

Do you see a snake trail?

Where is it?

There it is!

Come on, let's follow the snake trail!

Uh-oh, now there are two trails.

Which one is the snake trail?

Right, that's the snake trail!

That's a lizard trail!

Hi, lizard!

This lizard likes the dry weather.

Let's keep following the anaconda trail.

Uh-oh, now there are three trails!

Which one is the anaconda trail?

There it is!

More lizards!

But we've got to find Ana the anaconda.

Anacondas need water!

Let's go!

ANA: Ayúdenme! Ayúdenme!

Swoosh! Swoosh!

Hey, I hear Ana the anaconda!

We've got to look for her!

Anacondas are green.

What color are their spots?

Black, right!

The anaconda trail ends up there, so Ana must be close by.

Swoosh! Swoosh!

Do you see anything that's green with black spots?

There she is!

There's Ana the anaconda!

Thanks for helping me find her!

Hace mucho calor, Diego!

Ana is very hot because the river dried out.

She hasn't been in the water for a very long time.

But I have something that will make Ana feel better.

Let's call my sister, Alicia,

and let her know we found Ana!

Alicia, we found Ana the anaconda!

But you need to find a new river quick!

We've got to find a place for Ana to cool down.

Anacondas can slither and slide their way into small holes.

Diego, look what I found.

Lots of other anacondas!

Those are Ana's friends!

Where are you, Alicia?

The anacondas found this new river in the rainforest

with lots and lots of water.

But they're very worried about Ana.

She must be so hot!

Tell Ana's friends not to worry.

We're on our way!

Great, Diego!

But hurry, she needs to get to water soon!

Let's go, amigos!

Let's get Ana to the new river and her friends!

Whoa!

Hace mucho calor, Diego.

to keep Ana out of the sun?

But we've got to keep going.

You're great at speaking Spanish!

We've got to get to the river

where Ana's friends and Alicia are!

Do you see the river?

There it is!

We've got to get to that river.

It's right across the bridge!

Come on!

BOTH: Whoa!

This bridge is all wobbly!

VOICES: Bobos, Bobos!

Bobos, Bobos!

That sounds like the Bobo Brothers.

Those silly monkeys are always causing trouble!

Do you see the monkeys?

[ monkeys tittering]

There they are!

And they're jumping up and down!

[ exclaiming]

Whoops!

Sorry!

Oh, no, the Bobos broke the bridge!

Diego, yo puedo apretar el puente!

Sí, Ana.

Ana can try to squeeze the bridge together!

Anaconda's are really good at squeezing.

[ straining]

Ana needs our help.

Are you strong?

Are you reallystrong like an anaconda?

Great!

Help Ana squeeze the bridge together.

Put your hands around your body and... squeeze!

Squeeze harder!

Squeeze!

There's no more hole on the bridge!

You're great at squeezing like an anaconda!

Anda, Ana!

Let's go to the river, amigos!

We made it to the river!

Ahh...

Ana is happy to be in the water,

Diego needs something that can help him float down the river.

so we can be safe!

Let's float down this river and find Ana's friends!

We can use my spotting scope

to help us find the anaconda friends.

Make a spotting scope with your hands

to look for the anaconda friends!

The anacondas are with Alicia.

Ana, your friends are just up ahead!

We've got to help Ana swim to her friends.
