Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!

"Great and Grumpy Holiday."

♪♪ [guitar]

Oh, howdy, folks.

I'm Snowman Willie,

and it's the holiday season

here in Wuzzleburg.

All the townsfolk

are mighty busy

making their

holiday decorations.

Chef Fritz

is making something sweet.

Madame Zabinga

is making something

kind of fancy-dancy.

Walden is making something

out of this world.

Widget is tinkering

with some twinkle lights.

And Daizy is making some of

her blooming begonia bows.

And Wubbzy is making

a very special star

for the top of the tree.

When everybody's ready,

they all gather around

to decorate the tree

in Wuzzleburg Square.

[both gasp]

[both gasp]

[all gasp]

Wow, wow, wow!

Where'd our tree go?

Hmm? I believe our friends

the beavers have been here.

[both laughing]

Oh, no!

What are we going to do?

We have all these decorations

and no tree to put them on.

Maybe we can

find another tree.

Where can we ever find one

as nice as the one we had?

Hmm? Mount Zubbabubba

seems like

the best place to look.

That's a great idea,

Walden.

[all]

To the WubbMobile!

[beeping]

Activate the WubbSled.

So Wubbzy and his friends

went up Mount Zubbabubba

in search of the nicest,

most holidayest tree of all.

Hey, this tree would look great

in Wuzzleburg Square.

It sure would,

little buddy.

We'll have that tree down

in no time.

[chirping]

Lavender lollipops!

You can't cut down

this tree.

There's somebody

living in it.

That's okay.

This tree looks good.

Let's take this one

back to Wuzzleburg.

Huh?

[chittering]

Oh, no.

There's a family of squirrels

living here.

I guess I'll have

to keep looking.

Too wide.

Too skinny.

Oh, good grief.

I'll never find a tree

for Wuzzleburg Square.

Wow, this looks like

the perfect tree!

Hello, anybody home?

All right!

Choo! Choo!

Hey, what's that?

Choo! Choo! All aboard!

Wow, wow, wow!

What are you doing here?

Get off of my property.

But, sir,

we're looking for

a Christmas tree

for Wuzzleburg.

And you have

the perfect one right here.

You ain't getting no tree

off of my property.

Now skedaddle!

Uh... say,

that's a really

nice train.

Git, git, git!

[screaming]

I wonder if Wubbzy

found a tree yet?

[screaming]

There's a mean old man

chasing me!

Great galloping grouches!

It's Old Man Grumpus!

Git on outta here!

And don't come back,

neither!

I ain't having no kids

up here in the woods

messing with my--

"Ooh, we're looking

for a Christmas tree."

Don't expect me to help you

celebrate no holidays.

What have them holidays

ever done for me?

I bet you're wondering

why Old Man Grumpus

was so grumpy.

Well, it all started

back when he was

just a little Grumpus.

Happy Holidays,

Little Grumpus.

Is it a train?

I've always wanted a train.

Oh, something even better.

Long underwear.

Aw.

Happy Holidays, Grumpus.

Is it a train?

Something better.

Underwear.

Happy Holidays.

Train?

Better.

Underwear.

Underwear! Underwear!

Yep.

Every year

Grumpus wanted a train.

And every year he got--

Underwear!

And that's why Grumpus

hates the holidays.

It's never been

nothing but underwear.

Now Wubbzy was sad

that they couldn't

bring back a tree to decorate.

But he was even sadder

that Old Man Grumpus

was all alone

on Mount Zubbabubba

during the holidays.

I have an idea.

If we can't bring the tree

down to Wuzzleburg,

maybe we can bring

the decorations up to the tree.

Oh, good thinking, Wubbster.

That will make

Old Man Grumpus less grumpy.

Yes, yes, yes.

Maybe he'd enjoy

the holidays for once.

And if we decorate the tree,

we can put

a present under it.

I know just the thing.

[paper rustling]

[Widget]

There. It's done.

Oh, boy!

I can't wait

till Mr. Grumpus sees this!

So the good townsfolk

of Wuzzleburg

went up Mount Zubbabubba

to decorate

Old Man Grumpus' tree.

I hope Mr. Grumpus

likes his present.

Mr. Grumpus?

Mr. Grumpus!

You again?

I thought I told you--

But look, Mr. Grumpus,

we decorated your tree.

What in tarnation?

Isn't it beautiful?

How many times

do I have to tell you!

Stay away from here!

Aah!

[all screaming]

All y'all

git, git, git!

Huh. And I don't want

no decorations

on my tree, neither.

Heh. Guess that'll show 'em.

Huh?

What's that?

Now old Grumpus was almost

afraid to open that present,

'cause he expected to find

a box of long underwear,

just like every other year.

It's a train!

A genuine

choo-choo train!

Oh, this is

the nicest thing

that anyone

has ever done for me.

Grumpus felt mighty bad

about how he had treated

the fine folks of Wuzzleburg.

But then he got an idea

of how he could

make things right.

I've got an idea

of how to make things right.

Now we have no tree,

and no decoration, either.

I'm sorry, everybody.

I thought for sure

once Mr. Grumpus saw

that beautiful tree,

he'd join our celebration.

[train horn blows]

Choo, choo, choo!

[Wubbzy]

It's Mr. Grumpus!

[Daizy]

And he's brought the tree!

[cheering]

Choo! Choo!

If y'all can forgive

an old grump like me,

I'd like to join

your celebrating.

Sure! We're just happy

you're here!

And I brought presents

for everyone.

[cheering]

Choo! Choo!

All aboard

the Grumpus Express!

[horn blows]

[cheering]

And from that day on,

Old Man Grumpus

wasn't grumpy anymore.
