Whenever I cuddle my cat,

All the things work for a while
and then I feel the anger
rising up all over again!

I've found a great
story on hoobnet
which might just
give you an idea.

- [Narrator] Camilla
was the youngest camel
in Ahmed's camel train.
Every morning she
got really angry
because Ahmed always
put her at the back
of his line of camels.
Behind all her big
brothers and sisters.
- It's not fair.
- [Narrator] Grumbled, Camilla.
- My brothers and
sisters get nice things
to carry on their backs.
Silk, perfume,
spices and silver.
All I ever get is your
bundle of dirty washing.
- You're the
youngest little one.
- [Narrator] Ahmed told her.

Camilla took the hump
and stomped off in
a terrible temper.

She stomped so far that
she stopped being angry.
And when she
stopped being angry,
she felt lonely and thirsty.
Camilla found herself
by a water hole.
She sobbed and sobbed,
until she fell asleep.
When she woke up,
the first thing she
heard was Ahmed's voice.
He was leading his camel
train to the watering hole.
- Ahmed!
- [Narrator] Camilla cried.
- I'm so pleased to see you.
- We are very pleased to
see you too, little one.
- [Narrator] He said.
Camilla's brothers and
sisters stared in surprise
as she trotted happily to
the back of the camel train
with a bundle of dirty
washing on her back.
- [Together] What's
happened to you?
- [Narrator] They all asked.
- [Together] Why
aren't you angry?
- [Narrator] Camilla
smiled and said.
- I found something else to do
instead of losing my temper.
I went for a long walk and
I walked off my bad mood.
Now I'm happy to be back
here where I belong.
- Oh.

- No.
Take a nice long walk.

- Now Hoobs, yesterday I got

- Well you see, I bought a
cake in a box from this shop.
But when I got home
the box was empty.

I had no cake for my tea.

- Well Iver, instead
of losing my temper
I decided to do something else.
I wrote a letter.

A letter of complaint
to the shop manager.
I'll read you what I wrote.
(clearing throat)
Dear Sir,
yesterday I bought a
cake from your shop.
Imagine how upset
I was when got home
and found that
the box was empty.
I've had no cake for my tea.

I gave the letter
to the shop manager
and guess what happened.

- Well Tula, he gave me all
these fantabby hooby cakes.
Oh, I'm so glad I thought

instead of losing my temper.

- What can Tula do instead
of losing her temper?
- It all started
when Tula realized
that Groove had moved
her hooby bits box.
- I was so angry
but I had to find a way of
not getting cross with Groove.
First, I found out that
when gorillas feel angry,
they grunt and thump.
So I tried that but it
didn't work for long.
- Tiddly peeps stroke a
pet when they're angry
and that calms them down.
- [Tula] We didn't have a pet.
- [Iver] So Tula stroked me.
- [Tula] But as soon
as I saw Groove again,
I felt angry.
- [Iver] Then we had a story
which suggested that you
should go for a long walk.
- I went for a long walk,
that stopped me from
feeling angry for a while.
- But not for long enough.
- [Tula] Roma suggested that
you should write a letter
when you're angry.
I tried that.
But as soon as I saw Groove,
I felt like losing my temper.
- [Iver] Then the
tiddly peeps said,
that the best thing to
do when you're angry
is to talk about it.
- So I came back and
talked to Groove.
He told me why he'd moved my box
and I realized that I should
never have felt angry at all.
- [Together] Hoob hoob hurray!
- And so it's thanks once
again to Iver, Tula, Grove,
and Roma for giving Hoobs
everywhere a little peep
into the world of peeps.
