I'm Hubba Hubba talking

to you from Hoobland,

and I'm about to send

four of my favorite Hoobs

down to Earth to find

out all about you

for my great "Hoobopaedia."

Here they come!

(signal warbling)

the rappa-tappatry (laughs).

- Oh, I love the Hooby Jiggle.

(gasps) I haven't

done it in ages.

- Oh, it reminds me of Hoobland.

Remember when we first

learned to do it?

- Oh, yes.

- I wonder if the Tiddlypeeps

- Oh, I wouldn't think so.

Only Hoobs know how to

Hooby Jiggle (laughs).

- Yeah, but maybe Peeps

have a dance they learn

that would fit our

Hooby Jiggle music.

- Wouldn't that be hoobacious?

- Yeah.

- Then we'd have two dances

we could do to our

Hooby Jiggle music.

- So is there a Peep dance

that would fit our

Hooby Jiggle music?

- Hubba Hubba.

- Yeah,

we've hit the question!

- Is there a Peep dance

that would fit our

Hooby Jiggle music?

That is a hoobledoobledooper

question, Iver.

- Oh, thank you, Hubba Hubba.

- I'll email Roma to ask

her to find out what she can

about Peep dances,

but first of all,

let's key in dancing and see

if I can find anything at all

on Hoobnet to start you off.

Ah, aha, take a look at this.

(signal warbling)

(upbeat music)

Oh, round and round and

round in another circle,

and back and forth!

Oh, it makes me want to get

really hoobygrooving! (laughs)

Look, two peeps dancing

together, how lovely!

Oh, that's charming,

and look at those

beautiful colored frocks.

Oh, they know a thing or two

about dancing, these Peeps.

(signal warbling)

- Hoobygalooby!

- My favorite was

the one at the end

with all those

high kicks and yoo!

- Ah!

- Ha, impressive!

High kicks!

- Ah, two there.

- Well, come on, you two!

Hmm, ha!

- Um, er.

- Well, I'm not sure.

- Oh.

- Maybe the music will help.

- Music.

(Tula humming)

Oh.

- Mm!

- Yes, yes.

- Here goes,

and one, two.

- One, oh!

(Tula laughs)

Oh! (laughs)

- (grunts) Oh!

(Groove thuds)

- Oh, too much, oh, too much!

Oh, stop, please,

stop, stop, stop!

It doesn't really work with the

Hooby Jiggle music, does it?

- (gasps) Besides,

Iver and I can't do it,

and the whole point of

the Hooby Jiggle dance

is we all do it together.

- Oh, I suppose you're right.

I did like it, though.

- [Computer] Hubba

Hubba, Hubba Hubba.

- Hello.

- Ha, ha!

- Here's Hubba Hubba!

- Yeah!

- Ha, ah!

Hoopledoop, Hoobs,

how's it going?

I did enjoy that, way-hey!

Up, up!

- I liked it too, Hubba Hubba.

But it didn't fit our

Hooby Jiggle music.

- Yeah, and we couldn't do it.

- Well, I know what might help.

- [All] What?

♪ What, what, what ♪

♪ What ♪

- A trip to the Tiddlypeeps.

They'll know a

good dance to try.

- Hoobacious idea,

Hubba Hubba, I'll go!

- And I'll drive!

- And I'll just give

my rappa tappa plants

another little rappity

tap as we drive along.

(cheerful music)

- Seatbelt?

- Seatbelt!

- [Both] We're off to

- Ah, now, do you know

anything about dancing?

- Well, we know about ballet.

- Ah.

- We'll show you some

if you like.

- Oh, yes, please.

That would be lovely.

Groove!

- Yeah?

- Iver!

- Hmm?

- The Tiddlypeeps are going to

show us some ballet dancing.

- Huh.

- Ballet.

(whimsical music)

- You are so clever!

- You just need to be

light and graceful.

- I'll remember that.

- And you need to wear a tutu.

- What's a tutu?

- It's a special skirt

like the one I've got on.

All ballet dancers wear them.

- Groove, Iver,

did you hear that?

- Yeah.

- All ballet dancers

wear tutus.

- Tutus.

- Yeah.

- Quick,

order some from Hoobnet.

We're going to need them

when we try ballet dancing.

Well, Tiddlypeeps,

thank you so much.

You've been really helpful.

I'd better get back

to the Hoobmobile now

so we can start ballet

dancing straightaway.

Hoobletoodledoo!

- [Both] Hoobletoodledoo!

(upbeat music)

- Oh, Iver, you

look hoobygroovy.

I love your tutu.

- Oh, er, thank you, Groove.

Um, I love yours, too.

- Oh, yeah (chuckles).

- (gasps) You two

look fantabihooby.

- [Iver And Groove] So do you.

- Right, can you

remember what to do?

- Uh, uh--

- Erm.

- You run round in a circle

and keep it really

light and graceful.

You have really floaty arms,

and then you go up

on your tippytoes.

- Oh.

- Yeah, right, yeah.

- Oh!

- Oh!

- Sorry!

- Let's try it

with the Hooby Jiggle music

and see if you can do it.

- Okay.

- Round in a circle.

- Yes, yes, whee!

Oh, the thing's gone down the,

ah!

- Oh!

- Light and graceful, Groove.

- Sorry.

- You.

- And lovely, floaty arms.

(Iver laughs)

- Floaty.

- And then up on your tippytoes.

- Ha!

- Up on the tippytoes.

- Wow!

(Iver thuds)

(Groove thuds)

- Oh!

(Tula thuds)

(gasps) Ballet doesn't fit

our Hooby Jiggle music at all.

I can't be light and graceful

when our Hooby Jiggle

music is playing.

- (gasps) Hobby Jiggle

music is jiggly,

and ballet needs, well, you

know, floaty music (chuckles).

- (grunts) Ow (laughs),

it's a shame, though.

I really rather like my tutu.

- Yeah.

- Roma, Roma, Roma.

- Ah, Roma's here, ha!

Maybe she's found

a jiggly Peep dance

to go with our

Hooby Jiggle music.

(lively folk music)

- Oh, hoobledoop, Hoobs!

- [Iver, Tula, And

Groove] Hoobledoop, Roma!

- Now Hubba Hubba has

asked me to find out

all about dancing, so I've

come here to the country

where these Peeps are doing

a really jiggly dance.

- Hoobygalooby, that dancing

is jiggly, Roma! (laughs)

What's it called?

- This is Morris

dancing, Groove.

It's been around

a very long time

and not a lot of people do

it anymore, which is a shame,

as as you can see,

it is very jiggly

and hoobloads of fun.

- Do you have to wear a

tutu to Morris dance, Roma?

- Oh, no, Tula, but you do

need these floppy cloths.

Then you just tie some

bells around your ankles

and off you go, ah!

(Roma thuds)

- Oh!

- Oh, dear, it looks

like lots of fun, Roma.

- Oh, it certainly does, Iver,

so much so that I'm going

to have a go myself.

- Oh.

- This is Roma Hoob,

signing off to Morris dance

with a floppy cloth in a field.

Hoobletoodledoo.

(signal warbling)

- Well, that's a

bit more like it.

At least it's jiggly.

- Do you know, I'm sure

I've got some little bits

of square cloth here somewhere.

- [Both] But where?

♪ Where where where ♪

♪ Where where ♪

- Ah, here's where.

These are in my collection

of little things that

tinkle (chuckles).

- Oh!

- Oh!

- Thank you.

- Uh-huh.

- Oh, yes.

- Right, the next thing

we have to do is (laughs)

stand in a line, come on!

Now we're going to jiggle up

and down and wave our cloths.

Are you ready?

- Yeah.

- Yeah.

- Forward, forward,

forward.

- Forward.

- And back, back, back.

- Back, back.

- Now let's try it to the music.

(upbeat music)

Uh-huh!

- Oh, I see.

- Ah!

- Well, this is up and down

and forward, forward, forward,

and back, back, back.

- Back, back, back.

- I don't think

it's round in a circle.

- Was in the circle already.

- No, it's lower.

- It's different.

- No, it's not.

It's not.

- This is--

- No, the whole point is, ah!

(Groove thuds)

- It's fast.

Oh, Groove!

(Groove groaning)

- Oh, no. (sighs)

- (sighs) Well, it

is a jiggly dance,

but it doesn't feel right

with our Hooby Jiggle music.

- The cloth-waving bit

doesn't fit the music at all.

- Oh, no.

- [Computer] Hubba

Hubba, Hubba Hubba.

(signal warbling)

- Way-hey, I like this

cloth-waving thing, Hoobs, ha!

- But it doesn't fit

our Hooby Jiggle music.

- Aha, ah, no, no, I

don't suppose it does.

Still, all is not lost yet.

Hmm, take a look at this story

that a Tiddlypeep sent in.

I think it might help.

(signal warbling)

(gentle music)

- [Narrator] There was

once a pair of tap shoes

called Tippity and Tappity.

They lived in a

little shoe shop.

They looked just

like normal shoes,

but on the tips of their toes

and the backs of their heels

were smooth pieces of metal.

- Ooh.

- Tippity and Tappity

were always jiggling about,

and when they jiggled,

they made quite a noise.

Tippity tappity tap tap tap!

"Stop tippity tapping!"

cried the pointy high heel.

"You're so annoying,"

sneered the open-toed sandal.

"Go away!" shouted the clog.

(shoes sighing)

So Tippity and Tappity

would sadly shuffle away

and sit in the shop window

watching the world outside.

- Hey there.

- [Tappity] Hello.

- [Narrator] Then one day, a

young man came into the shop

and asked to look at

Tippity and Tappity.

(man vocalizing)

(cheerful music)

They were so excited.

When the young man

tried them on, he cried,

"These tap shoes are perfect!"

The young man tippity

tappitied out of the shop.

(upbeat dance music)

He tippitied tappitied

down the street,

and a crowd gathered to watch

as he danced around

the town square.

Tippity tappity tap tap tap!

The people cheered.

- Yay!

- [Narrator] They had never

seen such wonderful tap dancing.

- Yay!

- And Tippity and Tappity

had never been so happy.

"At last we can

make as much noise

"as we like!" cried Tippity.

"And everybody loves

us," cried Tappity.

Tippity tappity tap tap tappity.

Tippity tappity tap tap tap.

Tippity tappity, tippity

tappity, tap tap tap!

(signal warbling)

- Wow, I can't wait to

give tap dancing a try.

- Yeah, but we need to make

that tapping noise, don't we?

- Yes, but how?

♪ How how how, how how how ♪

♪ How how how how ♪

♪ How ♪

♪ How ♪

♪ How ♪

(cheerful music)

- Here's how, we can wear

these rubber tap leaves

on our feet.

- Oh (laughs).

- Listen.

(shoes tapping)

- Perfect!

- Yeah!

- Here you go.

- Oh!

- So what we have to

do is shuffle our feet

and go tippity tap tap tap.

Let's try it with the

Hooby Jiggle music.

- Yeah (laughs).

- Oh! (laughs)

(cheerful music)

Ah, erm.

(shoes tapping)

Uh!

Oh, dear, it didn't sound

very tippity tappity

tap tap tappity, did it?

- I get the feeling it takes

more than a couple of minutes

to learn to tap dance properly.

- Yeah, and it didn't feel right

with that Hooby Jiggle music.

No, not at all.

- Oh, dear, will we

ever find a Peep dance

that fits our Hooby Jiggle

music in time for Hoob News?

- Eh.

- Hubba Hubba,

Hubba Hubba.

- Oh, here's Hubba Hubba.

- Tippity tappity, tap tap tap!

I love it, Hoobs, but I can

see that it's not quite right

for your Hooby Jiggle music.

- Do you think the Tiddlypeeps

will be able to help

us, Hubba Hubba?

- Oh, I think that's an

hoobacious idea, Groove,

and this time,

why don't you take

the Hooby Jiggle music with you?

The Tiddlypeeps might

be able to tell you

if they have a dance which fits.

- Oh, great idea, Hubba Hubba.

I'll go.

- Well, you see, we're

looking for a dance

to fit our Hooby Jiggle music,

but we don't have much time

to learn one before Hoob News.

- Why don't you

just make one up?

- Make one up, did

you say make one up?

- Yes, it's easy.

- Easy, but we've known

all the dances that we do

since we were little Hooblets.

How do you make one up?

- You just listen to

the music and move.

- Oh, I'm not sure

I could do that.

Could you show me how?

- [Girls] Just play

the Hooby Jiggle music!

- (laughs) Thank

you, Tiddlypeeps.

Tula, Groove, are

you ready for this?

The Tiddlypeeps are

going to make up a dance.

- We're ready.

- Yeah.

(upbeat music)

- Oh, oh!

Oh, this is hoobacious!

Do you see this?

- [Groove] Wow, look at them go!

- So you can just

do what you want.

You don't need to

learn any moves at all.

- No, just listen to

the music and dance.

- Yes, just make it

up as you go along.

- Thank you so

much, Tiddlypeeps.

I'm going back to

the Hoobmobile now

so that Groove, Tula, and

I can make up a dance.

Hoobletoodledoo!

- [Girls] Hoobletoodledoo!

(cheerful music)

- Ha!

- Ha, well, who would've thought

you could just make a dance up!

- Yeah, I mean, how

hoobygroovy is that, eh?

- Can you believe how hoobacious

those Tiddlypeeps are?

(Groove laughs)

- Quick, play the music

so we can make up a dance.

- Yeah.

- Oh, yes, yes.

(upbeat music)

♪ You don't need to

wriggle or to wiggle ♪

♪ You can make it all

up, do your own thing ♪

- [All] We are.

- Then take it away.

all you Hoobs out there.

Welcome to Hoob News, the news

show for Hoobs everywhere.

I'm Iver.

- I'm Tula.

- And I'm Groove.

- And today we've been

asking the question--

- Is there a Peep dance

that would fit our

Hooby Jiggle music?

- [Iver] It all

started when Tula and I

found Groove doing

the Hooby Jiggle.

- And we thought how hoobacious

it would be if the Peeps

had a dance that we could do

to our Hooby Jiggle music.

- First, Hubba Hubba

showed us a hoobload

of different Peep dances,

and we tried one to see

if it would fit our Hooby

Jiggle music, but it didn't.

- Besides, Iver and

I couldn't do it,

so Tula went to see some of

those hoobygroovy Tiddlypeeps,

and they showed her a kind

of dance called ballet.

But sadly, it still didn't

fit our Hooby Jiggle music.

Just wasn't jiggly enough.

- Ow!

- Oh!

(Hoobs thudding)

- But the tutus were hoobacious!

- Then Roma told us

about a jiggly dance

with bells and wavy cloths

called Morris dancing,

but it didn't fit our

Hooby Jiggle music, either.

- [Groove] Next, Hubba

Hubba showed us a story

all about a pair of tap shoes.

They're used for a great

tippity tappity dance

called tap dancing.

- [Tula] So we put on

some rappa tappa leaves

and tried tap dancing.

- [Iver] But it turned

out to be a lot harder

than we thought, and

it still didn't work

with our Hooby Jiggle music.

Then the Tiddlypeeps told us

we didn't have to learn a dance.

We could make up our own!

- [Tula] Just by

listening to the music

and moving along with it.

- So the answer is, yes,

there is a Peep dance

that will fit out

Hooby Jiggle music.

- It's a dance that we make up!

- Yay, so it's thanks

once again to Iver, Tula,

Groove, and Roma for

giving Hoobs everywhere

a little peep into

the world of Peeps.

And remember, wherever you are,

hoobletoodledoo.

- Oh.

- Oh, ahem.

- [All] Hoobletoodledoo!
