Oh, lifting weights is too hard.
- I think I'm gonna
rename this collection
things that are so heavy,
they're impossible to lift.

another Hoob in the universe
with a collection
called that. (laughs)
- Anyway, Tiddlypeeps really
don't do weight lifting.
It's more a peep exercise.
- [Distant Voice]

- Oh, good, it's Roma.
- Maybe she's discovered
a Tiddlypeep exercise
for us to do.
- (groans) An easy one, please.
(Iver laughs)
- [All Hoobs] Hobbledoop, Roma.

- Why are you jumping

- I'm skipping, like these
Tiddlypeeps behind me.
It's a great way to exercise.
- But the Tiddlypeeps
are using ropes, Roma.

I couldn't find a
rope for myself,
but I'm sure it's just as good
to skip without a
rope, if not better.
Peeps and Tiddlypeeps
love skipping,
because it keeps you
really fit, it's great fun,
and it makes your
muscles stronger.

- It looks just like the sort
of exercise Hoobs would love!
- All you need is two friends.
They hold either end of
the rope and turn it,
while you skip in the middle.

(Roma pants)
This is Roma Hoob.
Oh, you know the rest.

- Skipping, wow.
I really want to try that.
- We need a rope, though.
Roma said she thought it
would be easier with a rope.

Roller skating is
really good exercise.

our exercises, Hoobs.

- Well there's a spare pair
of roller skates, here,
if you're interested,

- (laughs) I think I'm a bit too
long in the Twizzletuft
for roller skating.

you had a bird's
nest on your head?

Oh, no, I didn't

- It certainly is, and
so is this story I found.

- [Child] Bat and Ball
were best friends,
but for weeks, they had
been stuck in a cupboard,
and were really, really bored.
(Bat and Ball yawn)
"I'm bored," said Bat to Ball,
"It's been ages
since I hit you."
"Me, too," said Ball,
"If I don't get hit
through the air soon,
"I'm going to get very down.
"When will the children
remember that we're here?"
Suddenly, they heard
excited childrens' voices.
The cupboard door was opened,
and little hands grabbed them.
(children laugh)
- [Bat and Ball]
They remembered us.
It's time for fun.
- [Child] The children ran
outside into the garden.
Bat knew what was
going to happen.
- Hey, Ball, looks like
we're going to play Rounders.
- Rounders.
- Rounders.
- Rounders.
- [Child] They both
giggled with glee,
as the children
took their places.
- [Ball] Yay!
- [Child] Bat, who was
in the batter's hands,
was all set.
- I'm going to hit
you so hard, Ball.
You'll never forget it.
- [Child] Ball, who was in
the bowler's hands, replied,
"Hit me, hard.
"Hit me high.
"Hit me right up in the sky."
The bowler drew back his hand,
and threw Ball through the air.
- "Here I come, ready
or not," shouted ball.
The batter swung her arms.
- I'm ready.
- [Child] And thwack!
Bat hit Ball, sending him
flying through the air.
- Yahoo!
- [Child] The batter
ran around the bases,
as a fielder ran after
the ball, and threw him
back to the bowler.
- Ooh.
- [Child] Bat and
Ball both shouted,
"Again, again, again!"
So, when you get your bat
and ball out of the cupboard,
after shutting them
up for a long time,
be prepared for them to
be very excited, indeed.

- Rounders.
Now, that sounds Hoobacious fun.
- And it's something
we can all do together.
Haven't you got a bat and ball

- I certainly have, Tula Hoob.
- I think we should play
it on the Hoobiroof garden.

asking the question,
- What type of Tiddlypeep
exercise would Hoobs like best?
The first type of exercise
we tried was lifting weights.
- [Groove] But it was too hard.
- [Iver] And anyway,
Tiddlypeeps don't really do it.
So, next, Roma showed
us how Tiddlypeeps
love to do skipping, but that
wasn't going to work for us.
- [Tula] Then, some Tiddlypeeps
introduced us to roller skating.
- [Groove] Now, roller
skating looked easy.
- [Iver] But it wasn't,
and it was too dangerous
to do inside the Hoobmobile.
- [Tula] Next, we saw a
Hoobley groobley story
about a bat and ball
game, called Rounders.
I bowled.
- [Iver] I batted.
- [Groove] And I
fell asleep. (laughs)
- [Iver] But some
more Tiddlypeeps
knew exactly what type of
exercise is right for Hoobs.
- [Tula] It gets you really fit.
- [Iver] And we can
all do it together.
It's called

- Ha, so it's
