[music playing]

NARRATOR: Previously

on "Hell's Kitchen,"

started and only two remain.

Bloody well done.

You are the final two.

NARRATOR: Danny and

Paula's final test began.

Paula, this side will

be your restaurant here.

Danny.

Yeah.

All this side is

going to be yours.

NARRATOR: The finalists

began designing their menus--

I just want to

make sure that it's

going to be simple and tasty.

NARRATOR: --and every detail

of their new restaurants.

So I want to, like,

try and work in,

like, mounted fish somewhere.

Um.

[sigh]

Not into that?

NARRATOR: Then it was

time to take off--

- Up you go.

- It's crazy.

It's nuts.

I've never been

treated like this.

NARRATOR: --to Borgata

for a surprise reception--

I have something to show you.

[cheering]

NARRATOR: --and their

final challenge.

I think you both need to cook.

NARRATOR: The chefs prepared

three dishes from their menus.

- Come on, you little bastard.

- Let's go.

NARRATOR: And the

winner was chosen

by Borgata's top executive.

I'd have to say, it's Danny.

- Danny.

[cheering]

Finally took Paula

out, just feels

good to finally get a win.

NARRATOR: Back at "Hell's

Kitchen," the finalists

had a shocking reunion--

Oh my god!

NARRATOR: --with six

of their fellow chefs.

It was a freaky sight.

NARRATOR: Danny's challenge

win gave him first choice.

My first decision is

going to be Ben Chef.

NARRATOR: And the teams

were chosen quickly--

- Andrea.

- Giovanni.

LA.

NARRATOR: --until it got

down to the final two.

Two ladies left.

I'm just waiting for the end.

I'm going to be the last

kid left in gym class.

My last choice is going

to have to be Carol Chef.

Paula got stuck with Lacey.

Sorry for that.

NARRATOR: In the history of

"Hell's Kitchen," there have

been some incredible showdowns.

In season one, it was Michael

versus Ralph in the battle

of the executive chefs.

Season two pitted the

perfectionist against palette

as Heather took on Virginia.

In season three,

it was experience

versus creativity

as executive chef

Rock battled newcomer Bonnie.

The last "Hell's

Kitchen" saw the rising

star face the seasoned

gourmet as Christina

challenged Petrozza.

Tonight, the most anticipated

showdown yet, as Danny,

the self-proclaimed

redneck from Edgewater,

Florida takes on Paula,

the elegant Brazilian

from Pompano, Florida.

With six challenge

wins to his credit,

Danny has worked hard

to back up his claim

that he is a cooking prodigy.

I just have to rock tonight.

That's it.

No option for failure.

This is all the marbles, man.

NARRATOR: Paula has

won five challenges

and impressed Chef Ramsay with

her creativity and consistency.

It's going to be

a stiff competition.

I'm a very hardcore competitor.

NARRATOR: All season, these

two have been neck and neck.

- You both won.

- Thank you, Chef.

Paula and Danny, why didn't

these two dishes come up first?

It's down to Danny and Paul.

The thing that's

separating you is

as thin as a strand of saffron.

NARRATOR: And tonight,

they go head to head.

Who will win a quarter

of a million dollars

and become head chef

at a new restaurant

at Borgata Atlantic City?

Quite possibly the

most important night

of your cooking career.

NARRATOR: Find out

tonight on the season

finale of "Hell's Kitchen."

[theme music]

NARRATOR: And now, the

conclusion of "Hell's Kitchen."

So all right,

Lacey, you're going

to knock it out with us, girl.

Good to see you again.

- You too.

- Happy?

Yes, chef.

My dream team would have

been anybody but Lacey.

The challenge win at the

Borgata was huge, you know?

For me to be able to pick

first is a real big deal.

And I got my number

one pick, which is Ben.

And I didn't get Lacy.

Now, take your team to the

dorms, go through the menu,

make sure the brigade gets up

to speed with what's happening,

and really start to bond.

Yeah?

- Yes, Chef.

Off you go.

Quick.

Yes, Chef.

Have good meetings.

Lacey, good to see you.

You too, Chef.

NARRATOR: As

construction continues

on Paula's upscale bistro and

Danny's seafood restaurant,

the finalists start working

on a plan for their kitchens.

How do you feel

about your menu?

I feel good about the menu.

How do you feel

about fish, Carol?

Excellent.

It's the only station I rocked.

I'm on Danny's team.

And it kind of sucks because

I definitely want Paula to win

just because she's a woman.

And I'm all about women power.

Down to business.

All right, all

boils down to this.

This is my f*cking dream

about to come true.

So just understand,

I'm the f*cking man.

Sure, absolutely.

Danny is definitely the underdog

going into this, you know?

And, you know, I always

root for the underdog.

If my good food can play a role

in Danny being able to shine,

then my work here would be done.

I'm the f*cking chef.

Oh, that's right.

Get used to

calling me Chef, OK?

[laughter]

Get used to calling--

There's a little

part to Giovanni that's

got a chip on his

shoulder about the way

he left "Hell's Kitchen."

I'm not d*ck-faced, Chef?

You're pissed, are you?

Not as pissed as I am, Donkey.

Just Just here for one more day.

I'd rather be home.

I'd rather not see

this place ever again.

This is it.

We got a lot of

f*cking work to do.

NARRATOR: While Danny

lets everyone on his team

know who's boss, Paula's

attention is focused

on one member of her brigade.

How you feel about

dessert station?

I'll-- yeah, I'm just going

to be asking you guys for input.

I hope no one has a problem

with working with me.

Although, I'm sure everybody

has a problem working with me.

I was going to help you until

you were being such a bitch.

But I've never

waited tables before.

Oh, buh, buh, buh, could

you just go and [inaudible]??

I'm lifting it!

You better f*cking

prove yourself.

You just turned on

your bitch switch.

I'm just so sick

of stupid b*tches.

I just keep freaking out.

If

I fight with anybody

right now, I'm leaving.

I quit, you guys.

We need you here right now.

I'm going to go home.

I quit.

We do need you.

We need you.

Ugh, I hate you guys.

I am about to really go crazy.

You really want to

start something with me?

I get treated like the

donkey of the group.

Hee-haw.

- What is that?

I can't cook meat, Chef?

- What is that?

- I don't know, Chef.

Well, it's not good enough.

Get out.

Thank you for everything.

I'm really not a bitch.

I'm really a nice, cool person.

You realize you

have to, like, try,

like, we got to f*cking, like,

bang the sh*t out for her.

We've been through this, so.

- Yeah.

My feeling about

Lacey right now

is if she gives any negativity

or whatever, I swear to God,

I will unleash a wrath on

her like she's never seen.

I just need you to make sure

that your attitude is on top.

I don't want anyone

to get pissed off.

You know, I'd love

to believe in my team.

But f*ck them, they

don't believe in me.

So what the hell's the point?

NARRATOR: With the grand opening

of the finalists' restaurants

just eight hours away--

- Hey, Danny.

- What's up guys?

What's going on, brother?

You ready to roll?

NARRATOR: Both teams begin

prepping the new menus.

Let's prep for

like , people.

- OK.

- We got to haul ass.

You got it.

I'm really feeling

confident at this point.

We're going to rock tonight.

We're going to win.

Yeah.

Paula, I'm going to get

your mirepoix stuff ready.

Yeah, got it.

This is a huge dinner service.

We can get the

eggplants roasting.

Right now I just need to

get everything prepped

and we just need to

all work as a team.

You missed me, didn't you?

Lacey, I can't even tell

you how much I've missed you.

Chef, be nice, nice.

I need her, OK.

I am concerned that

Lacey's on our team.

She's useless.

So we'll see what happens.

Maybe she'll just walk off

the line during the middle

of the service.

Lacey, your eggs

and sugar is mixed?

Yep.

Lacey is doing desserts.

So I definitely needed to

just keep an eye on her

and help her move along.

For the banana creme brulee,

it's got to be a lot of banana.

I guess I'll just

prep out everything

for all three recipes

and then you can oversee

how it's coming together.

Exactly, you should definitely

start with the creme brulee

though.

Because that needs

to cool and then set.

This is no time to

f*ck around, brother.

This is your future

we're looking for.

Well, I appreciate that.

You know, it's not

about me anymore.

I have to keep reminding

myself constantly.

Tonight's about Danny.

All right, let's go T blue.

How's the brulees, Lacey?

What?

Let's take a look

at those brulees.

I'll just test one.

Hm, they're still a little soft.

Let me see.

No.

They're all curdled.

sh*t.

Oh, geez.

We're going to

have to re-do this.

Let's keep baking these.

Lacey f*cked up, you

know, the creme bruelee.

That was just a stupid mistake.

I, quite frankly, think

she should just go home

because I don't want to

look at her if that's

what she's going to be doing.

I honestly don't know

how I'm going to have,

like, all this sh*t ready.

I just think that that's

like next to impossible.

My bad.

NARRATOR: Both teams rush

to prepare the new menus

for Chef Ramsay's approval.

Oh, sh*t we need

to reconstitute

the cranberries and pork.

There's so much to do.

There's crap everywhere.

It's like two hours

before dinner service.

So I'm stressing out.

Danny do you taste that?

I don't think it needs to come

up any more than that, man?

I feel like a lot

of Danny's success

is going to rest on

my shoulders tonight.

There's a reason why

I was picked first.

He's going to get Ben

at full force tonight.

Right behind, behind.

Hot behind.

I'm not nervous

that Chef Ramsay

is going to taste my food.

I'm just, you know,

scrambling around right now,

just trying to get it done.

Andrea, you got the scallop

as well for the salad

coming out of here, right?

- Yeah, yeah.

OK.

I absolutely refuse to

let Paula down on this end.

For me, it's just not an option.

OK, Paula, quickly.

NARRATOR: Chef Ramsay is ready

to sample the chefs' new menus.

The finalists have each

prepared their full menu,

consisting of three

appetizers, three

entrees, and three desserts.

Paula's menu features an

appetizer of homemade pasta

with roasted eggplant caviar

and an entree a roasted halibut

with pearl onions and pancetta.

Her desserts include

a banana creme brulee.

Right, let's, let's

start together, madam, yes?

OK.

Homemade pasta.

I baked it with olive

oil, salt, and pepper.

And that's the eggplant

and basil puree.

That is absolutely

delicious, for a vegetarian

dish on top of that.

Yeah, that's wonderful.

- Thank you.

Next.

OK, here's the halibut.

I've added pancetta to it.

The halibut is dry.

So whoever is cooking

that tonight--

Yeah.

--that's a

dangerous zone for me.

Whoever is on the fish

tonight, make sure

that they cook it properly.

Andrea is cooking

the halibut tonight.

And I'm confident that she'll

be cooking those perfectly.

Desserts?

Banana creme brulee--

Yes.

--with just whipped cream.

That is not a

creme brulee texture.

It's like scrambled eggs.

A big no, no, great shame.

You can't serve that.

OK.

Yeah?

That has to be definitely

re-thought that one, yeah?

OK.

I'm counting on my team for

a lot of things right now.

I designed the menu.

Unfortunately, it's

not just me doing this.

I need them to do this for me.

The menu definitely

needs tweaking.

- Absolutely.

- OK?

Uh-huh.

All right, thanks, Chef.

All right, Danny.

[inaudible] right here, Chef.

OK, good.

Danny's starters

feature an arugula

salad with crispy duck breast.

His entrees include

an ounce pan-seared

fillet with baked potato.

And his desserts feature

a cinnamon poached pear

with mascarpone mousse.

This one has the duck on it.

Yes, Chef.

I did some arugula with

ginger vinaigrette,

crispy skinned duck breast.

Not so pink.

Yeah?

A duck definitely

needs to be cooked.

I like the idea, got to be

very careful in the execution.

It's a dangerous

salad to pull off.

You can do it.

Make sure you cook it properly.

That's not cooked properly.

Yes, Chef.

OK.

-ounce pan-seared fillet.

Twice baked potato,

tempura fried spring onion.

What is that?

That's a spring onion, Chef.

OK, can we cut it in

half or do something?

It just looks slightly funny.

Chef said my

dish looks phallic.

I didn't-- I didn't think so.

It's not what I was going for.

When you taste it, it works.

Just don't have it so

phallicly standing up there.

I don't know.

I think I'm going to roll with

the phallic-looking spring

onion.

Desserts, we have a cinnamon

poached pear with a lavender

mascarpone mousse.

Yeah, it's not too

crunchy for you there?

I think maybe it's

a little bit under.

Even if I was blind

and I'm cutting that--

- I can hear it.

- --you hear it.

Trust me.

Yeah--

- No, I believe you, Chef.

- I'm not here to argue.

I'm here to make you look good.

I know you are.

So everything I

say is an advice.

Whether you take it or

not is entirely up to you.

But that, as a poached

pear, is undercooked.

OK.

I mean, it may have

been slightly undercooked,

but these are things

that can be changed.

No big deal.

The bottom line is, it

just has to taste good.

Usually at this

time, I can see

a huge difference in

standards in terms of menus,

contrasts, and styles.

But both Danny's

and Paula's menu

is very very similar, very

contemporary, very modern,

and very appealing.

So even before the cooking

starts, it's a tie.

Let's see how they

perform in the kitchen.

NARRATOR: Paula is trying

to keep an eye on Lacey.

Cranking it out, Lacey?

Yes, Chef.

NARRATOR: But Chef Ramsey is

ready to get his first look

at the finalists' restaurants.

- OK, Paula

- Yes, Chef.

Take me around

your restaurant, yes.

Let's go.

And The name of the

restaurant is Synergy.

I really like the sun a lot.

Hence, the vibrant

colors, the sunset.

Exactly.

There's a lot of

my influences there--

I mean, the candles,

the colors, the sun.

I love the restaurant.

Everything is gorgeous.

The floor picks up the

color in the yellow.

Your dining room is very subtle.

It's comforting.

And there's got a really

nice blend of colors.

I honestly think that

Chef Ramsay liked it.

I think Chef Ramsay would

have had no problems

telling me he didn't

like something

if he didn't like something.

- I'm pleased with it.

- You should be.

It's beautiful.

- Thank you.

Yeah.

NARRATOR: Paula's dining room

has received a good review.

And now it's Danny's turn.

All right, Chef,

this is Velvet Hammer.

Velvet Hammer, that sounds

like a p*rn video, right?

- Yeah.

- Velvet Hammer?

Yes, Chef.

Uh-huh.

Every single

person in Sarasota

calls me Velvet Hammer.

Uh-huh.

You know, nice silver

chargers with the red candles.

I have this nice, long

bench seat going on.

Rich colors, huh?

Yeah.

Idea behind the fish?

Kind of a

seafood-oriented person.

You know, that's

what I love to cook.

Fish?

No, You come on.

[laughter]

I'm very happy

with everything.

You know, that's the feel that

I wanted in my restaurant.

You don't feel, you don't

feel intimidated here.

You know, it's,

you know, relaxed.

Yeah.

The idea of the floor is

sort of not what'd you'd

expect to see in a restaurant--

- No.

- --the rusticness of it.

Yeah.

Because it's sort of,

you know, countrified.

- Yeah.

- Yeah.

- Yeah.

- Right.

Thank you, Chef.

OK.

I like her dining

room way better.

Oh, yeah.

NARRATOR: Just minutes away

from the most important service

of their lives, Chef

Ramsey has some final words

of encouragement

for Danny and Paula.

Great.

How are you feeling?

- Good.

- How are you feeling?

- Good, Chef.

Yeah?

OK.

I just want to say

one final thing.

I'm extremely proud of you both.

You so deserve to be here.

Tonight is the night.

There's no rehearsal.

There's no second chance.

This is it.

All this madness

I've been through

is not going to be in vain.

I know when to turn it on.

Tonight is the night.

Tonight, for one of you, the

dream is going to be realized.

It's go time.

This is what all this hard

work that I've been doing

this whole time that I've

been here in "Hell's Kitchen,"

you know, it all

boils down to tonight.

Let's go.

Good luck.

Thanks, Chef.

Jean Felipe, open

"Hell's Kitchen."

[music playing]

NARRATOR: Tonight,

Danny's seafood restaurant

will go head to head with

Paula's upscale bistro.

Each kitchen will serve

tables with diners.

Customer reviews along with

Chef Ramsay's observations

will determine who wins a

quarter of a million dollars

and becomes head chef

at a new restaurant

at Borgata Atlantic City.

Thank you.

You're welcome.

I'm going to try

the arugula salad

with the crispy duck roast.

OK, I will do the seared

mahi for the appetizer.

This is funny.

This is the first time

my son is cooking for me.

All right, guys.

This is it.

This is my baby.

And you guys are going to

take it home for me, OK?

All right, guys,

first ticket that gets

called in, I want you to

f*cking rumble, yes, Chef.

We're going to intimidate the

sh*t out of the red team, OK?

Go team Paula!

I guess I'm just

concerned, you know,

because anything can

go wrong in a kitchen.

You know, I could screw up and

throw off the whole dynamic.

It's all in the hands of

"Hell's Kitchen" gods.

- Hello.

- All right, guys.

Here we go.

Thank you, JP.

You're welcome.

Good luck.

All right, guys.

Walking in, table

nine, two guests.

Fire two lobster entrees.

We have one monkfish,

one fillet med-well.

Get that fillet

working right now.

Yes, Chef.

Thank you, guys.

Yup, how long we

need there, Gio?

Five.

You got it, sir.

Gio, I need a

two minute Warning

so I can get the lobster going.

Yes, ma'am.

Keep talking.

Thank you.

All right, guys.

Order in, two pastas,

three mushroom salads.

Entrees, guys, order in,

one halibut, one chicken.

Andrea, no answer?

Sorry, Chef.

Vibrant start from

Danny, nice and vocal.

Great confidence in the kitchen.

He's already running

his team brilliantly.

Paula's kitchen, however,

is very silent, very flat.

And no one seems to

be biting, not good.

How many per--

Three orders, so,

like, that's one honor.

That's one order right there.

- Paula!

For every minute you're

off this hot plate,

you're going to run

two minutes behind.

- Yes, Chef.

- Yeah, you've got a team.

Use your team, please.

- Yes, Chef.

I was just running

around scrambling

trying to make sure

it looked perfect

instead of just standing

there with my thumb on my ass.

I might as well get yelled

at for trying to help.

Paula, you've got to

start running your brigade.

You've gone quiet on me, yes?

Turn around and talk to them.

They're there for you, yes?

You guys are working three

salads, one pasta, yes?

Yes, chef!

I'm plating salad

in seconds.

Lacey, I just need

that on the fly.

Come on.

I'm trying, Chef.

No, no, no.

Stop.

She turned one over because

it was black as f*ck.

- Andrea.

- Yes, Chef.

You know when it's overcooked.

You can't serve that.

It's not fine dining.

That's not even fit

for a dog, that sh*t.

Lacey, you put it on the plate

and turned it over in hopes

that she wouldn't see it.

You can't do that to her.

Get a grip!

Come on, Andrea.

Sorry, Sorry, Chef.

When it comes down to Andrea

cooking a scallop, I mean,

that's basic stuff

you should know.

She's screwing Paula.

- Paula.

Yes, Chef.

There's going to be an

in-built standard here, yes?

- Yes, Chef.

- This is not just [inaudible].

Andrea was just

struggling, trying

to get the scallops done.

Andrea, watch the scallops.

It just wasn't working for her.

Ladies, come on.

While Paula waits for a

properly-cooked scallop,

in the blue kitchen,

Danny is trying to get

out his first appetizers.

- Danny.

Yes, Chef.

Danny, that's

called boiled lobster.

Yes.

Turn around and

run your brigade.

--hot pan in there, OK?

That's going to to

taste like rubber.

Pull a pan from

up top, right here.

That's going to be smoking hot.

That big saute pan right there.

Carol started getting

backed up on appetizers.

Let's go.

How long?

It shouldn't be real hard.

I was kind of losing my mind,

to be honest, at that point.

You can't be an

ostrich on service.

Turn around and run it, yes?

- Yes, Chef.

Come on now.

Danny, come here,

seconds, just here.

Paula, seconds, come here.

Look at me.

Get a grip on your standard.

Make sure you turn around

and look what's going on.

Everything that leaves

this kitchen tonight

is going to be judged.

Every customer comment card, I'm

going to seriously scrutinize.

Right now, it's neck and neck.

Standards, standards.

Come on, [inaudible].

Let's go.

- Yes, Chef.

- Yes, Chef.

Guys, we need to

pick this up, OK?

Let's go.

Where's my lobster at, Carol?

Two minutes.

He would say he needed

something and then

want it right that second.

Let's go lobster.

Come on.

I'm like, what the f*ck?

I haven't worked

with Carol, you know?

And she sucked.

Lobster, lobster, lobster.

minutes into

dinner service,

customers on both sides are

receiving their appetizers.

Yes, come back

for the last one.

Table nine?

All right, guys.

Delicious.

Oh, I love that.

It is really, really good.

Pick up, thank you.

Table five.

Thank you.

Oh my goodness.

This is incredible.

NARRATOR: Meanwhile,

back in the red kitchen,

Paula is waiting for Andrea

to deliver the first entree.

Watch that

halibut, OK, Andrea?

Watching it, Chef.

It actually takes a little

longer to cook than I thought.

It'll be all right, I promise.

f*ck me, dude.

That was actually the

first time in my career

that I had ever cooked halibut.

Two halibut.

Is that too dark?

You know it's too dark.

Yes, Chef.

It's pretty

tricky, apparently.

You know that's

not good enough.

My big concern

before service was

making sure that the

halibut doesn't go dry.

That's dry.

Careful, whoever's

on the fish tonight,

make sure can they

cook it properly.

Andrea, yes, Chef.

I need that halibut

in seconds.

f*ck.

Come on.

Andrea just really

had a bad night.

It was kind of satisfying

in a really sick way.

Chef, come check it

real quick, please.

That needs a

little bit longer.

I thought Lacey was

definitely a weak link,

but Andrea has

clearly been horrible.

Be careful, please.

It's f*cking halibut.

Come on.

While Andrea's halibut is

holding up the red kitchen,

over on the blue side,

Danny is anxious to get out

his first entrees.

Let's go two fillets regular.

Where are they?

When I'm gone.

They're waiting

on [inaudible]..

- How long?

- Three minutes.

Why are we waiting

for a potato?

Sorry, Chef.

Are the steaks ready?

Yes, the steaks

are ready, Chef.

Turn the f*cking oven up.

We were down two potatoes.

You know, and mistakes happen.

But it was the wrong

mistake to happen.

I'm just worried we're

standing here now and waiting

for a color on a potato.

Come on, Ben, get

in front of it.

- Yes, Chef.

- I need it right now, Buddy.

I'm coming, I'm coming.

This is a hot plate, sir.

This is a hot plate.

- Yeah, it's going to be hot.

It's always f*cking hot.

It's a kitchen, you doughnut.

NARRATOR: As Danny eagerly

sends out his first entrees,

Paula is still waiting on--

Andrea, right now I

need on the fly halibut.

You're not f*cking

making it happen.

Get a pan down.

Put a pan down for the halibut.

Come on, presentation side down.

And then straight in the oven.

Andrea, they have

to go in the oven.

Paula's finally

found her voice.

And she looks like

she's oozing confidence,

but she's just been screwed

by three overcooked halibut.

Not good enough.

NARRATOR: While Paula struggles

to take charge of her kitchen,

over on the blue side, Danny

is pushing out his entrees.

Let's go, guys.

How long on that monkfish?

Right now, Danny.

Monkfish, thank you.

That's better with the

color on there, yeah?

Oh, yeah.

Oh, sh*t, stop,

stop, stop, stop.

Just taste that.

Oh.

Gio, what the hell?

This is way too salty.

Oh my God.

Jesus Christ.

Gio, salty sauce.

You overseasoned it.

Yes, Chef.

Just f*cked the whole thing.

On a night like tonight,

that is f*cking piss.

Yes, Chef.

As far as the grill

goes, man, I tell you,

Giovanni let Danny down.

How long on that monkfish?

I don't care if it's Danny,

Paula, it doesn't matter to me.

Who wins?

f*ck it.

I don't care.

I just want to go

back home, whatever.

OK, re-fire it.

Everything is

going f*cking cold.

Oh, dear.

Major, major setback

on the blue side.

Giovanni set up the monkfish.

And it was salty as anything,

completely inedible,

unbelievable.

All right, I need that

monkfish right now, guys.

Let's go.

NARRATOR: While the

blue kitchen tries

to recover from

Giovanni's monkfish sauce,

over in the red kitchen, Paula

is trying to push out entrees.

Come on, garnish,

Lacey, garnish.

Yeah, it's coming.

You've got to give

me a couple minutes.

NARRATOR: There's just

one small problem.

So you're working two pork,

one chicken, one halibut, yes?

Yeah.

After that, you're

working two pork,

one chicken, one halibut again.

- Oh, sh*t.

OK?

All right.

Hold on.

Give me a new chicken

garnish too while you're at it.

Oh, f*ck me.

It's two of the

same tickets, honey.

I know, but now I

have-- never mind.

It's just a lot

of different stuff

in a lot of different pans/

Just get it done, Lacey.

I think Paula's menu

is too complicated.

I got a little

flustered, you know?

Paula is telling me five

things to do at once.

Come on, Lacey, give

it all you've got.

Come on.

- Yes, Chef!

Move Lacey, come on.

Hands on fire, Lacey.

Don't burn yourself.

God forbid, Chef.

Lacey, Lacey--

Yes, Chef.

Look at me, look at me.

Just try harder!

That's all.

I am Chef.

I think this was the first

and only time that Chef

Ramsey actually got to me.

And he's yip yappin

British sh*t in my ear.

Come on then.

Don't start losing it, come on.

What's he going to do?

Kick me off the show?

Oh, wait, he already did.

Lacey, cabbage, cipollini

onions as well, OK?

Yes, Chef, I'm

trying my hardest.

What do you need?

What do you need?

What do you need?

Whatever she just said.

Lacey started to give up.

- Jump on garnish with her.

- All right.

Give her a hand.

Knock that sh*t out.

It may not be

hot, [inaudible]..

Check it, please.

Warm it up.

I was trying to.

Warm it up.

Spinach, where's

the spinach, Lacey?

Spinach, Lacey, on the fly--

Yes, it's coming.

It's coming.

--seventh table.

One minute.

I'm just sick of

being yelled at.

Just, dah, duh, duh, dah.

Like, shut up for

a g*dd*mn minute.

Come on, spinach,

come on, come on.

Spinach!

Spinach!

On the fly, spinach.

Yes, Chef!

Lacey just acts stupid.

And she doesn't own

her own behavior.

She doesn't own her station.

I got it.

I got it.

Just take it.

It's not going

to cook any faster

if someone else messes with it.

It's coming right now, Chef.

NARRATOR: While

Paula's team struggles

to rescue Lacey on the

garnish station, over

in the blue kitchen--

All right, so I want my

entrees in a minute .

I want those appetizers

in two minutes.

- You got it, Chef.

- Sounds good.

Thank you.

--Danny's entire

team is working

together to get out entrees.

Two fillet right now, window.

- Gio, go ahead.

- Let's do it.

I'm plating.

This was do or die for me.

All right, guys,

let's push, push, push.

I ran my pass like

a f*cking maniac.

This chicken is

nicely cooked, Gio.

Thank you.

Keep it coming

like that all night.

NARRATOR: Two hours into

dinner service, Paula

has finally found her rhythm.

- Andrea.

- Yes.

- Come over here.

Clear down a pass and

work on this side here.

Yes, Chef!

Pasta [inaudible],,

pasta, please.

Coming right now.

Paula started

picking up her voice,

reading those

tickets out louder.

Listen up, order in.

Yes, Chef.

Four porks, two

chicken, two halibut.

Yes?

- Yes, Chef.

It was really,

really intense tonight.

But as a team, we came together.

Can you help her plate up?

Service.

It's going

phenomenally well, yes?

Amazing, yeah,

absolutely amazing.

NARRATOR: With food pouring

out of both kitchens,

it's a race to the finish.

We're going on

everything, right, Ben?

- That's right.

- You have everything ready?

Everything.

We're at the finish

line, brother.

We're not going to let you down.

- Come on, you guys.

Keep it up, you guys.

Let's go.

Fast three tickets.

You have one monkfish, two

medium, one med rare to sell.

That'll clear the board.

- Let's go, guys.

Push, push, push.

- OK, here we go.

- Come on, push.

Push, push, push.

I just wanted to get

that food out first.

All right, guys,

come on, last ticket.

Pork, one chicken, one halibut.

- Yes, Chef.

- Work it.

Come on, you guys.

Let's go.

I need garnish on fillets.

Coming right now.

Here's the garnish

on that final monk.

Come on, you guys, let's go.

It's going to

happen in seconds.

Chicken's ready to go.

Come on, start bringing

the garnish up here for that.

Pork coming up.

I could not be

more proud of Paula.

She tasted everything.

She just was-- she was

just spot on today.

Let's go, I need fillets.

- Right in my hand, Chef.

- Very good.

- I need garnish.

- Coming.

I think Danny did a

really good job tonight.

He was definitely on fire and

he was feeling the groove.

If Danny doesn't win tonight,

I do not believe it will be

because of tonight's service.

Go ahead and rock

and roll with that.

That'll clear the board.

All right, clear down.

Nice job, blue team.

Good job, thank you.

That's it.

That's my f*cking plate I will

put it out in "Hell's Kitchen."

And it felt really good

to get the rest of my food

out first, actually.

I felt real good.

Andrea, I'm

plating up the porks.

How is it?

Two pork.

It didn't faze me one bit

that Danny finished before me.

Right now, it's far

too close to call.

It's anyone's game.

So it's going to come down to

the customer scrutinization

and what they put on

those comment cards.

Put it a little bit right

in that corner right there.

We finished on a high note.

We finished with

high quality food.

And that's what it's all about.

That's it.

That's it, you guys.

Clear down.

Clear down, you guys.

Lacey, Andrea,

good job, you guys.

OK, Paula.

Well done.

- Thank you, Chef.

- Well done.

- Not about speed, quality.

Whew.

The lobster was unbelievable.

That was amazing.

It was great.

It's going to be over soon,

so, we'll see what happens.

OK.

You guys definitely

threw down for me tonight.

You did a good job.

Thank you, Carol.

You guys really

f*cking came through.

My team did a great job.

Ben, Gio, and Carol put

out big time for me.

And I'm very grateful for that.

I smell a victory, Danny.

[inaudible]

I smell a victory.

Hi, Paula.

Hi, baby.

Good job.

[interposing voices]

- Good job, girls.

- Thank you.

Oh, man, yeah.

Clap for these girls, man.

It meant a great deal to me

to have my mother and my sister

here.

They're just proud of me

just to make it this far.

I'll see you guys later.

You did great guys, everybody.

Beautiful.

Thank you, Pops.

This was the first time

I cooked for my dad.

My old man really got to

see what I'm capable of.

What did you think?

I'm very proud of you.

Good job.

Thank you.

To have the old man

come up to the pass,

It just feels so great to

have my dad so proud of me

right now.

Wow, wow, wow, what a night.

We had two great services.

I would like to personally

thank our returning chefs.

Great job.

I mean, great job.

Come on, Ben, you

miserable f*ck up.

Put some energy into it.

The best two services we've

ever had in any final.

And I seriously mean that.

Why the f*ck didn't you

cook like that for me?

Paula doesn't yell, Chef.

Danny smiles, Chef.

Danny smiles.

Well done.

Sadly, there's only

going to be one

head chef at Borgata Resort.

Danny, are you ready

for my decision?

Yes, Chef.

I really feel like

I nailed it tonight.

I really feel like I've nailed

It this whole competition.

I really feel like

I deserve this win.

Paula, are you ready?

Yes, Chef.

All this madness

I've been through

is not going to be in vain.

I'm winning tonight.

On the back of scrutinizing

these customer comment cards,

watching the service in both

kitchens, missing nothing,

the winner of "Hell's

Kitchen" lives in Florida.

Oh my god, that's me.

I live in Florida.

Oh.

Come on, Chef.

Wait a second, Danny

lives in Florida too.

Oh, Chef.

She

They both live in Florida.

I'm only speaking the truth.

What's the problem?

Seriously, on the back

of the best two services

ever in "Hell's

Kitchen," my decision

is going to be a tough one.

Danny--

- Yes, Chef.

- --Paula--

Yes, Chef.

--say goodbye to

your talented brigades.

And head up to the dorms.

See you guys soon.

Paula won tonight.

I have no doubt.

Paula f*cking nailed

Danny to the wall,

nailed him to the wall.

- Thank you so much.

- I'm proud of you, dud.

You did great.

- Thank you so much.

Whatever the outcome

is, you're a champion.

Thank you.

As far as service

goes tonight--

- Thank you, bro.

- --Danny was on fire.

Tonight will be

your night, brother.

Bye, guys.

Paula, great job, sweetie.

Bye ladies.

That was f*cking gnarly.

Dude, that was insane.

After seeing tonight,

it's a toss up.

I thought she had it, but

after seeing tonight, like,

he rocked.

So I don't know.

No, the only thing I

was kind of concerned with

is because, like, Paula needed

help plating up her stuff

and, you know, whatever.

I think I think her plates

were more complex than his as

far as--

Her garnish, she had a lot of

little things that had to be--

--she had more

little things and--

I'm sure her food was a

little bit more explicit.

Oh, f*ck.

Yeah, dude, I f*cking k*lled

it up there tonight, dude.

I f*cking rocked that pass.

Obviously, Danny is

the best of the best,

otherwise he wouldn't be here.

But this is what I've been

doing since I was years old,

this cooking, you know?

I want this.

I want to win this.

I'm really stoked

about how I did.

You know what?

I'm f*cking stoked too

with the way I did.

Like, I'm very

proud of what I did.

And I said everything

I wanted to say.

And I said it strong.

All my life, I've

just been having

to earn respect and prove

myself as a young chef.

But I'm going to be

huge in this business.

It's inevitable.

I am a culinary prodigy.

I feel like my sh*t was

smooth tonight, smooth.

NARRATOR: Chef Ramsay's

decision tonight

will be based on

customer comment cards

along with his own

observations of the kitchens.

Danny, that's

called boiled lobster.

On a night like tonight,

that is bland and sh*t.

Yes, Chef.

All right, so I want my

entrees in a minute .

I want those appetizers

in two minutes.

- You got it, Chef.

- Yes, Chef.

Thank you.

Right here.

Fillet medium.

There's going to be an

in-built standard here, yes?

Yes, Chef.

This is not just [inaudible].

Put a pan down for

the halibut, come on.

Andrea, they have

to go in the oven.

I believe that you're looking

at the winner right now.

Danny, you're done, done.

This is it, the moment

you've both been waiting for.

One of you is about to realize

the dream of a lifetime.

Personally, and I

really mean this,

I'm so proud for both of you.

You know that.

Danny.

Yes, Chef.

Your level of growth

has been exemplary.

Thank you, Chef.

Paula.

Yes, Chef.

You have seriously

excelled throughout.

So, well done.

Thank you, Chef.

Tonight proved why both

you were in the final.

Well done.

Thank you, Chef.

Thank you, Chef.

This has been the

most difficult decision

I've ever made in

"Hell's Kitchen."

Whatever happens,

both of you have

got extraordinary, exciting

careers in front of you.

And I really mean that.

Danny, Paula, are you ready?

Yes, Chef.

Yes, Chef.

Step up to your doors, please.

In front of you are two doors.

The chef whose door

opens will become

the winner of "Hell's Kitchen."

Who will be the next

head chef at Borgata?

Danny.

- Yes, Chef.

- Paula.

Yes, Chef.

Place your hand on

top of the handle.

Here I am.

I stand in front of this door.

My heart's pounding.

What it's all built up to is

right now, right this second.

This is it.

This is what I've

been waiting for.

I've been waiting to

get here to the end.

I need to win this.

- Danny, Paula, are you ready?

- Yes, Chef.

Yes, Chef.

On the count of three,

you'll turn the handle.

One, two, three.

Yeah!

[applause]

- What!

What!

Yes, Chef!

Woo!

Yes!

Yeah!

Yes!

Unbelievable.

This is the best

I've ever felt, man.

This is incredible.

I can't believe it.

[cheering]

I did it, man.

I won.

I'm going to be at Borgata

in my own restaurant

with a quarter million dollars.

Like, holy sh*t.

[cheering]

Now, get down to the stairs.

Yes, what, what!

Yeah!

Yeah!

Danny, congrats man.

You deserve this.

Coming in second place

in "Hell's Kitchen"

is definitely not

going to stop me.

There's so many doors

are going to open up.

We're so proud.

I am not one least

bit upset right now.

I'm walking out

of here a winner.

Yeah!

Can you f*cking believe it?

When the door swung

open, and it's

just the most amazing experience

I've ever been through.

I love my mom so much.

And it's just so sad that she

had to go before her time.

But I know that

she's looking down

crying with me just saying,

you know, that's my boy, man.

I knew he was going to

make something of himself.

And here I am, dude, the winner.

[cheering]

Ladies and

gentlemen, our winner

of "Hell's Kitchen," Danny!

Yeah!

Yes!

Yes!

Woo!

Danny won "Hell's Kitchen"

because in a very short

period of time, he grew

more than any other chef

I've ever seen.

He now has the

talent, the maturity

to become a great head chef.

You deserve it, baby.

You deserve it.

Borgata Resort should

consider themselves lucky.

I know I would.

[music playing]

[cheering]

You're going to

do so well, man.

Unbelievable.

Now, Danny, I'm sure you

know season one's winner,

Michael, season two's

winner, Heather,

season three's winner, Rock,

and season four's winner,

Christina.

Tonight, we're going

to start a new "Hell's

Kitchen" tradition, the

"Hell's Kitchen" wall of fame.

Woo!

[cheering]

Go, Danny!

Excellent.

Oh, yes.

Yay!

Danny [inaudible] well

done, well done, well done.

Excellent.

Party time, yes?

Yes, Chef!

Let's go.

Let's go, let's go, let's go.

Yes!

Yes!

Woo!

Woo!

Woo!

- Well done.

- Crazy, crazy.

Thank you.

- Well done.

That was hard.

Thank you, Chef.

Unbelievable, dude.

- I'm so happy [inaudible].

- Thank you.

- Yeah.

- Thank you.

Because he's a

good boy [inaudible]..

[cheering]

Thank you.

Thank you.

Woo!

Yeah!

Yes.

Unbelievable!

I knew.

No kisses, man, no kisses.
