A story about confidence.

- Hello?

Hello there.

Can you please tone it down?

[bike horn squeaks]

Much better.

I need quiet so I can
hear myself think.

- But Otto, I love to sing.

It'’s one of my favorite things
to do in the whole world.

- Well I would never
sing that loud.

What would people think of me?

- I never thought
of that before.

- Well I think of things
other people don'’t.

Anyway, I got to go put
a new horn on my bike.

This one just goes
honk and I want one

that goes beep, too.

[soft music]

- That was so good, Chelsea.
- You'’re a great singer.

[barks]

- That was beautiful, Chelsea.

- You heard me singing?

- Oh yes, it made
me feel so happy.

- Hi everyone.

- [Everyone] Rainbow
Queen Barbie.

- Hi, Rainbow Princesses.

Chelsea, perfect timing.

We'’re putting on a royal
concert for the Cloud Council,

and we could use one more
act for our grand finale.

Something really special.

- Look no further.

Chelsea can be the grand finale.

- Great idea, Orange Princess.

How about it, Chels?

- Me?

- I know you love to sing.

- I guess I could.

Are you all singing too?

- Oh no, we'’re dancing.

Rainbow Queen Barbie'’s
been teaching us

some cloud dancing moves.

- Watch.

And five, six, seven, eight.

[soft music]

- [Everyone] Ta da!

[yelling]

[laughing]

- Keep practicing,
you'’ll get it.

[barks]

- Now you see why we need you
to be the finale, Chelsea?

- Yeah, about that--

- It is I, the Notto
Prince, ready to be dazzled

by my act for the royal concert.

- Hi, Notto.

You'’re in the show too?

- Of course, why wouldn'’t I be?

Behold, my newest invention.

The Notto Band.

- Did he say Notto Band?

- And check this out.

[upbeat music]

Color clouds.

[upbeat music]

- The Cloud Council will
have no trouble hearing you.

Thank you, Notto.

You'’ll go on after the
princesses, followed by Chelsea.

Okay, I have to go
check on the stage.

It'’s gonna be a great show.

- Tonight, a musical
star is born.

Meaning me.

See you all later.

- What'’s wrong, Chelsea?

- I guess I'’m a little nervous.

I'’m not sure I know
how to sing in front

of a lot of people.

- Maybe the singing fish
could give you some advice.

- Sure, they can sing
in front of anybody.

- Blue and Violet, let'’s take
Chelsea to the singing fish.

Red, Green, Yellow and Pink,
we'’ll meet you at the palace.

Bye!

You know what this means.

- It'’s fish tail time.

[soft music]

[howling]

[humming]

- There they are.

Singing fish, our friend
Chelsea has a question for you.

- Hi, I wonder if
you have any advice

on how to sing on a big stage.

- In front of a lot of people.

♪ There'’s one thing in life

♪ That brings the
greatest thrills

♪ Whether morning, noon or night

♪ We sing to make you happy

♪ We sing to make your day

♪ If confidence is what you want

♪ Here'’s what we have to say

♪ Sing loud like
no one can hear you

[barks]

[screams]

- Honey.

Oh no, they didn'’t finish.

Sing proud and let what?

- Your voice be a shoe?

- That doesn'’t make any sense.

I think they were going to say,

sing proud and let'’s
all go to the zoo.

- But how would that help
Chelsea'’s confidence?

Maybe they were going to sing,

and let'’s eat some stew.

What?

Stew is very good for you.

- I don'’t think that'’s what
they were going to say,

but thank you all for
trying to figure it out.

- Well, we know
for sure they said,

sing like no one can hear you.

That seems like good advice.

- That sounds good.
- Oh yeah.

- But I'’m not sure I
know what that means.

- You can do it, Chelsea.

Now we'’ve got to get back
and rehearse our dance.

- Are you coming?

- Not yet.

You go ahead, I'’ll catch up.

- Okay, see you there.

- Bye.
- Bye, Chelsea.

[soft music]

- Honey, I have to
tell Barbie the truth.

I'’m just not ready for this.

[dog whimpers]

- I wonder why they
didn'’t ask me to

perform my magic act.

After all, I am the
most magnificent

cloud magician in Rainbow Cove.

- It is a mystery, Nim.

Maybe next time.

[clapping]

[soft music]

- I'’m so thrilled you'’re
in the show, Chelsea.

Your voice will fill
the clouds with joy.

- You really think so?

- Am I ever wrong?

Don'’t answer that,
of course I am.

But not about this.

[clapping and cheering]

Weren'’t they great?

Okay, I'’ll introduce
Notto, then you'’re up next.

- Yeah but, Barbie?

- The Junior Rainbow
Princesses, everyone.

And now, for a
musician who is sure

to tickle your ear
drums, the Notto Prince

and his one man Notto Band.

- Thank you, Rainbow
Queen Barbie.

Cloud Council,
prepare to be amazed.

[upbeat music]

- Ooh.

- I taught him
everything he knows.

- And I'’m just getting started.

Watch this.

[horns beep]

[yelling]

- Notto, are you okay?

- I meant to do that.

- Good to know.

- [Barbie] Well, okay then.

Time for the grand finale.

- Great.
- Ooh!

[cheering]

- Ready, Chelsea?

- I'’m sorry, Barbie.

I don'’t think I can do it.

I mean, what if they
don'’t like my singing?

- Chels, it'’s not about
what others think.

It'’s about you having fun.

Don'’t you like to sing?

- More than anything.

- Then that'’s all you
need to think about.

The only person you have
to make happy is you.

Go out there and
sing from your heart.

Sing loud and proud,
like no one is listening.

[clapping]

[soft music]
