[snoring]

[sighing]

Ernie, did you put the--

Ernie, did you

put the lights on?

What are you doing?

I'm just watching

you sleep, Bert.

You are watching me sleep?

Mm-hm.

You know, sleep is really

amazing, isn't it, Bert?

Well, Ernie, I wouldn't know.

You know, it makes you feel so--

so rested.

Yeah, well, Ernie,

I am not going

to get any sleep if

you keep watching me.

Oh, I'm sorry, Bert.

Goodnight, Bert.

Oh, fine.

Goodnight, Ernie.

Goodnight.

Hope you mean it.

Wow.

Hmm.

Look at that.

Bert is sleeping.

And when he wakes

up tomorrow, he'll

be ready to play,

all because of sleep.

[music playing]

[screaming]

[singing] Sleep, without it

think of how tired we'd be.

Sleep gives me plenty of energy.

Nodding, napping,

snoring, snoozing.

Every night it's

what I'm choosing.

Sleep wakes me up when

it's time to play.

Oh, sleep gets me

ready to run all day.

And sleep makes

me feel so rested.

Sleep makes me feel brand new.

Sleep is what I'm gonna do.

Sleep, it's what everyone

in the world must do.

That's right, Bert.

Sleep, every boy and

girl, every pigeon, too.

Dozing, dreaming,

snoozing, snoring.

There is simply no ignoring.

Sleep makes me feel so rested.

Sleep makes me feel brand new.

Sleep.

Gotta get some sleep.

Gotta go to-- sleep

is what I'm gonna do.

You know, Ernie, you're right.

I never thought about it

before, but sleep is--

[snoring]

--really amazing.

If I could get any.

I'll get some hot chocolate.
