- It was invented in china a long, long time ago.

Every pose is named after a different animal.

There's a snake pose.

- And a dragon pose.

- And my favorite, the chicken pose.

It always makes me laugh.

[Chuckles]

- And there are three more we have to do:

The lion and the monkey and...

- The crane.

That's a big bird.

- They might look easy, but they're very hard to do.

- And it's even harder for all three of us

To remember to do them in the same order...
