- Hi!

I'’m Calvin.

Welcome to "Mutt & Stuff."

- [barks]



- Thanks for the tickets, Zippy.

We'’ll need these when we go

to our favorite amusement park,

Doggy Fun Land!

- [barking]

- That'’s right, Zippy.

Everyone gets a turn on their favorite ride.



Whoa!

Zippy'’s favorite ride is loop-de-loop.

Come on, Zippy.

Let'’s go start our "loopy" day.



[alarm blares]

Thanks, Zippy!



[bell rings]

Good boy.

Whoo-hoo!

[bell rings]



Who'’s ready to go on some rides?

- Buckle your seat belts,

hold on tight,

and come on in, doggies!

- Oh, I can'’t wait to ride

the world'’s coolest roller coaster,

the Twisty Tail.

Ooh, I guess I better practice

going down the big roller coaster.

Like this!



Wahoo-hoo-hoo!

- I'’m right behind you!

Aah!

Time to start class!

Good morning, everyone.

It'’s time for the doggy roll call.

Amusement park-style.

Zippy'’s favorite ride is the loop-de-loop.



No one loves the photo booth

more than Princess Pickles.

- [barks]

- Junior Shades likes to stay cool

on the log flume.

- [barks]

- Grumbles can'’t stay grumpy

on the merry-go-round.

- [barks]

- No one whacks-a-mole like Cuddles.

- [whimpers]

- Pixie'’s not afraid of any adventure.

Not even a haunted house.

- [barks]

- Grandma'’s a big fan of amusement park snacks.



- [barks softly]

- Cricket can ride kiddy rides

all day long.

[crickets chirping]

Sonny wants to buckle up

and ride the bumper cars.

- [barks]

- Dude chills out at the arcade.

Rocket is...

wait, where'’s Rocket?

- Hmm.



- Rocket is ready for the bobsled ride.



Giggle and Wiggle are ready to giggle and wiggle

their way through the funhouse.

- [howls]

- And the mouse who'’s ready for anything...

Noodles!

Noodles?

- I'’m here!

Just brushing my teeth.

[spits]

Ha-ha. All done.

- And we all know what Stuff wants to do.

- Yeah, I want to ride on the Twisty Tail roller coaster.

Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

- Bark if you want to go to Doggy Fun Land.

[dogs barking]

- Woof!

- Well, before we go,

I have a special surprise for everyone.



I got these "Mutt & Stuff" T-shirts for everyone to wear

at the amusement park.

- Oh, boy.

Orange is my favorite color.

We'’re gonna look so super-cool.

- Yeah, and we'’ll be able to find each other through a crowd.

- [barks]

- Oh, great idea, Zippy.

Let'’s try these on in dress-up time!

Open the Doggy Everything Closet!



Do they fit, guys?

- Uh...



- Oh, no.

I think I may have gotten the wrong size shirts.

- [barks]



- Oh, man.

Those shirts won'’t fit the dogs at all.

What will we do?



That'’s a great idea, Zippy.

The dogs can wear these bandanas instead.

Hey, Zippy,

can you go get some more for the class?

- [barking]

- Great.

Yeah!

Now you guys look ready to roll.

- We'’re going to look so good

when we ride the Twisty Tail roller coaster.

- Psst. Rocket.

Here, doggy, doggy, doggy.

[Noodles chuckles]

Hey, Rocket.

Heh.

Do you want to be my roller coaster?

- [barks]

- Yes! Let'’s do it!

[grunting]

Please keep your hands,

legs, and tail

on the doggy at all times.

Ready, Rocket?

Let'’s roll!

Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

Whoo-hoo-hoo!

This is the best roller coaster ever!

Whoa!

I love my life!

Go, Rocket, go!



[grunts]

[panting]

Now that'’s what I call...

a twisty tail Rocket coaster.

Thanks, Rocket.

Aah!

That was fun.

- Hey, Marty,

I can'’t believe that dog

had a mouse on its back.

- Oh, well, Sid,

that'’s better than a mouse

with a dog on its back.

[both laughing]

- That'’s-- that'’s kind of funny.

- I know.

I'’m funny all the way down to my roots.

- Well, you must have pretty short roots.

- Oh.Ha-ha.

- I got you.

- You zinged me.

- Zinged you!

- Ugh.

- [groans]

- Let'’s check on the puppies.

I set up an amusement park game for them to play with.

- ♪ Puppy playtime

- [barking]

- Hey, Davenport.

Davenport!

- Aah!

Oh, hey, Zoe.

- What'’s your favorite food

at the amusement park?

- Hmm.

Kitten candy!

[trombone plays ascending note]

[both laughing]

- I'’m okay. - Meow too.

[upbeat music]

- Hey, here'’s your backpack, Calvin.

Can we go to Doggy Fun Land now?

- Almost, Stuff.

There'’s still one thing we have to do

before we go.



But I can'’t remember what it is.

- Hmm.

- Brrp!

Attention! Attention!

Calling all dogs!

Brrp!

- Ooh! Calvin!

I think I just figured out what it is.

- Me too.

- [beeping]

Hey, doggies,

your kibble snack is ready.

Brrp!

- Thanks, Bowwow.

- You'’re welcome, Calvin.

- Man, I sure am glad Bowwow'’s here to remind us

when it'’s snack time.

Come on, let'’s go!

[dogs barking]



- Ooh, I'’m coming!

Snack time!

Yum, yum, yum.

- Hey, Stuff,

why don'’t you start up Bowwow?

- Ooh, yeah, sounds good.

Here it goes.



- Bowwow Chow Snack Machine

has been activated.

Swirling ball swirling.

Swirl. Swirl. Swirl. Swirl.

Shoe swing complete.

Ball dropped. Commencing umbrella sequence.

Bubbly stuff bubbling.

Gears turning.

That'’s my favorite part.

Kibble for you.

And you.

How about you?

And you.

Here comes Stuff'’s kibble.

Wow. That'’s a lot.

Kibble delivery complete.

- Bowwow! Time to chow.



- Mmm. So good.

- Okay.

I'’ve got our bandanas,

and all I need are my dogs.

Come on, guys.

To the "Mutt & Stuff" Bus!

[dogs barking]



- See you later, guys!

Oh, hey, Pixie.

Have fun at the amusementbark.

Ha-ha-ha!

You know? '’Cause you'’re a dog.

And you bark.

Like "park."

- Oh, hello,

and a mighty "woof woof" to you.

Welcome to Doggy Fun Land.

- A mighty "woof woof" to you too.

We'’re so excited to be here!

- Well, if you need anything,

just ask for me,

Johnny-in-Charge, at your bark and call.

- Thanks, Johnny-in-Charge.

- Tickets please. - Ah, yes.

I knew these would come in handy.

Here you go.

- Hey, I bet you know where

the Twisty Tail roller coaster is.

- Yes, I do.

Turn right at the Big Paw,

go past the Bowl Bats,

left at the Kibble-and-Drool cart,

and step around the collar and leash stand.

- Ooh, come on, Calvin, let'’s go there now!

- Stuff, everyone gets a chance to choose an activity.

You have to wait your turn.

[both bark]

- Yes, Giggle and Wiggle.

We'’ll visit the funhouse,

'’cause it'’s your turn. Let'’s go.

- Have fun at the fun funhouse.

It'’s really fun!

And a mighty "woof woof" to you.

You ready to have all that fun I was talking about?

- Johnny, I didn'’t know you work at the funhouse too.

- Absolutely.

Johnny-in-Charge at your bark and call.

Come on!



[carnival music]



- Giggle and Wiggle don'’t know who'’s who in the funhouse.



Sonny and Dude want to go everywhere at once.

I knows that nose anywhere.

Rocket'’s looking good!



Spin, Pixie. Spin away!



Zippy isn'’t sure which end is up.



- Whoa! This place is bonkers.

Ooh!

Oh, look at me. Hello, me.

Hey, this mirror makes me look super tiny.

Huh? Hmm?

Hmm. Uh...hmm.



[laughs]



Woof!

- [barks]

- Huh.

- [barking]



- [chuckles]

Good one, Junior Shades.

You really had me going.

Hey, Calvin,

can we go on the Twisty Tail roller coaster now?

- Stuff, it'’s Princess Pickles'’ turn to choose,

and here we are-- the photo booth.

- Well, hello!

And a mighty "woof woof" to you.

- Hey, Johnny.

I didn'’t know you work at the photo booth too.

- You betcha.

Johnny-in-Charge at your bark and call.

- Wow.

Well, we want to try on some costumes

and take pictures.

- Then you'’ve come to the right photo booth.

- Ooh.

[upbeat music]



- [barks]



[jazz music]



- Hey, Davenport.

Davenport!

- Chard muffins! Oh, hey there, Zoe.

- What is a cat'’s favorite amusement park ride?

- Hmm.

The furry-go-round!

[trombone plays ascending note]

[both laughing]

- Whoops! I'’m okay. - Meow too.

[upbeat music]

- Hey, Stuff! - Huh?

- All the dogs had their turn to choose an activity.

Guess who'’s next.

- Is it me?

- It'’s you!

- Yippee!

We finally get to go on the Twisty Tail roller coaster.

- Yep.

- And there it is.



Oh, no.

That'’s a really long line for the ride.

- Oh, that'’s okay, Stuff.

We can wait.

- Well, I don'’t think Icanwait, Calvin.

I want to go on the roller coaster right now!

- I know it'’s hard to wait, Stuff,

but maybe we can do an activity to pass the time.

- Well, I guess we can try it.

- Great, '’cause I brought my bongos!

How about a little song?

- [barking]

- Zippy'’s ready.

♪ Here we are, in the park ♪

♪ Waiting in line, ready to bark ♪

- ♪ [barks] - ♪ [barks]

- [flatly] ♪ Woof, woof

- ♪ If you like cotton candy

♪ Come along and bark with me ♪

- Okay. - ♪ [barking]

- ♪ Woof, woof

- ♪ Now all we have left to do

- Is give a "woof woof" to all of you!

- Wow, that song was so much fun!

- And the line is ready to move again.

- Twisty Tail, here we come.



Oh, hey, Calvin,

do you think we'’ll have time for another activity?

- How about we play "Simon Says,"

except it'’ll be "Calvin Says"?

- Ooh-hoo! That sounds great.

I have a question.

Who'’s gonna be Calvin?

- Hmm.

How about me? - Oh.

- Okay, Calvin says...

sit up.



Now, Calvin says spin in a circle.



Okay, now, sit down.

- Ooh!



Oh, you didn'’t say, "Calvin says."

[both laughing]

- That'’s okay, because we'’re at the front of the line!

It'’s time to ride the Twisty Tail roller coaster.

- Really?

Aw, I was having so much fun

singing songs and playing games

that I didn'’t mind waiting at all.

- And a mighty "woof woof" to you!

And you must be this tall

to ride the Twisty Tail roller coaster.



- What? Oh, no!

What if I'’m not tall enough?



Wh...

- You made it!

- Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

Yes! I did it.

Awesome.



Oh, no. Pixie!



- And...

you made it!

- Wahoo-hoo!

Oh, my goodness.

Pixie, I wouldn'’t have gone

on the roller coaster without you,

but I must say, I'’m glad you have tall ears.

- [growls]

- Hope you'’re ready to ride

the best roller coaster in the world,

the Twisty Tail!

- Yes!



- Buckle your seat belts,

keep your paws in the car at all times,

and most importantly, have fun!

- Oh, boy, this is it!

- See you soon.

- Ooh!

- Oh... oh, yeah, a big hill.

Big hill. Big hill.

Oh, here'’s the top of the big hill.

Downy part!

Wee-hee-hee!

- Aah!

- Ooh!

- [barks]

- There'’s another hill!

- Whoa!

[both scream]

- There'’s a tiny hill.

both: Whoa!



- Whoa, here comes a turn!

- Aah!

- Another one!

- Aah!



- Whoa, loop-de-loop!

- Whoa! Aah!



- Welcome back!

- Again! I want to do it again!

- You want to ride the Twisty Tail

roller coaster...again?

- I do.

But I also want to wait in line again,

'’cause that was so much fun!

- Okay, then.

Let'’s go back to the end of the line

and do it again.

- Yeah!

Whee! Ha-ha-ha.

Whoo! Back in line.

Oh, yeah.

- Hey, Stuff?

- Hmm?

- Can I have a nose-to-nose?

- Sure.

- I'’m really proud of how patient you were today.

I know it'’s hard to wait in line.

- Oh, thanks, Calvin.

Hey, should we celebrate with a Super Paw?

- Yeah!

both: Super Paw!

- We should also celebrate

with a waiting-in-line Doggy Dance Party.

Come on! Wag it like you mean it!

- Today, Stuff was really excited

to ride on the Twisty Tail roller coaster.

the Twisty Tail roller coaster now?

- But when we got to his ride, the line was really long.

- That'’s a really long line for the ride.

- That'’s okay. We can do another activity.

- Oh, yeah. Activities aren'’t so bad.

- Then he learned when it'’s hard to wait your turn,

just find something fun to do to pass the time.

Calvin says... sit up.



And then, we decided to do it all over again

and have a waiting-in-line dance party!
