"The wicked witch locked Rapunzel high in a tower.

'Hee-hee. You will be my prisoner forever.'"

"Then along came a handsome prince

"who fell in love with Rapunzel.

So he called up to her."

"Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your golden hair."

"And Rapunzel lowered her long hair

so the prince could climb up the tower and rescue her."

Louise, this story is perfect for our school play.

It sure is, Ruby.

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Emergency. Emergency.[/span]

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Red alert. Red alert.[/span]

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Danger. Danger.[/span]

Greetings, space aliens.

[Both laughing]

We're not space aliens, Max.

Hey, kids, come outside.

I've got something special for you.

Yay! Whoa!

What is it?

Surprise.

I'll need some help carrying this box inside.

What could be in such a big box?

Whatever it is, I bet it's heavy.

I'm strong.

You sure are, Space Bunny Max.

Girls, can you hold the door open?

[Both gasping]

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Emergency. Emergency.[/span]

What could it be?

Something light, like fluffy pillows or balloons?

Or marshmallows.

Ooh. Let's take a peek.

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Emergency. Emergency.[/span] [span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Red alert.[/span]

Come in and see.

Sorry, Max.

There's only room for one space bunny and his robots.

The box is empty.

I thought you had something special for us.

I do. The box is the toy.

If you use your imagination,

you can turn it into anything you want.

But there's only one, so you'll have to share.

Okay!

Thanks, Dad.

Wow. What should we make?

I know. This will make a perfect castle

for our Rapunzel play.

[Gasping]

What a great idea, Ruby.

Let's get my markers and craft supplies

so we can decorate it.

My space rocket.

Crayons!

First we'll draw the tower and paint it in.

And then we'll practice our play.

Max? Max?

Louise and I want to turn the box

into an enchanted tower

so we can practice our Rapunzel play.

I made a space rocket.

BOTH: Oh.

To go to the moon.

Then Louise and I will make an enchanted tower

on the other side of the box.

Okay, Max?

Okay.

[Ruby humming]

Oh, this is so exciting.

I think we're finished.

A castle fit for a princess.

We should make the inside comfy and pretty for Rapunzel.

Let's get some cushions from your room.

Good idea.

Three, two, one,

blast off!

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Red alert. Red alert.[/span]

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Danger. Danger.[/span]

Uh, Ruby, where did our fairy tale tower go?

I think I know.

[Imitating engine vrooming]

[Laughing]

Looks like Max launched his rocket.

Earth to Space Bunny Max.

Prepare for landing.

Roger, space base.

Prepare for landing.

Greetings, space aliens.

[Both laughing]

BOTH: Greetings, Space Bunny Max.

Is this the moon?

Yes, Space Bunny Max.

Now you explore while Louise and I

finish Rapunzel's castle.

Beep, beep, beep, beep.

There. Fit for a princess.

Now let's practice our play.

You can be the witch who keeps Rapunzel locked in a tower.

And you play the prince who helps Rapunzel escape

by climbing up her long, golden hair.

That's the best part.

And, of course, your Rapunzel doll will be Rapunzel.

I have an idea.

Let's make her golden hair extra long

with golden yarn.

Would you like that?

[Squeaking]

Yes, I knew you would!

Then here you are, Rapunzel.

Beautiful.

It sure is, Ruby.

Now we just need a witch hat and a prince's crown.

Beep, beep, beep, beep.

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Red alert. Red alert.[/span]

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Danger. Danger.[/span]

I'm going to the moon!

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Red alert. Red alert.[/span]

[span tts:fontStyle="italic"]Danger. Danger.[/span]

I am the evil witch who put poor Rapunzel in a tower.

[Laughing]

Louise, that's just perfect.

But...

Where's our castle gone now?

I think it's taken a trip into outer space.

We just have to follow Space Bunny Max's trail.

BOTH: Oh, no!

Space Bunny Max is flying all over the galaxy.

[Laughing]

[Giggling]

Here's the rocket.

But where's Max?

MAX: Beep, beep, beep.

Looking for space aliens on the moon.

There he is.

Greetings, Space Bunny Max.

Welcome to Planet Ruby.

[Giggling]

Can we please have our tower back

so we can practice our Rapunzel play?

I want to play Space Bunny.

I know, but it's our turn to play with the box.

We need the enchanted tower for our Rapunzel play.

Okay, space alien.

Here's some glue and buttons.

Why don't you add controls to the inside of your spaceship

while Louise and I practice on the outside?

Okay.

Buttons.

Now we can practice our Rapunzel play.

Let's go get Rapunzel.

Space base. All systems are go.

[Laughing]

I am an evil witch.

Rapunzel, now you will be trapped in this tower forever.

I am the prince, and I have come to save you, Rapunzel.

MAX: Three, two, one.

No, Max. It's not time to blast off yet.

Wait until we've finished our play.

The prince hasn't saved Rapunzel.

You don't want to miss the best part.

Okay.

Thanks, Max.

Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair.

This is where she lets down her hair.

Blastoff!

[Gasping]

Oh, no!

Max, no. Please stop.

Attention, Space Bunny Max.

Prepare for landing.

Space Bunny Max coming in for a landing.

Oh, no. Rapunzel will get dirty.

Mission complete.

Thanks, Max.

See? Saving Rapunzel is the best part.

Maybe our play can have two princes.

Would you like that, Max?

No, thanks.

I'm Space Bunny Max.
