- Whoo-hoo!

- Wow. Hiya, Blaze.

- Hey, Blaze.

[horn honks] - Hi, everyone.

- And a fine good morning to you too.

[tires screech]

- Hey, check it out. There's Gabby's garage.

[tools whirring]

- It sounds like she's working on something.

Come on, let's go see.

- Gabby! - Where are you?

- Over here!

[tools whirring]

- Hey, Gabby. What are you working on?

- Check it out. I'm making a robot!

- Whoa. - A robot?

How'd you build a robot?

- Simple. I used robotics.

- Robotics.

Those are the steps you follow to make a robot.

- Robotics step one: design your robot.

I designed mine with an arm to lift things.

- Cool.

- Robotics step two: build your robot.

My robot needs one last part,

a circle piece, to go here.

- We'll help you find it, Gabby.

Hmm, where do you see a piece that's shaped like a circle?

Yeah, there's one!

Here you go, Gabby.

- Great!

- [beeping]

- Whoa. - It's working!

- Now we're ready for robotics step three:

coding the robot.

Coding is when you give your robot instructions

to tell it what to do.

Robot, drive forward and pick up that toolbox.

- [beeping]

- [laughs] - He's doing it, Gabby!

- [laughs] Nice job, little robot.

- [beeping]

- Hey, Gabby, can we give your robot a try?

- Sure.

- Robot, get this ball.

- [beeping]

- Whoo! - Go, little robot.

- [beeping]

[laughter] - Great job!

- [gasps] Crusher, did you see that?

Gabby built a robot.

Huh! She's just full of surprises.

- [scoffs] Big deal.

Building robots is easy.

- Crusher, you know robotics?

- Well, no. But how hard could it be?

Watch.

I'll build some robots right now.

[tires screeching]

Just put this piece over here...

- Well, the important thing is,

you follow the three steps of robotics.

Step one: design your robot.

Step two-- - Done!

- That was fast.

[electronic whirring]

[robots chattering]

So what do these robots do? - I don't know.

I didn't follow any of those steps

you were talking about.

- Whoa! - [screams]

- Yoo-hoo!

[humming]

- Look out!

[both screaming]

- Phew. - Yeah, okay.

Maybe robotics is a little harder than I thought.

- [laughs]

- Well, at least this robot doesn't seem so bad.

- [laughing]

[both screaming]

- Crusher? Pickle?

What's going on?

- Well, see, it's sort of a long story--

- It's probably nothing, but, um...

- [laughs nervously] Oops.

- I've got to stop those robots

before they wreck the whole city.

Stop right there, robots!

- Huh?[laughs]

Whoo-hoo-hoo!

- Whoa!

[groans] Whoa.

Those robots are more powerful than I thought.

- Blaze!

- We're glad you're all right.

- [beeping] - Thanks, little guy.

- Well, if Blaze isn't strong enough to stop those robots,

then I guess there's only one thing to do.

- Panic? - Exactly!

[both screaming]

- Hang on, you two.

There's got to be some way

to stop those wrecking robots.

- Hey, what if we build a robot of our own?

A robot just as big and strong as they are.

- Yeah!

- Come on, everyone!

It's time to use robotics!

- Yeah! - Whoo-hoo!

- Whoa.

- Robotics step one:

design our robot.

- I know!

Let's give our robot legs

so he can run and jump.

- To design the robot legs, say, "robot legs."

Robot legs!

- Now, let's give our robot a big, powerful body.

- To design the robot body, say, "robot body."

Robot body!

- Ooh, ooh!

And what if our robot could have super strong arms?

- Good idea, Pickle.

To design the robot arms, say, "robot arms."

Robot arms!

- All right!

- Now we're ready for robotics step two:

build the robot.

- Hey, I've got an idea.

Let's build these robot parts on me.

I'll be a robot monster machine!

- Yeah! - Go for it, Blaze.

[engine revving]

- Whoo-hoo!

[triumphant music]

[all exclaiming]

- Okay, even I have to admit that's pretty cool.

- Hop in, A.J.

- [grunts]

All right!

- Now we're ready for robotics step three:

code our robot.

- Coding Robot Blaze to run and lift.

[electronic whirring]
