- I'm Peppa Pig. [snorts]

This is my little brother, George.

- [snorts]

- This is Mummy Pig. - [snorts]

- And this is Daddy Pig. - [snorts loudly]

- [laughing]

- Peppa Pig. [snorts]

- ♪

- NARRATOR: Peppa and George

are at Granny and Grandpa Pig's house.

- Look! [snorts]

I've got something to show you both.

- Oooh!

- This is the dolly I had when I was little.

- She looks very pretty. [snorts] Can I hold her?

- Yes, but remember Dolly is very old and delicate,

so, do be gentle with her.

- I will, Granny.

- Anyway, enough of that.

How would you both like to see something good?

- Yes, please! - [oinks]

- We need to go to my shed.

- PEPPA AND GEORGE: [laughing]

- Grandpa is always making little things in his shed.

I suppose it keeps him happy.

- Look at this. - Ooh.

- I call it Mark One.

It's my first homemade toy airplane.

- Airplane! [laughs]

- NARRATOR: George loves airplanes.

- Can it fly, Grandpa?

- Of course. Watch this.

- [whirring]

- Eh, landing is the tricky bit.

- It is the best little plane ever, Grandpa!

- But it could be better if it were bigger.

So I made this one.

Mark Two.

- PEPPA AND GEORGE: Wow!

- [beep]

- [whirring]

- Gently does it.

- Uh, yes, like I said, landing is the tricky bit.

- Lovely, Grandpa,

it's good to get these things out of your system. [snorts]

And now that you've made a big toy plane,

there's no need to make another, is there?

- No, Granny Pig. [snorts] Um, you know what?

I fancy a glass of orange juice.

- Good idea, Grandpa Pig. Is anyone else thirsty?

- Yes, please! - [snorts]

- Then I'll go to the house and get juice for all of us.

- See you later.

- Peppa, remember to take care of Dolly.

- I will Granny! - Bye, Granny.

Right, now I can show you what I've been working on.

- [shuffling]

- This is Mark Three.

- Wow. - Yes.

It's bigger and better. [snorts]

It even has a place for a pilot to sit.

- We can put George in it.

- [laughs] [oinks]

- Uh, no, I think that might be a bit dangerous.

- [groaning]

- Maybe Dolly would like to be the pilot.

- But Granny said I should look after Dolly.

- Dolly will be fine. - Okay.

- [whirring]

- GRANDPA: Yippee! - [laughing]

- Let's see what it can do!

- [whirring]

- Wow!

- GRANDPA: The toy airplane is [unintelligible].

- Dolly!

- GRANDPA: Oh, no!

Dolly has fallen out of the plane!

No need to panic.

- [whirring] - GEORGE AND PEPPA: Hooray!

- Let's try something even more exciting.

- [whirring]

- Watch out for the house, Grandpa!

- GRANDPA: Oh, it's fine, the door is open.

- Now, where is that juice? - [whirring]

- What was that?

- ♪

- Ha-ha! You see? I know what I'm doing.

- Clever, Grandpa!

- Now, I just need to land it.

Gently does it.

- [screams] Dolly!

Caught you!

- Hooray!

- Juice for everyone.

- Ah, Granny Pig. Perfect timing.

- What is that?

- Um...it's a toy airplane. A big toy airplane.

- Yes, I can see that.

- Grandpa did some fancy flying!

- And Dolly, did you enjoy your playtime

with Peppa and George?

- Grandpa put Dolly in the air--

- Yes, yes, we've all had a lovely time.

- Yes, Grandpa.

- [snorts] - [laughing]

- NARRATOR: Peppa and George love toy airplanes.

Everybody loves toy airplanes.

- [laughing]

- NARRATOR: Peppa is taking Goldie the fish to the vet

for a check-up.

- I like this road. It's all wibbly-wobbly.

- GEORGE AND PEPPA: [laughing]

- Goldie likes it, too.

♪ The fish in the bowl swims round and round ♪

♪ Round and round

♪ Round and -- - Stop!

- NARRATOR: Here is Mr. Bull.

- What are you doing, Mr. Bull?

- We're digging out this old road to make a new one!

- Will it be wibbly-wobbly, like the old road?

- No, Peppa, it will be straight.

- [machinery whirring]

- Now, if you'll excuse me,

I've got a bit of shouting to do.

Come on, rags! Get a move on!

- NARRATOR: Mr. Bull is the boss.

Bosses like to shout.

- Keep up the good work!

- But how will we get Goldie to the vet?

- [bubbles bursting]

- We'll just have to walk there.

- ♪

- NARRATOR: Peppa and Goldie have arrived

at Dr. Hamster, the vet's.

Dr. Hamster helps sick pets get better.

- Hello, Dr. Hamster.

I've brought Goldie the fish for her check-up.

- Ah, she's lovely.

- Is that the check-up? - Yes.

Just make sure she drinks plenty of water.

- [knocking]

- Oh, hello, Mr. Bull.

- Hello, Dr. Hamster, sorry about the noise.

We're building a new road.

- Will you take long? - No, not long.

We just have to knock this building down.

- [gasps]

- You can't knock this building down.

- No, this is where poorly pets come to get better.

- Is it? - Yes!

Can't you make the road go around the building instead?

- Around the building?! Around?!

But then the road wouldn't be straight.

Busy people can't be wasting time driving around things.

- If you can't go around it, then can you go over it?

- No, that would be silly.

- What about going underneath it?

- Oh, a tunnel, that's very hard to do.

- [knocking]

- Oh, someone's at the back door.

Oh, hello.

- NARRATOR: It is Mr. Bull's brother.

- Hello, sorry about the noise, but we're building a road

and need to knock this building down.

- NARRATOR: Dr. Hamster's home for sick pets

is in the way of the new road.

- Hello, everyone.

- NARRATOR: Mr. Rabbit is the road building inspector.

- Hmm, things are looking a bit slack, Mr. Bull.

Why have you stopped working?

- This building is in the way.

- I said they should build a tunnel. [snorts]

- Yes, a tunnel would do.

- Yes, but that would be very hard to do.

- Are your machines not strong enough to make a tunnel?

- What? Our machines are the strongest machines

in the world!

- We can build a tunnel.

- I'll dig from this side. - I'll dig from the other side.

- MR. BULL: And we'll meet in the middle.

- Hooray! - [engine revving]

- NARRATOR: Mr. Bull and his brother are building a tunnel.

- [machinery whirring]

- [rocks crumbling]

- Stop!

- NARRATOR: The tunnel has been dug.

And the new road is finished.

- ALL: Hooray!

- Congratulations, Mr. Bull, you did a fine job.

- Yes, now all those busy people can get

to where they're going more quickly!

- NARRATOR: The new road is so nice and straight

that lots and lots of cars have come to use it.

- [honking]

- Uh...they're not going that quickly.

- Hmm, there are more cars using this road

than we had planned for.

- We'll need a bigger road.

- So, what are you going to do?

- Only one thing we can do, Peppa.

- We'll dig up the road!

[laughing]

- [drilling]

- NARRATOR: Peppa and George love it

when Mr. Bull and his brother dig up the road.

- [laughing]

- NARRATOR: Everyone loves it

when Mr. Bull and his brother dig up the road.

- ♪

- NARRATOR: Today, Peppa and her family

are visiting the caves.

Molly Mole is visiting the caves, too.

- Hello, Molly.

The caves sound exciting, don't they?

- Yes, I'm looking forward to the ride of doom.

- Ah? Ride of doom? What's that?

- I don't know, but it sounds good.

- [laughing] - Hello.

- NARRATOR: Here is Mr. Rabbit.

- I'm your tour guide.

Please put on these safety hardhats.

- Will the caves be dangerous?

- Not at all, follow me for a completely safe tour.

- Good, all that talk of the ride of doom

had me worried for a moment.

- I'm your tour guide! - Oh.

- NARRATOR: Here is Grampy Rabbit.

- Let's go on a wild, mad adventure!

- Oh. Should we put on these safety hats?

- [laughing] Why not? - [laughing]

- Does anyone have a problem with going deep underground?

- Erm, I'm not too keen on small, dark spaces.

- Like a cave, you mean?

- And I'm not so good with heights.

- I see. Anything else I should know?

- George and I like exciting places.

- Brilliant! These caves are ridiculously exciting.

Please, follow me.

- [laughing]

- These steps take us down into the caves.

- Oooh, this is fun.

- Yes, it actually is quite fun.

It's good not to know exactly how deep we are.

- We're meters down now.

Imagine, if you will, the tons and tons of rock

just sitting above our heads.

- Great.

- Welcome to the caves.

- Oooh. - It's so pretty and sparkly.

- [oinks] Amazing.

- Look, there's a little boat.

- All aboard!

- [laughing]

- You know what?

Because this cave is so huge and beautiful,

I feel fine about being down here.

- Now we go into this little tunnel.

- MUMMY PIG: Oh.

- It can get a bit squeezy.

Breathe in... - ALL: [breathing in]

- [water splashing]

- Everyone out of the boat.

- I can't say I enjoyed that.

- Don't worry, we won't go through any more tunnels.

- Good.

- We just have to cross this chasm.

- ♪

- Whoa, that looks like quite a drop.

- Yes, it's wonderfully deep. I'll show you.

See how long it takes this rock to hit the bottom.

- [rock splashing] - Wow.

- And so, how do we get across?

- Did you hear anything about the ride of doom?

- Molly Mole said the ride of doom was the best bit!

- Uh, what exactly is this ride of doom?

- Nothing to be alarmed by.

It's a zip wire ride over this chasm

and down to the deepest part of the caves.

- Oh, goodie. - [giggling]

- It is really fun. And, of course, completely safe.

- Waahh!

- Wee!

- Whoo! - Wee! [giggling]

- Uh, I'm not very good with heights.

Is there another way to-- [screams]

- See you on the other side!

- Waah!

- Wait for me! [Tarzan scream]

If that isn't the craziest fun in the world,

I don't know what is. [laughing]

- It was brilliant. Did you enjoy it, Daddy?

- Uh...yes.

- Here, at the deepest point of the caves,

our tour comes to an end.

- [applause] - Any questions?

- Eh, how do we get out?

- Ooh, good question. - [bell dings]

- We take the lift.

- ♪

- Here we are! Back on the surface again.

- [sighs] Daylight.

- Welcome to the gift shop.

- Look! There's a picture of us on the ride of doom!

[giggling]

Daddy, you look funny.

- That will help you remember the Ride of Doom forever.

- Thank you very much. [laughing]

- NARRATOR: Peppa loves the caves.

Everyone loves the caves. - [laughing]

- NARRATOR: It is raining.

Peppa and George have to stay inside.

- I don't like rainy days.

- I like rainy days because they make muddy puddles to jump in.

- [snorts] Can we jump in muddy puddles now?

- ♪

- Peppa, we need to wait until it's stopped raining.

- When will it stop?

- Let's listen to the weather forecast.

- VOICE ON RADIO: This is the weather forecast.

It will rain all day.

- [groaning] - [snorts] I know.

We can play the rainy day game.

- What's the rainy day game?

- I'll show you.

If I take this rubber duck and hide it

where you can see it, do you think you could find it?

- Daddy, if we can see it, you haven't hidden it.

- Watch this.

I will put the duck here.

Now, you tell me where it is.

- There. - Exactly.

- It's too easy, Daddy.

- It won't always be so easy, Peppa.

- Who wants to go first?

- Because it's an easy game, George can go first.

- Okay, you all wait here.

- NARRATOR: Daddy Pig is putting the rubber duck somewhere

for George to find.

- The duck is somewhere in your bedroom.

- NARRATOR: George is looking for the rubber duck.

- [giggling] [oinks]

- NARRATOR: But it is quite difficult to find.

- Oh. - George, you can see it.

Just look with your eyes.

- NARRATOR: George is using his eyes

to look for the rubber duck.

- DADDY PIG: You're getting warmer.

Colder.

Warm again! - [snorts]

- NARRATOR: George has found the rubber duck.

- [rubber duck squeaking]

- Hooray! - I saw it straight away.

This game is too easy. - [snorts]

- Okay, Peppa's turn. I will do the hiding this time.

- NARRATOR: Mummy Pig is going to put the rubber duck

somewhere for Peppa to find.

- [snorts] I will see it straight away.

- Ready!

The rubber duck is somewhere in the kitchen.

- I've come to find you, rubber ducky!

I know where you are, you're in the sink!

Oh.

- NARRATOR: The rubber duck is not in the sink.

- I know, you're hiding under the table.

- NARRATOR: The rubber duck is not under the table.

- Give me a clue. Please.

- It's sitting with something else that's yellow.

- Something yellow that lives in the kitchen.

Bananas! There you are.

- NARRATOR: Peppa has found the rubber duck.

It was in the fruit bowl.

- Hooray!

- Well done. - [giggles]

I want to play the rainy day game again!

- Okay, this time you can both look for the duck.

- NARRATOR: Daddy Pig is putting the rubber duck somewhere

for Peppa and George to find.

- Ready! I'm in the sitting room.

- [giggling]

- Is it on the sofa? - No.

- Is it on the television? - No.

- It's not anywhere.

- Would you like a clue?

It's sitting on something very big and very wise.

- And very handsome.

- Daddy!

It's on your head!

That's the best hiding place ever!

- [laughing]

- Oh, the rain has stopped.

- Why don't we play outside?

- But I want to play the rainy day game again.

- I think you might like

this outside rainy day game even better.

- What is this game?

Give me a clue.

- We need to find a muddy puddle.

- I found it!

Is that the game?

- This game is not just about the finding, Peppa.

What do you do with a muddy puddle?

- Hmm...jump up and down. [snorts]

Jumping up and down in muddy puddles!

- [mud squishing] - BOTH: [giggling]

- I like rainy day games!

Especially the one when you jump up and down

in muddy puddles.

- ALL: [laughing]

- NARRATOR: Peppa's family are having a sleepover

at cousin Chloe's house.

- Hello, everyone. - Hello!

- You must be tired after your long journey.

- Yes, an early night would be nice.

- First, we'll put Baby Alexander to bed.

- PEPPA AND GEORGE: [giggling]

- [snorts] This is Baby Alexander's bedroom.

- ♪ - [cooing]

- Alexander likes noise, it sends him to sleep.

- We like noise in this house.

- We're a noisy family.

- Peppa, George, you're staying in my room tonight.

- Oh, goodie! - [giggling]

- NARRATOR: Peppa and George are excited to be sleeping

in cousin Chloe's bedroom.

- DADDY PIG: Good night! - MUMMY PIG: Good night!

- PEPPA: Good night! - AUNTIE PIG: Good night!

- UNCLE PIG: Good night. - CHLOE: Night night.

- [crickets chirping]

- NARRATOR: Everyone is tucked up in their beds.

Asleep.

- BABY ALEXANDER: [screaming]

- NARRATOR: Baby Alexander is awake.

- BABY ALEXANDER: [screaming]

- NARRATOR: Peppa and George are awake.

- [whirring] - What's that noise?!

- It's the vacuum cleaner. - [screaming]

- Um, why are you vacuuming at night?

- We're not disturbing you, are we?

- What? Oh, no.

- [snoring]

- We found noise is the best way to get Baby Alexander

back to sleep-- [snorts] he likes noise.

- We're a noisy family. [snorts]

- [crickets chirping]

- NARRATOR: Everyone is back in their beds.

Asleep.

- BABY ALEXANDER: [crying]

- NARRATOR: Baby Alexander is awake.

- BABY ALEXANDER: [crying] - [vacuum cleaner whirring]

- ♪

- Why is Auntie Pig playing a trumpet?

- To get Alexander to sleep.

The more noise, the better.

- Is there another way that doesn't use noise?

- We do find noise is the best way.

- When George was a baby, we used to put him

in his pram and wheel him around the house.

- And that always sent him to sleep.

- How strange. - No loud noises?

- That's right.

How many times around the house was it, Mummy Pig?

Three times? - Fifty times.

- [crickets chirping]

- NARRATOR: Daddy Pig is pushing Baby Alexander

around the house...fifty times.

- Good. Baby Alexander is asleep.

Can you let me back in?

- AUNTIE PIG: I'll just switch the alarm off.

- [beeping]

- [snoring]

- Switch the alarm back on...

- [beeping]

- Peppa, what are you doing up?

- I can't sleep, Daddy. It's a noisy night.

- Okay, Peppa, let's get you back to bed.

Now, which bedroom are you staying in?

- Stop, Daddy!

That's Baby Alexander's room!

- Ah. - [crying]

- NARRATOR: The light has woken Baby Alexander.

- It's alright, I've got the vacuum cleaner.

- I've got the trumpet. - Stop. Stop!

I remember another quiet way we used to get George to sleep.

- Oh, yes, we drove him around in the car!

I'll get the car started.

- AUNTIE PIG: Don't forget the alarm!

- [beeping]

- [alarm going off]

- NARRATOR: Daddy Pig has set off the noisy house alarm.

The noisy house has woken everyone up!

- [alarm going off]

- [sirens] - [helicopter whirring]

- NARRATOR: It's Ms. Rabbit in a rescue helicopter.

- Is everybody alright down there?

I heard the alarm.

- Yes, thank you.

- Alright, cheerio!

- [snoring] - Aww.

All that loud noise has sent Baby Alexander to sleep.

- He's really fast asleep now.

- All thanks to my noisy Daddy.

- Well done, Daddy Pig.

We should have you to stay more often.

- [laughing]

- ♪
