♪ Yeah, let's blaze ♪

- ♪ Broken key ♪

♪ A musical adventure ♪

[lively rock music]

- Whoo-hoo-hoo!

[tires screeching]

Hey! Check it out.

Crusher and I are racing to see

who's the fastest monster machine on the beach.

- [scoffs] Blaze.

There's no way you're faster than me.

- Sure about that, Crusher?

[engine revs]

[musical car horn honking]

- Oh, yeah!

- Yay! Blaze wins.

- Whee!

[yelping]

[groaning]

- Aw. It's okay, Crusher.

There's always next time.

- Hey, Blaze, what do you think that is?

- Ooh!

- It's a treasure chest.

- A treasure chest?

[laughs] Move aside, folks.

I want to be the first one to open it

and see what's inside.

[grunting]

[whines] It won't open.

- Gee, maybe this map will have some helpful information.

Hmm, it says that this

is the treasure of the broken key.

all: The treasure of the broken key?

- Long ago,

a treasure was locked inside this chest

with a shiny metal key.

But the key was broken.

Broken into three pieces that were lost at sea,

never to be seen again.

- A broken key?

Oh, now we'll never open the treasure.

- Hang on, Crusher. I got an idea.

What if we find those missing pieces

and fix the broken key?

- Oh!

- How will we do that, Blaze?

- We'll be...

pirates!

[upbeat seafaring music]

all: ♪ Pirates, pirates, we be pirates ♪

♪ On a quest to cross the seven seas ♪

- ♪ Pirate Blaze, ahoy! ♪

- ♪ Pirate AJ, argh! ♪

- ♪ Pirate Pickle, yo-ho! ♪

- ♪ Pirate Crusher, whoa! ♪

all: ♪ Climb aboard ♪

♪ Set the sails ♪

♪ Our pirate crew ♪

♪ Never fails ♪

♪ We will solve the mystery ♪

♪ Piece by piece ♪

♪ And open up the treasure ♪

♪ Of the broken key ♪

- All right, pirates,

time to find those pieces of the broken key.

- Hey, Pirate Pickle, where should we look first?

- Let's see.

Our map says that the first piece

of the key is near some big rocks.

Kinda like those big rocks straight ahead.

- [groans]

I don't see a key piece anywhere.

Ah! [yelping]

- I know. Let's use our pirate spyglass.

It can help us find that shiny metal piece.

Look carefully.

When you see something shiny, say, "Shiny!"

[parrots cawing]

Shiny! Yeah!

It's the first piece of the broken key!

- Gaskets!

I don't think that's the only thing in the water.

- [cackling] Sorry, pirates.

But if you want to get that piece of the key,

you're gonna have to get past us.

- Too bad nobody gets past us. [laughing]

- Zap, zap.

- That's 'cause we're...

all: The electric eels.

- ♪ Don't need no switch ♪

all: ♪ We're always on ♪

♪ And the sparks are gonna fly ♪

♪ And the sparks are gonna fly ♪

♪ We've got the power ♪

♪ Our current's strong ♪

♪ Got our voltage turned up high ♪

♪ Feel that charge as we come on fire ♪

♪ We're electric eels ♪

♪ Don't mess with us ♪

♪ You'll get zapped ♪

♪ We might shock you, that's a fact ♪

[electricity zaps]

- Oh, no.

With all those electric eels, we'll never get that key piece.

- Wait a second.

I think I know how we can sail our boat past them.

Look!

Every time an eel pops up,

there's always three bubbles.

- It's zapping time!

[electricity zaps]

- [screams] - Whoa!

- Oh, man.

If we're gonna keep away from those eels,

we need to look out for three bubbles.

- Oh, I see bubbles.

- Is that three bubbles?

No, that's only two.

- Hello.

- Ha. It's just a little turtle.

- Look, more bubbles over there.

- Is that three bubbles?

Yeah!

- Coming at you!

[electricity zaps]

- Whoo-hoo-hoo!

[electricity crackling]

- Yay!

We got past an electric eel.

- [gasps] Look out! More bubbles ahead.

- Is that three bubbles?

Yes!

- Get ready for a shock.

[electricity zaps]

- Whee-hee-hee!

- Yeah! We got past another eel.

- Zap.

- [laughs]

We're almost at the first piece of the key.

- But we'd better keep a lookout.

There could still be more eels out there somewhere.

Is that three bubbles?

Nope, that's four.

- [crab squeaks] - Hello, crab!

- Is that three bubbles?

- Yeah!

- Zap, zap! [laughs]

- Hang on!

- Zap, zap.

[exciting music]

- Whoo-hoo-hoo!

We got the first piece of the broken key.

[dolphins chattering]

♪ Electric eels ♪

- ♪ Can't stop this crew ♪

- ♪ We got the piece ♪

all: Whoo-hoo!

♪ Two pieces left, soon we'll have all three ♪

♪ And open up the treasure ♪

♪ Of the broken key ♪

- Zap, zap. - Bye.

- Good luck! - Zap, zap.

[sweeping orchestral music]

[all cheering]

- Let's see on the map.

We found the first key piece over by the rocks.

So the second piece must be here,

someplace with seaweed and fish.

[gasps]

That means the second piece must be...underwater.

- Underwater?

[groaning]

- I know how we can go underwater.

Activating pirate scuba mode.

[all cheering]

- Whoo-hoo!

- Whee! - Wait for me!

[upbeat rock music]

♪ ♪

- Oh, I don't see that second piece of the key anywhere.

- Gee, it sounds like someone's underwater singing.

- Hubcaps. Look!

It's mermaids.

- Welcome, pirates!

- I think we have something you're looking for.

- [gasps] They've got the next piece of the key!

- And if you want it, all you have to do

is b*at us at our favorite game.

- What game is that?

- [giggles] Hide-and-seek, silly.

We're...

all: The hide-and-seek mermaids.

[lively music]

- ♪ We know the best hiding places ♪

- ♪ Seaweed ♪ - ♪ And old sunken ships ♪

- ♪ Zoom in and out of the coral ♪

all: ♪ Then disappear in a jiff ♪

[laughter]

♪ We are the hide-and-seek mermaids ♪

♪ Mermaids ♪

♪ Our tails are metal ♪

♪ And so shiny ♪

♪ We are the hide-and-seek mermaids ♪

♪ Mermaids ♪

♪ Which one is holding the piece of the key? ♪

- ♪ Me ♪ - ♪ Me ♪

- ♪ Me ♪ all: ♪ We play this game ♪

♪ All of the time ♪

♪ That makes us really, really hard to find ♪

♪ We are the hide-and-seek mermaids ♪

♪ Mermaids ♪

♪ One of us has ♪

♪ The piece that you need ♪

♪ We are the hide-and-seek mermaids ♪

♪ Mermaids ♪

♪ Come find the mermaid with the piece of the key ♪

[laughter]

- [groans] We'll never get that key piece

if we can't find those mermaids.

- Hmm, Crusher's right.

- I am?

- To find those mermaids and their shiny metal tails,

we're gonna need a metal detector.

Metal detectors are great

at finding things made of metal.

They use a magnet powered by electricity--

an electromagnet!

- When you turn it on, the electromagnets sends out

a signal that finds metal things.

[metal detector beeps]

- Oh, the mermaids have metal tails,

so it can help us find where they're hiding!

- Exactly.

Now let's listen.

Our metal detector will beep when it finds a mermaid.

Come on.

First, let's listen by that cave.

Now let's listen by the barrel.

[metal detector beeps]

Where did you hear a beep?

By the cave or the barrel?

[metal detector beeps] The barrel, yeah!

- Aha!

We found you, yellow mermaid.

- Well done, pirates.

But you have to keep looking,

because I don't have the key piece.

- Then one of the other mermaids must have it.

- Ooh, ooh, ooh!

You could use the metal detector again.

- Yeah!

I wonder if a mermaid could be hiding over there.

Let's listen.

[metal detector beeps]

Did you hear a beep by the rock or the seashell?

[metal detector beeps] The seashell, right!

- We found the red mermaid.

- [giggles] Very good, pirates.

But if you want the key piece,

you'll have to find the blue mermaid.

- The blue mermaid.

So that's who has the piece.

- Come on.

Let's use our metal detector to search for her over there.

Listen carefully.

[metal detector beeps]

Did you hear a beep by the seaweed

or the shipwreck?

[metal detector beeps] The shipwreck, right!

[grunts] There she is!

- [giggles] Congratulations, pirates.

- Bravo!

- You've won our game of hide-and-seek.

- And now this belongs to you.

- Ha-ha! Wow!

- It's the second piece of the key!

- Now we just need one more piece,

and the broken key will be fixed.

- [laughs]

Then we can open the treasure.

- This way, crew!

Bye, mermaids!

- Goodbye, pirates!

- So long! - Good luck!

[upbeat seafaring music]

- ♪ We got the piece ♪

- ♪ From the mermaids ♪

- ♪ Here we go ♪

all: ♪ Hooray! ♪

♪ There's one piece left ♪

♪ Soon we'll have all three ♪

♪ And open up the treasure ♪

♪ Of the broken key ♪

- [giggling]

We just need one more piece,

and the broken key will be fixed.

- Yep, there's just one tiny problem.

- What's that, Pickle?

- The map says the last piece is guarded by some kind of...

giant, super strong octopus!

- [scoffs] Yeah, right.

Like I'm supposed to believe there's such a thing

as a giant, super strong octopus.

- Hello there! - [yelps]

[thuds]

- Sorry, pirates.

But if you want the last piece of the key,

you gotta be stronger than me.

[funky music]

♪ ♪

♪ I've been working out all my life ♪

all: ♪ Yeah, she's super strong ♪

- ♪ No one's got muscles like me ♪

- ♪ She ain't wrong ♪

- ♪ Check it out ♪

♪ Strike a pose ♪

♪ Eight arms ♪

♪ Look at those ♪

♪ I know you're impressed ♪

♪ But in case you haven't guessed ♪

♪ I'm the strongest octopus in the sea ♪

all: ♪ In the sea ♪

- ♪ Ain't no way you're gonna get ♪

♪ That last piece of the key ♪

♪ I'm the strongest octopus in the sea ♪

all: ♪ In the sea ♪

- ♪ Won't let you take it away from me ♪

♪ Won't let you take it away from me ♪

[laughing]

- Oh, we'll never get that key piece

from a super strong octopus.

- Wait a second.

I know how we can be even stronger than a giant octopus.

We can pull that metal key away if we turned me into...

an electromagnet!

- Yeah, electromagnets are magnets powered by electricity

so they're super strong.

- Come on.

To turn me into an electromagnet,

say, "Electromagnet!"

Electromagnet!

[whirring]

Oh, yeah! I'm an electromagnet...

monster machine!

- Wow! - Whoa!

- Electromagnet, magnetize!

[magnet whirring]

- [laughing]

- It's working!

- Oh.

Ooh, pretty strong, Pirate Blaze.

But let's see how strong you are,

when I pull with two of my arms.

[cackling]

- Whoa, now the octopus is pulling with a force of two.

- Then let's increase the strength

of our electromagnet

to pull with a force that's more than two.

- Hmm, we can give our electromagnet

a strength of one or four.

Which number is more than two?

One or four?

Four, yeah!

[magnet whirring]

- Ooh, you're stronger than I thought.

But nobody's stronger than me.

Especially when I pull with six arms.

[grunts]

- Oh, no!

Now the octopus is pulling with a force of six.

- Then we need our electromagnet to pull

with a strength that's more than six.

- Which number is more than six?

Seven or five?

Seven, yeah!

[magnet whirring]

[exciting music]

- [grunting] Impossible!

Nobody's supposed to be stronger than me.

Well, let's see who's stronger

when I use all eight of my arms.

[grunting]

- Ah! The octopus is pulling as hard as she can.

- Yeah, with a force of eight.

- Well, if we want that key, we need to make

our electromagnet even stronger.

Which number is more than eight?

Ten or six?

Ten, yeah!

[magnet whirring]

- [grunting] Whoa!

- We got it!

- Whoo-hoo! Yeah!

- Wahoo! - Oh, yeah!

- And now that we've got the last piece,

the broken key is fixed!

[all cheering]

- Hey, look, pirates.

There it is.

The treasure chest!

- [giggles] Now we can finally open the treasure.

- This way, crew.

All sails full speed ahead!

[all cheering]

[dolphins chattering]

♪ ♪

- Ahoy, pirates!

We're almost at the treasure.

- [laughs]

I can't wait to use our key and see what's insi--

[yelping]

- Whoa! - What's going on, Blaze?

- Gaskets!

There's a whirlpool dead ahead!

- Oh, boy!

It's taking things to the bottom of the sea.

Like that rock.

And that shell.

And that treasure chest!

- Treasure chest? Oh, no!

- We've got to hurry

before it goes to the bottom of the sea.

- Hang on, crew.

It's time to sail this ship with blazing speed.

[engine revving]

To give us blazing speed, say, "Let's blaze!"

all: Let's blaze!

[upbeat rock music]

♪ ♪

- Whoo-hoo-hoo!

[all cheering]

- We did it! We got the treasure.

- Whoo-hoo!

Okay, crew, this is it.

Time to put the key in and see what's inside.

[both laugh] - This is so exciting!

[key clicks]

all: Whoa!

- It's a Ferris wheel.

- And a water slide.

- And a roller coaster.

- Whoa, the treasure is...

a sea carnival.

[all cheering] - I love it!

- I wish our other friends

could enjoy the carnival with us.

- Ooh! We love carnivals.

- Us too! - Zap, zap.

- [chuckles]

Hey, nobody loves a carnival more than me.

[laughs]

- Come on, everyone.

You're all invited to the sea carnival.

[all cheering]

[upbeat seafaring music]

all: ♪ Pirates, pirates, we be pirates ♪

♪ On a quest across the seven seas ♪

♪ We'll have some fun ♪

♪ Go on rides ♪

♪ The Ferris wheel ♪

♪ Slide down slides ♪

♪ We searched for the pieces and found all three ♪

♪ And opened up the treasure ♪
