♪ Gimme, gimme, gimme some speed ♪

[bright music]

[radical guitar music]

[mellow acoustic music]

- Oh, hey. Check it out.

My friends and I are having a campfire.

- And roasting marshmallows!

- [laughing and chewing]

I do love roasting marshmallows.

- Yeah! - So do we.

- What about you?

Do you like roasting marshmallows?

Great! [laughter]

- Okay, everyone.

Who's hungry for one last marshmallow?

- Ooh, me! - Sure.

- Pick me! - I could go for one more.

- Me too. - [giggles]

All righty.

Three marshmallows coming up.

Now I'll just check the bag

and see how many are left.

[all gasp]

- But that's only one marshmallow!

- How are we gonna decide who gets it?

- Hey, I've got an idea.

Why don't we have a contest

to see who gets the marshmallow?

- A contest?

- Yeah.

What about a contest

where each of you makes up a story?

A storytelling contest.

- [laughs] Ooh. - That sounds fun.

- And I'll be the judge.

Whoever tells the best story wins the last marshmallow.

- Ooh, I wanna tell my story first.

- Oh, sure, Crusher.

Let's hear it!

- I call this story "The Great Treasure Hunt."

- Ooh. - Cool.

- [clears throat]

Once upon a time,

there was an amazing treasure chest.

But to open it, it would take the greatest treasure hunter

in the whole world...

me, Crusher!

And also my treasure-hunting team.

- Yeah! [laughter]

- Whoo-hoo!

- Look, there it is.

The treasure cave!

- Fear not, team.

I will lead us to the treasure.

- Whoo-hoo! - All right!

[upbeat music]

- Whoo-hoo! - [laughs]

[clicking] - Hang on, Crusher.

Is anyone else hearing that strange clicking sound?

[clicking] - Nah.

It's probably just an echo.

- [clicking] [laughter]

- Or it's those pinching crabs!

[screams]

[laughter]

- Whoa! - Oh.

♪ ♪

- Yikes! [all yelping]

♪ ♪

- Quick!

Everyone, head for that door!

♪ ♪

- The door closed.

- Boy, I sure hope we can open it

before those pinching crabs get here.

- [clicking] [laughter]

- [yelps]

- Hey.

Maybe this can open the door.

It's a greater than symbol.

- Check it out.

A greater than symbol looks like a big open mouth.

And when you put it between two numbers,

the mouth always opens toward the side that's more!

- So to open the door,

let's figure out which there's more of,

red crabs or yellow crabs.

Look carefully.

Are there more red crabs or yellow crabs?

[light music]

Red crabs, yeah!

- The number of red crabs

is greater than the number of yellow crabs.

- It worked!

- This way, treasure hunters!

- Whoo-hoo! - All right!

- [excited chattering]

- Phew.

Glad we don't have to worry about pinching crabs anymore.

- Tickle, tickle. - Yup.

- [giggling] - Now we get to worry about

tickling spiders.

- Tickling spiders?

- Tickle, tickle. - [laughing]

- Let's get out of here!

♪ ♪

- Uh-oh, another locked door.

- We'd better use this greater than symbol

to open it.

- Look at the spider pictures on the wall.

Are there more pink spiders or green spiders?

[light music]

Pink spiders, right!

- The number of pink spiders is greater than

the number of green spiders.

♪ ♪

Come on, everyone!

- Yahoo! - All right!

- Tickle, tickle. Tickle, tickle.

[all groan]

- Whoo-hoo! - Yeah!

- [laughs]

- [giggles] Look, Pickle.

There it is! The treasure!

♪ ♪

- Gee, I guess nothing can stop us now.

Except maybe chickens.

- Chickens?

- [clucking]

- Hey.

- [clucks]

♪ ♪

- Quick, let's use the greater than symbol

to open the door.

- Look closely.

Are there more blue chickens or red chickens?

[light music]

Blue chickens, yeah!

♪ ♪

- The number of blue chickens is greater than

the number of red chickens.

♪ ♪

- We did it!

- And just in time. - [clucking]

- 'Cause here come the chickens!

- [groaning]

- This way, everyone!

Go, go!

- Whoo-hoo! - Yeah!

- [clucking]

[squawking]

- Look, we made it to the treasure.

- Now we can finally see what's inside!

- Go ahead, Crusher. Open it.

[grand music] - Phew.

Okay, here goes.

[angelic music]

- Whoa! - Whoa!

- It's beautiful.

- The treasure is...ice cream!

Wow. - Whoo.

- Wow.

- There was so much ice cream

the treasure hunters all got

to have their favorite flavors!

There was even enough for some new friends.

[upbeat music] - Whoo-hoo!

- [excited chatter] - [clucking]

- It was the most delicious treasure hunt ever.

♪ ♪

The end.

- Yay! - All right!

- Bravo!

- Great story, Crusher.

- Well, you heard 'em, Pickle.

I told a great story,

so I guess that means I win the last marshmallow.

- Silly Crusher.

The story contest isn't over yet.

- Yeah, Watts and Blaze still haven't told their stories.

- [groans] Fine.

- Get ready, everyone.

I'm gonna tell a story about outer space.

It's called "The Alien Rescue."

[all oohing]

Once upon a time,

there was a super fast spaceship.

[sweeping music]

And it was flown by a crew of the greatest space heroes

in the galaxy!

♪ ♪

- Engines to full power.

- Engaging warp drive.

- Pressing...

this yellow button.

- Gee, Crusher,

I've never seen anyone push the mustard button before.

- Mustard button?

[arm whirring]

[yelps]

Yuck.

[alarm blares]

- [gasps] It's the ship's emergency alarm.

- I wonder what's wrong.

- Help! - Save us!

- Gaskets, those little aliens are floating away

on asteroids shaped like numbers.

- We've gotta save 'em! [suspenseful music]

- Thrusters to full power.

[bright chimes]

[jets roaring] - Hang on, little aliens.

We're coming! - Whoo-hoo!

[all cheering] - All right!

[dramatic music]

[boing]

- [yelps] - Whee!

♪ ♪

- Look, there's one of the aliens.

- [cries]

- It's on the number three asteroid!

[chomping]

- Wait a second.

What are those loud chomping sounds?

- [gasps] Those sound like the chomps

of the most dangerous creature in outer space,

a Greater Than!

- Mm. - [screams]

- [chomping]

- Greater Thans like to eat numbers.

- [chomps] Mm.

- And it's headed for the number three asteroid!

- Whoa. [cries]

- What'll we do?

- Well, Greater Thans always eat the biggest number,

so to save the alien, let's feed it a number

that's greater than three!

- Activating number blaster.

♪ ♪

- We could feed it the number two.

Is two more than three?

[light music]

No, two is less than three.

- Let's try the number four.

Is four more than three?

[light music]

Yeah, four is greater than three!

[upbeat music]

- Three, three, three, three, three.

Hmm.

Four!

[chomping]

- Yeah-hoo-hoo! - All right!

- Yeah! - It worked!

♪ ♪

- We gotcha, little alien.

- [laughs]

[all cheering] - Yeah!

- I'm saved.

- [chomping]

- Uh-oh, look!

- Mm. [chomping] - The Greater Than's headed

for that five asteroid!

- Help! Help, help, help, help!

- To save the alien,

we need a number that's more than five!

- Ooh, ooh! Maybe the number four.

- Hm, is four more than five?

[light electronic music]

Nope, better try again.

Let's try the number eight.

Is eight more than five?

♪ ♪

Yes, eight is greater than five!

[upbeat music]

- Five, five, five.

Hmm.

Eight!

[chomping] - Yeah!

- It worked!

♪ ♪

- Whoo-hoo-hoo!

- [laughs] Yeah!

- Now there's only one more alien left to rescue!

- [chomping]

- And we better do it fast,

'cause that Greater Than's headed right for her!

- [chomping]

- [gasps] She's on a number seven asteroid.

- [chomps] - Quick!

We need a number that's more than seven.

♪ ♪

- Is six more than seven?

[light electronic music]

No, let's try a different number.

♪ ♪

Is nine more than seven?

♪ ♪

Yeah!

- Nine's away!

- Seven, seven, seven, seven.

Seven.

Ooh.

Nine! [chomping]

[all cheering]

- We did it!

Hang on, little alien.

- [laughs]

[all cheering]

- Come on, crew.

Time to get these aliens home.

[upbeat music]

♪ ♪

- Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

- All right!

♪ ♪

- Hooray!

[all cheering]

- The happy aliens were back with their family.

♪ ♪

And just like that,

the crew was back to work in their ship,

flying at the speed of light across the galaxy

in search of their next space adventure.

♪ ♪

The end.

- Wow, way to go. - Whoo-hoo!

- That was a great story, Watts.

- Okay, Pickle.

Now can you tell us who won the story contest?

I really want that marshmallow.

- Silly Crusher.

Nobody wins the contest yet.

We still have one last story.

Blaze's story!

- Yeah, Blaze.

What's your story gonna be?

- Hm, I think I'll call my story

"The Wizards Who Lost Their Wands."

all: Ooh!

- Once upon a time...

[mysterious music]

There was a secret school

where Monster Machines learned magic.

It was a school for wizards!

- Ooh-hoo-hoo, we're so magical.

[laughs]

- Birthdaius Cakeium!

- Guitarius Strummo.

[radical guitar music]

Picklelarama!

- What?

- [laughs] Oopsie.

- But there was one wizard who didn't like

other Monster Machines doing magic.

His name was Lord Carburetor.

- [laughs evilly]

- And he wanted to be the only wizard

who could do magic.

- Wandium Takeawayo!

[laughs]

I'll take away your wand.

- Hey! - [laughs]

And your wands.

- [cries] My wand!

- And your wand. - [gasps]

Blaze, look out!

- Whoa!

- [laughs]

- Hubcaps.

- It's Lord Carburetor.

- He took our wands!

- And now, I'll toss them into a volcano,

so no one will ever do magic again,

except me!

[laughing evilly]

- We can't let Lord Carburetor throw our wands into a volcano!

- Someone has to stop him!

- But who?

- I can do it.

- Yeah, Lord Carburetor didn't get Blaze's wand.

- Come on, A.J.

We've gotta hurry and get those wands back.

- Whoo! [all cheering]

[upbeat music]

♪ ♪

- Oh, no.

I can't let Wizard Blaze get the wands back for his friends.

I'll have to stop him with this--

a lion spell with a magic of three!

- [roars]

- [laughing]

- Watch out, Blaze!

Lord Carburetor made a magic lion!

- [roars]

- To defeat it,

we'll need a lion spell of our own--

a lion with magic that's more than three.

- We could try the number one.

Is one greater than three?

[light twinkling music]

No.

- Hm. What about the number five?

Is five greater than three?

♪ ♪

Yeah!

Lionisio Five!

[both roar]

- Whoo-hoo!

- It worked!

[upbeat music]

- Ah, beginner's luck.

Let's see Wizard Blaze get past a growling bear

with a magic of six!

- [roars]

♪ ♪

- Quick, we need to make a bear

with magic that's greater than six.

- That's the number seven.

Is seven greater than six?

[light twinkling music]

Yeah!

- Beario Seven!

- [roars]

- All right!

- Aww, Wizard Blaze is more powerful than I thought.

But not powerful enough to get past a dragon spell

with a magic of eight.

- [roars]

- Gaskets.

That's a big dragon.

- To stop it, we need a magic that's greater than eight.

- Let's try the number four.

Is four greater than eight?

[light twinkling music]

Uh-uh.

Better try a different number.

- Hm, what about ten?

- Is ten greater than eight?

♪ ♪

Yes!

Dragonium Ten!

- [roars]

[upbeat rock music]

- [cackling, giggling]

Ooh, no!

- [gasps] The magic wands!

We've gotta hurry before they fall into the volcano!

- Help me do a super fast flying spell!

Say "Let's Blaze-io!"

[together] Let's Blaze-io!

[upbeat music]

♪ ♪

[musical car horn honking]

- Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

- We got 'em!

- Now let's bring these wands back to our wizard friends.

♪ ♪

- Whoo-hoo! - Hooray!

- Yeah! - You did it!

- With the wands returned,

the wizards used them to make magic balloons

and magic treats and magic rides.

They made a wizard party!

[all cheering]

- Whoo! - [laughs]

- Even Lord Carburetor joined the fun,

but only after he promised to be a good wizard

from now on.

It was a magical celebration for everyone.

♪ ♪

The end.

[all cheering]

- Oh, yeah! - All right!

- That was great, Blaze.

- Well, that was the last story.

- Yeah, now we can find out who wins the contest.

- And gets that last, delicious marshmallow.

- So, Pickle, what do you think?

- Gee, I don't know.

All the stories were so good,

but if I had to pick a winner,

I'd say...it's a tie!

- Whoo-hoo! - All right!

[all cheering]

- A tie?

Wh--what do you mean, a tie?

- It means we all win the story contest, Crusher.

- But we can't all have the last marshmallow.

- Huh. That's true.

So it's a good thing I have another bag right here!

[all cheering] - Yeah!

- For the rest of the night,

the friends happily roasted marshmallows.

♪ ♪

- It was a campfire no one would ever forget.

- And they all lived marshmallowy ever after.

- [laughs]
