- How's everything at the animal hospital?

This little bird's having trouble singing.

- That just leaves one more animal to help.

Blaze, A.J., meet Flippy.

- [chatters]

- Wow! - Flippy is a dolphin.

- [chatters]

- Hi, Flippy. My name's Blaze.

And this is A.J.

- [chatters]

- Flippy loves doing flips in the water,

but he hurt his tailfin.

- Aw.

- You can't do flips with a hurt tail.

- [whimpering]

- Well, guess what, Flippy?

Today's the day your bandage comes off!

- [chattering]

- Look, I think Flippy's gonna try and do a flip.

- [chattering] - Come on.

Let's help him. Say, "Flip, Flippy, flip."

both: Flip, Flippy, flip.

- [chattering]

- Yeah, whoo-hoo!

- You did it, Flippy.

- Your tail's all better. - [chattering]

- This means Flippy is ready to go back home

and be with his family.

See, they're waiting for him in the ocean.

[dolphins chattering]

- Aww, Flippy's excited to go back to his family.

- Well, Blaze, how's Flippy going to get

all the way to the ocean?

- I can get Flippy home.

I just need to transform into a truck

strong enough to pull a huge t*nk of water.

I'll be a big rig!

To become a big rig, I'll need dual tires.

They are extra tires that help big rigs pull heavy trailers.

To make the dual tires, say "dual tires."

Next, I need a diesel engine

to give our big rig a lot of power.

Last, I need a special water t*nk trailer

big enough to hold Flippy.

♪ Hauling that cargo around ♪

- ♪ Dual tires, mudflaps too ♪

♪ The diesel engine makes it move ♪

- ♪ Pull the cord and blast the horn ♪

[truck horn blares]

- Whoa! This tunnel is full of snow.

- And look, the snowy ground, it's breaking apart.

That's a big hole in the ground.

- To get across, we're gonna need a ramp

so we can jump to the other side.

- But, Blaze, where are we gonna find a ramp?

- [chattering]

- Whoa!

Flippy made an ice ramp for us using water.

Check it out.

When water is a liquid,

its particles move around really easily.

But when water gets cold, it freezes.

That's when the particles stop moving and connect

to each other, turning liquid water into ice!

- Hang on, everyone!

Let's give Flippy's ice ramp a try.

Whoo-hoo-hoo! - [chatters]

- We made it! - Thanks for your help, Flippy.

Now come on. Let's keep going.

[engine revving]

Be on the lookout in case the snowy ground

starts breaking again.

Flippy splashed water on the sign

and now we can see it.

- It says beware of giant fruit.

[rumbling]

- Oh, no! - Look out, Blaze.

There's a giant orange headed this way.

Don't worry.

If we speed up, we can smash right through it.

- Yeah! Let's go a speed of .

- Help me speed up to .

[truck horn blares]

- Yeah! - [chattering]

But we're not done yet.

Here comes an even bigger giant fruit.

- What kind of fruit is it?

An apple. Yeah!

- To smash the giant apple,

- We're almost out of this giant fruit forest.

Looks like there's one more giant fruit

coming our way.

Big Rig Blaze is gonna get you home.

- Oh, oh, a picture of a lamppost.

- Wow, Crusher, I didn't know you can roller skate.

And if you're lucky, Pickle... [clears throat]

I might even let you take my picture.

- I don't see why not.

In fact, I'll let you take a picture of me roller skating

while balancing a pie on my head

and juggling rubber duckies.

This is gonna be the best picture yet!

- Cheese!

[whimpers]

[rock music]

- Whoo-hoo!

- You're almost home, Flippy.

The ocean's just on the other side of these mountains.

- [chatters] [distant rumbling]

- Whoa! Hang on, Blaze.

I don't think mountains are supposed to sound like that.

- Hubcaps! Look up ahead.

That's no mountain. It's a volcano!

[yelping]

- Oh, man!

How are we gonna get past hot lava?

- [chattering]

- Hey, I think Flippy has an idea.

[dramatic music]

- [chatters]

- Whoa! - Yeah!

- Flippy just cooled that lava with water.

- Check it out.

When water touches hot lava,

heat moves from the lava to the water.

The lava cools and changes into solid rock

and the water gets hot, making its particles move fast

and spread out, changing it into steam.

- Come on, Flippy. Let's go cool some hot lava.

- [chattering]

[upbeat rock music]

- Look out!

That volcano just blasted two lava balls.

And here comes one more.

- How many lava balls are there altogether?

Three! Yeah!

- Hey, Flippy, can you make a splash big enough

to cool three lava balls?

- [chattering]

- One.

Two.

Three.

Whoo-hoo!

- Way to go, Flippy. - Get ready.

The volcano just erupted two lava balls.

And two more!

- How many are there altogether?

Four! Right!

- Hurry, Flippy.

We need a splash big enough to cool all four.

- [chattering]

- One. Two.

Three. Four.

- You did it! - Yeah!

We've almost made it past the volcano.

- This time, it's blasting the most lava yet.

Five lava balls.

And one more!

- How many are there altogether?

Six! Yeah!

- Go for it, Flippy. We need your biggest flip ever!

- [chatters]

One. Two.

Three. Four.

Five. Six.

- We did it! - Whoo-hoo-hoo!

- Flippy's flips cooled off all the hot lava.

- [chatters]

- And look, there's Flippy's family.

[dolphins chattering]

- Aw, they really miss you.

- [chattering] - Hang on, Flippy.

We're gonna get you home super fast.

Time for big rig blazing speed!

- [chattering]

We dropped Flippy back home to his family.

- And just look how happy they are together again.

and he wants us to come too.

- [chatters]
