[Peter] "The Tale of the Heroic Hedgehog."

[Lily] This was a great idea, Peter.

[laughs]

Catch, Benjamin.

[laughs]

Oops!

-That's enough, Peter.
-[sniffing] Mm!

This is the easiest strawberry raid ever.

[sniffs] I agree.

Hey! Box is full.

-Oh! Oopsie!
-[laughs]

I told you, Peter, there's no more room.

But there are loads of strawberries left.
We can't just leave them here.

Well, we can't take them.

I know! We could eat them.

Ha! Huh?

What we need is something else
to carry them in.

And I know just the thing.

You two stay here, I'll be right back.

Mm!

Oh, Benjamin,
you'll be full of strawberries soon.

I hope so.

But then you won't have
any room for dinner.

I always have room for dinner.

[belches] Excuse me.

-[laughs]
-Oh.

[screams]

One shopping basket, coming up.

Shh! Rush and boom.

What could be so important,
it warrants such a thunderstorm entrance?

Sorry, Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle.

Where's Mom?

She had a bit of shopping to do
with Flopsy and Mopsy.

So I'm babysitting little Cotton-tail.

Did she take her shopping basket?

Oh, she couldn't very well go shopping
without her basket,

-now could she?
-Huh?

Oh, look at you! Growing up so quickly.

I still remember the day you were born.

If only we knew then
you'd be tearing over hill and dale,

-every chance you got.
-Um…

-Well, I've got to go.
-Since you're here,

why don't you sit yourself down
and we can have a nice, cozy chat?

-But--
-Isn't this nice?

Oh, I love a good chat, I certainly do.

Old Mr. Tiggy-Winkle used to say

that there aren't enough words
in the woods for me,

-I talk so much…
-[sighs]

…Puddle-Duck's egg.
Was it a boy or a girl, I asked,

and nobody could tell me.

-So you know what I did?
-[sighs]

-…the look on Mr. Bouncer's face.
-[gasps]

[yawns]

You've never seen such the like.

[snoring]

Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle?

Whoa!

[snoring]

Phew!

Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle's basket.
This is perfect!

Peter?

Cotton-tail! I'm going to
Mr. McGregor's garden to get us

some of the juiciest strawberries
you have ever tasted.

Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle snoozy.

-Yes, she is snoozing.
-Oh!

She must be very sleepy, so you
need to stay really, really quiet. Shh!

Really, really quiet.

See you soon.

[Lily] I don't know what could be
taking Peter so long.

Don't worry.

I wonder what he's getting
to carry the strawberries in.

[gasps] Maybe he's raided Mr. Tod's lair
to get his biggest cooking pot.

Or maybe he's found Tommy Brock
and taken his favorite worm bucket.

Yikes, you know how much
Tommy Brock likes his worm bucket.

Still, you'd fit plenty of strawberries
in there.

I know that for a fact.

[exhales]

Or Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle's laundry basket.
Yeah, that will work too.

[all chuckle]

[meowing]

[Peter] Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle's babysitting
Cotton-tail, and well, don't ask,

it's a long story.

[all chuckle]

Now, let's hop to it
and get these strawberries.

Huh?

[Peter] I was sure there were more.

Yeah, I know. Weird, huh?

[belches]

Excuse me.

[meowing]

Never mind, there's still plenty--

-[snarls]
-[all scream]

[Benjamin panting]

-Oh, really, really full.
-[yowling]

[snoring]

Oh! Polish my spines
and tie me with a bow.

Oh, what sort of babysitter
falls asleep on the job?

Tut-tut, young Peter,
you should have woken me.

Peter?

Shh! Really, really quiet.

[giggles]

Mm.

Is that Peter?

Peter. Strawberries. Mm, yummy!

And who's this?

[gasps] Mr. McGregor!

Peter's gone to Mr. McGregor's garden?

Yeah!

Ooh! This will never do.
Come on, Cotton-tail!

[grunting]

Okay, now listen up, tummy.

I know you're feeling full and tired,

-but you're coming with me.
-[growls]

[gasps]

-[grunts]
-[yowls]

[yowls]

Benjamin, this way.

Right. You wait there
while I work out a way in--

[laughs] Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle, funny.

Oh, crumple my pinny.

[growling]

-Nice kitty.
-[Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle grunts]

Huh? Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle?

[hisses]

Oh, that's enough of that, thank you.

I might be old, Peter,
but I'm still spiky.

Now, you, cat, leave this rabbit alone!

-[growling]
-[gasps] Oh!

[cat yowls]

I warned you. Off we go.

[meows]

Right, then, you young scallywags,
it seems to me that there are

a lot of safer places to be running about
than Mr. McGregor's garden.

-Yes, but those strawberries are--
-So juicy!

So sweet!

That may be, but while you're in my care,
you stay where I can see you.

Which reminds me.

Oh, my! Now where has she got to?

What is it?

-I'm sure I left her here.

Why, your little sister.

-[all gasp]
