[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

KIM: Previously on The Kardashians...

KOURTNEY: Oh, my God.

...and we are going to Milan

to do fittings for our wedding.

- I never thought I'd see the day.
- KOURTNEY: I know.

I never thought there would be a reason.

STEPHANIE: I know.

KOURTNEY: This is one of life's
most beautiful moments.

Any stress just needs to stay
far, far away.

- MAN: You look beautiful, Kim.
- Thank you!

Years ago, Kanye was there
to teach me so much about fashion.

All this stuff is for me!

This will never get old.

But now, it's so fun and empowering
to just try to do it on my own.

[SQUEALS]

You have no idea how iconic this is.

You just have no idea.

KYLIE: It's just the baby blues.

I don't have bad days with my body,

I have bad days, like, mentally.

I cried for, like, three weeks.

KRIS: I am determined to live again
without this pain.

And me and family
have so many exciting things going on.

I don't want to miss a thing.

Look at these little shorts.

- It's happening.
- Yeah.

But once he's here,
he is gonna be the blessing,

he's gonna be the ray of light.

It's like you have no idea how much love
this baby is gonna bring you.

I would not know what to do
if it wasn't for my family.

I really wouldn't.

He will show you
what real love is supposed to be like,

and that's all that matters.

- Amen.
- Yeah.

[PLEASANT MUSIC PLAYING]

[BICYCLE BELL DINGS]

[MUSIC WINDS DOWN]

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

We are in Paris, France
for Couture Fashion Week.

Yes, we are.

- [CAMERAS CLICKING]
- [PEOPLE CHEERING]

Not just fashion week,

- Couture Fashion Week.
- ...Couture Fashion Week.

I am here to walk
in the Balenciaga Couture Fashion Show.

Um... I've never done this before.

Paris is one of my favorite cities
in the world.

It is magic.

[UPBEAT MUSIC CONTINUES]

[AMBULANCE SIRENS BLARING]

Okay.

When was the last time
you were here, North?

- When you performed.

- Yeah.
- KRIS: Oh, my goodness!

Wow!

WOMAN: Wait, when did she perform?

At her dad's fashion show.

Oh, yeah, that's right.

She loved it.
She was not nervous to perform.

It was on stage
in front of a lot of people.

I really wanted to bring North
on this trip

because I really enjoy what I do

and I want my kids to grow up
really loving what they do

and finding their passion,
and figuring out

how to make a business out of that.

So I'll say Eiffel Tower 1:30,
lunch at 2:30,

fitting 3:30, Hermès 4:30.

- [LAUGHING]
- Balenciaga...

I think one of
the cutest stories about you,

the first time we were in Paris together
I think,

was when we went
on a media tour in 2007,

and we decided to walk to Gucci.

[SPEAKS FRENCH]

MAN: Will you blow me a kiss today, please?

Kim, please. Kim?

- Walked down the door...
- That sounds like

- the brattiest story, ever.
- Let me just tell it.

- And then, it's the truth.
- Okay.

It doesn't mean that, you know,
we were buying everything.

We decided to walk
to a different store.

Okay, we decided to walk
to a different store.

MAN: You look gorgeous, Kim, today.

I love your shoes.

KRIS: There must have been

and for some reason, I tripped.

[INDISTINCT CHATTER]

And I do a faceplant
right on the cobblestones.

MAN: Oh, my God!
KRIS: Damn it.

I scraped my leg and I was so upset,

so nervous and she knew
how nervous I was gonna be,

I was shaking.

And Kim looks up at these guys
and goes,

"Don't anybody
take a picture of my mom!"

MAN: Are you okay?

I don't know.

That's one of my first Paris memories
with Kim.

- We're in Paris, Cici.
- I know.

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

WOMAN: Well, this is a Zuhair gown,

all sheer with the beading.

Whoa. Cool.

Some people do gowns,
some people do minis.

- I'm not performing.
- You're not?

No, just like...

- Oh, my God! Wow!
- Yeah. I know.

- Shocker.
- I thought you were performing.

But I won't be performing at that event,

I'm just going to support Trav.

I just got back from New York,
from the Met,

and now I'm in my fitting,

getting ready to go
to the Billboard Awards

to support Travis.

Oh, my God. I love this.

Isn't it amazing?

- This is everything.
- I know. I know.

- The vag*na.
- I know.

KYLIE: These could be cool.

- Yeah, that...
- That's cool.

...could be really interesting.

Really cool.

This one could be cool,
'cause it's metallic.

I just like how you can see her legs.

I think it looks really good
in photos, too.

- This fabric.
- This looks pretty cool.

It's really cool.

And it's more, like, wearable.

I love the second dress, the Balmain.

I just like how it cinches me in,
I feel comfortable.

Does Balmain have shoes
that I could wear with this?

- We can look.
- We'll look.

KYLIE: It definitely takes me a while
after I have a baby

to get back into it.

I'm like, "I'm still a mom
but also so young.

"These are the years

"that I'm supposed to be
naked everywhere, in the streets,

"on a beach somewhere
with my titties out,

ass out, [BLEED] yeah."

Oh, sh*t.

I feel comfortable.

I'm not worried about
my tit falling out.

- Yeah.
- KYLIE: I like the vibe.

WOMAN: Me, too.

Now, I feel beautiful

and I'm just excited for this.

I will see you guys in Vegas.

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

KIM: It's gonna be a long two days.

I haven't been nervous like this, guys,
in a long time.

You know?

You gonna do a serious face and stuff?
Like, model face.

KIM: Yeah, I'm not gonna, like,
laugh or smile.

MAN: You sure?
KIM: Dope! Oh, my God!

Yes!

- Yes!
- Go get it, North!

KIM: That's her dad's jacket.

He wore it to perform here.

MAN: Oh, my God.

KIM: And to win an award.

[MAN SPEAKS]

KIM: Of course they'll know.
It's gonna be a huge fashion moment.

Kanye tends to not care about his stuff

and gives it all away

and it ended up on the Internet

and I got it last week.

Now, Kanye knows that I'm so protective

of, like, his stuff for the kids.

Even now, when he was at the height
of not speaking to me

- and being angry with me...
- Yeah.

He won a few Grammys,
and I still reached out to him.

Like, "I know you just won
a few Grammys,

"I gotta add them to the vault."

And he goes, "Okay."
'Cause the kids want 'em, you know.

And I want them all together.
So I have them all together.

KIM: I promise I won't be late,
we're rushing.

We're waiting for Kim,

and she's given us a five-minute warning
about seven times.

Punctuality is everything.

Is she on her way?

All right, I have a hard out
a couple of minutes ago,

so I have time for, like,
one or two questions.

PRODUCER: It'll be great. We'll make it
the most fun questions ever.

We'll do what we can,

- then I gotta go.
- Look at this, my first double.

There's a lot going on,
there's a lot of moving parts.

You have to have a lot of energy,
but you have to have a lot of patience.

And patience isn't my strong...

No, it's not.

- My strong set of qualities.
- No. No, it's not.

And I hope that I don't learn that.

You know, I hope
that I don't inherit that.

You already have, honey.
You already did. Trust me.

But if there's anything
that stresses me out,

- it's Kris Jenner.
- Yup.

That is the one thing in this life
that stresses me out.

KRIS: How many more minutes, Kim?

She'll say five.

[CHUCKLING] Well...

They just keep me at this jet lag level,

so my energy isn't all the way up,
so I can't really go crazy.

- [PLEASANT MUSIC PLAYING]
- [HORNS HONKING]

[BICYCLE BELL DINGING]

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

[CAMERAS CLICKING]

There's the Eiffel Tower, kids.

- Wow.
- NORTH: Wow.

That's bigger than I thought.

We have to drive by at night.
It sparkles.

- Every hour.
- Yeah, I know.

KRIS: I think that I can
relate a little bit

to what Kim's doing these days,

because I was always able
to spend a lot of time

with my first litter of kids.

Kourtney, Kimberly, Khloé, Rob.

And then when I had Kendall and Kylie,
I was working.

So, I understand that balance.

And that life balance
is really important

for anyone who's raising a family

and Kim really does it all
on another level.

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

[SPEAKING INDISTINCTLY]

KIM: While we're in Paris
for the Balenciaga show,

I'm also gonna attend
the Jean Paul Gaultier Couture Show,

which my good friend Olivier Rousteing
is designing this collection.

He is going to dress me
and my mom and North.

Northie, I've known Olivier
since before you were a baby,

and he gave Daddy this blue dress
that Daddy wanted

for me, it was my birthday,

the year before you were born.

And I wore the dress and I got pregnant

and you got in my belly
the night I wore that dress.

So, Olivier might have
a little something to do

with the reason you're on this planet.

I definitely pick and choose.

I have my family trips all the time,
but I pick and choose.

Each kid gets at least one trip
with me a year.

And North loves this.

You know, she's here with her mom
and her grandma.

- Yeah. I would love to.
- I wanna try mine.

Okay.

- Kim, you can go there for your dress.
- Okay. You and me.

You look so good.

Well, it just also shows my daughter
the work that I'm putting in.

There is a whole business behind it,

and so, I like to show her
that, like, this is still fun for me.

Work could be fun.

[UPBEAT SONG PLAYING]
Check out this confidence

I think you hair looks better back.

KIM: Do you have another nose one?

She wants to wear the nose, too.

MAN: Yeah, we do have one.

KIM: So cool!

[SONG CONTINUES]
Stopping us, Come on and level up

Level up, yeah, level up

Level up!

KIM: Love you.

Thank you. I love my look.

Northie loves her look.

We cannot wait for the show.

BARKER: Where am I sitting?

KOURTNEY: In your usual spot, like...

- Okay.
- ...at your house,

- but I did...
- I like that.

...same seats over here.

Where are you going?

KOURTNEY:
Our family is expanding and growing,

and we have so much to be thankful for.

You want water? Let's try to do this.

Wait, what?

Why do you, like, move stuff
so aggressively?

KOURTNEY: Yeah.

I love the idea of a blended family,

I think that, you know,
the more kids the merrier.

You have all these siblings
and more people to love.

It's a beautiful thing.

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

[MUSIC WINDS DOWN]

You guys, should we have
a no-technology rule,

I feel like everybody... [LAUGHS]

Okay, when the food gets here,
you guys gotta put down phones, okay?

- [ATIANA SPEAKS]
- Yeah.

Here, how about we stack them...

Why don't we, like,
put our phones out...

REIGN: This wine is good!

So the whole table isn't filled
with phones.

I'm gonna hide ours right here.

If anyone else wants to give
theirs up, if it's too tempting.

LANDON: You guys can take my phone.
REIGN: Travis, take mine.

BARKER: I love that, Lan.

Travis is so passionate about life.

He is a really amazing father.

Can I say I love you
and I appreciate you guys

and I miss you guys every day.

I'm so hungry, babe.

KOURTNEY: I love that because
we've all known each other for 10 years,

and all of the kids have had
so many memories with each other

that it just feels so good

to continue to, like,
have the best time together.

REIGN: We're gonna have
a Peak and Pit.

My peak and pit?

My peak was having matcha with you.

REIGN: And your pit?

Mason has friends over
and wouldn't come to dinner.

REIGN: I like relaxing.

Ooh.

And this is my peak.

[IN DEEP VOICE] Can you play it?

[IN NORMAL VOICE]
That was it.

KOURTNEY: Nice.

No one's laughing.

I know.

My peak is drinking matcha.

My pit is not being...

...ironically, at the spa
on the cleanse.

[BOTH LAUGH]

Thank you.

You can go in your room
and when I'm done, I'll come up there.

- You ready, Landon?
- Yeah.

- KOURTNEY: Bye, guys.
- Thank you everybody, for dinner.

KOURTNEY: You're welcome.

Thank you so much for dinner.

CHEF: You're very welcome,
I'm glad you enjoyed it.

It was so good.

- Thank you so much.
- Yeah. Yeah.

- Love it. Thank you so much.
- Thank you.

I think it's about, like, two families,
like, joining together

in this, like, true love fairy tale.

Dwayne Johnson!

- Yeah! Dwayne...
- KOURTNEY: Dwayne Johnson?

Get in bed under the covers.

Get cozy.

REIGN: Yes, sir!

I'll come back to say prayers
and scratch your back.

Okay.

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

- [CAMERAS CLICKING]
- [INDISTINCT CHATTER]

Today has been epic.

I'm heading into the longest part
of my day,

getting fitted
for the Balenciaga Fashion Show

that I'm walking in,

and Demna will be there.

Is he here?

Demna is the head designer
of Balenciaga.

I think the partnership with Balenciaga
obviously came from Kanye,

but I was just genuinely loving
their clothes

and wearing them all the time

and it was an organic relationship
that happened

and I think
those are the best ones.

That's a serious look.

KIM: Every day
was a campaign anyway

just 'cause that's what
I genuinely love,

so the fact that
it turned into real ones

and now walking in the show
just means so much.

Do you want me to, like,
take my make up off

or anything, that's really easy to do.

- MAN: That's really easy to do?
- Yeah.

Cool.

Perfect.

Oh, my God, ten.

- MAN: Ten?
- Yeah.

Chris.

You can do that, right?

CHRIS: Look one, greasy.

MAN: Okay.

KIM: There is, like,
a lot of pressure 'cause Demna...

Like, okay. The big boss is here.

He is, you know, just making sure
everything is perfect on the outfit.

It's just, like, sh*t got real.

- MAN: Let's go.
- Am I following you?

[MAN SPEAKING]

[KIM SPEAKS]

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

[PEOPLE SCREAMING]

KYLIE: Today is the Billboard Awards.

I'm feeling good about tonight,

I love my outfit, I love my dress.

I'm really going for, like,
supportive, wifey vibes.

Not really, like,
"the star of the night" tonight.

- Do you know what they say?
- No.

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas?

KYLIE: Yeah!

Our daughter is here with us

to watch the show,

so I love
anytime she's able to come with us.

I'm hungry.

You're hungry? Okay, let's order food.

Do you wanna try
to order yourself? Here.

I have learned a lot from my mom

and the importance of family.

What do you want?
Chicken tenders and fries or something?

It's the same for all of us,
all about family.

So, we just have
a really close relationship.

- [PHONE DIALING]
- [LINE RINGING]

- Hello?
- WOMAN: Hi. Room service.

Can I have chicken tenders and fries?

You need French fries?

Yeah.

Okay, anything else?

Anything else?

A hamburger for my mommy.

A hamburger?

Yeah.

- Is that all?
- That's it.

We'll get that up to you shortly.

- What do you say?
- Thank you.

You're welcome.

Mommy, the ketchup is so good.

KYLIE: I never force my daughter
to do anything.

I always give her the option.

She's not leaving her mommy,
and she gets it, and...

You know, she loves
to come with me everywhere.

I love Vegas.

You love it?
I think it's so much fun, actually.

I always have a good time.

My Vegases
are probably a little different now.

You're my best friend.

[SLOW INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC PLAYING]

[MAN SPEAKS]

KIM: Hello, hello!

How are you?

KIM: I'm so excited.

I'm really... I don't know why
I'm nervous about this, but I am.

It's just a really big deal
when, like, the head designer of a house

wants to start a relationship.

And you kind of have one sh*t.

Nice to see you. You like?

KIM: I love this material.

I'll never disappoint anyone,

and that's just who I am,

and I always wanna be easy to work with,

and efficient and professional
and get the job done.

[DEMNA SPEAKS]

It looks nice.
We don't see the back, though.

- You see the whole back?
- No.

Will you put my hair in a bun
really quick?

Like, just to see...

DEMNA: Mm... Yeah.

Great, great.
I think it's nice to see the back.

- Yeah.
- You wanna see this?

- Yeah.
- Yeah.

This is beautiful.
Whole dress is like...

- Yeah.
- ...built in a way that is almost...

Yeah.

Yeah.

- It's your premiere?
- Yeah.

- I mean, I walked...
- What?

Don't laugh.
I walked a show...

- Do you know, like, Ed Hardy?
- Yes.

- But it's probably way long...
- Like, 2006.

Okay.

So that was my debut in LA Fashion Week.

- [LAUGHS]
- DEMNA: LA Fashion Week.

KIM: But, yeah. So, I've evolved.

DEMNA: Okay, this is... No.
MAN: Couture Fashion Week.

- Ed Hardy to Balenciaga Couture.
- DEMNA: I mean...

With everything
that we've been doing together,

you're just perfect, you know.

I wouldn't say it's expected,
because it's not.

Because people don't...

They don't expect to see you
on the show.

- Yeah.
- They expect to see you at the show.

But that I love.

And it's so cool that North
will be here, and my mom...

- And your mom.
- And my cousin Cici.

- I...
- She is like fashion's...

You have no idea.

Demi Moore gave me really good advice.

'Cause I just said I'm walking
in a show. I didn't tell her what.

And I don't remember
what the advice was,

but it's in my text messages...

DEMNA: [LAUGHS]
But it was really good.

It was really good,
and I'm gonna look at it before.

It said something like, "Think about..."

She goes, "Anytime I do something
I'm nervous about,

"think about what you're receiving
instead of what you're giving."

Or maybe it's the opposite way,
I don't know. [LAUGHS]

I'lI reread it. But...

[MAN SPEAKS]

KIM: Sure, I would want to.

Okay.

Okay.

- At home with Kendall.
- [LAUGHING] At home with Kendall.

- Not at home, like, with Kourtney.
- Okay.

[KIM SPEAKS]

[MAN SPEAKS]

- I'm gonna stay with you.
- Okay, okay.

[KIM SPEAKS]

[MAN SPEAKS]

- Okay.
- So...

Voilà. Here is the music.

KIM: Okay.

This is the line-up,
so everyone lines up here,

and someone will tell you
when you start walking in.

- Okay.
- So you don't have to worry about this.

I'm just finishing the rehearsal
and it's 2:00 a.m.

[SLOW ELECTRONIC BEATS PLAYING]

I've had a full day here
and I have to get up at 7:00 a.m.

and start all over again.

I'm a lunatic. I'll land in Paris,

go do a photoshoot, go do this, go...

...change my looks a million times.
Do this, do this.

But it's a commitment and we're here.

[MUSIC CONTINUES]

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

Amazing. Look at the salmon.

Hello, how are you?

Look how lovely this is.

This is perfect.

We're going to a fashion show
so we're kind of, like,

buzzing out of here.

Yeah.

- You wanna try?
- I'll have a glass of champagne.

We'll both have
a glass of champagne.

- Okay.
- We'll do vodka a little later.

- Okay.
- But thank you.

I think you had a Kim Kardashian,

- whirlwind 24 hours.
- No, it was...

It's amazing, truly.

You know, 'cause only she can do that,

and there's not a lot of people
that can keep up with her.

Yeah. Now I think
we have to step it up, don't we?

Step-it-up is my middle name.

[CHUCKLING]

It never stops.
There's never a dull moment.

I really didn't start the year thinking

that I would have
total hip replacement surgery.

But I am feeling younger,

and stronger,

and I'm loving life right now.

Oh, look what we have here!

- Well, cheers. Here's to Paris.
- Thank you.

Paris. Love it.

Magical.

- I thought about it last night.
- Mm-hmm.

How many years I read fashion magazines,

and all I wanted to do
was sit in the front row.

- [SIGHS]
- Ta-da.

That's why it's so crazy.

I know, and you know
what I love about...

- And then to have Kim walk.
- I know.

And I love Kim because she wanted
to share that with you.

- Yeah...
- I love that she has that heart.

- She's so kind to me.
- Because she knew

- how much it would mean to you.
- I know.

I couldn't have dreamed

- of anything...
- And it's your passion.

- And it's what you love and...
- I know.

So it makes it fun to share that.

- Can I say one thing?
- Yeah.

You made it happen.

No, you did.

This would never have happened
if it wasn't for you.

- Aw, Cici...
- No, I'm being serious.

'Cause you managed them,
you've taken this to the top.

Well, I think, like,
being here this week,

it makes me realize
how proud I am of all of them.

But to just understand and realize

how Kim has learned how to...

Like, it makes me wanna cry.

She finds a balance somehow
that works for her.

It might not be a balance for you or me.

- It's amazing.
- She's a mom.

She's a superstar...

She's superwoman.

Just when you think she can't go
anymore, she goes some more.

- Right.
- It's law school, fashion shows,

it's travel, it's Paris,
it's every city on the planet.

She literally has figured out

how to deal with everything she wants
to do in her life,

and figure out how to go out there
and get it.

WAITER: Pomme de terre...
KRIS: Thank you!

WAITER: You're welcome!

KRIS: This is so beautiful.
CICI: Oh, my...

- KRIS: Caviar Kaspia, here we come.
- Ah.

- Mm!
- Divine.

- Mm!
- I can't, this is so good.

KRIS: So we'll go back to the hotel,
we'll change.

Do we have time to rest a little bit?

- No.
- Oh.

Okay. [LAUGHS]

- Sorry.
- Mm!

This is our rest. Our caviar.
We had a caviar break.

I'm gonna start incorporating these
into my life in California.

- What do you guys think?
- Oh, cheers!

The story I tell everyone

is that I don't care
if it was in the summertime

on a Sunday.

If it was past 7:00 a.m.
and we were not up,

it was a problem.

She would intercom
around the entire house,

"It's time to get up!"

Like, you won't be lazy,

and then if we weren't up,
and if it was 7:30,

oh, my God, she'd come in our room,

open the drapes,
pull our bedspreads off...

She would never let us sit
on our bedspreads, first of all,

but if we were under them,
she would pull them off of us,

and make us get up,

make us watch the kids,
make us wash the car.

I don't even know
what she'd have us do,

- but we had to get up...
- Chores. You had to do chores.

And it ended up working in our favor,

but at the time, we were just like,
"Why is my mom torturing me?"

Why am I... You know, why can't I have
cool parents that let me sleep in.

- But now...
- I'm really cool.

- I know, you are...
- Okay.

But I'm saying, now, I'm grateful.

It helps me parent and push through.
I don't care if I am annoying.

- I know it will be beneficial...
- Yeah.

...for them later.

[UPBEAT SONG PLAYING]

We're on the phone
It's a feeling

Nothing can ever go wrong

Feeling all alone

Upside down

Are you ready for this?

- I am.
- Okay.

KYLIE: We're getting ready to go
to the Billboard Awards tonight.

Any night that I get to see
Travis perform, I am there.

Let's go.

It's now or never.

You look cute. Come on.

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

MAN: Kylie, right in front!

- [REPORTERS CLAMOR]
- [CAMERAS CLICKING]

Kylie, right in front!

Kylie, right there's fine.

Kylie!

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

KIM: Today is
the Balenciaga Fashion Show,

and I still don't know in front
of all of these cameras and people

and livestream.

It's still really nerve-wracking.

But it's such a fun surprise, I think,

for people to see
that I'm walking in the show,

that I'm excited.

KIM: Okay.

We finished last night at 1:30 or 2:00
in the morning.

And I had to start my day at 7:00 a.m.,

so I set my alarm for 6:55.

I actually woke up at 6:48
on my own, like,

"[GASPS] I hope I'm not, you know,
missing anything."

Um...

So I guess that nervous energy
is kind of good.

WOMAN: Focus on walking.
It's all you need to do.

He said, "Like you're walking
in your living room."

And I was like,
"With Kourtney or Kendall?"

[LAUGHS]

Kendall, I'd have a little more,
like, model-esque.

Kourtney, I'd be like...

Did Kendall give you any advice at all?

This will be Kourtney.
We're walking with Kourtney.

- But did Kendall give you advice?
- This will be Khloé.

- Kendall...
- And this will be Kendall.

Walk like Kendall.

- Yeah.
- What would Kendall do?

You're awake!

I just needed some Kendall vibes,
I'm sorry, I'm so nervous.

Don't be nervous.
You're gonna be totally fine.

I just have to be
dead in the face, right?

Okay, I love you. Sorry to wake you.

- It's okay.
- Okay, bye. Love you.

Okay, I just peed, like, three times
and I pray my pee anxiety

does not get the best of me.

I travel with a cup in the back car...

...seat the car with the zip lock.

Wet wipes.

My mom almost threw up
when she drove me to Palm Springs.

I bring, like, a thermos.

And she's like, "I'm going to gag."

[PEOPLE CLAMORING]

- [PEOPLE CHEERING LOUDLY]
- ALL: North!

Guess what,
there's a whole crowd for me,

and they were yelling at me.

What were they saying?

"North! North!"

They were screaming. It was so fun.

- NORTH: They were screaming.
- I know, right?

We should both walk out there next time.

KIM: It's so special
to be able to travel with my mom.

You know, I never wanna take
these times for granted.

And I also know,
she's, like, the best grandma

and wants to show North everything
when I am, you know, working.

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

[PEOPLE CHEERING LOUDLY]

[INDISTINCT CHATTER]

KIM: I don't know who's more excited,

you know, to go out there and see
the people and the paparazzi.

But they both, like, have that fun,
silly spirit

where they both will, like,
go do stuff like that.

So, obviously,

I wanna do what I can
to bring my mom and my daughter.

I mean, that's the most special.

I'm in the line-up. It's game time.

And I have to pee.

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

KRIS: Kim is perfect.

And to be able to sit here
and watch North

watch her mommy walk a runway is...

It's just wonderful.

And one for the memory books.

- [MUSIC CONTINUES]
- [CAMERAS CLICKING]

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

KIM: We did it!

I'm so happy it's done.

That was like
a crazy, bucket-list experience.

- WOMAN: It's over!
- It's over.

- I was like, that's it. For two minutes.
- You were so good.

I'm really happy that I did that.

- We did it.
- I know.

KIM: It feels like I've come
a long way, you know.

It's so validating

that people in this high-up
of the fashion world

gave me this opportunity.

Like, it was so, so, so cool.

Did I look nervous or anything?

No. You were so good.

- I wasn't nervous.
- No.

Just when I saw North, I was like,
almost about to laugh,

like, I couldn't look at her.
I couldn't look at her.

You were beautiful and graceful.

- Aw, thank you.
- And perfect.

- Gorgeous.
- I feel like in my rehearsal,

I did so much better.

- No. You know...
- It's fine.

You probably didn't really even realize
you were out there, you were floating.

And North was beaming at you.

She was? I couldn't even look...

She was so proud of you.

- ...at anyone.
- I was beaming at you.

We were all so excited.

I mean, you know me, I wanna,
like, clap and go, "Whoo-hoo!"

But she would have k*lled me.

I learned from Kendall
that's not what you do.

I know.

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

KIM: So the last thing
on my schedule

is we're all gonna go see
the Jean Paul Gaultier Couture Show.

I like your look, Kris.

I don't know whether I just do,
like an Oxford.

Saint Laurent Oxford with laces,

or these boots.

Mom, the way you pronounce names,
I can't.

Saint Laurent? Saint Laurent.

Saint Laurent?
How do you say Saint Laurent?

KIM: Saint Laurent?

- KRIS: Saint Laurent.
- I don't go... Or whatever you say.

YOUSSEF:
You said it more French.

You say Saint Laurent.

See? I said it very French.
How do you say Louis Vuitton?

We say Louis Vuitton.

How do you say Louis Vuitton, Kim?

- LV.
- YOUSSEF: LV, yes.

She says. She knows.

- I'm telling you.
- KIM: No...

Say Balenciaga.

She goes Ball-enciaga. Ball.

- Go for it, Kris.
-'Cause I'm a baller.

- Balenciaga.
- No, no. That's wrong.

- Balenciaga.
- Yes.

Still wrong.

- Balenci...
- YOUSSEF: Balenciaga. Yeah.

- Balenciaga.
- Balenciaga, not Ball-enciaga.

She messes up every name.
It's so... cringy.

- She is cringing.
- She'll be like, "Hey, so, yeah.

"This is so much fun. Oh, my God.

"We're gonna go
to the Louis Vuitton store."

And then she'll, like, change her accent

in the middle of her real voice.

And I'm like, "Oh. Where?"

- And it's just like, it's...
- Coco Chanel.

- Balenciaga?
- WOMAN: Balenciaga.

- Balenciaga.
- Balenciaga.

Balenciaga. See?

It takes 15 people to tell me
how to talk to camera these days.

We're leaving at 5:30
and I cannot be pressured.

KRIS: Paris has been amazing.

It's been a whirlwind,

it's been a great, I think,

it's been a blast.

[INDISTINCT CHATTER]

- We're gonna go out on this way.
- We are?

- This way is the safer way.
- Okay.

KIM: Northie, Northie. Let me see.

Walk out without it. Okay, give it here.

I just love when North is, like,
feeling herself.

[INDISTINCT CHATTER]

KIM: The glasses, the hat.

I'm so happy that she is...

...loving this experience.
That just makes me happy.

What a lucky girl, honestly.

That's crazy.

They put invites on each seat,

and she took the pen
out of Cici's purse,

and she wrote "stop"
really big on the invite,

and she just, like, held it up
to the people across from her.

Just being, like,
"Do not take a picture of me."

And I was dying.

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

[APPLAUSE]

[APPLAUSE AND CHEERING]

I love you!

KIM: This has been such an amazing trip.

Doing all of these things
that I never thought I would do,

walking in a couture show,

attending all these couture shows
with my daughter and my mom.

Phew.

I love you. So proud of you, always.

You're my little girl.

You'll always be my little girl.

That's what I say to my girl.

I know, but when she is 40 years old,
and you look at her...

That's what I tell them.

I still feel like you're

- Well, don't I look it?
- ...going on 40. You do!

Just so many amazing moments,

but the most important
is getting to enjoy it

with my family and my friends

and just having
this mom-and-daughter moment

and grandma moment,

and just all being together
was just the best.

[UPBEAT SONG PLAYING]
Never stop, never stop

Do it for the love of it

[UPBEAT MUSIC PLAYING]

KIM: Khloé just called me

and her surrogate has to go
into labor early.

I'm at Khloé's house to pick her up.

We're ready to get a baby!

WOMAN: They're having the baby
right now?

WOMAN 2:
Yeah. I'm going right in.

WOMAN 2:
We're going right in.

DOCTOR: Take a deep breath, and push.

Push hard.

Push harder, harder, harder.

More, more, more. Keep pushing,
keep pushing more.

[UPBEAT SONG PLAYING]
Hey, it's a good day for a good day

I say we play

Who do you wanna see?

Baby brother.

Do you think he's cute?

WOMAN: And just like that,
we have a baby.

KRIS: Oh, my goodness!

- KHLOÉ: Hello.
- There's our little man.

[LAUGHS]

Oh, Khloé.

[GASPS] Oh, my gosh.

Look how beautiful you are.

So cute.

Hi, bubba.

Hi.

- Careful.
- KRIS: Life is good.

And a new baby in the family

is magic.

He's such a blessing.

Oh, you're so beautiful.

God has a plan
and this baby was meant to be here

and Khloé gets to be mommy again.

So that's really, really special.

And I'm really excited about that.

Oh! He's delicious.

He is so cute.

Mom! I didn't know you're here.

- KRIS: Here's your auntie!
- Oh, my goodness. Look at those lips.

KRIS: How cute is he?
Don't you think he looks like Rob?

He is actually Rob's twin.

- He's so perfect.
- KIM: Mm-hmm.

What are we gonna name him?

That's what I need to know.

KRIS: How about Rob?

How about Rob Kardashian Thompson?

And then just call him Rob Kardashian.

- Hi!
- Denim on denim!

- I didn't know you were coming!
- Denim on denim!

- [BABY CRYING]
- Okay, he's gonna go to sleep soon.

Run around.

Oh, my gosh.

Oh, when they open their mouths,

- and just the way they smell.
- It's like a little bird.

KHLOÉ: Stop.

- Kourt's so funny.
- [BABY FUSSING]

KRIS: Okay, okay, okay.
KOURTNEY: Ooh.

It's okay.

See?

Oh, got the magic touch.

I wish I could breastfeed you.

KHLOÉ: Oh, my God.
KIM: Please, Kourt.

KHLOÉ: Let's calm down.

It's time for him to go to sleep.

Then he wants a binky.

I've been telling Khloé for so long

how special it is to raise...
a gaggle of kids,

because it's a gift
to have a brother or sister.

So she's gonna be
the best boy mom in the world.

I just wanna tell you,

that I'm just really proud of you.

You're the best mom
in the whole entire universe.

And I'm so proud
of the way you've handled

this whole thing with the baby.

Thank you, I learned it
from all you ladies.

We're here for you.

One thing we know how to do, ladies,

is be good moms.

KHLOÉ: Thank God.

Proud of you, proud of you
and proud of you.

- Proud of you.
- Thank you, we're proud of you.

- Get out of here right now!
- Get over here!

KIM: We're proud of you, True.

[ALL LAUGHING]

Oh, my God.

We have had a lot of high highs,

and definitely a lot of low lows.

You can't write this sh*t.

I wish you could write this sh*t,
so it wasn't our reality.

Hey!

But whenever you go down,
you know you go back up.

And that's the beauty with this family,
we don't stay down for long.

[UPBEAT SONG PLAYING]
We're all in this together

KENDALL: I have a lot of ideas
and a lot of things

that I would love to do in life.

So I'm excited to continue to explore
all those things,

but I'm moving to a ranch.

I am an actual cowgirl.

[LAUGHS]

KOURTNEY: The past few months
have just been non-stop,

like, all swirled in,
with like, planning our wedding,

raising our six kids,

doing all these things
with the love of my life

makes it just all so special.

Wow! Kim Kardashian!

The best part of my life

is I could never foresee
what the next chapter's gonna be.

And I don't wanna see it.

I just like to live it in the moment.

Okay.

I surprise myself all the time

and it makes life so exciting.

This year has been
extremely challenging for me,

in so many ways.

ALL: Met!

KRIS: Ups and downs
and everything you can imagine.

It's gonna be okay.

I can only do so much,
and I can only control so much.

By the way, that's pretty hard for me
to admit.

[LAUGHING]

This year has been very transformative
for me.

There are so many amazing things
that I'm really excited about,

hang out with my babies
and really dive into my work.

My baby's name is still Wolf.

I'll let you guys know when I change it.

Maybe I'll tell you guys
in Season Three.

[UPBEAT SONG PLAYING]

Hey!

Lights, camera, action

With a body like yours
Don't gotta work, girl

With a body like yours
You make it hurt, girl

I'll be making these moves
I got 'em hurt, girl

All eyes on me
I make it work, girl

Baby, can you swing my way?

Can you take me serious?
I ain't gonna play

I'm having a blast
I had a few drinks

Looking through the girls
And they looking at my ink

Speaking facts
Girl, you looking so fine

You got my attention
when I seen you from behind

I know all about your body
'cause you're more than a dime

Your body's so lit
I'mma have to go lie

With a body like yours
Don't gotta work, girl

With a body like yours
You make it hurt, girl

I'll be making these moves
I got 'em hurt, girl

All eyes on me
I make it work, girl

With a body like yours
Don't gotta work, girl
