Yadina: Hi there. Brad: Ah!

Yadina: Welcome to the show.

Xavier: Today, we're meeting someone who was really

good at digging and finding stuff in the sand:

Mary Leakey.

Brad: Mary was an archeologist.

That's a scientist who studies what life used to be like

by digging up fossils and ancient artifacts.

Xavier: An artifact is something that was made

a looong time ago.

Yadina: Like... this?

(shakes)

Xavier: Try thousands or even millions of years older.

Like... this.

Yadina: Cool.

What else can we find?

Brad: Um, guys?

Maybe we should, uh-

Yadina: Wait!

I've got something.

It's big... it's red...

Yadina: (gasp) It's- the big red button that starts the show.

Xavier: Nothing here. Let's keep going.

Yadina/Brad: (panting heavily)

Yadina: Xavier, do we have to go so fast?

Xavier: We're on a treasure hunt.

If we want to find the treasure fast, we've gotta move fast.

Brad: But wait.

If we want to find the treasure,

first we have to find more clues.

Brad: According to this,

our next clue is in a place where...

They lived long ago and don't exist anymore,

but if they did,

you'd hear a great big ROAR.

Yadina: Sounds like dinosaurs alright.

Like our old pal Murray here.

Xavier: But I already looked here. No red clue cards.

C'mon, we gotta move fast to find the treasure.

Brad: (sigh)

Xavier: No clues here.

Huh.

Where could clue cards be?

Yadina/Brad: (gasping for air)

Xavier: This treasure hunt doesn't work at all.

It must be broken.

Or maybe we're not going fast enough.

Brad: I don't think I can go any faster.

Yadina: Dr. Zoom and I are pooped.

Xavier: Hm. Looks like we're going to need help.

Brad: Nap time? Xavier: To the secret museum!

painting exhibit for clues?

help us find the missing clue.

Yadina: Here we go.

Berby: (bleeping)

Xavier: It's happening. Yadina: Hang on Dr. Zoom.

Yadina: Woah, this place is amazing.

Brad: (coughing) And dusty.

Mary Leakey: Actually, yes I am.

Xavier: Great. Us, too.

Yadina: Have you Seen any clues like this?

Mary: Hm. Sorry, no.

But if you want to find something,

you should slow down and look around.

Mary: I'm looking for ancient artifacts

and cave paintings

made thousands and thousands of years ago.

Yadina/Xavier/Brad: Cooool.

Mary: I was just about to go search those caves.

Do you want to come?

Xavier: Into a cave? Yeah!

Yadina: Yep.

Brad: A deep, dark cave?

Uhhhh... (bat squealing)

Mary: I brought lanterns to see with.

Brad: (sigh of relief)

Xavier: Then it's settled. Let's go!

(clear her throat)

Mary: The cave is this way.

Xavier: Right. This way.

Xavier: Let's go-go-go.

Xavier: Hey, Mary, what's up?

Why aren't you racing to find the treasure?

Mary: Because, this isn't a race.

When you want to find something,

you have to slow down and look around.

Xavier: But, that sounds so slooooow.

Don't we wanna find the treasure fast?

Mary: If you go too fast,

you may not find anything at all.

(slow, exploring music) ♪

Xavier: There's probably tons of treasure

and ancient cave things in there...

and, and...come on, let's go.

Mary: (gasp)

Yadina: Woah. Brad: A reindeer!

(gasping)

Mary: This would've been carved about , years ago.

Brad: , years? Oh.

Xavier: Man, that is a dark cave.

Couldn't see a thing!

What's taking you guys so long?

Yadina: This is so cool.

Xavier: Hey, that is cool.

I can't believe I ran right past it.

Mary: Don't worry.

Maybe you'll find the next one.

Xavier: I hope so. Let's go.

(frantic music) ♪

Xavier: Oh, wow, sure is uh, dark in here.

(groans)

Ooo, much better with the lanterns.

Hmm...Nothing here though, let's keep going!

Mary: Wait. When you want to find something,

you have to slow down and look around.

Xavier: Yeah. Sure sure. But,

if you want to find something really fast,

Ooof! Ugh!

Yadina: Xavier?

Brad: Are you okay?

Xavier: I'm good. Let's keep going.

Brad: Wait. What is that?

Mary Leakey: Oooh!

It's an ancient chisel.

It would've been used to carve

something like that reindeer we saw.

Yadina: Wow. Super cool.

Mary: Very. Good job finding it.

Xavier: I was so busy racing ahead that

I didn't see the treasure right under my feet.

I guess I'm not a very good treasure hunter.

Brad: Sure you are.

Maybe holding this will help.

Yadina: Yeah. And if you slow down a bit,

I'm sure you'll find the next one.

Xavier: Maybe.

Mary: That's the spirit.

Now, let's go.

Xavier: I think I'm gonna slow down and look around

here for another minute.

Yadina: Ok.

Xavier: Wow. It really IS cool in here.

Xavier: Yadina. Brad. Mary.

I found something.

Brad: What'd you find? Yadina: What is it?

Mary: Oooh. I'll use my brush.

Yadina: Just like the brush in the Secret Museum.

Mary: (gasp) Oh.

Xavier: What is it?

Mary: An ancient cave painting made thousands

and thousands of years ago.

Isn't it incredible?

Xavier/Yadina/Brad: Totally.

Brad: How did you find it, Xavier?

Xavier: I slowed down, and looked around.

You can miss a lot when you're rushing around, y'know.

Mary: Exactly.

Xavier: I think I'm ready to do our museum treasure hunt now.

Brad: I almost forgot we were in a dark cave.

(bat squeaks) Brad: Ahh.

Xavier: Berby, let's go home.

Xavier: The last clue from our treasure hunt led us here,

so we've got to slow down and look around.

Yadina: Hmmm!

Brad: (startled yell)

Yadina: Hmmmm.

(ooph)

Yadina: Interesting....

(gasps)

Xavier: Hmmm... where is it...

(gasps)

The clue..

Yadina: Whooho Brad: You found it!

Yadina: Hiding under 'ol Murray the whole time.

Xavier: Where to for our next clue, Brad?

Brad: Out of this world and filled with stars,

come here to take a look at Mars.

Xavier: Hmm, there's a place in the museum

where we can see Mars?

Xavier: (gasps) The planetarium.

Xavier: Let's go go go... uh, slowly of course.

Xavier: We finally found the treasure..

Yadina: Mary Leakey would be proud.

Xavier: Woah! Brad: Mmmm, chocolate treasure.

(crunch)

Mmm..

Xavier: When Mary grew up, she became

one of the greatest archeologists ever.

Brad: She discovered many important artifacts.

Yadina: Some from million years ago.

Xavier: They help us know a whole lot more

about the history of life on earth.

Alexander Hamilton.

Brad: Alexander was born a looong time ago

on the island of St Croix in the Carribean.

Xavier: But when he was a kid,

he sailed all the way to a brand-new place

and helped turn it into a new country:

the United States.

Yadina: Today people call Alexander Hamilton

one of the country's Founding Fathers.

And they put his face on the ten dollar bill.

Xavier: ...Yadina?

Yadina: How did that get there? Hehe.

Oh well, time to start the show.

Yadina: Ahhhh, kindergarten.

We had some good times in here, huh Dr. Zoom?

Yadina: The play stations,

the cubbies,

the snacks.

Xavier: But now, you're on to bigger things Yadina...

(victorious music) ♪

Brad: First Grade.

Yadina: I wonder what it will be like?

Maybe, they'll have a blue story time mat.

And an even bigger sandbox.

Xavier: How about we show you?

Yadina: Okay Dr. Zoom,

First Grade classroom here we come!

Are you sure it's this far away?

Brad: It's at the veeery end of the hall.

I've never been to this side of the school before.

I'm off on a big adventure.

Yadina: Really? Where are you going?

Hamilton: To school. I've never been before.

But to a whole new class.

It's really different.

Hamilton: A little.

But mostly I'm excited.

Yadina: Really?

Hamilton: Of course. New adventures are exciting.

Hamilton: Not exactly.

It's a map to where my new school is.

Hamilton: We're here...

Hamilton: And this is where I'm going.

I've never been there before.

Yadina: Wow! Your school is waaaaay farther away

than my new classroom.

Hamilton: Isn't it exciting?

Brad: How are you getting there?

Hamilton: On that boat.

Xavier: The one that's about to leave?

Hamilton: Exactly.

(ding)

(gasps)

I have to get on that boat!

All: Wait! Hold the boat!

Xavier: A treasure map, a boat...

are you going to pirate school?

Now that would be an exciting adventure.

Hamilton: I don't think I'm going to pirate school...

Woo!

Huyah!

But who knows what adventure life will take me on?

Brad: (gasping)

(ding, ding)

Hamilton: Hold on. I'm coming.

Huyah!

Brad: Alexander Hamilton's got moves.

Yadina: Wait. Are you sure you want to go to a new place

with new people, where you'll do totally new things

like put your stuff on a hook instead of a cubby?

Hamilton: Not entirely sure...

but that's what makes it an adventure.

And new adventures are exciting.

I wonder if his new adventure will be exciting,

and what will happen to him.

Xavier: Yeah, like does he ever find the treasure

on his treasure map?

Berby: (cheering)

Xavier: Berby says it's years later, in Philadelphia.

Hamilton: Welcome!

Yadina: Alexander!

What happened with your new school?

Hamilton: No, I finished school.

And it was amazing.

Yadina: Really?

Hamilton: So amazing that I stayed

and helped make this place a brand new country:

the United States.

Kids: Whoa!

Hamilton: Now that was an exciting adventure.

That's the person who decides how a country spends its money.

I want to show the new coins to my friend George.

Yadina: George? As in...

(gasp) George Washington!

Alexander Hamilton moved to a whole new place

to go to school for the first time

and look what happened!

Brad: He helped make a brand-new country.

Xavier: Got a super cool job in charge of shiny coins.

Yadina: And he gets to hang out with THE George Washington,

the very first President of the United States.

Yadina: Dr. Zoom, there's something we have to do.

Xavier: Say hi to George Washington?

Yadina: Nope. It's time for our very own

exciting adventure.

Yadina: Berby, let's go home.

Yadina: Dr Zoom, are you ready for our big day?

First Grade, here I come.

Xavier: Hey. Yadina, Brad and I made this for you.

Brad: Sort of. It's a map of the school.

Xavier: This is where your class is,

and here's where Brad and I will be.

Brad: Which isn't so far away if you need anything.

Yadina: Thanks.

But I think we'll be okay.

Because new adventures are exciting.

(bell ringing)

Yadina: Class is starting. Bye guys!
