The sky is so clear today.

You can see everything in Word World.

Hey. There's Frog.

I'm looking all over Word World

with my telescope.

It lets me see things far away.

(croaks)

D'ohh!

I can see the jungle.

Aww. And now I see

the beach!

Oh... and I can see Dog's house.

And Bear's cave. And...

Hi, Frog. (gasps)

(sputtering)

(croaks)

Oh. Hiya, Bear.

Huh. I didn't mean to scare you, Frog.

I just wanted to show you my new t-tricycle.

Wa-hoo!

Check it out!

(laughs)

Look at me!

Whoo-hoo!

(laughs)

Wow. That's a really nice tricycle, Bear.

Ha, thanks.

What are you doing, Frog?

I'm looking all over Word World with my telescope.

Oh, there's Kangaroo riding a train

way over in the mountains.

(train whistle blows)

She's on the train with today's mail,

chugging right along the tracks.

(gasps)

Oh, no!

What's the matter, Frog?

Kangaroo is in trouble.

Look!

(whistle blowing)

(Bear gasps)

FROG: The letters T and R have fallen off the track!

T and R?

Don't they make the "tr" sound?

Yes, and no "tr" means no track.

(gasps)

A broken track.

And Kangaroo's train is heading right for it.

We have to save Kangaroo.

We have to put back the "tr" sound and fix the track.

Come on, hop on!

(mumbles)

Um, where?

Uh, here.

(Frog grunting)

(Frog sputtering)

Let's go, Bear! We have to hurry!

Don't worry, Frog.

We can get there in time to save Kangaroo.

(Frog gasping nervously)

Faster!

(Bear panting)

We have to fix that "tr" sound and help Kangaroo!

(both gasp)

What's wrong?

Why did you stop?

We have to hurry!

Look!

Oh, no, a stream!

There has to be a way to cross this stream

so we can save Kangaroo.

Is there a bridge anywhere, Frog?

FROG: Hmm...

Ooh, I don't see anything.

(panting)

What?

Hello.

Oh, hiya, Dog.

What are you doing here?

(panting)

(barks)

FROG: Oh, you're digging up letters.

(barks and pants)

Ah, and I bet we can use some of those letters

to build a word that will help us get over the stream.

(barks)

How about an R, A, M, P--

ramp?

Look, a ramp!

We can use the ramp to jump over the stream.

Hmm. Are you sure, Bear?

I can do this, Frog.

We have to help Kangaroo.

(Frog gulps and croaks)

(pants and barks)

Okay, you can come, too, Dog.

Come on. (barks)

Let's go.

BEAR: Here we go!

(Frog whooping)

(Dog howls)

(howling and whooping)

(all whooping)

(barks)

FROG: We made it.

We're on the other side.

(croaks)

That's right, we're back on track.

(whistle blowing)

(Frog gasps)

Kangaroo is getting closer to the broken track!

Come on, guys!

We have to save Kangaroo!

Watch that bump!

Big rock up ahead!

(Bear panting)

Look out for the pond!

(panting): Pond? What pond?

(Bear screaming)

(croaks)

(croaking)

That pond.

Oh, we're stuck.

Oh, Frog, do you see anyone who can help us?

Hmm, let's see.

I don't see anything or anyone.

Quack, quack. (Frog gasps and croaks)

(Frog whimpers)

Hey, what are you guys doing here?

Oh, we were on our way to the train track

to save Kangaroo, but now we are stuck in this pond.

(Duck gasps)

Well, why didn't you say so?

Sounds like you need some Duck help!

Let's do this!

(quacking)

(all straining)

(sighing with relief)

(quacking)

Oh! Thanks, Duck!

We're back on track!

(Frog gasps and croaks)

Kangaroo's train is getting closer to the broken track!

Here we go!

Wait for me!

Quack, quack!

Let's roll!

NARRATOR: So Bear pedaled up hills and down hills,

trying to get to the broken track

before Kangaroo did.

(panting)

Just... one...

more... hill.

(sighs)

NARRATOR: But all that peddling made Bear very tired.

(Bear panting)

FROG: Come on, Bear!

We're almost there!

(Bear sighs)

Oh, no!

(sighs)

I just can't make it to the top.

(sighs)

(Frog croaking)

(whistle blowing)

FROG (gulps): And Kangaroo's train

is getting very close to the broken track!

BEAR: Frog... we need help.

Is there anyone around who can give us a push?

Ooh, let's see.

Nobody there.

Nobody here.

I don't see anybody.

Wait. Ant!

Oh, hey, guys!

Stop!

Stop!

ALL: A picnic basket!

That's right.

We're going on a picnic.

Oh, Ant,

maybe you can help us.

I can't pedal up this big hill.

And we need to save Kangaroo.

Her train is headed for a broken track!

(gasps) Oh, no!

We have to help.

Drop the basket.

ANTS: Drop the basket.

Ready?

Push!

ANTS: Push. Push.

Push.

Push. Push. Push.

Ah! We made it!

We're back on track.

ANTS: Yup, we're back on track.

Uh-oh.

Whoa!

(ants scream)

(all screaming)

Stop!

Stop!

(screaming continues)

(tires screeching)

Ah. Phew!

Oh, my, that was so close.

(sighs of relief)

That was close.

You can say that again.

ANTS: You can say that again.

(distant train whistle blowing)

(croaks and gasps)

Here comes the train!

(whistle blowing)

(quacks)

Hurry! That's the track.

Okay.

Here is the T-R for the "tr" sound.

All we have to do is add it to the "ack"

and we'll have a track!

Come on, everyone. Let's...

ALL: Build a word!

And hurry!

♪ It's time to build a word

♪ Let's build it, let's build it now. ♪

(sounding out): Tr... ack.

KIDS: Track!

♪ Yeah, we just built a word

♪ We built it, we built it!

(whistle blowing)

(train chugging)

Oh, boy, that was close.

(brakes screeching)

Well, g'day, mates.

What are you guys doing here?

ALL: Oh, nothing.

Just building words.

(all laugh)

Everybody ready?

Ready.

(barks)

Ready!

Yup, ready.

Now, everyone hold on back there.

We're back on track.

(whistle blowing) (laughs)

ANTS: Yup, back on track.

NARRATOR: Have a safe ride home.

Hey, everyone.

You're just in time for the Rhyming Square Dance.

And after, we'll all go on a hayride.

(mumbles, quacks)

(gasps) I know.

(quacks) I'll make him a present.

NARRATOR: Well, Frog loves birthday cake.

(gasps) That's a great idea, Mr. Narrator.

I'll make him a birthday cake.

The best birthday cake ever!

But how?

I don't know how to make a birthday cake.

NARRATOR: Maybe Pig can help you.

Yeah, Pig can help me.

(Pig grunting)

I just have to put these pots away.

Whoa. Ooh.

And my kitchen will be clean.

DUCK: Incoming!

(groans)

Oh!

Pig, today is Frog's birthday.

And I want to make him the biggest birthday cake ever.

Can you help me? Huh? Can you? Can you?

(grunts) Whew!

Sure, Duck.

Well, all we need are the letters...

(sounding out): C... ake.

KIDS: Cake!

Wow! (quacks)

Frog's going to love it.

Mm-mmm!

Oh, of course Frog would love it even more

if it was red.

Yeah. Red is Frog's favorite color.

Oh, we can make the cake red,mon ami.

We just need a can of red frosting to do that.

Let's see, uh...

Aha! I'll just need the letters...

(sounding out): C... a... n.

KIDS: Can!

Mm-mmm!

One can of red frosting.

Let's get started.

Uh, you know,

now that I think about it,

green might be Frog's favorite color.

Oh, okay, green.

One can of green frosting coming right up.

Okay, blue.

Red, green, blue, yellow-- Duck!

Okay, why don't we just frost the cake

with all the colors, hmm?

(gasps): Like a rainbow!

That is a great idea, Pig!

We'll frost the cake like a rainbow.

Frog loves rainbows.

But we're going to need a lot

of cans of frosting for that.

Well, no problem, Pig.

You make the cans while I frost the cake.

I'm the best cake "frosterer" in World World.

Okay, Duck.

Well, here we go.

(sounding out): ♪ Ca...a-n, can

♪ We're going to make a birthday cake ♪

♪ It's going to be so yummy

♪ With frosting like a rainbow

♪ You'll get colors in your tummy ♪

♪ I'll start this birthday cake with red ♪

♪ Oh, Frog will love this tasty spread ♪

PIG (sounding out): ♪ Ca...a-n, can

♪ Here's a frosting

♪ Can of green

♪ This cake will be the best

♪ Frog has ever seen

♪ Purple's nice to have as icing ♪

♪ Every slice is so enticing (sounding out): ♪ Ca...a-n, can

♪ C-A-N, can (quacks)

♪ It's yellow just like me

BOTH: ♪ The best cake

♪ That you'll ever see

♪ Birthday rainbow yummy great cake. ♪

Whoa, whoa, oh! What, oh, Duck?!

Oh, I'm sorry, Pig.

I didn't mean to hit you with the can.

I mean to throw it out the window.

What?!

(gasps)

Duck!

Why did you throw these cans out the window?

I... Because... they were empty.

Oh, throwing things on the ground is littering.

And you should never litter.

I'm sorry.

(quacks) I didn't know.

(groans) Come help me clean them up.

We have to keep Word World clean, Duck.

It's the only world we've got.

But do we do with all these cans, then?

Well, um... (gasps)

We could recycle them.

(laughs, quacks)

Pig, I'm way too big to ride a tricycle.

(laughs): Oh, Duck,

not a tricycle; recycle.

Recycling is when you take something used

and make something new out of it.

In Word World,

we can take the letters from these used cans

and make new words!

Like "candy.", Like "candle."

Like "cantaloupe."

(gasps): We can?

I'll show you. Check it out.

(laughing)

(both laughing)

(quacking and whooping)

(quacks)

Whew, we cleaned up.

And made new words.

(Pig and Duck grunting)

Oh, the best birthday cake ever

(quacks) is also the heaviest.

(grunting)

Yeah, we're never going to carry this cake

all the way to Frog's log.

It's just too big!

I know how we can get it there, Duck.

We just need to turn an old can...

into a new word.

Yeah! We can recycle it.

We'll just take the letters C-A-N

and add the letters O-E and...

(sounding out) can...oe.

KIDS: Canoe!

That's right! Canoe!

I'll grab the cake, Duck.

(grunts)

Whoa! Oh! Okay!

Wait, wait, turn left. No, no, no, right.

Huh? Pig, go back.

Which way? No, go this way.

No, no, that way.

Oh, look out for the... oh!

Whoa!

Whew. Okay, birthday cake.

We're taking you to Frog's log.

(mooing)

Hey, look!

Someone threw a can in the stream.

I'll get it. We have to keep Word World clean.

It's the only world we got.

(quacks)

DUCK: Frog, is going to love his birthday cake!

Yeah, I can't wait to see him make a wish

and blow out the candle.

Yeah, that's even...

(gasps, quacks)

The candle!

(both gasp)

BOTH: We forgot the candle!

Frog can't make a birthday wish

if there's no candle to blow out.

What are we going to do? What are we going to do?

What are we going to do?!

(quacks) Oh! Oh, now, now, now, now,

don't worry, Duck.

Wecan think of something.

(gasps): That's it, Pig!

(music playing)

(all cheering)

(quacks) I wish that the biggest piece
