- Good morning, children!

Now, I wonder who can remember who Telma is!

- [All]: Who is she? I don't know!

- Miss? She's the pilot in the story you read to us yesterday!

- Good girl, Tamara! Here she is!

- [All]: Oh yeah, I remember!

- Now, who can tell me where Telma lives

when she's not flying her plane?

- I know! In a city, like us!

- Very good, Bali.

- At the top of

a very tall building!

- Good, Charlie!

And that's where she lands her plane, of course!

I'm so impressed, children! You remembered everything!

Which is good,

because last night, I had...

...an idea!

- What was it?

- Well, children, I thought

that together, we could build Telma's big city!

With tall skyscrapers on which she could land her airplane!

- But how are we supposed to build a whole city?

- And what'll we use to build it?

- I never built a city before!

- Yes, Tamara?

- Uh, won't it take a real long time

to build a whole city, Miss Chang?

- Ha, ha! Yes, it sure would, Tamara.

Which is why we're going to build a mini-city!

- [All]: Oh, wow!

- We'll use these wood blocks

for the skyscrapers and the other buildings,

and once we've built them, we can paint them, OK?

- [All]: Yeah!

- I'm gonna make a super-tall building!

- I'm gonna make an apartment block,

so all the people have somewhere to live!

- Hey, you know what?

My building's gonna be in the shape of a big rocket!

- Good idea, Bali!

- [Chuckling]: Good, children!

Careful, Lou!

- Yeah!

Oh! Misa!

- Oops! Sorry, Bali!

I won't knock it down again, I promise!

- Oh, that's OK, Misa!

Hey, look! Ha, ha! It's fixed again already!

- Ha, ha!

Your city is wonderful, children. Good work!

- Just like in Telma's book!

[ Bell ringing ]

- Yay! Recess!

- OK, children. We'll paint your city after recess, OK?

- [All]: Yay!

Yeah! Come on!

- I'm going to paint windows on mine!

And doors, for sure!

Otherwise, no one will be able to get in or out!

- Guess what?

I'm painting my building blue!

Oh, wait for me!

- Oh, I can't wait to start, can you?

- Hey, who wants

to play soccer, huh?

Ha, ha!

Oh no!

I forgot Kikou!

Excuse me, Miss Chang? Can I go get him, please?

- OK, Bali. We'll wait.

- Oh. Hey, Kikou! There you are!

Ha, ha! Come on!

Miss Chang is waiting for us!

Oh no! No!

No, don't!

Oh no!

Oh, but-- oh!

What'll I do?

- OK, everyone. Look, here's Bali.

- Come on, Sacha! Let's go!

- Hey, look!

Whoa, whoa, whoa!

- Charlie, my turn!

- Hey Sacha, look at this!

- Oh, Kikou! I wrecked the whole city!

And you know, it's so unfair!

No one's gonna wanna play with me anymore!

And Miss Chang will be so angry!

I know!

Maybe I won't tell them I did it!

- I can't wait to see the city!

- OK, kids. Now that recess is finally over,

we can now paint--

- [All]: Our city! Ha, ha!

[ All gasping ]

- [All]: Oh no!

- Our city! It's wrecked!

Who could have done this?

- My building! It got torn down!

- What happened?

- Oh, my building!

- It's not fair!

- Goodness!

- Oh, look, it's all broken!

- Oh! This is terrible!

I wonder what could have happened?

- Maybe the wind knocked it over, Miss Chang!

- Or maybe a bird flew in the open window!

- Yeah!

- Oh!

- Hello! I'm Telma!

- Oh, hello! My name's Bali!

And my friend is Kikou!

- It's a pleasure to meet you, Bali!

Come on! The sky is blue,

and the planes are ready!

So how are we gonna do that?
