- [Tito]: Is everything ready?

- Well, I've got the cardboard and string!

- And I've got corks and buttons!

- And I've got some paint glue and some fabric!

- Great! We got everything we needed!

We're gonna be really scary!

- Oh, I love Halloween!

- And I love making our own costumes!

- Oh, yeah!

I could make my vampire teeth out of this white cardboard?

- That's a great idea, Tamara. I'll cut them out for you, OK?

- Oh, yes please! Thank you!

All done!

- Here we go!

- Beep, beep! Look at my Martian antennae!

I'll stick corks on the end

to make them look even more like real ones!

- Ha, ha!

- And for the body, I'm gonna use this big old box,

so I'll look just like a Martian robot!

- Ha, ha!

- Grr! Ha, ha!

- Yeah!

- I'll get your scarf.

- Thank you, Mommy!

I'm Bali the Pirate!

I'm the meanest pirate sailing the seas!

- Ha, ha! Bali the Pirate! Ha, ha!

- Wowee!

That is a great moustache, Bali!

- Your teeth are super-cool! Really scary!

- Beep, beep! Beep, beep!

I'm a big, bad Martian!

- Ha, ha! I like your Martian helmet, Tito!

Hey, would you let me try it on?

- No way! It's part of my costume!

But I wish I had some vampire teeth!

Then I could go Grr!

- But they're my teeth!

And you're not the vampire, I am!

- Yeah, but my mom helped you make them.

So they're not just your teeth.

- Yes, they are!

And it doesn't matter that your mom helped me!

They're my teeth!

- This'll do! - Hey!

- Come on, Bali!

I wanna wear the moustache!

- Will you quit it? That's my moustache, Tito!

- Ha, ha!

- And you're not having it!

-[Tamara]: Make your own, Tito!

- Oh, I don't want it anyway, Bali!

And Tamara, your vampire teeth

look more like a hamster's teeth!

- Now you're just being mean for the sake of it, Tito!

This isn't fun anymore!

I want to go home! Humph!

- Well, I wanna go home as well!

- Come on, you're not gonna ruin Halloween

with a silly fight, are you?

- Don't go! My Dad's got a surprise!

- [Both]: Humph!

- Oh!

- [All]: Skin of a fat toad,

spider stubble, boil, bubble,

toil and trouble!

[ Panting ]

- Oh, hello there, ladies!

- [All]: And hello to you, groundhog!

- My name's Bali. What's yours?

- Well, my dear Bali-gator,

this is Porcupina, that's Halloweena,

and myself, I go by the name of Tambourina.

- Ha, ha! Tamborina! That's a funny name!

- Maybe it is, but it's no laughing matter, young man!

We each have a large wart on the end of our nose!

- Looks awful!

- Yes, indeed! Look at us all!

We look totally and utterly ridiculous!

But I am brewing a potion

that will fix this problem for good.

Do you understand, Bali?

- I'm going to make a fine potion too, so there!

- And so am I! Hee, hee!

- So, Bali-bat! Can you help us?

What can you bring us?

Can you bring us all the ingredients we ask for

whilst we stew the brew and fix our poor noses?

- Yeah, sure I will!

I mean, I'm sure I can,

but my name isn't Bali-bat, ma'am.

- Good, Bali-boo! You'll help us!

Now, the first ingredient we need

for this unusual, but very effective potion

is some finely ground dragon's tail!

♪♪ What's this boiling in my cauldron? ♪

♪ Makes you laugh and makes you dance! ♪

♪ What's the secret recipe?

♪ What makes up my magic brew?

♪ One small pinch of dragon's tail ♪

♪ With a cup of cabbage juice

♪ And a bunch of tiny flies

♪ Pour it all into the pot

♪ Glou glou, glou glou

♪ Glou glou, glou glou, glou glou! ♪

♪ What's this boiling in my cauldron? ♪

♪ Makes you laugh and makes you dance! ♪

♪ What's the secret recipe?

♪ What makes up my magic brew?

♪ Two hairy legs from a spider

♪ And a bunch of snail's goo!

♪ Three spoonfuls of magic powder ♪

♪ Pour it all into the pot

♪ Glou glou, glou glou

♪ Glou glou, glou glou, glou glou! ♪

- [All]: Yes, we've finished!

[ Panting ]

- And now, ladies, for the accompanying magic spell!

- [All]: Rickety pick, rickety pock,

rickety pick pock pack!

- The colour looks about right!

- [All]: Soup's on!

[ Slurping ]

- Oh no, don't! Really gross! Ugh!

- [All]: Mmm!

- Huh? Ha, ha!

- Holy mackerel's eyes!

Look at me!

- Look! My head is the size of a little pea!

- Help! Oh, help! I can't see a thing!

- Oh, dear! Now my face looks like a ladybug!

- [All]: And I still have an enormous wart on my nose!

- It's your fault if my potion didn't work, you witless witch,

because you didn't leave me enough toad drool!

- No, it's your fault, you big old bag of rags!

I needed owl feathers, and you took them all!

- And the lizard scales?

None left for me because of you two old witches!

- Um...

Just mix the potions together!

- Holy spider droppings and bat's ears!

That's a good idea!

- If we mix it all up, we can share all the ingredients!

- I don't want to jump the g*n again,

but girls, I really think we've done it!

[ Slurping ]

- Uh-oh! I guess that didn't really work!

- Yahoo! Hee, hee! Yippee!

- I can't tell you how long I've wanted two warts on my nose!

- [All]: This is great!

- Ha, ha!

- Mmm, thank you for helping us, dear Bali Baba.

Without you, we wouldn't have had the idea

of sharing our potions!

- Mm-hmm...

Hmm!

Guys, I think I have an idea!

- [Both]: Huh?

- Well, we get everything,

put it together, and take turns pulling one thing out at a time!

If we mix it all up, we could all share everything!

There, look! Just take what you want!

There's no need

to fight over it!

- Hmm!

- Uh...

- Well, Tito?

- Ha, ha!

- Ha, ha!

Good idea, Bali! Real good!

- Ha, ha!

- We're all mixed up!

- [All]: Ha, ha!

Ha, ha!

- The surprise is ready!

- Wow!

- Yeah!

- [All]: Yeah! Ha, ha!

- [Ghostly voice]: Ooh... ooh!

- It's coming from my room!

- [Witch voice]: Ha, ha!

- [All]: Whoa!

- [Tamara]: It's... it's a...

- [All]: A GHOST!

- It wants us to follow it!

- I don't know!

- Yeah, I guess you're right.

Let's go and see our surprise! Ha, ha!

- [All]: Oh, wow!

- Wow, this is super, super-cool!

- Sure is, Bali!

- It's scary, too! But--

I'm Bali. This is Kikou.

And you are-- you're Zeba, Queen of the Jungle, aren't you?

- That's right, I am.

I know the jungle well!

- Then maybe you know where that really pretty butterfly is.

Kikou and I would like to get a closer look at it!

- I'd like to help you, but I can't.

My friend Paloma is ill!

- Is that a flower?

- Yes. I came by to see her, as I do every day.

I found her like this. She's very ill.

- What is it?

- It's called sunstroke.

The sun is very hot.

She needs some shade, and lots of water,

so I'm building her a bamboo shelter!

- We can help, if you'd like!

- Oh, yes, if you will!

The river's over there,

and there's a bucket by my hut!

- OK, we'll go and get some water, right, Kikou?

[ Squeaking ]

- I'll go and get some bamboo for the shelter!

- Here's the bucket!

We should be able to collect lots of water in this, Kikou!

[ Squeaking ]

Why don't you watch where you're going, huh?

[ Squeaking ]

- [Chuckling]: Well, no.

He said that I have a severe cold, and I need a lot of rest!

But in a few days, I'll be all better,

so we can play then!

- You've got to drink something, too!

You're looking so thirsty!

- Ha, ha! Thirsty?

Yes, you're right. I could do with something.

Perhaps another yummy hot milk?

- OK! I can help Mommy make it!

- You're very kind.

We still have to make vegetable soup for our sick patients!
