Kuroko: Onee-sama, time to wake up.

Kuroko: Today is finally the day.

Mikoto: What do you mean"finally"?

Kuroko: Today is the day of Onee-sama's gala.

Kuroko: Naturally, everyday is like a gala for you, but today is special.

Kuroko: Just like everyone else in the dorm, Kuroko has been waiting for this for so long.

Mikoto: A gala, huh? (so the TL used "to show off" or a chance to show off. if that sounds better to the editor, go ahead)

Mikoto: Seriously, it didn't have to be me. There are plenty of people better than me they could have picked.

Kuroko: My, you're too modest.

Kuroko: Of all the talented people at Tokiwadai, everyone agrees that it should definitely be you.

Mikoto: Well, it's already been decided.

Kuroko: That's my Onee-sama.

Kuroko: Now, time to get changed.

Mikoto: You don't need to tell me!

Mikoto: Now that it's been decided.

Notes,Mikoto: Tokiwadai Middle School Female Dormitory Summer Festival

Ryoukan: Today is the day that Tokiwadai Middle School Female Dormitory opens up to the public.

Ryoukan: The Summer Festival.

Ryoukan: Today there will be guests attending that were formally invited.

Ryoukan: As students living here, do not embarrass yourselves, and treat the patrons with hospitality.

Mikoto: We didn't have to wear this to serve them hospitably.

Mikoto: Welcome. Please have a pamphlet of today's events.

asdf: You're cute, aren't you?

fdsa: May I take a picture?

Mikoto: I terribly sorry. Taking pictures of the dormitory students aren't allowed.

Mikoto: As I said, taking pictures is—

Kuroko: Good.

Kuroko: Nice.

Mikoto: What do you mean by "nice"?! Why are you taking pictures?

Kuroko: Don't worry. Today, Kuroko is the reporter for the Summer Festival.

Kuroko: I'm only here to take pictures for future generations to take some inspiration from.

Kuroko: But Onee-sama, you're even wearing those shorts while dressed up like this. Isn't that a bit much?

Kuroko: You should have at least worn drawers.

Mikoto: You know, Kuroko.

Mikoto: Can you explain why you would need those pictures of me as inspiration for next year's festival?

Kuroko: Please forgive me, Onee-sama.

Kazari: Hello there!

Ruiko: At it again I see.

Kazari: Shirai-san, thanks for inviting us to the Summer Festival!

Kazari: To say the least, this is the Tokiwadai Middle School's dormitory!

Kazari: There must be a lot of unbelievably amazing things awaiting us.

Kuroko: You're very welcome. We've prepared many wonderful events that will not disappoint you.

Kuroko: Please look forward to it.

Kuroko: Then, let me guide you-

Maika: Hold it right there.

Maika: Shirai, what are you going to do about the buffet's preparation?

Kuroko: I-I forgot all about that.

Kazari: Umm...

Mikoto: Oh, let me introduce you. This is Tsuchimikado Maika from the Ryouran Home Economics Female Academy.

Mikoto: Her school is supervising the food preparation for today's festival.

Kazari: Ryouran? Isn't that the one that specializes in training maids?

Maika: I am Tsuchimikado Maika.

Mikoto: And these are my friends, Uiharu Kazari-san and Saten Ruiko-san.

Ruiko: It's a pleasure.

Kazari: Nice to meet you.

Maika: If you have any problems, just seek me out.

Maika: Now, Shirai, you're coming with me.

Kazari: Wait a second! I can't just abandon Uiharu and the others!

Maika: But it's all right to abandon your work?

Kazari: N-No, of course not. I would never say that...

Alternate,Mikoto: I'll guide you two around in her place then.

Mikoto: All right then. Where shall we start?

Mikoto: Is there any place you—

Kazari: Yes! Yes, yes, yes!

Kazari: I do. I know where I want to go!

Kazari: It's here, here, and here,

Kazari: and then from here to here!

Ruiko: So everywhere huh?

Kazari: Saten-san, I'm not the usual Uiharu Kazari you know.

Kazari: I'm going to declare it here and now.

Kazari: I've removed my limiter!

Mikoto: Well, let's just go around in order then.

Kazari: To be able to show off these kind of exhibitions, this really is a school for ladies!

Kazari: Right, Saten-san?

Ruiko: Is this really made from sugar? It's really well made.

Ruiko: Let's see.

Ruiko: No doubt, it's sugar.

Kazari: How could you?! These are exhibition pieces!

Kazari: Right, Misaka-san?

asdf: If you don't mind, would you please have another one, Misaka-sama?

Mikoto: Thanks, but I'm fine.

Ruiko: That's so detailed.

Kazari: Saten-san, Saten-san! Looks like we can try it out!

Where's Lilo?,Kazari: Stitching Class

Where's Lilo?,Kazari: Try it out. .... It's easy.

Ruiko: All right, all right, I got it.

Kazari: Why don't you join us, Misaka-san?

Mikoto: Eh? I'm fine—

Kazari: All right, it's decided then!

Kazari: The three of us will try it out!

Kazari: This looks pretty good.

Kazari: Look, Saten-san.

Ruiko: It feels like I've gotten worse since I embroidered my little brother's bag.

Mikoto: How is your's coming along?

Kazari: This looks amazing!

Ruiko: Ikebana has always had a really lady-like feel to it. It has such an elegant vibe. (probably should have an onscreen tl note for ikebana "flower arrangement")

Mikoto: It does generally give off that image, doesn't it?

Mikoto: You see it a lot in TV dramas nowadays.

Kazari: Excuse me, did you do all of the Ikebana here by hand?

asdf: Yes, but of course.

Kazari: It's so beautiful.

asdf: Thanks, but...

fdsa: The decoration on your hair is wonderful as well.

rofl: That's right. It looks much better than all of ours.

Kazari: What decoration?

Kazari: Tokiwadai Middle School's Dormitory Festival is absolutely wonderful.

Kazari: I am in complete awe. Anything you see in an exhibition is something our school is unable to do.

Kazari: Don't you think so as well, Ruiko-san...?

Kazari: Why are you doing that here of all places, Saten-san?

Ruiko: Welcome back.

Ruiko: It felt like you went to some far away place.

Kazari: Don't you "welcome back" me! I didn't go anywhere!

Mikoto: All right, that should do.

asdf: Thank you very much.

asdf: Umm, please do your best as well, Misaka-sama.

Mikoto: All right. Thanks.

fdsa: How lucky. You got Misaka-sama to help you tie it.

Ruiko: Look, Uiharu. That's how real ladies are.

Kazari: I-I see.

Mikoto: Hey, aren't you starting to get hungry?

Title,Mikoto: Midsummer Festival

Kazari: I never want to leave here.

Kazari: I just want to live here!

Mikoto: I'm going to go on ahead.

Kazari: Y-Yes.

Cake!,Kazari: Midsummer Festival

Kazari: Saten-san, aren't you going to have some?

Kazari: Fine, I will.

Ruiko: How could you do something so terrible to such a beautiful cake?!

Kazari: That's not something a person who ate sugar craft should be saying.

Ruiko: Can you really eat that much?

Kazari: They say that everyone has a separate stomach for desserts.

Tsuzuri: I-It hurts.

Aiho: Wouldn't that be because you took too much?

Tsuzuri: That's because it was free!

Aiho: Seriously. We can't let the students see you like this.

Aiho: All right, get up!

Tsuzuri: If you're too rough, I might throw up!

asdf: Mikoto-oneechan!(i guess were keeping oneechan? if not than use "Big Sis Mikoto")

Mikoto: Oh, the kid from Asunaroen? Why are you here?

Ryoukan: I invited them.

asdf: Hey, hey.

asdf: We made rings with beads, and drew!

Mikoto: Really? That's nice.

asdf: But, you know, what I'm looking forward to the most is...

Mikoto: Yes, you're looking forward to?

asdf: Mikoto-oneechan's live stage performance!

rofl: It's going to be great!

fdsa: I wish they would just start it already!

Mikoto: W-W-Who told you about that?

asdf: I'll be cheering for you, so do your best!

Ryoukan: You heard. Don't disappoint these children.

Mikoto: Y-Yes.

Ryoukan: All right, it's dangerous to run around like that.

Ryoukan: Didn't I tell you not to run around?!

Mikoto: What's with her?

Mikoto: She's just making it worse by threatening me.

Kazari: Misaka-san!

Kazari: Are you performing something on the stage later?

Mikoto: Huh? N-No.

Ruiko: Eh? Why didn't you tell us?

Ruiko: Oh! I get it! It's a surprise!

Mikoto: Huh? N-No, it's not like that.

Ruiko: All right. I won't ask anything else.

Mikoto: N-No.

Ruiko: No, hold it right there. You mustn't say anything more.

Kazari: That's right! It's a surprise after all!

Kazari: Oh, I wonder what it is? I'm really looking forward to it!

Mikoto: Umm...

Maika: Misaka, Misaka.

Maika: Have you seen Shirai?

Mikoto: Didn't you take Kuroko with you earlier?

Maika: I can't find her at all. Did she run away again?

Maika: There's a lot of work since there's a big eater amongst the invited guests. What a pain.

Mikoto: Seriously, that Kuroko.

Maika: Oh, that's right. I'm looking forward to your performance today.

Kazari: It's really going to be great!

Ruiko: I know, right?

Kazari: That was delicious!

Ruiko: Where should we go now?

Kazari: I already know where.

Ruiko: Where?

Kazari: If I remember correctly, there's a—

Mikoto: Sorry.

Mikoto: I need to go to the restroom. You two go on ahead.

Ruiko: Hey, hasn't Misaka-san seemed a bit different for a while now?

Kazari: You think?

fdsa: Do I hear any bidders out there?

Kazari: Saten-san, looks like somethings going on.

fdsa: Doesn't seem like anyone is.

fdsa: Then, the auction has ended.

Ruiko: Oh, an auction?

Kazari: That's a rare brand name product.

Kazari: I read in a magazine that lately you can't even buy it in the public market anymore.

Ruiko: That's Tokiwadai for you!

Ruiko: Konori-senpai!

Mii: Oh, it's you two.

Ruiko: I didn't think that Senpai was this trendy!

Mii: I-I'm not usually interested in these things!

Mii: It's all for charity!

Mii: All the proceeds of the auction go towards the Child Error children!

Mii: As a member of Judgement, it was my duty to participate.

Ruiko: Senpai, that's a pretty lame excuse.

Mii: O-Oh yeah! Would you two like to join me?

Ruiko: No way! That's impossible! We can't with our allowances.

Mii: It'll be fine.

fdsa: All right, the next item is,

fdsa: a Kirugumar(Killbear, Pedobear Krugbear?) stationary set, starting from yen!

asdf: yen!

rofl: yen!

lmao: yen!

Mii: See.

Kazari: You're right. Then...

Kuroko: , yen!

Kazari: Shirai-san, Tsuchimikado-san was looking for you!

Ruiko: I was wondering what you were up to since you ran away from the kitchen.

Ruiko: You were paying , yen for an ordinary stationary set.

Kuroko: Wrong, this isn't any ordinary stationary set.

Kuroko: If you must know this was donated by Onee-sama for the auction.

Kuroko: This shitajiki and the notebook are just like Onee-sama's clones!

Kuroko: Kuroko is so happy!

Kazari: It was Misaka-san's... No wonder.

Mii: Speaking of which, where is Misaka-san? She's not with you two?

Ruiko: Oh, she's...

Mitsuko: Good afternoon, everyone.

Kuroko: K-Kongou Mitsuko!

Kuroko: What's with that get up of yours?

Mitsuko: Oh, you're not that bright, are you?

Mitsuko: Right now I'm dressed like this to show you how to be a true maid.

Mitsuko: Oh, I have such a generous heart.

Mitsuko: Now, take a good look.

Mitsuko: I made this blend of traditional(faithful, perhaps?) British(British?) and traditional Japanese maid uniforms just for today.

Kuroko: Traditional British and traditional Japanese?

Mitsuko: Shirai-san, try saying "Welcome back, Milady".

Kuroko: Why should I say something like that?

Mitsuko: You can't do it? What a waste of a uniform.

Kuroko: I'm sorry that I'm not familiar with such mannerisms.

Kuroko: If it's fine with you, could you teach me?

Mitsuko: Very well. I, Kongou Mitsuko, the maid of maids, shall tutor you personally.

Mitsuko: Take a good look.

Mitsuko: Welcome back, Milady.

Kuroko: Yes, I'm feeling quite parched. Please fetch everyone something to drink.

Mitsuko: Understood, Milady.

Kuroko: Thank God she's an easily manipulatable woman.

Kinuho: G-Good afternoon.

Maaya: It's been a long time.

Kuroko: It must be tough on you two to be with that girl the whole day.

Kinuho: She's not a bad person. Actually...

Maaya: It was Kongou-san who invited us to the Summer Festival.

Maaya: She told us she that it was going to be great, and wanted us to come by all means.

Ruiko: Eh? Doesn't everyone live in this dormitory?

Kinuho: Nope. There are two female dormitories for Tokiwadai Middle School.

Maaya: The other one is built inside School Garden.

Maaya: Wannai-san, Kongou-san, and I live there.

Kazari: I-Inside that wonderful tower?!

Kazari: In that wonderland where you can't pass a moment without running into a lady?!

Kinuho: By the way, where is Misaka-sama?

Ruiko: That's right. We haven't seen her since she left for the bathroom.

Kinuho: Oh. I wanted to tell her I'm looking forward to her stage performance today.

Mii: Is Misaka-san performing something on the stage?

Kazari: It's a surprise! A surprise!

Mii: Eh, I wonder what it is?

Kuroko: That's right. We don't have time for idle chit-chat.

Kuroko: We have to find a good spot to film Onee-sama's performance from.

Mikoto: Seriously. Don't look forward to it so much.

Mikoto: Oh no, I'm starting to sweat.

Mikoto: Am I just nervous?

Mikoto: No, why would I ever be nervous?

Kinuho: I wonder what kind of a surprise Misaka-sama has for us.

Maaya: I bet it's going to be great.

Kazari: My heart feels like it's going to explode!

Ruiko: What good is it if you're nervous, Uiharu?

Mii: Do you know what Misaka-san will be doing, Shirai-san?

Kuroko: Of course!

Kuroko: But, you'll just have to look-for-ward-to-it. (she says it one syllable at a time in the end) (ORLY)

Mikoto: This is hard to walk in.

Mikoto: This is bad, my heart is b*ating so fast!

Mikoto: Come on! Get a grip!

Touma: Umm...

Touma: Sorry to disturb you. The thing is, I got separated from a friend I came with.

Touma: She's about this tall, and wears a white robe—

Mikoto: Why are you here?

Mikoto: I asked why you are here!

Touma: I'm sorry. But, I'm not anyone suspicious...

Touma: Look, I have a formal invitation.

Mikoto: Are you here to make fun of me, or are you here to laugh at what I'm wearing?!

Touma: No, no way. I think you look very beautiful.

Mikoto: You idiot!

Touma: What's with that guy? He has to show up now of all times!

Ruiko: Amazing! It's a violin solo!

Kazari: That's to be expected of Misaka-san!

Mikoto: Seriously, he can't read people's feelings.

Mikoto: But...

Mikoto: But, there are also times when even that guy can be helpful.

Mikito: Shaky, shaky.

Kuroko: No way. The charming thing about Onee-sama's breasts is that they don't ever shake-

Mikoto: I meant an earthquake!
