- Behold, my fort!

I call it the Watt Tower.

It's gonna have a drawbridge and a real moat.

- Looks good, Watt.

But check out my fort, the Windy City.

It'll powered by two huge windmills.

Ah! [forts rumble]

- Not cool.

- Yeah, it's freezing. Brr!

[horn honking]

- Hey, Watt and Windy.

- Hi Flurry!

- Your dad said to check on you.

Mind if I lend a plow?

- That would be great.

[Watt laughing] - Thanks, Flurry.

- You sure are good with that plow.

- I better be. The city needs my help

cleaning out the streets when it snows like this.

- You clear all the streets?

- Not by myself.

Wanna see how it works?

- For sure. - Sounds great.

- When you're dealing with snow, you've got to be prepared.

- Wow, look at all those trucks.

- And that huge pile of salt.

- Everything we need to clean up the snow

has to be ready at a moment's notice.

- It's true.

We clouds are very spontaneous.

- When you gotta snow, you gotta snow.

- Look, there's Mayor Sitwell.

- Yep, she's here to make sure

all the workers know where to go and what to do.

- [Both] Awesome!

- City Island workers, if we all work as a team

we can do the job faster and better.

[horns honking]

- Teamwork?

I'm usually a team of me.

- Watt, we do everything together.

- I know, I was just making a point.

- So all the different trucks work as a team?

- That's right.

But snow plows like me

are usually the first ones on the job.

- Nice.

- We've got to clear the roads so all of City Island

can stay safe and run smoothly.

Then, after plowing, we put salt down to melt any ice

and keep it from refreezing.

Isn't that right, Mr. Salty?

- You got that straight, Flurry.

Can't have people slipping and sliding all over the place.

- Why not?

It's cool with me.

- And it's not just the city workers that help.

Everyone in City Island is responsible

for shoveling the snow in front of their own house.

- Hey, Dad.

Need any help?

- No thanks, Watt.

Just finishing up.

- Phew, that was a close one.

- Hey, I heard that, Watt.

- That was so much fun.

What you gonna do now?

- We're gonna build a new snow fort.

- But this time we're gonna do it as a team.

Working together was faster and fun, just like the city.

- Behold, the Windy Watt Tower.
