what you brought, and tell us all about it?
Daniel: This is the bed that I made for Tigey.
It's a shoebox from some
shoes that my mom bought for my sister Margaret,
and I colored it, see?
I did lots of red on this part,
'cause I like red.
And then I made a little blanket
so Tigey could be warm and snuggly.
And then this morning, I made a pillow for Tigey
out of my [giggling] ...socks!
[giggling]
Teacher: Well, does anyone have any questions for Daniel?
Elaina: Um, does Tigey like sleeping in his bed?
Daniel: Uh-huh. He loves it.
Jodi: What's that part in the corner?
Daniel: Um, that's where I colored some blue crayon,
but then I changed my mind
and colored some green crayon,
then I put a sticker on top.
Jodi: I like stickers!
Daniel: I almost forgot it at home,
but then I said it out loud
and that helped me remember it.
Teacher Harriet: Well, we are all very glad you remembered it!
