Today, I'm going to Miss Elaina's birthday party!

Later, I'm getting a gift

in the mail from my Grandpere!

It's going to be tigertastic!

I'll be riiiight back!

Daniel: [to viewer] Hi, Neighbor!

Today, I'm going to Miss Elaina's birthday party!

And you can come too!

But before we go, I'm going to make her a present,

a bracelet.

Come inside!

I'm gonna make two bracelets,

one for Miss Elaina

and one for me.

Mom Tiger: Great idea!

Now, which string would you like to use?

Daniel: Miss Elaina's faaavorite color

is pinky-purply.

I'll use...this one!

Hmm...

I think she'll like these...

blue beads!

Oooo and these yellow stars!

[to viewer] It can be a space bracelet!

Because Miss Elaina loooves space!

Uuuh, these white beads are like little moons!

Mom: [chuckles]

Those do look like little moons!

♪ [playful music]

Daniel: Blue bead,

the yellow star,

and then,

the little white moon.

♪♪

There!

Mom, look at this grr-ific space bracelet!

Mom: Ooh!

I love how you used the stars and moons!

And I think Miss Elaina is going to love it too.

Daniel: Now I want to make another one

juuuuust like it for me,

so we match!

Mom: Okay.

Daniel: [to himself] I need yellow stars...

and white moons...

and...

[confused] Oh, hmm...

I can't find any blue beads.

Mom? I need more blue beads.

Mom: Oh, it looks like we don't have any more.

Daniel: [upset] But I want blue beads,

so my bracelet looks like Miss Elaina's.

Mom: I know you want your bracelets to look the same,

but let's stop and look carefully

at all of the other colorful beads we do have.

I think you'll find something you like.

Well, I like these red beads.

Red is my favorite color.

I could use these for my bracelet.

Mom: Ooh.

I like that.

Daniel: Yeah!

Even though they're not the same,

they'll still both be space bracelets!

Hmm, that there...

Wheeee!

It slides down fast...

like a little roller coaster.

[to viewer] Heyyy...

do you want to make-believe with me?

Let's make-believe,

we're riding a bead rollercoaster!

Daniel: ♪ Hop on my bead rollercoaster ♪

♪ You can take a ride with me

♪♪

♪ And on this bead rollercoaster ♪

♪ We're picking up speed.

♪♪

♪ We'll put our hands up in the air and laugh ♪

♪ It's a blast to go fast!

♪ We go low...we go high

♪ Zig-zagging from side-to-side ♪

♪ We ride up

♪ We ride down

♪ In a bead-world zipping around! ♪

Daniel: [to viewer] Wasn't that grr-ific?

[beads clicking together] All done!

Mom: Can I help you tie that?

Daniel: Yes!

Thanks Mom.

Mom: You're welcome.

Daniel: I can't wait to give Miss Elaina her bracelet!

Mom: [chuckles] Well then, we better go, my big tiger!

Daniel: [humming]

Hi, Trolley!

Trolley: [ding-ding]

Mom: Trolley, please take us to the Museum Go Round.

Daniel: For Miss Elaina's birthday party!!

Trolley: [ding-ding]

Daniel/Mom: ♪ We're on our way to celebrate, ♪

♪ Miss Elaina's day.

♪ Won't you ride along with me. ♪

♪ Ride along!

Trolley: [ding-ding]

Daniel: Thank you, Trolley!

Trolley: [ding-ding]

Lady Elaine: [chuckles]

Welcome, Tigers!

Mom: This looks so great!

Daniel is very excited.

Daniel: [proudly] This is for Miss Elaina.

I made it!

Lady Elaine: Aww, thank you, Daniel.

That's so thoughtful of you.

Daniel: [giggles]

Birthday Happy, Miss Elaina!

That means Happy Birthday,

backwards!

Miss Elaina: [giggles] Thank you, Daniel!

We're space bowling.

But we're not doing it forwards...

we're doing it...

backwards!! [giggles]

Daniel: [giggles] Okay!

Daniel/Miss Elaina: [dramatic] .........

Blast off! [giggles]

Miss Elaina: [giggles] Go Daniel!

Woo hoo [giggles]

Katerina Kittycat: Yay!

Miss Elaina: Boomerific!

Daniel: [giggles]

Music Man Stan: [chuckles]

Fantastic!

Has everyone had a turn?

Jodi Platypus: Yep! Daniel: Yeah!

O The Owl: Yes hoohoo!

Music Man Stan: Great! Time for Miss Elaina

to open presents and then we'll have cake!

Jodi: Yippy skippy!

Presents and cake!

Jodi/Prince Wednesday: Yay! O The Owl: Hoohoohoo!

Daniel: [to viewer] I can't wait for Miss Elaina

to open her space bracelet!

Kids: [giggling]

Miss Elaina: Which present should I open first?

[present shaking in box]

How about...this one!

Daniel: [excited] Ooo, that one's from me!

Miss Elaina: Boomerific! Thanks, Daniel!

Which one should I open next?!

Daniel: [to viewer] Miss Elaina looked at it so fast,

she didn't see all the special beads

I picked to make her bracelet.

Miss Elaina: I wonder what's inside this one!

[present rattling]

Music Man Stan: Hold on there, Elainaberry.

[gently] I think Daniel made this bracelet just for you.

Miss Elaina: [confused] Oh. Well, I said thank you?

Music Man Stan: Yes, and it's also important

to take some time to look carefully

at what your friend gave you, so

you can see how special it is.

[thoughtful] Ooo! I really like these stars, Daniel.

Miss Elaina: [giggles] Moon beads?

Katerina: Oooo! O The Owl: Nifty galifty!

Daniel: I used stars and moons

because I know you love space.

Miss Elaina: It's a space bracelet!

[giggles] A space-let!

Kids: [laughing] O The Owl: A space-let.

Daniel: And I made this one too,

so we both have one.

Miss Elaina: [thoughtful] Thank you, Daniel.

I love-love-love it!

Look, the stars are flyyyying through the air!

Daniel: [giggles]

Music Man Stan: Are you ready to open

another gift now, Miss Elaina?

Miss Elaina: [excited] Yes!

Music Man Stan: This one is from Jodi.

Miss Elaina: There's me and Jodi!

Jodi: [proudly] I drew them myself.

Miss Elaina: I love this gift

and I haven't even opened it yet!

Wow!

Look at this sparkly glitter!

[rattles]

It's an instrument!

[rattling rhythmically]

Miss Elaina: Thank you for making this for me, Jodi!

Daniel: [to viewer] It felt good to give a present to Miss Elaina

and to see how much she liked it too.

Daniel: [to viewer] Let's go see some neighbors!

Woman: How exciting! We're off to the park to ride our bikes.

Kid: [excited] Woo! Man: Let's have a great day!

Daniel: [off screen] Sam, Emily,

Sadie and Hadley,

love to ride bikes in the park.

Man: Amazing!

Sadie: Hi guys. I'm riding my bike!

Daniel: [off screen] That looks like fun!

Emily: I love my bike

because it goes fast!

Man: Awesome job, buddy!

Way to go!

Sam: I love riding

with my friends.

[bike horn honking]

♪♪

Emily: Let's go!

Daniel: [off screen] Hi Sam! Woman: Way to go, guys!

Daniel: [off screen] Hi Emily!

Sadie: I love my pink bike.

Daniel: [off screen] I like to ride my bike

with my friends too!

♪♪

Sadie is having so much fun!

♪♪

Sam and his dad like going for a ride together.

♪♪

Riding a bike can make you huuuun-gry!

[happy cross-talking]

Hadley: [to viewer] Bye friends!

Daniel: [to viewer] That was so much fun!

♪ [playful music]

Daniel: [to viewer] Hi, Neighbor!

Look what I got in the mail.

It's a package from Grandpere!

Do you wanna find out what's inside?

Come on in!

Mom Tiger: [humming]

Ooh, a card!

Let's read it together.

Daniel: Okay!

Mom: [reading from card] 'Dear Daniel,

I saw this and thought it would be grr-ific

for your fish t*nk.

It looks just like the real one you have,

but much smaller.

I hope you like it.

Love, Grandpere.'

Daniel: Something for my fish t*nk?

[to viewer] What do you think it is?

Hmm...

[gasps] It's a little bicycle...

for my fish? [giggle]

[to Mom] Can we put it in right now?

Mom: Sure!

Daniel: Let's put it riiight...

there!

Look!

The red bicycle is the same color as my red fish!

Mom, can I get more little bicycles?

A yellow one like my yellow fish...

ooh and a green one like my green fish?

Let's go to the store right now!

C'mon!

Mom: Whoa, Daniel,

you just got this bicycle.

Let's take some time to watch the fish play with it.

Daniel: But...

[frustrated sigh]

Mom: I know you want more bicycles.

But instead of thinking about what you don't have,

think about what you do have!

Mom: Let's stop and look carefully at your new gift.

What do you like about it?

Daniel: [thinking] I like...

that it has a little basket.

Mom: Mm hmm.

Daniel: [giggles] Mom!

The basket opened

and bubbles came out!

Look! It did it again!

There are so, so many bubbles!

I didn't see those before!

I think the fish like them.

Mom: Because you stopped to appreciate your gift,

you noticed the bubbles!

It looks like Grandpere really thought about

something you would like.

Daniel: [to viewer] I think that fish

wants to ride the bicycle!

[giggle]

[to fish] Do you like your bicycle, Fishy?

[giggle]

[to viewer] Hey...

Do you want to make- believe with me?

Let's make-believe

I'm on a bicycle ride with my fishies!

♪ [sparkly transition]

Narrator: ♪ What a wonderful day,

♪ for an undersea ride

Narrator: ♪ Past a coral hillside,

I looooove the bicycle I do have.

Mom: That's a wonderful idea, my big tiger.

And I can write a thank you note to go with it!

Here are some crayons.

Okay, while you draw,

I'll write the thank you note.

Now what would you like it to say?

Daniel: Hmm...

[dictating] 'Dear Grandpere.

Thank you for the bicycle for my fish t*nk.'

I like that it's my favorite color, red!

And I like when the basket opens...

...and sooo many bubbles come out.

[giggles] I think my fish like it too.

Love, Daniel.'

Mom! I'm done!

Do you think Grandpere will like my drawing?

Mom: Ooh.

I think he's going to love it!

It feels good to get a gift,

and it also feels good to let someone know

how much you like it, doesn't it?

Daniel: Uh huh!

Mom, can we go mail it right now?

Mom: Hmm sure, my big tiger.

Daniel: Into the mailbox!

Mom! Can we ride our bicycles?

Like my fish? [giggles]

Mom: Ooh! That's a tigertastic idea!

Daniel: [to viewer] You can come, too!

Mom: Here's your helmet.

[humming]

Daniel: And... let's go!

Mom: ♪ We're riding our bicycles ♪

♪ around the Neighborhood!

Mom: ♪ We're riding our bicycles and it feels so good! ♪

Daniel: Do you hear that sound?

[scooter bell rings]

Look, Mom! It's Katerina!

Can we go play?

Mom: Sure, Daniel.

Henrietta: Hello Tigers!

Mom: Hi there.

Daniel: Hi Katerina!

Katerina: Oh, hi, Daniel! [giggle]

My mommy just gave me a new bell

for my scooter, meow meow.

[scooter bell rings]

Daniel: Tigertastic!

I have a bell, too!

[bicycle bell rings]

Katerina: We almost match, meow meow.

But wow, you have a basket?

Daniel: Yup!

[confused] Katerina?

Why did you stop?

Katerina: [frowns] I don't have a basket, meow meow.

If I had a basket,

I could put snacks in it...

and toys in it...

and flowers in it....

[sad] I wish I had a basket.

Henrietta: [off screen] What's going on, Katerina?

Katerina: [sadly] Mommy,

can I have a basket like Daniel's, meow meow?

Henrietta: [gently] Hmm,

Daniel does have a nice basket,

but sometimes we have different things

than our friends, and that's okay.

Can you think of something you're thankful for,

that you DO have?

Katerina: [thoughtful] Well...

I do have a new bell, meow meow.

Henrietta: [gently] Mhm.

And what do you like about it?

Katerina: I like the sound it makes when I ring it.

[scooter bell rings]

And... my bell is shiny!

And, it has ears like my ears, meow meow!

[giggles] Daniel: Your bell is grr-ific!

Katerina: It is, meow meow!

I really do like my bell, mommy.

Leo: Beep beep!

Teddy: Vroo vroo!

Jodi: [to viewer] These are my brothers,

Leo. Leo: Weeeh! [giggles]

Jodi: And Teddy. Teddy: Zoom-zoom!

Jodi: [to viewer] We like playing with toy cars.

So, I'm going to draw a racetrack with my chalk!

[humming]

I'll make it currrrvy.

♪♪

Leo: RrrRRrrr!

Teddy: Vrooom vroooom!

Jodi: And this will be the finish line.

And... done!

[giggles]

Here you go, Leo and Teddy!

Teddy: Wace!!

Leo: t*nk you Jo Jo!

Jodi: Aw, you're welcome.

Now, let's race your cars!

Teddy: Yes Yes! Leo: Vroo! Vroo!

Teddy/Leo: [giggle]

Jodi: Three...

for my brothers.

likes drawing with chalk, too?
