BOTHHi, Maggie!

Hi, Beast. Hi, Hamilton.

I thought we’d go down by the River of Dreams

and see if there are any fish.

You want to catch the poor little fish?

Oh, no, I thought it would be fun to tie

some food on our lines and watch them eat.

What should we feed them?

How about strawberries?

Yes, that might work.

Everybody likes strawberries.

Come on, Hamilton, get your fishing pole.

(Sighing)

I don’t have a fishing pole.

HAMILTONThat’s all right, Beast.

You can use the handle of my mop.

Oh goody!

I haven’t had one nibble on my strawberry.

I don’t think there are any fish in the River of Dreams.

(Sighing) I guess not.

(Giggling)

Hamilton, that little fish smiled at you!

Gee, Hamilton, he really likes you.

Really, you think so?

Well, I like him, too.

Hmm.

What are you doing?

I’m going to catch him.

What for?

He can be my pet.

Got him!

I’m going to call him Fishy.

Here, Maggie, hold him in the water.

I’ll be right back.

I have just the thing to keep him in.

I’m back, with your very own fish bowl.

A fish bowl?

Here Fishy, Fishy.

I have another surprise for you, Fishy.

Isn’t it wonderful?

Great googly mooglies.

How many times has Hamilton walked that fish?

I’ve stopped counting.

He doesn’t look too happy.

I think he’s hungry.

Will you watch him?

I’ll be right back.

Hello, little guy, gitchie-gitchie-goo!

You’re right, Maggie, he looks sad.

Maybe he doesn’t like wearing that bonnet.

Do you think we should tell Hamilton?

Shh, he’s here.

Come on.

Hamilton, do you think Fishy seems a little sad?

Oh, he’s just hungry.

Let me take him for a walk.
