[Narrator] Happy,
isn't it time for...

[gasps] Duggee!

[Happy laughing]

[upbeat banjo music]

[Squirrels] Duggee!

[upbeat folk music]

[Narrator] Duggee?

Woof!

[upbeat banjo music]

[Squirrels] Duggee!

[upbeat folk music]

[Squirrels giggling]

Hey, Duggee!

[upbeat banjo music]

[Narrator] Duggee and
The Direction Badge.

[upbeat banjo riff]

Hello, Squirrels.

What are you doing?

We've been baking.

[timer ticking, dinging]

[Squirrels] Cookies!

Ah, woof.

[Narrator] Oh, not yet, Squirre.

They're far too
hot at the moment.

But that means...

Waiting.

Uh, woof, woof, woof.

[Narrator] Oh,
good idea, Duggee.

We could go for a little
walk while they cool down.

Will it be a long walk?

Oh, woof.

[Narrator] No, just a quick one.

[upbeat banjo music]

[Squirrels sighing]

We've been walking ages.

Will the cookies be
cool now, Duggee?

Ah, woof.

Then let's go back
to the clubhouse!

[Squirrels] Yay!

Uh, hmm.

-Are we lost, Duggee?
-Oh, woof.

[Narrator] Oh, no,
Duggee knows where we are

- because he's got...
-[bell dinging]

his Direction Badge!

What's a direction?

[Narrator] It's a way you
can go to get somewhere.

Oh, woof, woof.

[Narrator] There are
four main directions.

-Woof!
-[Narrator] North,

-Woof!
-[Narrator] South,

-Woof!
-[Narrator] East,

-Woof!
-[Narrator] And west.

The clubhouse is
here, and we are here.

So, we just need to head...

Woof!

[Squirrels] North!

To get back to,

[Squirrels] Our cookies!

But which way is north?

[Narrator] Well, there
are all sorts of ways

- to find a direction.
-Woof!

[Narrator] For example,
that tree can tell you.

Excuse me, tree,
which way is north?

Happy, trees can't talk.

-[Bug] Hello.
-[Squirrels] Huh?

[Bug] If you want to find north,

Yes, please.

You need to look for
the bubble mushrooms.

They only grow on the
north side of this tree.

Oh, thank you, come on.

-[gasps] Look!
-[bubbles popping]

North must be that way!

[Squirrels] Cookies!

[Squirrels laughing]

[seagulls calling]

[Narrator] Did we maybe go a
little too far north, Duggee?

[Duggee] Ah, woof, woof.

[Narrator] Ah, so we just
need to go east a touch.

But which way is east?

There are no trees to tell us.

[Narrator] Well, Squirrels,
animals can also

- help you find a direction.
-Woof.

-[Narrator] Animals like...
-[boing]

-[Squirrels] Whoa!
-[water splashing]

-[Narrator] Migrating Boing-Boi!
-[boing]

Excuse me, fish.

Where are you going?

We're going to a party!

More of a jazz macchiato.

Shower door dubstep.

Live techno event, actually.

Where is it?

East, of course!

Where all the best
parties are, sweetie.

-[Squirrels gasping]
-East is that way!

Woof!

[Squirrels] Cookies!

[Squirrels laughing]

[wind howling]

[Narrator] Too far east,
Duggee.

-Oh, woof, woof.
-[Narrator] Of course.

We just need to head a
little further south now.

[Happy] But which way is south?

[Yak] Donkey!

[Squirrels] Huh?

Lobster!

[Happy] Uh, no, I'm a crocodile.

Not you, the clouds.

Drifting on the southern winds.

You see, that one
looks like a tractor.

It looks more like a slug.

Wearing a hat.

But if the clouds move south...

Then we should follow them.

Ah, woof!

[Squirrels] Cookies!

Huh, it looks nothing
like a cookie!

[Tag] Ah, we went too far again.

Oh, woof.

[Narrator] Yes, just a
little further west, maybe.

But how can we find
our way in the dark?

Oh, woof woof.

[Narrator] By using the stars.

[chiming]

Wow.

[JJ] Lovely evening for
a bit of stargazing, ain't it?

[Rabbit] Oh, there's
your favourite, JJ.

The twinkling crown.

Oh, joy, what a
beautiful constellation.

What are constellations?

Patterns in the stars, like...

[JJ] The startled hamster.

[Rabbit] The half-eaten biscuit.

[JJ] Or the friendly banana.

[Rabbit] And the lonely glove,
which always points west.

-[Squirrels gasping]
-West is that way!

[Squirrels] Cookies!

-[Squirrels laughing]
-Yay!

[upbeat brass music]

[Betty] This way!

[Squirrels] Yay!

[upbeat brass music]

[air whooshing]

[Tag] That way!

-[Squirrels] Cookies!
-[Squirrels laughing]

-[birds tweeting]
-[Norrie] This way!

[Squirrels] Yay!

[splatting]

That way!

[Squirrels] Yay!

[upbeat brass music]

This way!

-[Squirrels] Cookies!
-[Squirrels laughing]

[Tag] That way!

[Betty] This way!

-[trumpeting]
-[Roly] That way!

-[volcano exploding]
-[Happy] This way!

-[Squirrels] East! South! West!!
-Meow.

[Squirrels] And, we're
back at the clubhouse!

Cookies!

-[Squirrels laughing]
-[door slamming]

Mm.

We did all the directions!

[Narrator] Yes, you did!

Oh!
[Duggee panting]

[Narrator] Well done,
squirrels.

You've earned your
Direction Badge!

[Squirrels] Yay!

[car horns honking]

[Narrator] Ah, and
here are your parents.

Just time for one more thing.

[Squirrels] Duggee Hug!

Ah.

[Child] Duggee Hug.

[Squirrels laughing]

[Squirrels] We got our,

Direction Badges!

Ah.

[Narrator] Bye-bye, everybody.

[Tag] We're going the wrong way!

[brakes screeching]

[Duggee and Narrator laughing]

-[water dripping]
-[plant chomping]

[Narrator] Norrie,
isn't it time for--

[gasps] Duggee!

[Norrie laughing]

[upbeat banjo music]

[Squirrels] Duggee!

[upbeat folk music]

[Narrator] Duggee!

Woof!

[upbeat banjo music]

[Squirrels] Duggee!

[upbeat folk music]

[Squirrels giggling]

[Squirrels] Hey Duggee!

[upbeat banjo music]

[Narrator] Duggee and
the Perfume Badge.

[repeated banjo riff]

Hello, Squirrels.

I wonder what Duggee has
planned for you today?

[Squirrels] Yay!

[Duggee humming]

Hey, Duggee.

[sniffing] What is that smell?

Oh, woof.

[Narrator] It's
Duggee's new scent.

It's called, "Hunk by Canine."

You see, Duggee is somewhat
of an aromacologist,

A journée du parfum,
if you will.

Huh?

[Narrator] He makes perfume.

How?

Ah, woof woof.

[Narrator] Well,
first, Duggee collects

his favourite smells.

Bark.

[uplifting string music]

[Duggee sniffing]

From his beloved tree.

Hmm.

[Narrator] A little jasmine.

And a sprinkling of Duggee's
favourite dog treats.

After extracting their essence,

Duggee mixes them all together

to make a lovely
smelling perfume.

-[bubbling]
-[air blowing]

Ah, woof.

[spritzing]

It smells...

Different.

Could we make some perfume?

-That smells...
-Nice!

[Narrator] What a good idea,
and Duggee can help.

He has,

-Ah, woof!
-[bell dinging]

[Narrator] His Perfume Badge.

First, you need to find
your favourite smells.

-[Squirrels] Yay!
-[Squirrels laughing]

-[upbeat banjo music]
-[Duggee sniffing]

Ah!

[Norrie sniffing]

Yes!

Woof!

[Tag sniffing]

Yes!

[Happy sniffing]

Yes!

[Betty sniffing]

Perfect!

Oh, yeah.

[playful band music]

[toys squeaking]

[Tag giggling]

-[water splashing]
-Ha!

[Narrator] Next, we
extract the essence

of what you've collected.

[liquid dripping]

-[air blowing]
-[blender running]

[liquid splashing]

[scratching]

[Roly laughing]

And finally, we
carefully balance

all the ingredients together.

-[piano scale playing]
-[liquid dripping]

[Squirrels] Finished!

[Narrator] So, Squirrels,
let's see what you've made.

Mine first!

[eagle screeching]

[relaxed funky music]

When you need something.

Grow something.

[bottle rumbling]

"Pomme de Terre".

It's made from potatoes!

Woof.

[spritzing]

So potatoe-y!

[Narrator] Oh, yes,
very rugged.

Oh, you'll love mine.

It's called "You".

Don't be what they expect.

[upbeat choir music]

Don't be what they want.

Don't be what they say.

[thumping]

Don't be anyone but you.

Try it, Duggee.

[spritzing]

Woof!

[Narrator] Yes,
what's in it, Norrie?

Honey, green carnations,
and chestnut shells.

[Narrator] Hmm, what
do you think, Duggee?

Woof.

[Narrator] Yes,
empowering, isn't it?

Well, I made this one.

[relaxing synth music]

Water.

Water.

[water splashing]

[blowing air]

-[water splashing]
-[women's choir music]

Be water.

Be "Aqueous".

I made it from water!

[water spraying]

[Narrator] Well, it's
certainly watery.

Mine's called
"Sashay", for the rhino

who likes to have fun! [giggles]

[upbeat rock music]

Don't just go with the flow.

[chomping]
Mm, oh!

-Hiya!
-[Group] Hiya!

Be the flow.

-Live your best life!
-[frog ribbits]

"Sashay", by me!

-[spritzing]
-It's got apples in it!

-[Duggee sniffing]
-[Duggee coughing]

[Narrator] Oh, yes,
[tongue clicking] very sharp.

Now, mine is called,
"Everything".

First there was nothing.
[echoing] ...nothing...

Then...
[echoing]

[cinematic drone music]

there was,

[expl*si*n thundering]

Everything!

[Squirrels] Wow.

-[spritzing]
-Oh.

[Narrator coughs]
That is a... [coughs]

complex smell. [coughs]

What's in it, Betty?

Everything!

[Narrator coughs]
Of course! [coughs]

-[cat sniffing]
-[cat sneezing]

-[cat meowing]
-Do you like our perfumes, Dugg?

Hm, oh, woof.

[Narrator] But the
smell is rather strong.

[Squirrel] Yeah.

[Squirrels coughing]

[Narrator] And maybe we
should get some fresh air.

-[door thumping]
-[all gasping]

Blah!

-[Sheep baaing]
-[worm squealing]

[Narrator] Haven't the
Squirrels done well today, Dug?

Oh!
[Duggee panting]

[Narrator] Well done, Squirrels.

You've earned your
Perfume Badge.

[Squirrels] Yay!

[car horns honking]

[Narrator] Ah, and
here are your parents.

Just time for one more thing.

[Squirrels] Duggee Hug!

Ah.

[Child] Duggee Hug.

[Squirrels laughing]

[Squirrels] We got our,

Perfume Badges!

Oh, yes, very fragrant.

[Narrator] Bye-bye, everybody.

Well, that was fun,
wasn't it, Duggee?

Woof!
[Duggee humming]

[Narrator] Norrie,
isn't it time for--

[gasps] Duggee!

[Norrie laughing]

[upbeat banjo music]

[Squirrels] Duggee!

[upbeat folk music]

[Narrator] Duggee!

Woof!

[upbeat banjo music]

[Squirrels] Duggee!

[upbeat folk music]

[Squirrels giggling]

Hey, Duggee!

[upbeat banjo music]

[Narrator] Duggee and
the Building Block Badge.

[upbeat banjo riff]

[blocks thudding]

Ugh, not again.

Maybe Duggee can help.

[Squirrels] Duggee,
Duggee, Duggee.

-Hm?
-We're making a club house.

Out of building blocks.

-But it keeps falling over.
-Ah, woof, woof.

[Narrator] Yes, sometimes
to stop blocks falling over,

you need to be a
bit of an architect.

A what-i-tect?

A woof, woof, woof.

[Narrator] An architect
is an artist

who makes all sorts
of buildings

from all sorts of materials.

[Squirrels] Wow.

Can we be architects, Duggee?

We could build a new clubhouse.

That actually stays up.

[Narrator] Of course, Duggee ha.

-Ah, woof.
-[bell dinging]

[Narrator] His
Building Block badge.

He can help you.

[Squirrels] Yay!

[upbeat folk music]

-[Narrator] First...
-Ah, woof.

[Narrator] You need to
draw your clubhouse.

Draw what we want
it to look like?

[Narrator] Yes,
anything you like.

[Squirrels] Okay!

[Narrator] Really
use your imagination.

My clubhouse is going
to have lots of twirls,

and wavy lines.

Ah, woof.

[Narrator] How Art Nouveau.

Mine is full of straight
lines and angles.

Woof.

[Narrator] How Bauhaus.

-Mine is going to be...
-[paint splatting]

ooh, nice.

[Narrator] How,
delightfully modern, Tag.

[Roly] Bish, bash, bosh, bish.

[Narrator] Very brutalist,
Roly.

Thanks.

[Narrator] And what
are you doing, Happy?

Water.

[Narrator] Of course.

[funky synth music]

[Squirrels] Finished.

[Narrator] Well done,
Squirrels.

It's going to be tricky

to pick just one of
these designs to build.

But we want to build.

All of them.

Oh, woof?

[Narrator] It's a
rather ambitious design.

You said we could do anything.

Woof, woof.

[Narrator] Yes, it's well

over regulation height
for this kind of area.

But you said we should
use our imagination.

[Narrator] The budget for
the blocks alone would be...

It's our dream clubhouse.

Ah, woof.

[Narrator] Very well, your
plans have been approved.

Let construction begin.

[upbeat folk music]

Ah, woof..

[Narrator] First, a
good building needs...

Blocks!

[upbeat synth music]

[Narrator] And a
solid foundation,,

quality control,

structural integrity,

accurate measuring,

safety in the workplace.

Phew!

[Narrator] Good
fixtures and fittings,

and some quality finishing.

[chiming]

[Narrator] Wow, doesn't
it look amazing, Duggee?

Woof.

We even made models of us, look.

Would you like a tour, Duggee?

[Duggee] Woof!

[Squirrels] Yay!

[Roly] Follow me!

[Betty] That was my idea, Roly.

[Roly] Welcome to
our dream clubhouse.

[Duggee] Woof.

[Narrator] And what
a clubhouse it is.

[Tag] We put the kitchen
and dining room here,

for entertaining.

-[loud thumping]
-[party music]

[Duggee] Oh, woof.

[Betty] Let's go
to my floor first,

we'll take the escalator.

[Duggee] Huh?

[upbeat funky music]

[Betty] This is my laboratory,

where I do all my experiments.

Some of which have
gone a bit wrong.

[footsteps thumping]

[Frankenstein] Dum,
dum, dum, dum, dum, dum.

[Betty] Quickly,
to the liftomatic.

[Squirrels laughing]

[Frankenstein]
Dum, dum, dum, dum.

[Betty] I invented this myself.

[elevator bell rings]

[Tag] This is my floor.

It's where I come to relax.

Whoops, see, didn't even hurt.

[Squirrels gasping]

[Squirrels] Yay!

[Squirrels cheering]

[Happy] My floor next.

Whee!

This is my underwater floor.

[Narrator] But there's
no water, Happy.

[water bubbling]

[Happy] Yes, there is.

[Squirrels laughing]

[Squirrels] Whoa.

[Narrator] Oh, very impressive,.

[Duggee] Woof.

[Norrie] Wait till
you see my floor.

[orchestral music hit]

I've built a roller disco!

[Squirrels] Whee!

[Squirrels laughing]

-[upbeat reggae music]
-Whee!

[Roly] My floor!

It's my quiet place.

[instruments playing loudly]

-[keyboard chiming]
-[toy squeaking]

-[horn tooting]
-[phone ringing]

-[duck quacking]
-[train whistling]

[Betty] We've made you
a room too, Duggee.

We built it for all your stuff.

Do you like it, Duggee?

[Duggee] Ah, woof.

[Narrator] It's perfect.

Haven't the squirrels

- done well today, Duggee?
-[Duggee] Woof.

[Squirrels laughing]

[Narrator] Hello,
where have you been?

We've been on a walk.

[Narrator] Oh, lovely.

Although, it doesn't look

like you've been doing
much walking, Squirrels.

That's because
Duggee is so good at it.

He's even got,

[bell dings]

his Walking Badge!

Hmm.

[Narrator] Might be
good if the Squirrels

earned their Walking

Ah, woof.

[Duggee blowing raspberries]

[Duggee blowing air]

[Squirrels gasping]

[Squirrels] Oh, no!

Duggee's broken down!

[Narrator] Oh, don't worry Squi.

Duggee's tripped on
something accidentally.

Oh, woof.

-[Narrator] And hurt his foot.
-Woof!

[Narrator] Maybe a bandage
would make it feel better.

[gasps] There are
bandages at the clubhouse!

We'll walk
back and get some.

You can count on us.

[Squirrels] Yeah!

[Roly laughing]

[Narrator] That got
them walking, Duggee.
