Bogman, The (2023)

Post by bunniefuu »

When I'm exhausted from

running through the woods

all day from Bigfoot,

I like to suck on a Boggy

Ball for refreshment.

That's got hair in it.

King of Hide and Seek presents

this fuzzy ranked twist of

Bigfoot pee and swamp mud.

Boggy Ball Beer, does Bigfoot drink it?

We don't know. Who knows?

We sure as hell do.

Government warning, consuming this product

may cause hallucination

leading to enragement

and/or aggressive behaviors

and extreme hair growth out of control.

No, he may not make it up.

He's fighting back.

That round, that was close.

I know what to do here.

Oh my God.

- And the most God awful.

- Oh my God.

It hits!

Chair sh*t just makes you sick.

Makes your blood curl.

Oh no!

Good God Almighty, good God Almighty!

I just can't believe it.

My God.

Woo!

The King of Hide and Seek presents

this fuzzy rank twist of

Bigfoot pee and swamp mud.

Stink ape logger.

If you can still smell it,

buddy, you need another one.

Government warning,

consuming this product

may cause hallucination

leading to enragement

and/or aggressive behaviors

and extreme hair growth out of control.

Hey, you getting outta line.

You freaking serious, come on!

Richard Brooks here.

In Mountain Bend, Arkansas,

for the past four months,

me and my team have been

scouring these entire woods

in hunt for proof of the

elusive Bigfoot, the Sasquatch,

the Yeti, the stink ape, Bogman to some.

Now we have been tracking

their migration patterns

from the woods of Oregon all the way down

to the foothills of Arkansas.

Now, why do they do this?

What does it all mean?

As always, we defer to

our resident cryptozoologist,

Dr. Benjamin Martin.

These majestic creatures

can answer so many questions

about where we came from,

as in they are the missing link

between us and our ape

ancestors, the proof of evolution.

So if we can get an understanding

of where we came from,

then maybe, just maybe we can get an idea

of where we are going,

in an evolutionary sense.

So, if we track the

migration patterns of the Yeti,

we start to see

correlations and similarities

between their movements and the movements

of ancient Native American tribes.

This is a Native American sharpening stone

from our very own collection

and if you look closely at these areas,

you can see that there

are clear similarities

between this and other artifacts found

in the forests of Mountain Bend.

This, to me, is a clear

indication that these ancient men

and our ape ancestors

were in close proximity

with one another, and may

have even influenced one another.

The town of Mountain Bend, Arkansas,

has completely adapted this Bogman

as part of their very own culture.

In fact, many of the businesses around here

have adapted their

products, and in some cases,

their very own store to immortalize

this mysterious creature,

this folklore legend.

Even the local government

has welcomed the folklore,

accepting it as part of their daily life.

Mayor Carl Rafferty explains.

We welcome the notoriety.

We do not mind one bit

being called the Bigfoot Town.

Matter of fact, 75% of our

annual budget comes from tourism,

so you don't wanna bite

the hand that feeds ya,

or foot.

Yeah, dang.

But...

Then the sightings started, so.

So this is the town we're

moving to, the Bigfoot Town?

Yeah, guys, the Bigfoot

Town, the Land of Sasquatch.

Please, please stop.

You're worse than the

host of that stupid show.

If you think it's so stupid,

why have you watched

every episode on the ride?

Why are you worried about what I'm doing?

Look, I think this Bigfoot

mess is just as dumb

as anyone else, but

your father got this land

and this ranch for free

from your great uncle,

so if leaning into this Bigfoot

mess makes us money,

then sign me up 'cause I've seen him too.

This is a new start for all of us, guys.

And you know, James, they film this show

in town all the time, so if

you're that big a fan of it,

you might get to be in the

background of an episode or two.

Wait, really?

That would be awesome.

Yeah, that's pretty awesome,

but we've got a lot of

work left to do on the farm.

Probably gonna have to

work through the winter

and the spring just to finish it all up.

Probably gonna put

you to work too, Michelle.

I never thought I'd be

so excited to go to school.

Sorry to burst your bubble, Michelle,

but it looks like it's going to take us

at least a couple of weeks

to get you both enrolled

in school, so until then,

it looks like both of you guys

are going to be doing home school with me.

- You can't be serious!

- There is no way.

It's not even legal, you can't do that.

Wow, any lesser person's feelings

would be crushed right now,

but fortunately for you two,

I am the most patient

stepmother that ever lived,

so it's gonna take a lot more

than that to hurt my feelings.

Repent.

What was that Michelle?

Nothing, Daddy.

Well, on a happier note,

it looks like we're actually here.

Wow, that's actually pretty awesome.

And it's not all just

Bigfoot stuff too, guys.

That's right, there's go-karts,

there's mini golf, video arcades.

Plenty of stuff to keep

you guys entertained

when you're not working on the farm.

Hey, look, it's the shop from the show.

Oh babe, we've got

some time before we meet

with David and Clark.

How about we stop in for a minute?

Sounds like a plan to me.

This looks like the perfect place to stop.

Hey, James, Michelle, slow down, slow down.

- Move it.

- Get out of my way.

- I'm trying to take a picture.

- James,

don't push your sister.

Michelle, come on.

- Move.

- Hold on.

Why don't you group together,

take a picture for Mom.

Come on, kids, let's get in

front of the Bigfoot statue,

take a cool picture.

This looks super neat.

Yeah, all right, come on, smile for me.

Okay, sit up straight.

Come on, smile.

Big foot, big hug, come on, guys.

Big ugly like your face.

Let's go, guys.

- Check this place out.

- Get out of my way.

Says you.

That is a big foot.

Look at that, Bigfoot's big feet.

Yeah.

There's a trail.

Mermaids.

I guess people will believe

in anything these days.

Put it back.

Well, hello there and welcome

to Janet's Treasure Chest.

So you guys visiting our lovely town?

So we're not visiting.

We are the new owners of the

old Torrance Farm by the ranch.

Oh, how exciting.

You know, my family and the

Torrance's, we're all friends.

I'm just so glad to hear

that they're gonna be doing

something with the place.

Oh, so your people knew my people.

Uncle Jack, he left us the

ranch and the land and everything

when he passed away a year ago.

So sad to hear about that, but I'm just,

I'm glad to know there's gonna be

some new Torrance's in town.

You guys must be pretty hungry

after that long drive y'all taken.

Would y'all like to go next door?

Y'all should check out

this restaurant, it's delicious,

and you just tell 'em

that Janet sent ya, okay?

After the drive we've had,

some food would really hit the spot.

Yeah, yeah.

You know, I gotta ask.

The Bigfoot stuff, the shop,

the town, the TV show, I mean...

You wanna know if I believe.

Well, yeah, but in

the most respectful way.

Well, yeah, yeah, I do believe.

I mean, everybody here

has seen so many sightings

and has had so many experiences,

and if you stick around long enough,

I can promise you, you're

gonna see something.

But as long as you are respectful

and you don't do anything to agitate him,

then you won't have any problems.

So you have personally seen something?

Oh yeah, at least a dozen times.

As a matter of fact, he

probably knows exactly who I am

and exactly everything about this store.

Well, you guys, I'm

gonna get outta your hair.

You go ahead and continue to shop

and then go get something to eat, okay?

- Thank you.

- Good to see ya.

- Thanks so much.

- Good to see ya.

Bye-bye.

Such an interesting town.

This revelation was only the beginning.

What would happen next

would be so unnerving,

so horrifying, that it

would thr*aten to change

the scope of our entire investigation.

Right now we bring to you a story

of one of the only living

survivors of a full-on att*ck

from one of these giant behemoth monsters.

Right now we bring to you

the story of Sharon Marino.

Do you mind if I smoke during this?

It helps.

Sure.

What do you remember about that night?

Oh, it was hot that night.

It was unbelievably hot,

you know, the kind of heat

that just makes you

real irritable, you know?

Me and my boyfriend had

a big falling out that night.

I needed to get out of the house.

I needed to get out of

there and clear my head.

Then I drove to this old

trails we used to hang out in,

you know, when we were teenagers.

I just knew I needed to

be someplace familiar,

somewhere that I could be alone.

Suddenly there was this terrible smell.

Before I knew what was

happening, it was already to late.

He was

So, Dad, you don't believe

any of this stupid Sasquatch crap, correct?

I think these people believe it's true.

Well, yeah, plus Janet said

that we'd have to figure

out for ourselves, right?

That's what she said,

but I don't believe anything

until I can see it for myself.

Agreed.

Hey, look, it's the girl from the show.

- Oh, wow.

- That was me,

but that was a while ago.

Can I get y'all started out

with some drinks, appetizers?

You know what, we'll

take some cheddar poppers

and Cokes all around.

- Cokes all around.

- Okay, good.

So, do you ever

live in the Bigfoot stuff.

James, honey.

It's okay, I see y'all aren't

from around here, huh?

How did you know?

We just moved here, actually.

Wait, are you guys related to Mr. Torrance,

the new farm owners?

Yeah, that's my uncle.

Oh.

Word travels pretty fast around here.

Well, yes it does.

If Miss Janet knows,

then the whole town knows.

Well, in that case, everything

is on the house today

as a welcome to the town.

- Oh, thank.

- Thank you.

And I know you're gonna love it here.

Thank you so much, you are so kind.

Of course, no problem.

I'll go get your drinks,

I'll be right back.

Free food, right?

This town just keeps

getting better and better.

- Can't complain.

- Can't complain.

Dread for what may be out there.

Dread for what we may find.

The endless possibilities.

What will we find out there chasing Bogman?

You're late.

Are they in there already?

Yes, sir.

Amy.

Good food, guys.

Mr. And Mrs. Torrance.

Good God, news travels fast around here.

How y'all doing?

So it is Mr. Torrance then.

Well, Jack Torrance was my uncle.

I'm Charles Williams, this

is my wife Tashia, and yeah,

we are the new owners

of the Torrance Ranch.

Well, I'll be damned.

Goodness, where are my manner?

Scoot on over, kids.

Angela, get a seat.

How y'all doing?

I'm sorry, where are my manners?

Mayor Rafferty, good to

meet ya, good to meet ya.

Handsome family you have here.

Appreciate that, we do.

So I hear you guys are

reopening the ranch across town.

Well, maybe, I mean,

we gotta go and check out

the condition of the place.

We're meeting with the

groundskeepers later on.

Fantastic, very interesting.

Well, I'll tell you what,

this could work out for all

parties, you know what I mean.

There are some government

grants that are available

for youth activities, we

need a place to hold 'em,

you got a place.

Maybe I scratch your

back, you scratch mine.

I have had my own

back 40 for quite a while.

Angela, come on, come on.

There's my card.

Okay.

So maybe we can help each other out.

Yes, we can, did you say grants?

- Funding available?

- I did.

When are you available to meet?

Well, I'll tell you what.

This is really, I'm excited.

I can't hide it.

We're gonna get out there,

we're gonna do a lot of work,

but I know you guys gotta

take a look at what issues

you have, but when

that's all good and done,

y'all come see me.

I say, what, 2:00 PM next Tuesday,

would that give you enough time?

- Absolutely.

- Yeah, we'll be there then.

Fantastic.

I look forward to

doing business with you.

That makes two of us.

That's a pretty family you got here.

Hey there, son.

Good to meet you folks.

I'm gonna let get outta y'all's hair.

- Nice to meet you.

- Rachel, let's go.

Thank you.

Well, that was fun.

He is one interesting fellow.

Indeed he is.

Pen.

Got 'em.

What do you think, guys?

Kind of nice.

Y'all, this is nice.

Come on, let's check it out.

Oh, yeah.

So, what do you guys think?

This is it, the new place.

Look alive, Michelle, it's okay.

It's kind of big.

Gonna go check with these

guys and see what's going on.

Hey, guys.

You David?

Yes, sir.

You, sir.

David Bevit, nice to meet you.

- Nice to meet you.

- It's my associate, Clark.

Nice to meet you, boss.

Oh, just call me Charles.

Just call me Angel in the morning.

Don't mind him.

Come on, no Juice Newton fans out here?

Clark, why don't you

get them roofing tiles

and that ladder and you

go over there to the barn.

Here I go again on my own.

So yeah, I gotta come and check out

the condition of everything.

I mean, this is kind of

my first time out here,

just really rolling the dice

kind of chances here, so.

Oh yeah, absolutely, understandable.

Well, so we got some good

news and some bad news.

We got some buildings that

are in pretty rough shape,

but some of the buildings,

they just need a little minor,

you know, roof work, some patchwork.

That's what I got Mr. Music

Fan over there working on

for the rest of the day.

Okay, so how are the main buildings?

Main buildings are okay.

We've got some buildings

that are pretty rough

right along the tree line.

They got some pretty bad damage to 'em.

They got a lot of debris,

some tree limbs have fallen on 'em,

but I've looked around and

pretty clear animal damage.

Animal damage, what

kind of animal damage?

Well, you know, I'm

not real sure about that.

I'm gonna have to take a look at that.

I've got a bag of trail cams over here,

so I'm gonna go hang

'em up in the woods here

in a little bit and we'll

be able to figure out

exactly what kind of

critters are back there.

Okay, all right, well, I'm

gonna go check on the family,

- but thanks, man.

- Yes, sir.

So how's everything looking in here?

It's, I guess it's looking okay.

I wouldn't eat in here

or anything like that,

but not too bad.

I was just about to get the kids to help me

take out the trash so

we can get all moved in.

Yeah, you heard that, kids,

time to pick up some trash.

- Oh, come on.

- Are are you serious?

You're joking.

- We just did all that.

- I love it.

What's this?

Babe, check this out.

- Wow.

- It looks like your uncle

was a Bigfoot believer too.

Okay.

I guess it's a good thing he was a recluse.

All right, well, I gotta

go check some things out

in the barn, but I'll

be back in a little bit.

- Okay.

- Okay.

Try not to have too much fun.

I'll save all the heavy lifting for you.

Nobody said anything

about them getting here today.

Hm.

Oh, hey Chief.

Hey, Mr. Music Man, right?

Yes, sir, you just getting

a lay of land or what?

Yeah, I'm just checking everything out.

You know how it is.

Okay, well I gotta go get back

on those roofs for ya, boss.

Okay.

Guess this guy gets

really serious about hay.

Oh, it's him.

Oh hey, boss.

Clark, I thought I'll

told you to get up there

and fix them damn roofs.

Yeah, sorry boss.

I had to get my claw hammer.

My claw hammer, yeah.

And by the way, don't

you ever embarrass me

in front of Mr. Williams like that again.

Come on, man, you

can't set me up like that

and not expect me to be me.

You know you're older than me, right?

Why don't you start acting like it?

Maybe after I finish these roofs.

I hope you're comfortable

up there 'cause you know what?

Your ass is gonna be up

there the rest of the damn day.

Well, go have fun with

your little walk in the woods

and I'll go do the actual work.

Oh yeah, Clark, while you're at it,

clean up the rest of this chicken sh*t.

You're chicken sh*t.

g*dd*mn moron.

What the hell?

What the f*ck?

Today's gonna be the day we find it.

Every time we come out

here we never find nothing.

Yeah, but I hung raw

meat all over these woods

like that TV show I've been watching.

We gonna be smelling

rancid, rotten meat all evening.

Yeah, I guess, so come this way.

What are you doing?

Getting that sassafras root.

And you're just going

to eat it, dirt and all.

Yeah man, you're going need some of this,

especially what we're going looking for.

I might need some of that.

Well, come this way.

Man, what's that stink?

Did you fart?

No man, that's that raw

meat that had hung out here.

Look man, it's gone.

Oh wow, leave raw meat

out in the woods and it's gone

and it's gotta be Bigfoot, huh?

All right, smart britches.

What do you suppose left that track there,

some hobo basketball player or something?

You might be onto something then.

Let's go this way.

Kevin, you see anything yet, bud?

Just the back of your britches.

I ain't seen nothing.

Oh, wait a minute, look, look.

Look through them trees.

That's gotta be him.

He ain't gonna be here for long.

Gotcha.

I'm gonna go get him, buddy.

Are you all right? You all right?

No, no, no.

I can't get that thing off of ya.

I'm gonna go get ya some help.

- No, where you going?

- Go get help.

No, no, don't leave me.

I'm gonna go get you some help.

What are you taking my g*n for?

You ain't gonna need this no more,

- but I'm gonna get some help.

- Come back!

I'll be back with some help.

Man, I'm gonna go get some help.

I'll be back, I'll take care of that g*n.

Oh man, no, don't do

that, we can be friends.

I didn't mean to sh**t

at you, somebody help!

We can be friends, bud, come on.

I didn't mean a sh**t at ya.

Proof, proof that something or someone

has made their way through these woods.

Proof that something

unknown to civilized man

may occupy these forests.

Our very own team came

and scoured this entire region

to find our very own Bigfoot evidence.

So Dr. Martin, tell me,

why would this area be

a possible area that

footprints could be found?

This area has the most

concentrated level of sightings.

It's the only place that makes any sense.

Plus, there's an active water source.

This is exactly what

the creature would need

to maintain an active living

and comfortable and healthy.

All right, well, then let's make our way

down to the river.

No, I just don't think they would be

this out in the open like this.

We need to make our way

across to the opposite bank.

Do you think the creature

could make it through

an area this dense?

Of course they can.

They can do anything

they want, superior beings.

Look.

Look, right there!

You still watching that crap?

Starting to get borderline obsessive.

Actually, shut up,

mind your own business.

Why should I?

Dad, Michelle's awake.

Fantastic.

I was hoping you guys got plenty of rest.

We got a lot of work to do.

It's gonna be a long day today,

so come eat some breakfast with me and Mom

and let's get to work.

It's gonna be great.

You're such a jerk.

Okay, buddy.

We got a trail here that leads

all the way back to the lake.

I just need you to clear it

out and when you get done,

we'll set up some tiki torches.

Come on.

Hey, come on, it's not that big a deal.

Everybody knew this was

gonna be a lot of hard work.

What's Michelle doing?

Don't worry about your sister.

Your Mom's got plenty

of projects for her to do.

Here you go.

That was James.

Hurry!

Hey son, look, I'm

sorry, I really didn't mean

to scare you out there, it was an accident.

Scared? I wasn't scared.

I believe ya.

I take it this little guy is yours.

You okay, buddy, what happened?

- Are you hurt?

- No, I'm not.

Are you sure?

Deputy Thomas, what

are you doing out this far?

You guys don't usually come out this way

unless there's something really serious.

Yeah, we had a couple

hunters reported missing

by their wives this morning.

You know, the sheriff and I

were out checking out the area

and I bumped into this little guy here.

I didn't mean to scare him, though.

I'm sure you'll be fine.

Oh, Deputy Thomas, Chris Thomas.

Pleasure to meet you.

Look, y'all the new owners of this place?

Yeah, I'm Charles Williams.

This is my wife, Tashia,

my daughter Michelle,

and you've already met James.

Yeah, yeah, look, pleasure to meet y'all

and I am sorry for the

disturbance this morning.

I do have to ask, have y'all

seen anything around here?

Clark, David, you guys know Mike and Kevin?

You seen 'em around?

Well, I did see Mike yesterday

hanging up some weird meat

traps out there in the woods.

You know, it wasn't on the property,

so I say living and let live.

Live and let live?

Come on, man, I'm gonna need you to show me

where them traps are.

You know, I can do that for you, Dep,

but as long as Mr. Williams says it's okay.

Are you kidding?

You don't even have to ask

for something like this, go.

I appreciate it.

Pleasure to meet you

and we'll catch up later.

Show me where the traps are.

Okay, buddy?

Let's get back to work, guys.

You can eat that now if you want to.

Mike!

Kevin!

Y'all out here?

Mike!

Kevin!

Any luck out here, Sheriff?

Not yet.

What's David doing out here?

Says he saw Mike setting up

some traps with some raw meat.

I figured he should show us where.

Absolutely.

How you doing, Sheriff?

- Good.

- How's Biscuit?

Biscuit's good.

Wanna show us where these feeders are?

I'd say about another

two, 300 yards up there

- to the right.

- All right.

You go ahead and go back

to doing what you were doing.

All right, sounds good to me, Sheriff.

Deputy Thomas, follow me.

Peace out, David.

They can't be too much further up here.

Yeah.

Hey, that ain't normally

a good sign, Sheriff.

No, it ain't at all.

Go ahead and draw your w*apon, Deputy.

- Are you serious?

- Absolutely.

I ain't taking no chance out here.

Yes, sir.

Can't be too much further, Sheriff.

Oh, sh*t.

Jesus.

Is that Mike or Kevin?

Judging from the size of that body

and that old b*at up

.22, I'd say that's Mike.

You don't think Kevin did this, do ya?

I mean maybe, but

Kevin and Mike been friends

for a long time, ever

since they was kids, really.

If Kevin did this, must've been

one hell of a disagreement.

You're right, let's just keep going.

I mean, I ain't feeling

so safe about this, Sheriff.

Yeah, me either.

Gotta watch our asses too.

Well, Sheriff, I don't think it

was Kevin that k*lled Mike.

Who could have done this?

What could have done this?

Sheriff, you and I both

know ain't no way two men

working together could

lift a rock of that size

above their heads, plus do all this.

Where's Biscuit?

Ain't it funny that she didn't come

to either of these two spots?

Yeah, it is.

sh*t, call the morgue.

Call the office, we're

gonna need help on this.

Come here.

Look.

sh*t.

It can't be.

What the hell?

Mr. Williams, Mr. Williams, look,

I need to get you and your family inside,

Clark and David too.

What's going on, Deputy?

Did you find the hunters?

I saw the ambulance pulling up?

Is somebody hurt?

Look, we can talk about all

that, but we gotta get inside.

We gotta secure a crime scene.

Crime scene? What are you talking about?

Look, let's just get inside.

We can talk about it.

It's crazy how they

kept us in here all day.

I mean, what's going on?

Charles, I am scared for our kids.

We don't know what's going on out there.

We did not sign up for this.

You think I'll be able to use the bathroom

'cause this brown couch

is about to become yellow.

Howdy, folks.

Hey, folks, I'm Clint, I'm

the sheriff of this town.

Sorry to keep you guys waiting so long.

We've just about got

everything wrapped up outside.

So, what's going on here, Sheriff?

I mean, you've kept us

locked in here for hours

talking about some kind of

crime scene or something.

Look, I understand

your frustration, I do,

but with everything that's

been going on around here,

here lately, I'm gonna be the

one asking the questions here.

Son, what were you doing

out there in them woods today?

I don't know why you're

asking me, I didn't see nothing.

I don't know nothing.

Yeah, yeah, I'm pretty

sure you're clueless,

but listen, this is a serious situation.

I gotta know, did you see

Mike or Kevin yesterday?

Oh, you're gonna have

to talk to this one then

because he saw Mike,

but I was already gone at the bar by then.

Right about what time was that?

Oh, definitely after 5:00 PM.

Well, he's right.

He may be an idiot, but he's not a liar.

I cut him loose about 4:45 yesterday.

It takes about 10, 15

minutes to get up to the bar,

so five o'clock's about right.

All right, I think we're done here,

but one thing's for sure.

I'd steer clear of the woods if I was you.

What about the trail cams though?

What trail cams?

That's all he was about yesterday

was getting trail cams,

putting up the trail cams.

What's he talking about here?

Well, I had him up on the

roof doing some patch work

and I was out in the

woods setting up trail cams.

How many trail cams you talking about?

Say about a dozen or so.

And are they all out in

the area we was talking?

Unfortunately not, but one of 'em is.

I'm gonna need to

see that trail cam, David.

I can do that for ya, Deputy.

Let's go.

I was just out there

for a few minutes, Sheriff.

I didn't see anything.

I didn't mean to bump

into your deputy either.

I'm not saying you

did anything wrong, son,

but tell me, while you were out there,

did you smell anything,

like something that

smelled, you know, awful?

No.

Wait, smell?

What? What are you?

What is going on here?

Ma'am, look, I know you

haven't been here very long,

so what time did you

guys get here yesterday?

I say we got here

around afternoon yesterday.

I mean, it's hard to say exactly what time,

but we did stop at Janet's when we came in.

Yeah, pretty sure

there's plenty of people

that could confirm that.

I'm not saying I don't

believe you because I do,

but I also know the two

men I know very well are dead

by some very unnatural means

and I don't know what it is that did this

or who it was that did this,

but we gotta figure it out

and we gotta figure it out fast

'cause I don't know what

it's gonna mean for me,

your family, or this town.

Sheriff, I need you to

come take a look at this.

So we set up these trail cameras

up in the woods yesterday,

but this is the only one

that was out in that area.

Look, I've looked at this

and you see something.

You can't really tell what it is,

but it's something here.

What the hell was that?

I know it's trippy, right?

Look, I've triple checked this time stamp

on this here game cam

and it's gotta be right around

the same time that Mike

and Kevin were k*lled.

And I don't know what that

means or what this means, but,

I mean, Sheriff, say something.

You know, I've lived here

my whole life and I never,

I mean, I've heard all the

stories, but this can't be true.

It just, I can't believe it.

Come on, so you're telling me a Bigfoot

k*lled two hunters on my property?

That sounds ridiculous

just saying it out loud.

You see, only 24 hours in town,

we already got another foot believer.

Clark, would you shut the hell up?

You know what a matter of

fact, go ahead and take the day.

I'm sure there's a bar still up the road

waiting for your ass to warm it up.

Sold.

I'm gonna get outta here too.

I'm gonna need you to leave

that tablet with me though.

You got it, Sheriff.

Well hold on now, Sheriff.

We gotta think about

this for just a second.

We can't write a report that says

two men were k*lled by Sasquatch.

It'd create chaos.

The town would lose their mind.

You know what? You're right.

Let's go get a bite to eat

and we'll talk about it

whenever we get there.

Follow your lead.

Man, Kevin was in my cousin's wedding.

I just can't believe it, boss.

I can't believe it either,

but we gotta keep it this quiet

'cause if anybody hears about this,

that's gonna be my badge and my ass.

Hell, I might have

to go back to the mill.

Oh sh*t, this guy.

Flint, Bobby.

It's Thomas.

Whatever, son.

What is the story on

those dead hunters we got?

Waiting on the coroner, boss man.

Where...

You do what I tell you to do.

What's my name, Bobby?

Ratford.

Carl Belvedere Ratfordy III.

My family started this town.

Who runs this town, boys?

Is it the coroner?

Huh?

- No sir.

- Who is it?

You worry about getting

what I asked you to do

and I'll worry about the coroner.

Y'all wanna keep them badges,

you may wanna answer to me.

How about that?

Y'all understand what's going on now?

Get it done, boys.

Daggum, Amber, move!

Get it done!

You believe this guy?

The way the guy talks to

us and we protect his ass

all the damn time.

So, should I call the coroner?

Call the coroner?

Are you crazy?

Look, when all this stuff goes to hell,

and it's gonna go to hell,

we gotta have somebody to blame this on

and it ain't going to be me, Tracy.

My name is Brie, you've known that.

Brie?

I'm sorry for what happened

in the woods there, Dad.

It's not your fault.

I mean, it's just something that happened.

It's out of your control.

I mean, so what exactly are we gonna do?

We had CSI and a slew of

city workers at our house all day,

so I mean, any chance

of getting this place open

by next summer is out the window.

Yeah, well, the mayor said

he wanted to meet with you,

maybe he'll still meet with

you now even after all of this.

I mean, but, baby, what is all of this?

What are we calling this?

Or at least what do we tell him?

I mean, it was just a

hunting accident, nothing more.

A hunting accident, all of

this were a hunting accident.

Well, logically, what

else could it have been?

Maybe it was Jame's best friend, Bigfoot.

- Don't joke about that.

- Why not?

Well, I mean, I'm not saying it is,

but what if it was something?

Look, after all the chaos

that's been happening

in the woods today, if there

was something out there,

it's gotta be gone now, but

on the off chance that it's not,

David and Clark and

me, we'll go out tomorrow,

we'll put out some traps and some cameras

and we'll monitor the whole

situation, and you know,

everything will be fine.

We'll be able to handle this.

Good, that will make

me feel better at least.

So as far as the mayor,

I can go and meet with there tomorrow

and see what he has to say.

Hey, if you go to the town,

do you think you could

drop me off the park?

So, you expect me to just drop you off

in the middle of nowhere?

Yes, that's how you learn an area.

I thought you were the cool stepmom.

The cool stepmom that's

gonna drop off her stepdaughter

in the middle of the

town we've never been to?

That's how you learn an area.

It's dangerous.

Not that dangerous.

Well, it's less dangerous than being here.

Actually, it'd probably be safer

being far away from the woods.

What is the problem, Michelle?

What do I have to do?

Dad said to get off the tablet.

Give me this, James.

Just finish your cake, guys.

I've seen that suit you got

hiding behind the haystacks

and I know what you f*cking do with it.

All right, Clark, we got the trap set.

Now we gotta hang up these cameras

so we get this rotating view out here

so we can see everything.

Man, how much longer we got?

It's gonna be dark soon

and that cold beer's calling my name.

Clark, if you'd hurry your dumb up

and get these cameras hung,

you'd be sitting at

your local watering hole

getting your ass drunk.

At least gave me the handgun.

sh*t, no, I'm not giving

your dumb ass a g*n.

You've got the r*fle.

What, are you scared now?

Do you think there's some

magical stink ape running around

out here trying to get ya?

You're damn right I

am and if I hadn't seen

that son of a bitch on

the camera yesterday,

there's plenty of other animals out here

that'd love to make a meal out of me.

Fine, dumb ass, here, take it.

Thank you, sir.

All right, good luck out there.

Dude, I know you're

kinda, let's split up.

Freaking idiot.

Oh, come on, camera.

Ow! Ow!

Look out! Dave!

Somebody!

Look, anybody!

I've got it!

Dave!

- Anybody!

- Hey!

Dave, over here!

Clark! Clark! Holy sh*t.

Oh, sh*t!

- Oh my God, I'm dying here.

- Oh, sh*t, Clark.

Oh my God, dude.

Oh sh*t.

Your legs looking a little

medium rough there, buddy.

I'm dying and you're making jokes.

Come on, man.

We'll get you back.

We'll get you to a doctor.

Help me get this off.

Let's get this off, Clark, you ready?

One, two!

You a believer now, boy?

Let's get you looked at here.

Can't believe it.

Looks a little medium rough there.

- Howdy, Sheriff.

- That's crazy.

Twice in one day.

Not very reassuring, David.

Well, you know, luckily

Clark's gonna be okay.

His leg's definitely broken,

but he'll live to drink another day.

Right.

But did you actually see it?

Did you see that thing?

When I got out there, I sure

did smell something though.

I thought old Clark done sh*t himself

until I walked up on him

and I saw it wasn't the case.

What? What do you mean?

Well, when I got there,

there was about a dozen tracks out there.

What do you mean tracks?

Look, I took pictures of 'em on my phone.

Take a look.

This is unbelievable.

When I uprooted my whole family

and moved to a Bigfoot tourism town,

I didn't think I'd actually see a Bigfoot.

Well, fellas, it looks like things

just went from bad to worse.

Look what's coming our way.

- sh*t.

- What? Who's that?

Trouble, Mr. Williams.

Trouble you don't want.

Let's do this.

Come on, guys, hurry, get out.

Joey, let's go ahead and

get some mid sh*ts on me

for the standups.

Hey Stevie, man, I

know this is your first job

and everything, but please,

can you keep the microphone

at least six inches off my head.

I don't wanna be going

through all this footage later

and cropping out a f*cking

microphone, all right?

Deputy, how are you, bud?

I'm here.

Sheriff, I don't see the

mangy mud around today.

Howdy, Mr. Williams,

do y'all have any outlets

inside or outside?

We're moving this in.

Excuse me?

What makes you think

you can just come in here

and start barking orders?

What makes you think I want

you here in the first place?

Ooh, your wife isn't back

from the mayor's office yet, is she?

No, she's in town right now.

Ooh, this is awkward.

- Billy, Billy.

- Yo, yo, yo.

Joey, come here.

- Come here.

- Got a problem with us?

Let's go ahead, let's start sitting up.

Yeah, I mean, I have no

idea what's going on right now.

I don't know who you people are.

All right, well we've got

full permission to be here.

Everything's contractually done right here.

I mean, 100% legitimate.

This is your wife's signature, right?

Well, yeah, but...

All right, I think everything's

looking pretty good here.

- Take a look.

- No.

Why not?

All I need is your signature

so I can use your likeness

and footage, as well as

your kids, for the show.

Oh my God, it's the Bigfoot Squad.

Are we gonna be on the Bigfoot show, Dad?

That's right, kiddo, you are.

- And you know why?

- Why?

Because I got the

release forms right here

that your Dad was just about to sign,

letting us use the footage

of you guys for our series.

- Really?

- Yep, sure was.

There you go, Dad.

We're gonna be on the Chasing Bogman Show.

Yay.

The camera's gonna be over here.

You know, with these guys here,

I'm gonna go ahead and I'm gonna leave.

I don't want them having

me on record saying anything.

I trust I can leave you here

and take care of everything.

Yeah, absolutely, Sheriff, you know me.

It ain't nothing I can't handle.

And besides, you know

I like to be on camera.

Yeah, I bet you do.

Hey, keep an eye out for Biscuit,

she should be coming back here pretty soon.

Mr. Williams. I'm sorry to

get you involved in all this.

Well, me and my wife obviously

have to have a conversation later,

but at least my son's happy.

Yeah, all right, y'all have a good one.

I'll let you know if I

see Biscuit, Sheriff.

Sounds good.

I can't believe they just came in here

and took over like that.

Yeah, it seems a bit unorthodox,

but the checks can make

it work, from what I hear.

All right, so you just

run this up the back there.

Okay.

It's a funny looking mic.

A little different than the ones

we had down at karaoke.

Oh, you a singer, bro?

Ah, you know, I dabble a little bit.

I've gotta did a little

bit at the karaoke bar.

Ah, man, I'm actually a

singer back home in Cali.

Band called All But

Brave, bro, check it out.

Yeah, really cool man.

I know you're new in town.

You tried that Boggy Balls Beer yet?

Boggy Balls Beer, that's

the first time hearing of it.

Yeah, saw Clark had some.

Look, baby, I'm sorry,

but I know you're mad at me.

Just know I had no choice.

The mayor, he made it really clear

that if we want the city's help,

especially in the off season,

that pretty much this Bigfoot

show runs the entire place.

Well, they made it very

clear that they have no problem

running over whoever they want.

But maybe they can help.

I mean, the mayor did

say, despite how it looks,

they could probably get results.

Results.

Like what? Getting rid of Yetis.

Extraordinary!

- This is incredible.

- My God.

Look!

Look at how crystal

clear this footage is.

Look, you can see all

the way down to its fur

and the musculature as it runs.

This is amazing footage.

This is it, guys.

This is what we're

looking for this entire time

we've been to this hell hole.

This is the proof.

Doc, Richard, this is

our ticket home, guys.

Forget going home.

This is the most important

scientific discovery

of the 21st century.

This one video validates

my entire life's work.

Are you kidding?

Just look at it.

Look how it runs.

Oh my God.

I can't believe, look, I

wonder if there's a way

if I can tell if it's male or female.

Uh, cool, we can talk

about Bigfoot genitalia later,

but is there any way that you can track it?

Well...

What?

Oh, well, the creature was

clearly injured in the incident

with the hunters, so

there's probably blood.

There's blood and there's prints.

We can definitely find something.

Where was this trail cam at?

Do you know exactly

where this camera was?

I can lead you right to it.

All right, everyone,

we got a Bigfoot to find

and we got footage and

history to make, let's go!

All right, roll out.

So you really going out there with them?

Where the hell's the doctor at, Deputy?

- I haven't seen him.

- Been waiting out here.

He's with you.

Obviously not 'cause he's

not here right now, obviously.

Well, I mean, somebody

with their name on the deeds

needs to stay around, I

think, and who you gonna call?

Besides, the deputy's got my back.

Finally!

Jesus, dude.

- Stevie, Stevie.

- Yeah, bro.

Listen, dude, I've already

warned you once about that.

I told you as soon as we

got here and guess what?

I've already checked

the footage from earlier

and you're in every single sh*t.

Once we're out there in the woods,

I don't wanna see you one time, okay?

- All right.

- I don't wanna see you once!

Geez.

I mean, but I still think

I need to get the kids

the hell outta here.

Oh, I totally agree, much

to James's dismay, but.

I mean, he's upset, rightfully so,

and I don't know what to do.

Maybe I can take him to the Bigfoot Lodge,

let him play around for a little bit

and I will try to spend

some time with Michelle,

but Charles, Michelle does not like me.

She just, she needs

some time to warm up to you.

I mean, it was the same

way with me and my stepmom,

but I know she's gonna

see how wonderful you are

and why I married you.

Well, have fun playing in the woods.

Yeah, sounds silly

just thinking about it.

Yeah, it sounds pretty

ridiculous and I get it,

but you better hurry.

Looks like the Ghostbusters

are leaving without you.

Yeah.

- I love you.

- I love you.

- I'll see you soon.

- All right.

Take care of the kids.

I'll will.

Oh, f*ck it, here we go.

Now, just 24 hours ago, two

hunters were fatally att*cked

by some sort of wild animal or creature

out here on this property.

Now, this land is part

of a very popular ranch

in the community, which

is even more reason why

we should investigate to

see if this has anything to do

with the elusive Sasquatch.

We are now in possession of

exclusive trail camera footage

that shows some sort of

humanoid bipedal creature.

Could be the cause of all this chaos.

That's good alliteration, we

should use that take for sure.

And then there could be enough,

the creature was wounded,

so we could definitely find something.

And if we could get enough

for a proper DNA test,

this could be absolutely groundbreaking.

Now, obviously since

there were fatalities,

we have asked Officer Deputy Thomas

as the Sheriff's

Department to come out here

and be with us during

the entire investigation.

Thank you so much

for your bravery, officer.

No problem, you know,

here in Mountain Bend,

we take the safety of

our citizens very seriously.

Got to.

With this and what

happened to those hunters,

it's such a real tragedy, and I can,

or we can do anything to

prevent that from happening again,

by God, we're gonna do it.

Truer words have never been spoken.

Now, we also have a ranch hand

that works on the ranch as well.

Now, just yesterday, one of

his coworkers was also att*cked,

but thankfully he only

suffered minor injuries.

Now, Mr. David Begley,

where exactly is this trail camera

at that we're looking for?

Well, it's gonna be a

little bit further up this way.

Get that tree there, we're

gonna veer to the left.

All righty, well thank you very much.

Let's head forward.

And cut.

All right, that sounded all right.

You think we should do

Did I look good?

Yeah, you looked fine.

You think we should do one more for safety?

Yeah, we do one more.

All right, cool, cool.

Lighting looks good.

All righty, here we go.

And action.

Now, just 24 hours ago, two

hunters were fatally att*cked

by some sort of ancient cryptic.

Now, as we trek through the woods,

we are on the hunt for the

elusive Bogman trail cam.

Now, Mr. David, where exactly

was this trail camera set up at?

Well, I hung the camera right up there

in that tree right there, so

field of vision's gonna be

right in this area here.

Fantastic, fantastic.

That's perfect.

I know just where to start looking.

Okay, Joey, while the doc is doing that,

let's go ahead and start

setting up for some mids.

Over here! Over here!

Bring the cameras over here!

Now be careful.

Don't just charge over here

like a bunch of wild troop

of chupacabras and ruin

this perfectly good evidence.

Are these real, Doc?

These are real?

Oh, yes, Mr. Brooks,

we finally actually have something here.

Bill Nye ain't got sh*t on me.

Look at how beautiful that is.

Billy, Billy, these are real, right?

These aren't us?

As far as I know.

What are you talking about real?

I watch you guys' show all the time.

You find footprints every episode.

Well, that's right,

Charles, but in reality,

life isn't always that interesting,

so sometimes you gotta

take a little creative license.

That's where these things come into play.

But that ain't us.

We're sure?

We're sure they're not us.

Real as can be.

Okay, well, all right, Joey,

I guess let's get some

sh*ts of this real quick

while the doc is

The creature was injured in the video,

so we can surely find

something else around here, right?

Yes, yes, absolutely.

While the doc is looking,

let's go ahead and get,

hey, Joey, up here, Joey, up here, man.

All right, let's go ahead

and get some mid sh*ts

while the doc looks for some stuff.

All right, here we go.

No need.

I've already found the jackpot.

Oh, Jesus Christ.

Oh my God.

What is this?

This is something that

no other cryptid hunter

has ever found before, blood.

Actual DNA evidence

from the creature itself.

Clearly the blood is dried,

but it should be enough to

get a proper sample for testing.

This is incredible.

Hey,

you know if this ain't

all Hollywood bullshit,

you know what this means, right?

What's that?

It means there's a real

Bigfoot out here in the woods.

The sun's going down and we're out here

with a damn spotlight,

just begging for it to react.

We've got everything we need here.

The tracks lead this way.

I suggest we move on.

All right, hey, Joey, check it out, okay.

Now that we have collected

Wait a second here.

I mean, look, now that we've

established that something

is actually out here, I mean,

it's getting dark out here.

It's probably a lot safer if

we just pick this thing up

right in the morning.

We need to pack up and come back.

I think it's safer for sure.

Hey, Deputy, I appreciate it, all right,

but I've been doing this

show for two years, okay?

Two years I've been

running around the swamps,

running around the woods,

running around the mountains,

nothing but bug bites

and ruined $3,000 suits

to answer for it, okay?

And now we've got something real here, bud.

We have something real

and tangible here, okay?

Something that we can prove to the world

that we're not crazy and make a lot

of f*cking money in the

process, so you know what?

Hey, if y'all don't like it,

here's a little suggestion

for everyone out here.

If you don't wanna be

here, head back to the barn,

but the rest of us will be moving on, okay?

Billy, Joey, Doc, Stevie, get

your ass out of the bushes.

- Let's go.

- Okay, bro.

Chase that payday, boys.

Listen, I'm taking my

happy ass back up to the barn.

I'd rather be shoveling sh*t

than dealing with a real

Bigfoot out here in the woods.

I'm sorry, Mr. Williams, no offense.

I completely understand,

David, you're free to go.

No hard feelings.

Yeah, look, I would like to go,

but if the Sheriff found

out that I left these idiots

out here alone and something did happen,

hell, I'd wish I was the third person dead.

Well, sh**t yourselves, I'm out.

He sure seemed serious.

Yeah.

You know, I gotta ask,

how freaked out are you by all this?

Percent wise?

I'd say about 65 or so, but look,

I've lived here my whole life.

I've always heard about

Bigfoot, Bogman, Sasquatch.

Never really believed any of it.

That is until yesterday.

That's not too reassuring.

I told my wife I'd be

safe out here with ya.

Well, I sure hope she feels better

about the whole situation then.

- Let's catch up.

- Yeah.

They got far along.

Richard.

Richard, look.

Look!

Do you know what this is?

It's an inukshuk.

Native Americans used to make specific

stacked rock patterns.

They used them to mark territories, trails,

hunting grounds, burial sites, even.

I've never seen one in person,

but definitely not this big.

It's definitely what this is.

It's an inukshuk.

Yeah, he's absolutely right.

How do you know that, Deputy?

Look, the nearest reservation

is less than 100 miles from

here, and in my line of work,

I like to know my surroundings.

Yes, but look at these.

These boulders are far

too large for any one person.

They're like arranged like this.

Whoever made this was incredibly powerful.

There's blood though.

Funny thing about this is we found Kevin

smashed by a boulder of this size.

Wasn't here.

It doesn't make sense.

Hey, what's that right there?

There's blood on that log too.

Oh my God, what's that smell?

Oh, Lord.

Depending on how you look at it,

it's either a really good thing

or it's a really bad thing.

Going with a really bad thing.

You mind being a little

bit more cryptic there, doc?

For decades, they've said that any time

one of the creatures is spotted,

it's always accompanied

by a foul, hideous odor.

Oh God, well, that's

definitely what this is.

Okay, guys, let's go ahead

and let's get these lights

out here into the brush.

I wanna make sure we see

this thing coming a mile away

and it's pretty difficult

to att*ck something

with a light in your face.

Get that thing out, come on.

Or you could lead it right to it.

Deputy, I don't know if

you've picked up on this,

but that's what we want, okay?

We're trying to find.

What was that?

Over there?

I think it came from over here.

What is that?

Fascinating.

- So it is true.

- What?

Back in the '70s, four loggers recorded

a supposed conversation

between two of the creatures.

Dozens of sights been seen since,

but no one has ever been able to record it

except for the loggers.

Hey, Stevie, we're

rolling on this, right?

Yeah, bro, I've been

rolling this whole time.

Coming in loud and clear.

Be quiet.

Listen, we wanna get

to... Turn the lights on.

Shut up.

Let's see if we can make out a pattern.

Location.

What the hell was that?

And what the hell was that?

There?

Listen.

At the end of the day, this

is some kind of apex predator

we're dealing with, right?

And we are in his territory at night,

so I think it's probably a good idea

for us to take the samples,

get back to the cabin,

and we can come back

tomorrow, but now we know it's real.

Now we know that it's here.

We can come back and try again.

Okay, yeah, you're right.

Let get the hell outta here.

Hey, Deputy, if you're

gonna pull that w*apon out,

now would be the time to do so.

You know, this is

the first time we agree.

- What is that, bro?

- Whoa, okay.

What is that, boss?

Let's get outta here.

Let's go, run, run, run.

- I'll follow you, Deputy.

- Stay cool, though.

- We gotta get outta here.

- This is real.

- It's too real.

- Crazy sh*t.

Watch out.

Y'all hear him?

- Look out.

- Come on, man.

We gotta get out of here!

- Now, come on.

- Move it, hillbilly.

Go!

Where the hell you all going?

This way into the bull chute.

It's locked! We're trapped!

It's locked!

Everybody get down, get down.

Be quiet.

Quiet.

Put the flashlights down.

He's here, he's here, quiet, be quiet.

- He's here.

- Shut up.

Light's off.

Joey, put the camera up there.

Dude, put the f*cking camera up there,

we gotta get a sh*t of this.

- Put it up.

- Higher.

My arm.

Come on, Joey.

Right over here.

Over here, Joey.

I can't believe we got it.

Joey, is your arm all right, bud?

It's f*cking broken, what do you think?

Doc, we need you, bro.

I'm not that kind of doctor.

Don't even try to move.

Yeah, it's definitely dislocated.

Are you a doctor?

I'm an RN.

It's been a few years, but I mean, God,

we need to get into a hospital, guys.

Look, there's a clinic

about 15 minutes up the road.

I can get into it.

Look, I'd suggest the rest

to get outta here as well.

Deputy, I appreciate your concern,

but we've got plenty of work to do here.

Well, look here, d*ck,

looks like your work

is gonna get somebody else k*lled.

Billy, Steve, y'all should

get outta here too, man.

All right, look, Joey, you knew the risk

we were gonna take when we came out here

to do this sh*t in the first place, man.

I mean, sorry, bro, but

That's the job, man.

Price of progress.

I didn't know there was

really a f*cking Bigfoot.

This is just a damn paycheck to me.

Hey, this isn't just a damn

paycheck to some of us.

This is the sum total of

my whole life's work, get it?

I've spent years chasing these

cryptics, chasing humanoids,

every other creature that

the world said didn't exist.

I've had years of people

laughing behind my back

and to my face.

Now you're telling me

that I can see these things

with my own two eyes and that they're real,

that they're intelligent

and aggressively territorial,

and you want me to leave?

Ha ha ha! I'm sorry, fellas,

you couldn't drive me away from this. Real.

Stevie, come on, man,

let's go play some Xbox.

No, bro, I think I'm good, actually.

What?

Yeah, I mean, Bigfoot's real.

This is my first job and

it's exciting stuff, bro.

That is what I'm

talking about, my friend.

See, that's the attitude

that we need right there.

Listen, Joey,

I appreciate all the hard work you've done,

but I think it's time for you to go ahead

and just get the...

Look, I can get him

to the clinic, like I said.

Mr. Williams, you sure

you want me to go ahead

and take ya out back to your family?

This is my property, guys.

I'm gonna have to stay here

and see how this pans out.

I'll call my wife.

Suit yourself.

Let's go, Dep.

This way.

Oh my God.

Is everyone else okay?

Yeah, I mean, the sheriff

came back this morning,

took official statements

and then just hightailed

it back outta there.

So the cops don't wanna

have anything to do with this.

That's not good.

Now, are you sure you're okay?

Mom, Mom, what's happening?

Is it Bigfoot?

James, baby, I'm on the phone.

He just wants to know if Bigfoot's real.

Hey, you too, I'm

trying to hear your father.

Sounds like everyone's

having a great time

and getting along.

It would be a whole lot

better if you were here.

I know.

Look, I'm gonna head over there tonight.

No way in hell I'm staying

out here another night.

Oh, come on.

Why not now?

I'm waiting for David right now.

He's not answering his phone.

Hell, I don't even know if he's

gonna come into work today.

We gotta fix some stuff on this cabin

and then I'll be on my way then.

Just hurry and get here.

I'll call when I'm on my way, babe.

I love you.

Hey, tell the kids I love them too.

We love you too.

Now, Dr. Benjamin Martin

are testing the samples

right now and we hope to

have results within the hour.

Cut.

Let's reset.

Sorry, I'm sorry.

No, it's fine.

Just find a place to

settle in and just be quiet

and we'll get your

interview here in a minute.

Whoa, my interview?

Yes, your interview.

Mr. Williams, we need you.

You're an integral part

of this entire investigation.

We need your perspective,

the owner's perspective.

Whoa, whoa, whoa.

Wait, wait, wait.

My wife signed the form.

I just signed the form from my son, James.

I mean, as far as your show goes,

I'm not even supposed to be here.

Hey, listen, man, I feel like

I've been very nice with you

and I think you need to

start playing ball here, okay?

Richard, he's not even in

any of the previous footage,

so who cares anyway?

We can always get

the wife's interview later.

Like he said, she's the one

that signed the paperwork.

Fine, whatever, as

long as we get one of 'em.

All right, we'll go again.

Here we go.

Richard, Richard, come look at this.

Come on.

Excuse you, come on, move.

I'm not gonna sign a waiver.

Don't be a f*cking dead ass.

All right.

All right, Billy, get behind that camera.

Got it.

- I look good?

- Oh yeah.

All right, here we go.

So what we have here, doc.

So after extensive testing on the hair,

the blood, plus the plaster footprint,

I've determined that we

are dealing with a creature

that is male, approximately

seven to 7 1/2 feet tall,

800 pounds, and just over 200 years old.

Wow, that's one hell of a beast, doctor.

Yes, Mr. Brooks.

We have a true missing link here

between modern man and

our ancient ape ancestors.

So what do we do now?

Cut!

Listen, man.

Listen, if you wanna be on the show,

sign a release, all right?

Unless you're on the signed release,

do yourself a favor, do us all a favor,

shut the hell up, all right?

Look, buddy, this may

be another film thing for you,

but this is my life.

After you move on, my

family, me, we gotta live here,

so what do you plan on doing about all this

because I don't see you

surviving another night.

This is not my first

rodeo and I never make

the same mistakes twice, all right?

In fact, I've already made some phone calls

to an old army buddy of

mine from the Afghan w*r,

and him and his squad

will be here within the hour.

Y'all talking about them

scary looking m*llitary guys

coming up the road?

Speak of the devil and he appears.

- Richard, Richard.

- Here we go.

Jesus Christ, what the

hell have you done now?

What I had to, gentlemen, what I had to.

Snake, Bird man, secure the perimeter.

I want motion flares and trip wires.

Anything, absolutely anything comes

within 100 yards of that

tree line, we know about it.

I got a bad feeling about this, Richard.

Doesn't it seem a bit excessive?

t*nk, you're here with me.

Start setting up that tracking equipment.

I'm gonna go talk to Mr. Game Show Host.

All right, I'm on it.

Excessive? You serious?

After last night, you

wanna go back out there

in the woods without protection?

That was fun, fun times for you, right?

Yeah, you call me when the job's done.

- Roger that.

- Roger this.

Nash.

Good to see you, bud, how ya doing?

I got here as soon as I could, d*ck.

Such a charmer.

Now luck, man,

from the looks of this

town and these people,

restaurants, gas stations, you, yeah, you,

it looks like you got yourself

a Sasquatch problem.

Listen, Nash, I know

we've done some shady sh*t

in the past, things that

we've done together, all right,

but when I tell you

that this thing is legit,

I mean it, okay?

I've seen him, I've smelt him.

Two men have already d*ed and two men

have already been hurt, man, I really,

we need your help out here, all right?

Hold, okay, dude, I believe you.

Calm down, man, but what

exactly do you need from us?

All right, man, here's the thing.

We're going back out there again tonight

and I am going to prove once and for all

that this thing is real,

whether we gotta bring

back a dead body or not.

No, no, no, you

can't just k*ll this thing.

This isn't some mindless beast.

Listen, our best option

is not just to go out there

and k*ll it and ask questions later.

- Doc.

- Don't you get that.

Doc, I get it, all right?

Science, woo! Science is cool, but listen,

two people are already dead, all right?

And you know what happens

when people die, doc?

Lawsuits happen.

Family members just love to sue.

I'm not gonna have

another lawsuit on my hands

and I damn sure ain't

gonna be another dead body

out there in the woods.

Richard, dude, think about it.

You k*ll it, it's done in one

episode, you tag it, track it.

Dude, we got seasons

and seasons of ad revenue.

Point. I mean, think about it.

It's definitely worth more

to us alive than dead, right?

I mean, just the museum, the artifacts,

they would pay really, really good money

for the rights to that.

That could fund us for, for

the foreseeable future at least.

Yeah, yeah, it could.

All right, okay, well,

tell about this tracking plan that you got.

It's the exact same process

as tracking the great whites.

All we have to do is get close enough

and then we've got the specialized dart g*n

I've already developed and we get close,

we tag it, let it go away.

We stay out of the way.

Let the tracker do all the work.

It's easy.

We don't need these guys.

So do you think your guys

can get close enough to tag this thing?

Bird man, he's the best

sn*per I have ever known.

He can damn sure get the job done.

All right, let's go for it.

But when sh*t goes sideways,

I mean the second sh*t goes sideways,

I want you to open it up full auto.

Full auto?

I'm not having these yahoos turn my ranch

into Swiss cheese, dude.

Hey, Chuck, I get it,

scary times, but listen,

and damage that happens to the barn,

the show will clearly pay for.

Within reason.

None of this has been within reason.

What you think about it, boss?

Let's rock and roll, baby.

Yeah, let's do this.

Roll baby.

Here comes the two knuckleheads now.

- What's up, guys, fellas?

- What's going on?

How's that tree line out there looking?

Don't worry, we got it wrapped up tighter

- than a duck's ass.

- Oh yeah.

What the f*ck does that

mean, you f*cking idiot?

A duck's ass has gotta be watertight.

Watertight, you're up, dude, man.

Not what your mom

was telling me last night.

My mom? We still in high school, man?

She likes 'em young.

God dammit, you f*cking piece of...

You realize my mom is your aunt?

Cool it guys, cool it.

- Mother f*ck.

- You listen to me.

Cool it or I'm gonna get

a new sh*t in my band.

- You got that?

- s*ab him.

- You got that?

- Yeah, whatever.

Now y'all listen up.

Hey guys, stop the nonsense,

stop the bullshit, okay?

We're here to do a job,

get paid and go home.

- You understand me?

- Yeah.

You hear me?

Stop the bullshit.

We roll out in 15, let's go.

Let's go, hit it.

f*cking absolute waste of money.

I mean, they do know that

my time is important, right?

I got better things that I could be doing

then running around in the

f*cking woods looking for, hey!

- What's up, Richard?

- Where's Stevie at, brother?

Dude, I was just back at the ranch.

Joey walks out, figured he's here to grovel

- for his job back.

- Of course he is.

Yeah, then Stevie pulls

up and Joey hops in the car

and they take off, so I got

no idea where they went,

what they're doing, but I

know that I got the camera,

so I'm the guy.

Well, f*ck it, we'll do it.

Hey doc, doc, are the come coming in?

You can hear things through the camera.

Everything seems to

be working on this end.

Cameras, trackers,

everything's coming in clear.

All right, cool, cool, cool.

Well, let's do this.

All right, here we go.

And three, two, one.

Now we are just 24 hours

after our initial contact

with a bonafide guaranteed real sighting

of a real Sasquatch here

in Mountain Bend, Arkansas.

Now, as you can see, I

have taken extreme measures

to make sure that

safety is an utmost factor

in this investigation

and that no lives are lost.

Now, our very own

cryptozoologist, Dr. Benjamin Martin,

has devised his very own tracking device

so that we can tag the

creature and track him

for years on end, doctor.

Yes, Mr. Brooks, this

tracker is very small,

barely larger than the eye of a needle,

so when it's fired at the creature,

it will embed itself into its skin,

barely noticeable to him,

but it will allow us to track his movements

and migratory patterns

and find out so much more

about the creature.

Yes, yes, yes, absolutely.

Now, just last night when we were att*cked,

we were standing next to a

Native American known as a...

Hang on a second.

It was just right here, just last night.

It was just here last night.

There.

As you can tell, just from last night,

the huge inukshuk structure

was just sitting right here.

That doesn't make any sense.

Native Americans used

to use these for tracking

and for communication between the tribes.

Why? What purpose would he have?

Why would he move them?

It's clearly been,

there's a trail of blood.

My gosh, Bird man.

Billy, it's been moved.

It's been moved.

My God.

I can't believe it.

I can't believe it.

Can't believe it.

Just last night.

What the hell is that?

That's our quarry, gentlemen.

Doc, doc, you're getting all this, right?

It's coming into the speakers?

Oh, yes, loud and clear.

It's all perfectly,

it's the exact same

frequency as it was before.

Hey boss, if they're

using these rock formations

as communication, and now

we hear all these noises...

What are you getting at soldier?

What he's getting at is,

is this the only creature?

Oh my God.

Oh my God, they're right, they're right.

Why didn't I think of that?

Of course, these creatures

are ancient as a race, right?

So why wouldn't they follow

the same customs and traditions?

There could be a whole group of 'em.

There could be a whole

tribe of 'em out there.

Why wouldn't there be more than one?

Well, boys, that's never a good sign.

Ah!

Ah!

Ah!

Yeah, that's it.

All right, guys, that

means the creature's close.

Nash, y'all got that tracking equipment?

- Yeah.

- Now's the time.

Snake, you're here with me.

t*nk, Bird man, let's clear this area out.

All right, Captain.

No!

Oh! g*dd*mn.

Oh my God.

Shut him off!

- Shut him off!

- sh*t.

Son of a bitch.

Billy, what are you doing?

Get down there, get

a sh*t of this! Get this!

What the f*ck y'all doing?

He's right in his f*cking jaws.

Whoa! Richard, Richard,

tell him to stop f*ring.

Tell him to stop immediately.

The tracker is working.

I repeat, the tracker is working.

Oh, no, no, no.

This has already gotten

too far out of control.

They've gotta get out of there now.

There's gotta be something we could do.

Was that Dad?

What did you say?

He didn't answer.

That's odd.

Think it could be the Bigfoot?

I don't know, honey.

I don't know.

Michelle, what are you doing?

I'm going to see my Dad.

- No, you're not.

- Why not?

Because it's not safe out there.

It's not safe out there, exactly.

I'm gonna see him to make sure he's okay.

Look, I know you are

worried about your father

and so am I, but the

reason why you two are here

is because it's safer here than out there.

Are you gonna drive me

or am I gonna have to walk?

Bob agrees.

James, get your shoes on.

- Yes!

- We're going.

To the car, to the car.

Get in, get in.

Down, down.

Clear.

Doc, doc, the tracking

equipment, we need it right now,

right this second.

I mean, we hear the

damn thing and f*ck sake,

we f*cking smell it,

but we need to know where the f*ck he is,

like right now.

No, no, there's no way I'm gonna help you

destroy the greatest scientific

discovery of my entire life.

Doc, Martin, don't

just leave us out here.

Doc!

Snake, where did you and

Bird man lay them trip wires?

About 200 yards east,

right going into the

camp, so no matter what,

we gotta go right through 'em.

Hell yeah, we can use that.

Where was he? He was right behind us.

I don't know, man, I can only smell him.

Billy, what are you doing?

You should be filming this all.

- Filming.

- Yes.

You want me to f*cking film right now?

f*ck this sh*t, I'm not

filming anything else right now.

- Billy.

- Sit your dumb ass down.

I'm not sitting down at

all, man, f*ck this, dude.

I've got blood on my hands, Richard.

You've got blood on your hands.

We're in the middle of

the f*cking woods, Billy.

I'm not doing this sh*t anymore.

You wanna film something?

Film it yourself and give me this.

I'll check you later, man.

Goodbye, guys, you're sitting ducks.

You know how much that camera cost?

f*ck him.

What the f*ck are we gonna do?

Ungrateful little f*cking prick.

Film all this sh*t myself.

All right, where are you m*therf*cker,

you big hairy sh*t stack?

Could smell you in every

square inch around me,

where are ya?

Why can't you show yourself, coward?

Oh sh*t, holy sh*t.

Well, gents, we were gonna move,

now's the time to do so.

Let's go, doc, we gotta help 'em.

Come on, doc, you gotta do something.

At least tell 'em where the damn thing is.

Richard, he's close.

He should have a visual by now.

I mean, he's moving in fast.

Stop f*ring at the ranch!

Charles, you wanna know.

Listen up, Buttercup, think

you can do a better f*cking job?

Down, m*therf*cker.

What the f*ck?

Please, God, I don't wanna do this anymore.

I don't wanna do this anymore.

I just wanna go home.

I wanna go home.

Please, please, don't.

Don't!

I didn't mean to upset you!

All right, boys, let's aim.

Let's get it.

What the hell is this?

I don't share the doctor's no-k*ll policy.

No!

Get it off me!

Get it off me!

Get him off me!

Are you okay? Are you okay?

Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.

I just knew it, I knew something

was wrong with him, Mom.

Dad, was that the real Bigfoot?

That's the real Bigfoot, guys.

Damn, I'm glad to see y'all.

Oh baby, are you okay?

I was so scared.

Wait.

Are you okay, Dad?

What's going on?

- Oh, Jesus.

- What's this?

Thank you.

Howdy. Biscuit!

Hey, Biscuit, hey girl.

Hey, hey, look girl, you're

gonna have to get down.

- I'm hurt here.

- Biscuit back, Biscuit back.

How you doing?

Hey, sheriff, well, you know,

they say I'm gonna be doing better,

but it just hurts like hell is all.

It looks like it's pretty painful.

I figure you got your

time off coming though.

More than you know, Sheriff.

I'm officially putting in my notice.

Oh yeah, that is a nasty head wound.

You're gonna need stitches.

How's everybody doing over here?

Jesus Christ!

You okay?

Little worse for wear,

Sheriff, but we'll survive.

Where's the host with the most at?

Richard?

They already took him to the hospital.

Crushed ankle, concussion.

I don't think he's gonna

come back, but he'll live.

He'll live to host another day.

Still think there'll

be a show after this?

No, there's not gonna

be a show after this.

The whole crew either

got k*lled or injured,

not to mention his army

buddies that he called in.

They all d*ed too.

He's gonna have a lot to account for,

for all the pain he's caused here today.

Yeah, well, what you gonna do now, doc?

Me?

Now that I know all of

my theories and research

have been validated, now that

I know Sasquatches are real,

I'm gonna stick it out.

I keep going, press on.

I have to.

Now I'm more curious than ever.

Curious about what?

About what else is out there.

What else is real.

Come on man, get out

the way, it's my turn next.

My name's up on the screen.

No, I brought this with me.

I'm gonna drink it up

here while I'm singing.

Y'all don't know this, but I

lost my Dave to that Bigfoot.

He ate his face off.

Just you, Dave.

I know that guy.

What? I'm a cryptozoologist,

I'm not a priest.

I'm allowed to look good.

Besides, I mean, I proved Bogman's real.

I can't be the Boggy

Bottom Boys with just one guy.

That Bigfoot took everything

that meant anything to me.

This is for you, Dave.

He crumpled over us like that.

You know, it's fine.

I proved it's real and I,

I need another drink.

This is for you, Dave.

Ladies and gentlemen,

before I get into any of

the specifics, I just wanna,

the town of Mountain Bend, Arkansas,

is on the map. Woo!

We have found the missing

link right here in our town, baby.

Oh!

The good doctor here, with his help,

and after the,

the unfortunate sacrifices

of many of the town folks

and others that are still missing,

we mourn their loss together.

But, with that said, I'm mean,

we're open for business folks,

our towns, our shops.

Bigfoot is real and he is here. Woo!

Let's go!

Now, I'll open it up for

questions if anybody's ready.

Yes, Mr. Mayor, I'm Chloe Anderson

with KBFT Eyewitness News.

There's been allegations

of malfeasance in office

regarding a coroner's report.

Would you care to comment?

No more questions.

You know, sometimes I'll

look up at the stars and wonder,

maybe I really am a monster.
