- [singing] MTV
[horns honking]
[RuPaul's "Pink Limousine"]
- [singing] Bumpy road behind me
Sun on the horizon
And I had a revelation
Visibility up ahead
The fog is clearing
as I reach my destination
And then the sky opened up
into a rainbow high like
That's where I been
trying to go all my life
So silly of me sitting
waiting for my rides
When I knew I had to take mine
Come on and pull up on me
I'm in a pink limousine
We Hollywood
Come on up and pull up on me
Ooh, I'm in a pink limousine
We go Hollywood
Come on and pull up on me
Rebel in the front seat
Kitten, take the back seat
Light it up for the one
who showed me the way
Ooh, I'm in a pink limousine
We Hollywood
Come on and pull up on me
Ooh, I'm in a pink limousine
We go Hollywood
Come on and pull up on me
[cheers and applause]
Can somebody please
validate my parking?
[laughter]

- And now, our top three queens.
She is bananas.
It's Nymphia Wind.
[cheers and applause]
- [singing] Put your whole
kitty in it
You say you want to win it
I want to see you hustle
- She is ready for takeoff.

[cheers and applause]
- [singing] You say you
want to win it
The time has come
to switch that kitty on
- Let's hear it for
the queens of season 16.
[cheers and applause]
Who do you want to be
America's Next Drag Superstar?
Are you Team Nymphia, Team
Plane Jane, or Team Sapphira?
Let your voice be heard
using the hashtag DragRace.
- Fierce, baby, fierce.
[upbeat music]
- Here we go.
- Welcome back to the grand
finale of "RuPaul's Drag Race."
Now, I want to remind
our viewers about
the ACLU Drag Defense Fund.
Now, throughout the evening,
a QR code just
like the one that
you're watching right now
will pop up on the screen.
The money you give
helps the ACLU protect
our basic human rights.
To kick things off,
Cash App is donating $25,000.
Plus, they've agreed to match
your donations up to $25,000.
So big or small,
we love 'em all.
Can I get an amen up in here?
- Amen!
[cheers and applause]
- I love it.
Now, on with our show.
Our first finalist has blown
us all away all season long.
And they call the wind Nymphia.
Take a look.
[cheers and applause]
- Blowing in from the East,
it's your banana Buddha,
Nymphia Wind.
Bananas.
My journey here
has been amazing.
- This sh*t is bananas.
- I stand out as
the gorgeous oddball.
Werk!
- Whee!
- I like dickies.
- Dawn is my...
- No.
- [blowing raspberry]
- Ooh.
- I live for my art.
And I feel like all of my
runways are fashion moments.
It's iconic.
It's me.
- You just have a taste level
that is through the roof.
- My p*ssy is on fire!
- Wow.
- Oh, my gosh.
- It just looks like
an Hermes catalog.
You nailed that.
- On this journey,
I've learned I have
a wide variety of skill sets.
I've never been in
the bottom lip syncing.
He might be the other woman.
[laughter]
I did have my very low point
during Snatch Game,
but I gradually
picked myself back up.
Drag really did help me
build my own self-confidence
and feel like, you know what?
There is something
beautiful there.
- During that podcast,
we fell in love with you.
- I wanted to prove to
the people back home in Taiwan
that you can chase after your
dream, and it will happen.
I am so close to the crown.
I can literally taste it.
I will fight
to the f*cking bitter end.
And I am going to win.
- And now, with the first
of our top-three performances,
Nymphia Wind.
- [singing] Now she is
the queen of wind
Ah, ah
Oh
Heavy stones,
they now feel weightless
Deadly roads lead to salvation
She's looking towards the sun
Out of runway,
nowhere left to run
Now she is the queen of wind
Ah, ah
This time, she'll never descend
Ah, ah
Heading forward
Heading over
She's reborn again
Now she is the queen of wind
Ah, ah
Now she is the queen of wind
Ah, ah
This time, she'll never descend
She's the queen of wind
[cheers and applause]
- Wow.
[laughs]
Well, that was
a breath of fresh air.
Now it's time for
the judges' critiques.
- Nymphia, what you gonna do
with all that ass?
[laughter]
You know, you have been amazing
this entire season long.
But tonight was, like,
the epitome of who Nymphia is
as a performer, always
bringing the looks with fashion
meets culture,
and you did that tonight.
The breakaway into
your full pop fantasy,
I was here for every single
minute of it, Nymphia.
I am so proud of all the work
that you have done
that's led you to this
right now.
Good job.
- Thank you, Michelle.
[cheers and applause]
- Nymphia Wind,
you blew me away.
[laughter]
This trajectory that
we're talking about,
it's all happening
at the right time
for you... better and better
and better and better.
You came out tonight for your
runway like a Chiquita banana,
and it was very appealing.
Then your dance number,
it had the dancing.
It had attitude.
It had fashion.
It had a point of view.
And it was really
drag excellence.
- Thank you, Carson.
[cheers and applause]
- Now, Nymphia, you served
some of the most breathtaking
fashion in Drag Race herstory.
Now, when did your obsession
with fashion begin?
- I was always a creative child,
and I just liked
anything pretty.
And drag for me is just
a way to express myself
and say what I want
through fashion.
[cheers and applause]
- Growing up q*eer
can be challenging.
Now knowing what you know now,
what would you say to your
four-year-old self, Leo?
- Hi, Leo.
I have to say, growing up,
you will feel like
you don't belong anywhere
because you've always been
this really weird little child.
And sometimes
you will feel very lonely.
But one day, you will
come across a woman
named Nymphia Wind,
and she is your higher self.
So let her guide you
throughout your life.
And go wherever
the wind wants to take you.
[cheers and applause]
- Now who's here
supporting you tonight?
- My mom
and my best friend, Ariel.
They came from Taiwan.
- Oh, my gosh!
Wow.
Mama Wind, what was Nymphia
like growing up as a child?
- Leo was very shy and
sensitive and not confident.
But after he became
a drag queen,
well, that's
completely different.
[laughter]
Oh, my God.
[laughter]
[cheers and applause]
- What was it like raising
a drag queen in Taiwan?
- I just trust my children
because I know if you do
the things you like,
you will do it automatically.
- Yes.
- You don't need to push
your children to do.
And then I just stand
behind to support him.
And if he need my help...
As he needed, he asked me.
That's it.
[cheers and applause]
- So, Nymphia, how are you
feeling right now?
- Very emotional to see my...
Just being able
to represent my country
and coming here on this stage
and to see my parents
sit there and my friends.
- We love you!
[cheers and applause]
- OK, Nymphia,
one final question.
What would it mean to you
to be crowned
America's Next Drag Superstar?
- It would mean a lot
to be the first East Asian
queen to win the crown
and to be able
to represent my country.
So being here on
the main stage, it means a lot.
[cheers and applause]
- Nymphia, the world has
gone bananas for you,
and so have I.
Give it up for Nymphia Wind.
[cheers and applause]
- Love you!
- [singing] A, A, A, A, A
ASMR lover, that is what you are
- If you're Team Nymphia,
sound off using #DragRace.
- [singing] Oh,
you don't think so
Just ask your man
Pretty, pretty,
pretty, pretty, g*ng, g*ng
Welcome back to the grand
finale of "RuPaul's Drag Race."
Our next finalist
is a busty bombshell
who knows where to find
the boys and the burgers.
It's Plane Jane.
Take a look.
[cheers and applause]
- I'm Plane Jane, and I'm
the authentically Russian
clown hooker from Boston.
Agreed. I look the best.
- Oh.
- I came in to this
competition confident
with my beauty and my
polish and my clownery.
- We don't have
a liquor license.
Shh.
We know Dax.
My name is Lady Cox
[indistinct].
Both: Doctor.
- You are very ugly man.
I would never.
I've shown nothing
short of drag excellence
my entire time here.
- Really, really love your look.
Those are the tricks that make
a great queen a great queen.
- I have four wins.
It feels correct.
Talk to the scoreboard, baby.
Throughout this process,
I've realized that there's
a tact to being bitchy.
I've learned throughout this
competition to lower my guard.
I'm really happy that I've
truly made a sisterhood here.
I gift this immunity potion
to Nymphia Wind.
I've bared my soul.
I've shown my ass.
As big of a bond as I've made
with all my sisters here,
I'm ready to cut them down.
I truly believe
with all my heart
that I am America's
Next Drag Superstar.
And I'm ready to take that crown
and nuzzle it right between
my big, juicy breasts.
- And now let's slip into
something more comfortable
with Plane Jane.
[cheers and applause]
- [singing] Bodysuit tonight
Bodysuit
B-bodysuit
Body
Body, bodysuit
Bodysuit
Slip right in,
and I'm feeling cute
All these boys in hot pursuit
Call me Gwyneth
'cause I got 'em gooped
Body, ooh, bodysuit
Dress it up, dress it up
They love you
And if there is something
that I need to do
I'm gonna do that
in my bodysuit, mwah
Bodysuit tonight
Bodysuit, b-bodysuit
Bodysuit tonight
Bodysuit, b-bodysuit
All you b*tches want
to look like me
Little miss thing,
you will not succeed
I don't care if it's 500 degrees
Committed to the bodysuit
Yes, indeed
All of your men start
to look real dumb
Bodysuit, got 'em under my thumb
They want to peel it off
and get me nude
But there's another bodysuit
Don't need to ask me
what I'm going to wear
Any occasion, baby, I don't care
A funeral, wedding,
or court affair
I'm gonna show up,
show up for it anywhere
Mwah, bodysuit
Bodysuit, b-b-b-b-bodysuit
All that ass in a bodysuit
B-b-b-b-b-bodysuit
Bodysuit, bodysuit
B-b-b-b-bodysuit
All that ass in a bodysuit
B-b-b-b-bodysuit
Don't care what I have to do
I'm gonna do that
in my bodysuit, mwah
[cheers and applause]
All right, start relying
on that bodysuit.
Now it's time
for the judges' critiques.
- Plane, I can't help
but to think that song was
directed perfectly toward me.
[laughter]
The one thing I would have
changed in this number
is if there were, like,
three or four bodysuits,
it would have been even funnier.
But the whole concept
of it was so funny, so you,
and so fun to watch.
- Thank you.
- You know, there is something
so extraordinary about you,
but I just can't put my burger
finger on what it is exactly.
The song was all that ass
in a bodysuit.
Honey, I don't know how you fit
all that talent in a bodysuit.
- Thank you.
[cheers and applause]
- Lovely.
Now, Plane Jane,
I hear you just graduated
with a degree in marketing.
Condragulations.
- Thank you.
- Let's put that degree
to work right now.
- Uh-oh.
- Pitch me the Plane Jane
marketing campaign
for the crown, darling.
- Oh, gosh.
I'm glad I got
my degree for this.
- My campaign
for the crown would have to be
all this body, Mama Ru.
- Yes.
- Take a look.
You likey?
Ooh.
- So knowing what you know now,
what words of wisdom do you have
for four-year-old little Andy?
- Oh, my gosh.
- Aw.
Look at little Andy.
- Malen'kiy Andy,
you're gonna be a drag queen
when you grow up!
[laughter]
And never, ever, ever wish
that you could be anybody
but yourself.
I'm standing on the main stage
of "RuPaul's Drag Race"
with Mama Ru herself,
feeling more empowered
and beautiful than
I ever have in my entire life.
So you're gonna get there, baby.
Be yourself.
[cheers and applause]
- Now, a new member of your
drag family sent a message.
Take a look.
- Oh, gosh.
- Hi, it's Nick, AKA Lazi Susan,
and on behalf of all of us
kicker dancers,
we want to give a special
shout out to all the queens
for making the season so epic.
And I want to give
a special shout out
to my drag mother, Plane Jane.
Thanks for everything,
and come see us
in person at
RuPaul's Drag Race Live
at Flamingo Las Vegas.
- Hi, Mama Ru!
All: Hey, Mama Ru!
- Hi!
Oh, my goodness, Lazi Susan.
You turned that bitch out.
- Yes.
- That is my sister.
- Yes.
- Yes.
- So, Plane, who's here
supporting you tonight?
- My beautiful mom
and my best friend, Big Atlas,
in full regalia.
- Gorgeous.
Now, Mama Jane,
you're a scientist,
and your child is a drag queen.
What do you two have in common?
- I don't think
this is too far apart.
Just kidding.
- No, no, no, no, you're right.
There's a lot of science
going on there.
- That's right,
for sure, for sure.
Both of us are hard workers.
Both of us are perfectionists.
I also think that
we are a little bit alike.
But maybe I'm flattering myself.
I don't know.
She is so beautiful.
- Now, do you have
any advice for parents
who are raising a little
Plane Jane of their own?
- Don't try to tell them
what you want them to do,
imposing your dreams on them.
Just let them be themselves.
Let them be free.
Let them express themselves
and love them and support them.
That's all you can do, just
love them and support them.
[cheers and applause]
- Thank you, Mama Jane.
Thank you so much.
Now, Plane Jane,
what would it mean to you
to be crowned America's
Next Drag Superstar?
- It would mean that
the most beautiful,
the most curvaceous,
the most correct person
and queen would win.
- Well, in all seriousness,
I think it would mean
it doesn't matter really
what cultural background
you come from or whether
both of your parents
are very serious,
you know, scientists.
If you have the drive
and the passion
to serve puss
and, you know, just be
gorgeous and stunning,
you too can be America's
Next Drag Superstar like me.
[cheers and applause]
- All right, one final question.
How do you say "good luck
and don't f*ck it up"
in Russian?
- [speaking Russian]
- Right.
Plane Jane, you are
the total package...
Beauty, brains,
and bat-sh*t crazy.
Let's hear it for Plane Jane.
[cheers and applause]
- [singing] Jane, Jane,
Miss Jane if you're nasty
- If you're Team Plane Jane,
sound off using #DragRace.
[cheers and applause]
[upbeat music]
- Welcome back
to the grand finale
of "RuPaul's Drag Race."
Up next,
she's serving James Brown,
Bobby Brown,
Millie Bobby Brown...
All the Browns.
It's Sapphira Cristal.
Take a look.
[cheers and applause]
- Girl, what the f*ck?
- I think this place is haunted.
I'm Sapphira Cristal, and I'm
Philadelphia's crown jewel.
Hot sexy thing
Thank you
I waited 11 years to get here,
and I feel like this is right.
I was so filled with joy.
And honestly,
that joy has never left me.
Drag U
I have shown great drag.
Not good drag, but phenomenal.
- It's that wink-wink nod-nod
that we love about drag.
- It's f*cking everything.
- Thank you.
This journey, I learned
to trust myself.
I learned to love
myself even more.
- My favorite thing,
though, is that you
are m*therf*cking slewfoot.
Come on, slewfoot.
- I accept me when I'm happy.
I accept me when I'm sad,
but I always accept me.
Write down all your worries,
throw it behind you.
I feel like
the mother role that I
have taken on my entire
life, I've come back here.
Give me a hug.
I have been on my
A-game the entire time.
Even in the times that
I didn't do as great,
I was still stunting
on that runway.
I am America's Next
Drag Superstar.
I've worked hard for it.
I earned this.
I am ready to take that crown
and not only win $200,000,
but show the world that
I am 100% that bitch.
[cheers and applause]
- And now, here to get
your heart pumping,
it's Sapphira Cristal.
[dramatic music]
- [singing] I found the remedy
When I learned to
Love me
[cheers and applause]
Come on!
I had the look
But that didn't do it, no
I had the voice
But that didn't do it, no
I had the slewfoot
But that didn't do it
Nothing I did would fill me up
But then I danced into my own
Accepted myself
Damn, look how I've grown
I found the remedy
When I learned to love me, yeah
Turned on that inner peace
Now my heart ain't empty
Get up, don't wait,
do it right now
'Cause this is waiting for you
Wake up and look in the mirror
And tell yourself,
I love you, boo
I found the remedy when
I learned to love me, yeah
Oh, yeah
Come on, slewfoot
[cheers and applause]
- Yes, mama.
Sapphira has found the remedy.
Let's hear from our judges.
- This was some next-level
Beyoncé sh*t, honey.
Baby, when I tell you
you were dangerously in love
and then got down there and
was uh-oh, uh-oh, uh-oh, oh-oh.
- As we're sitting here, I just
thought of the name Slewphirra.
So...
Michelle, Michelle,
you are not right.
You are not right.
- You are welcome.
Number two, the dancing biscuits
came out tonight, girl.
- Yes!
- From the look to the opera
beginning, like,
all of it is so you.
Sapphira, I'm so excited by you.
And you should be
so damn proud of yourself.
[cheers and applause]
- Now given the current
political climate,
what does the world need
to know about drag queens?
- The world needs
to know that drag queens
are just here to spread
love and to entertain.
And if you are afraid of drag,
then you are afraid of freedom.
[cheers and applause]
- Sapphira, what words of wisdom
do you have to share with your
four-year-old self, O'Neal?
- Aw.
- Goodness.
- You are full of love,
and it's something that
you need to never lose.
The evil that's
gonna come to you,
it's really just gonna be there
to teach you a lesson.
And you have parents
who love you,
who are going to instill
things in you
to make you always believe
that you are a star.
[cheers and applause]
- Sapphira, who's here
supporting you tonight?
- Tonight,
I have my best friend,
Eric Jaffe, and my mommy!
- Hi, my baby.
- Mama Cristal, tell me about
the first time you found out
that Sapphira was doing drag.
- Oh.
[laughter]
I had a formal that
my baby picked for me.
It was one of the first
things he brought me
that wasn't hoochie.
- Uh-huh.
- And the first time I found
out my baby was doing drag
was I opened up the closet,
and it smells
kind of rank for no reason.
- Because Sapphira
had been wearing it.
- Mm-hmm.
- And didn't take it
to the dry cleaners.
[laughter]
Left my dress
in the closet funky.
[laughter]
- All right, Sapphira,
one final question.
What would it mean to become
America's Next Drag Superstar?
- It would mean that all
the trials and tribulations,
everything was worth it.
And I can take all
of my experiences
and share love with everyone
on a different level
that I haven't been able to.
I'd be able to make changes in
the world with this platform.
I'd be able to just be more me,
and I'm fabulous.
- You certainly are.
Sapphira, thank you for putting
your best slewfoot forward.
Give it up for Sapphira Cristal.
[cheers and applause]
'Cause you're a star, baby
- If you're Team Sapphira,
sound off using #DragRace.
- [singing] Forever and ever
Forever
Welcome back to the grand
finale of "RuPaul's Drag Race."
Tonight, "Drag Race" celebrates
the wicked and wonderful
woman behind Elvira,
Mistress of the Dark,
Cassandra Peterson.
[cheers and applause]
Do you know you're one
of my favorite judges ever?
- No, but if you hum a few
bars, I can fake it.
Like all pop culture icons,
Cassandra was born
in Manhattan, Kansas,
a tiny farm town.
As a young girl,
she was in an accident
that left her badly b*rned.
Cassandra's scars made
her feel like an outcast.
She found comfort in
monsters like Frankenstein
and became obsessed
with horror films.
- Ah!
- By 14, the blossoming
entertainer was
working as a go-go dancer
at a gay club
called The Purple Cow.
Cassandra credits
the drag queens at the club
with teaching her how
to walk, how to dress,
and how to do, well,
just about everything.
By age 17, she was
a Las Vegas showgirl,
performing in the wildly
popular revue Vive Les Girls.
On a fateful date
with Elvis Presley,
he convinced Cassandra
to pursue a singing career,
and she did, touring
Europe as the lead singer
of the band E-Latins 80.
Cassandra even landed a small
role in the James Bond
film "Diamonds Are Forever."
But still, she struggled
to find meaningful work.
Her luck started to turn
around when she joined
the world-famous
Groundlings, working
alongside soon-to-be
comedy legend Paul Reubens.
Then an audition
to be the hostess
of a late-night
horror movie show
would change her life forever.
Tapping into her drag roots,
she donned a black bouffant
wig, blood red lips,
and a form-fitting gown
with a plunging neckline.
Elvira, Mistress
of the Dark, was born.
Her sharp wit,
risqué double entendres,
and valley girl attitude
made her a breakout star.
Cassandra co-wrote
and starred in the film
"Elvira, Mistress
of the Dark," which
became an instant
camp classic and one
of my all-time favorites.
- Elvira!
- Not only has Elvira
been a three-time judge,
she is quoted on "Drag Race"
more times than I can count.
- I wasn't just
a great set of boobs.
I'm also an incredible
set of legs.
How's your head?
- She hasn't had
any complaints yet.
- Bob, how's your head?
- No complaints.
- Miss Fame, how's your head?
- Fine.
An artist and entrepreneur,
Cassandra turned Elvira
into a global brand
and the undisputed queen
of Halloween.
As a true inspiration to
the world of drag and beyond,
"RuPaul's Drag Race" is
proud to present
the Giving Us Lifetime
Achievement Award
to a great lady,
Cassandra Peterson.
[cheers and applause]
Please welcome
Cassandra Peterson.
- [singing] Welcome
to the jungle
She's so wild, so animal
She's gonna work that sexy body
So sexual
She's like a female phenomenon
Mwah, mwah!
Look what you have here.
[cheers and applause]
- Thank you, Ru.
- Now, Cassandra,
I have to ask, how's your head?
- Well, I haven't had
any complaints yet.
[laughter]
- So now what advice
would you give
to young people who are trying
to make it in Hollywood?
- Take Fountain.
- Oh. OK.
- Oh, no, no, really.
No, really.
But seriously, when I was 30...
I don't know if you
know this... but people
told me I was over the hill.
And you know where
those people are now?
- No, where?
- Dead.
[laughter]
So my advice is take your time,
be true to yourself,
and try to show as much skin
as possible, OK?
- Yeah, that's...
That's what I always say.
It's great advice.
Give it up
for Cassandra Peterson.
[cheers and applause]
And now, on with our
battle for the crown.
All hail our top-three queens.
Bring back my girls
Bring back my girls
Bring back my girls
Bring back my
Bring back my girls
Each of you has won the hearts
of fans around the world.
But the time has come
when three must become two.
The top two queens moving
forward to the final lip sync
for the crown are...
[dramatic music]
Sapphira Cristal...
[cheers and applause]
Nymphia Wind.
[cheers and applause]
Condragulations,
you are both moving forward
to the final lip sync
for the crown.
Now, go get yourselves ready.
[cheers and applause]
- I love you.
I love you, baby.
- Plane Jane,
I'm sorry, my dear,
but this is not your time.
But for delivering drag
excellence all season long,
we're giving you a tip
of $25,000 served by Cash App.
- Oh, my God.
OK.
- On behalf of the fans and
from the bottom of my heart,
thank you for an epic season.
Do you have anything to say?
- Well, I'm a little unprepared.
I thought I was
gonna be moving on.
[laughter]
I guess all I have to say,
Mama Ru,
is love yourself, feed yourself,
and smell my greasy,
stinky burger finger!
- Give it up for Plane Jane.
- Thank you, mama.
Oh, thank you.
Both: Mwah, mwah.
- I love you.
[cheers and applause]
- Mother, mother.
- Oh, and she smells good?
[indistinct chatter]
- Welcome back to the grand
finale of "RuPaul's Drag Race."
Nowadays you hear
a lot about party poopers
trying to ban books
and take away our rights.
But tonight, we want to focus
on parental figures, mentors,
and drag mothers
who lead with love
as they support
and celebrate their q*eer kids.
[cheers and applause]
[soft music]
- It's very important to not
go through this life alone.
- Whether it's your biological
family or, you know,
your chosen family,
it's important to have people
who see you for who you are
and love you
for who you are unconditionally.
- My mom is my number-one fan.
She is my favorite person
in this whole entire world.
- My drag mother
keeps me on my feet.
And when I'm down,
she picks me up.
- My mom left her country,
Mexico,
to come to the United States.
And she really went
through a lot for us
to have everything we needed.
- I am always very open about
my mental health struggles.
And from the jump, my mom has
always been at the forefront
of helping me through that.
- My mom is very important
to me because she's smart,
she's gorgeous.
You know, that's where I get
all my good genetics from.
- She's not just my mom.
She's like my best friend.
- My drag mom's, like, the
first person to ever paint me.
She set up my first booking.
- My drag mother,
Athena Dion, helped me
grow as an entertainer
and as a human being.
- My mother raised me.
My mom did everything
to give me what I have today.
- When I've been having
a really tough time,
I want to talk to my mom.
- She's taught me a lot
about how to lead
with kindness and encouragement.
- My mother has always
loved me for me.
- There wouldn't be a Megami
without Momgami.
- Your typical Asian parent
wouldn't necessarily
accept their children
for being different.
So my mom said f*ck that,
I'm just gonna let my child
be whatever they want to be.
- There are very
few parents who are
willing to do the work
when they don't get it,
but try to grab an understanding
and love on your babies
for who they are.
Just watching my mom grow
over the last two years
has greatly affected
how I raise my own children.
- Thanks for everything, Mom.
- Thanks, Mom.
I love you.
- I love you, Mom.
- Shout out to you, Momgami.
- Mom, thank you. Te amo.
[cheers and applause]
- Whoo!
- She's back for one
final victory lap.
Give it up for America's
reigning Drag Superstar,
Sasha Colby.
Take a look.
[cheers and applause]
- Is that Sasha Colby?
- Period.
They say God is a woman.
And I am.
- Aloha, gorgeous.
- Ooh.
- Yes.
- Fierce!
- So this is your
go-to silhouette.
What was your second choice?
- Pasties?
- [singing] G-O-D-D-E-S-S
- America's Next Drag Superstar
is Sasha Colby.
- [singing] That
bitch is a goddess
Look at her face
and look at her bodice
This goes to every trans person
past, present, and future
because we are not
going anywhere.
[cheers and applause]
- Give it up for Sasha Colby.
[upbeat music]
- [singing] Just the other day,
I heard a ho say
Matter of fact,
what could a ho say
With a face like this
and a bitch this paid
What could a ho say
The bag so expensive,
my p*ssy came with it
Body so nice,
they be saying, who did it
But everything natural,
actual, factual
Prissy in the streets
But I... like a animal
All you hoes know
who the f*ck I am
From your boyfriend
down to my Instagram
To all these busted-ass
hoes that you kiki with
I bet you jaw drop if
you ever see me, bitch
I'm her
Her, her, her,
her, her, her, her
She, she, she,
she, she, she, she
Take a peek
It's me, me, me, me, me
It's her, her,
her, her, her, her
Bitch, you do you
And whatever that is,
I'm gonna do it better
Hoes must have
just seen me in it
Playing catch up
b*tches looking like you
is playing dress up
Would I ever spin
the block on this, never
I don't even wear a outfit twice
They dumb
Any bitch got a problem,
probably never met them
Tell a hater kiss both cheeks
Ciao, bella
But I'm used to the chatter
Because I'm her, her,
her, her, her, her, her
She, she, she, she, she, she
Take a peek
It's me, me, me, me, me
Take a glance
It's her, her,
her, her, her, her
Because I'm
the most sickening ho
So sick of me, no matter
what they do or say
It ain't no getting rid of me
I come in every room
And draw attention
like a centerpiece
Stepping forward long time,
moving like a centerpiece
The hate campaign
ain't working at all
I ain't Jack or Jill, bitch
I ain't gonna fall
I'm her, her, her,
her, her, her, her
She, she, she, she, she, she
Take a peek
It's me, me, me, me
Take a glance
It's her, her,
her, her, her, her

[cheers and applause]
- Welcome back to the grand
finale of "RuPaul's Drag Race."
Back for more, the one,
the only Sasha Colby.
[cheers and applause]
- [singing] G-O-D-D-E-S-S
That bitch is a goddess
G-O-D-D-E-S-S
That bitch is a goddess
G-O-D-D-E-S-S
That bitch is a goddess
She's not trying to impress
She's just being honest
G-O-D-D-E-S-S
That bitch is a goddess
[cheers and applause]
- Wow.
Sasha, this year has
been a whirlwind.
Tell us about your meet
and greet with Kamala Harris.
- Well, I was so privileged
to be invited
by GLAAD for a lovely
Pride event
at the vice president's
residence.
And I got to meet so many
of our q*eer representatives
all over the country,
which aren't a lot,
and all of our allies that are
representing us in government,
which aren't a lot.
So please go vote and make sure
your voice is heard.
[cheers and applause]
- Are you thinking of throwing
your crown into the ring?
- Oh, not enough glitter, babe.
- Now I understand
you were honored
by the Council for Native
Hawaiian Achievement.
- Yes, I got presented
with the Trailblazer Award
this year for bringing the Mahu
and Kanaka Maoli to life
here on a global stage,
thanks to you.
- Wow.
Now, Sasha, I have
a personal question to ask.
Do you have anything to plug?
- Where's Bruno?
[laughter]
I have some great things
coming up.
I have a one-woman show.
I also have music coming out
and your very own
Sasha Colby ponytail hair line.
- Ooh, I love it.
- So everyone can be a goddess.
- It's fantastic.
Give it up for Sasha Colby.
- [singing] G-O-D-D-E-S-S
[cheers and applause]
That bitch is a goddess
- Now, this is an election year,
and I have one thing to say.
You better vote.
[cheers and applause]
You, you got the right
Stand up for yourself
We've just begun to fight
Ain't no way
we're going back in time
Forward to the future,
baby, yours and mine
I am American,
American, American
I am American, American
Red, white, and blue
I am American, American,
just like you, too
- Back for one more strut,
the powerful drag Americans
of "RuPaul's Drag Race"
Season 16.
[upbeat music]
- [singing] You're not ready
for my power
I've got the power
And I know how to use it
I got the power
And I know I ain't gonna lose it
I got the power
Now watch me flex
I got the power, bitch
What did you expect
Come on
I got the power
And I know how to use it
I got the power
And I know I ain't gonna lose it
I got the power
Now watch it flex
I've got the power, bitch
What did you expect
Come on
You're not ready for my power
You're not ready for my power
I got the power
[cheers and applause]
- Now please welcome
the reigning Miss Congeniality,
Malaysia Babydoll Foxx.
- [singing] I am American,
American, American
I am American, American
Red, white, and blue
I am American,
American, American
I am American, American,
American
- Yes!
[cheers and applause]
- Hello, everybody.
With my congenial era
coming to an end,
I am thrilled to announce
this year's winner.
Long may she spread kindness.
The winner of Miss Congeniality
will receive $10,000
presented by Olay Body.
[cheers and applause]
The queens have voted,
and for the first time
in Drag Race herstory,
it's a tie.
[cheers and applause]
- Oh, my God.
- No way!
- The first winner is...
Xunami Muse.
- [singing] A little bit of love
Goes a long, long way
Lifting you up to a brighter day
A little bit of love
- Condragulations.
What do you have to say?
- You know what?
I may not have won the crown,
but I won the crowd, OK?
[cheers and applause]
Oh, thank you.
- And the second winner is...
Sapphira Cristal.
[cheers and applause]
Condragulations.
- Whoo!
Thank you.
- What do you have to say?
- Mm.
It pays to be nice.
[cheers and applause]
- Condragulations, ladies.
You've each won $10,000.
But wait, there's more.
Olay Body would
also like to offer
all the other queens $2,000 each
for slaying all season.
Condragulations, queens.
Now together,
prance, queens, prance.
[cheers and applause]
[upbeat music]
- [singing] Giddy up, giddy up
Giddy up, giddy up
Who is she, who is she
Who is she
[cheers and applause]
Welcome back to the grand
finale of "RuPaul's Drag Race."
Now, the moment
we've all been waiting for.
I present to you Nymphia Wind
and Sapphira Cristal.
[cheers and applause]
This is the beginning,
the beginning
This is the beginning
of the rest of your life
Queens, this is your moment.
After all your hard work,
it all comes down to this.
Two queens stand before me.
Prior to tonight, you were asked
to prepare a lip sync
performance of "Padam Padam"
by Kylie Minogue.
[cheers and applause]
Ladies, this is your last chance
to impress me
and prove to the world
that you are America's
Next Drag Superstar.
The time has come for you
to lip sync
for the crown!
Good luck, and don't f*ck it up.
[Kylie Minogue's "Padam Padam"]
- [singing] You
look like fun to me
You look a little
like somebody I know
And I can tell you how this ends
I'll be in your head all weekend
Shivers and butterflies
I get the shivers
when I look into your eyes
And I can tell
that you're all in
'Cause I can hear
your heart b*ating
Padam, padam
Padam, padam
I hear it, and I know
Padam, padam
I know you want to take me home
Padam
And get to know me close
Padam, padam
When your heart goes
Padam
This place is crowdin' up
I think it's time for you
to take me out this club
And we don't need
to use our words
I want to see what's
underneath that T-shirt
Shivers and cold champagne
I get the shivers
every time you say my name
And I can tell
that you're all in
'Cause I can hear
your heart beatin'
'Cause I can hear
Padam, padam
I hear it and I know
Padam, padam
I know you want to take me home
Padam
And get to know me close
Padam, padam
When your heart goes
Padam, padam
I hear it and I know
Padam, padam
I know you want to take me home
Padam
And take off all my clothes
Padam, padam
When your heart goes
Padam
[cheers and applause]
Oh, my gosh.
- Wow.
[cheers and applause]
- In addition to the title of
America's Next Drag Superstar,
the winner
of "RuPaul's Drag Race"
will receive a crown and scepter
provided by Fierce Drag Jewels,
a year supply of Anastasia
Beverly Hills cosmetics,
and a grand prize of $200,000
served by Cash App.
That's money, honey.
[laughter]
Oh, and one more thing.
This season's runner-up will
receive a tip of $25,000,
also served by Cash App.
- Wow.
[cheers and applause]
Now, the time has come
to crown our queen.
[dramatic music]
Ladies, I've made my decision.
The winner of
"RuPaul's Drag Race,"
America's Next
Drag Superstar is...
Nymphia Wind.
[cheers and applause]
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
Nymphia, is there anything
you'd like to say?
- To those who feel
like they don't belong,
just remember to live
fearlessly and have
courage to live your truth.
And, Taiwan, this is for you!
[cheers and applause]
- Now prance, my queen, prance.
[cheers and applause]
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
Now, remember,
if you can't love yourself,
how in the hell you gonna
love somebody else?
Can I get an amen up in here?
All: Amen!
- All right,
now let the music play.
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
I'm a winner
I'm a winner, baby
- [singing] A little bit of love
goes a long, long way
Lifting you up to a brighter day
A little bit of love
goes a long, long way
Turn it around
when you up and say
Everybody say love
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
Love
Can you feel the love
