- Oh, hi!

Ah! Perfect timing.

Blue and I are just about to make a movie!

- [barks] - Mm-hmm.

And I'm the director. - [barks]

- Do you want to help us make a movie?

Sweet! Follow us! - [barks]

- ♪

- Ta-da!

Welcome to our movie set.

Actors, places, please!

- Places, everyone! Places!

- [barks]

- Okay, so first, Princess Magenta

and Blue, the brave knight, skip around the castle.

Wait a second, we need a castle!

- Bring in the castle!

- ♪

- Castle, coming through!

- Now that's what I'm talking about.

Okay, let's make a movie!

Action!

- BLUE AND MAGENTA: [barking] - ♪

- JOSH: Now, Princess Magenta smells a magic flower.

We need a magic flower prop, please!

- Flower! We need a flower!

- ♪

- [barking] - Magic flower coming through!

- [barking]

- Okay, okay, great, great. Great.

Now, Princess Magenta smells the flower

and falls asleep.

Action!

- [barks]

[sniffs]

[barking] - [barks]

- [snoring]

- JOSH: Cut! Awesome!

Okay, now let's check our script and see what will wake up

Princess Magenta from her magical sleep

at the end of the movie.

Take five, team! - [barks]

- ♪

- Oh, the drama! - [barks]

- ♪

- Blue! How does our movie end?

- [barking "Blue's Clues" melody]

- Oh! [laughs] We'll play Blue's Clues

to figure out what wakes up Princess Magenta.

♪ We're gonna play Blue's Clues ♪

♪ Because it's a really great game ♪♪

Yes!

Now remember, Blue's paw print will be on the clues,

Blue's Clues.

No, yes--[clears throat]-- this paw print.

Action!

- ♪

- Wow, mm, you know what we need for Blue's Clues?

Our handy, dandy?

- KIDS: Notebook! - Notebook! Right.

Come on.

- ♪

- A movie?

I'm so excited!

Here's your notebook!

- Thanks, Side Table! - You're welcome!

- You know, I can tell I'm really going to need your help

today to figure out what wakes up Princess Magenta.

Will you help me?

You will?

Great!

To play Blue's Clues, we got to find a?

- KIDS: Paw print!

- Right, a paw print, because that's our first?

- KIDS: Clue!

- Yeah, a clue!

And we put it in our?

- KIDS: Notebook!

- ♪ Put it in our notebook, because they're whose clues? ♪

- KIDS AND JOSH: ♪ Blue's Clues

- ♪ We got to find another paw print ♪

♪ Because that's our second clue ♪

♪ Put it in our notebook

♪ Because they're whose clues?

- JOSH AND BLUE: ♪ Blue's Clues

- ♪ We got to find the last paw print ♪

♪ That's the third clue

♪ Put it in our notebook, because they're whose clues? ♪

- KIDS AND JOSH: ♪ Blue's Clues

- ♪ You know what do to

♪ Sit down on our thinking chair and think, think, think ♪

♪ Because when you use your mind, take a step at a time ♪

♪ You can do anything

- [barks]

- ♪ That you want to do ♪

- [animal noises]

- What is that?

- [animal noises]

- That's where all the noise is coming from!

Hey, Slippery! - Hey, Josh!

Listen to all the cool sound effects I can make

for our movie!

- [horse neighs] - [crash]

- [car revs] - [helicopter whirs]

- Ah! Wow! - [sound effects playing]

- That is so cool, Slippery!

But it's a little loud!

- [sound effects playing] - Uh-oh! It's stuck.

Hmm. Let me see. - [howl hoots]

- [bell dinging] - KIDS: A clue! A clue!

- [cows mooing] - What did you say?

- [sound effects playing] - KIDS: It's...

a...clue!

- [sounds effects playing] - Oh!

- [bell dinging]

It is a clue! - [sound effects playing]

- The clue is loud!

- [sound effects end]

- ALL: [giggling]

- It's loud.

Hey! We need to put this clue in our handy, dandy?

- KIDS: Notebook!

- Notebook!

Right. [humming]

Okay, so our clue is loud.

I'll draw a speaker like this

with three curved lines coming out.

There, loud!

- [drums playing]

- So what could wake up Princess Magenta that's loud?

Hmm.

Oh maybe!

But I think we need to find two more clues just to be sure.

- BLUE: [barks]

- Oh, come on!

We've got a movie to make!

- I'm ready for my scene! - [barks]

- Okay, alright.

Now where were we? Where were we?

Ah, yes, in this part of the movie,

everyone in the kingdom tries to wake up Princess Magenta.

What is something loud that Pail the dragon could do

to wake up Princess Magenta?

- KIDS: Roar!

- Yes! That's it!

Let's try it!

Will you roar too?

Great!

- Places, everybody, places!

- Ready?

And action, roar!

- [snoring] - Roar!

- [snoring]

- Cut!

Ah, roaring didn't wake up Princess Magenta.

- [barks]

- We'll need to try something else.

- Josh, can I be a giant in the movie?

- Oh! [gasps] Yeah.

Giant's are huge right now.

- [barks]

- So what's something loud Tickety the giant could do

to wake up Princess Magenta?

Maybe something with her giant feet?

- KIDS: Stomp! Stomp!

- Stomp?

Yeah! Good thinking!

- Back to your marks, everybody!

- Ready to stomp?

Great! And action, stomp!

- Stomp, stomp, stomp.

- [snoring]

- JOSH: Cut!

Okay, so stomping didn't work either.

- Can I be in the movie too?

I want to be...a firetruck!

- Oh!

A fire truck in a fairy tale?

That's gold, Shovel, I love it! - [barks]

- Well, what's something loud that Shovel the fire truck

can do, to wake up Princess Magenta?

- KIDS: Weeooo Weeoo! A siren!

- A siren? [gasps]

I knew you'd know! - [barks]

- Okay, places! - Ready?

Great!

And action, siren!

- Wee-oo! Wee-oo! Wee-oo!

- [snoring]

- JOSH: Cut!

Huh, that didn't work either.

- [barks]

- Take five, everyone!

- [barks]

- What to do?

What to do?

If roaring, stomping and a siren won't wake up Princess Magenta,

what will?

- KIDS: A clue, a clue!

- Moo?

Oh, you think a moo might wake up Princess Magenta?

Worth a try. Moo!

- KID: No, a clue!

- Oh! Oh! A clue!

Where?

- KID: On your hand!

- On my hand?

- ♪

- Whoa!

Our second clue!

Hey, we need to put this clue

in our handy, dandy?

- KIDS: Notebook!

- Notebook! Right.

[laughs]

Okay, so...a hand.

To draw a hand we need four long fingers and a thumb.

There, a hand.

So--oooh, what was our first clue?

- KIDS: Loud!

- Oh! Right. Loud.

- [drums play]

- And now our second clue is a hand.

So what could wake up Princess Magenta with loud and a hand?

Hmm.

Oh, maybe, but I think we need to find

one last clue just to be sure.

- ♪ Mail time, mail time, mail time, mail time ♪

- The mail's here! - ♪ Mail time ♪

- Oh! Come on!

♪ Here's the mail it never fails ♪

♪ It makes me want to wag my tail ♪

♪ When it comes, I want to wail mail ♪♪

- [barks]

- ♪

- Josh, I can't wait to watch your movie!

Here's your letter!

- Ooh.

[hums]

Thanks, Mailbox!

- You're welcome! Bu-bye!

- We just got a letter!

♪ We just got a letter

♪ I wonder who it's from ♪

- [humming]

Oh! It's a letter from our friend.

- Hi, Josh. Hi, Blue!

I'm making a movie with my stuffy!

I made the costumes myself.

- ♪

- Bye!

And action!

- Wow! That was amazing!

- RAPUNZEL: [groans]

- Oh! Who was that?

- ♪

- RAPUNZEL: Josh! Blue! Over here!

- [barking melody]

- Whoa!

Blue just skidooed into that movie!

We better go too!

♪ Blue Skidoo, we can too

- ♪

- [barks]

- Whoa! This is so cool, we are in a movie!

- Yep! I'm Rapunzel.

And not much happens in my movie.

I just wait and wait in this tower to be rescued.

It's bananas!

- Oh. Sounds like your movie could use a better ending.

- [barks]

- [gasps] That's it!

I can change the ending of my movie!

So in our movie, we're stuck in a tower,

and we really, really want to get out!

- Ah-ha!

[groans]

Uh-oh, we're trapped! - [barks]

- We really need to figure out a way out of this tower.

Do you see anything that can help?

- KIDS: Keys. The keys!

- [gasps] Oh yeah!

- [barks]

- Oh yeah, look! Keys!

Maybe one of these keys will get us out of this tower.

Which key will fit in the lock?

The key shaped like a square, a triangle

or a diamond?

- KIDS: The triangle key!

- [gasps] The door opened!

Now we can get out!

- C'mon! - [barks]

- And...it's a slide!

- [barks] - Whoa!

- Weeee!

Whoaaaaa!

- ♪

- JOSH AND BLUE: Whoaaaaa!

[cheering and laughing]

Whoa, whoa! Whoa!

Oh, a mote!

Now we need to get across the water. Hm.

- Hm...

What could we use to get over the water?

A skateboard, a drawbridge,

or a bicycle?

- KID: A drawbridge!

- The drawbridge!

- Good thinking!

- [barks]

- [giggles]

- ♪

- We've done it!

We're going to escape. Whoa!

- Who dares to cross my bridge?

- [gasps] Um, why us, Sir Troll.

- I will only let you pass if you can make me laugh!

- What can we do to make the troll laugh?

Yeah! [laughs]

That is really silly!

Ooh! Let's all be silly together!

Ready?

- [making silly sounds]

- [laughing]

Yeah, you got me, you can pass!

[laughing]

- Wahoo! Awesome! - [barks]

- [makes silly noise]

- [laughs]

- Aha! We did it!

- That was the silliest, most perfect ending for my movie!

- I love happy ending!

Ooh, that reminds me, we have our own movie to finish!

Bye! - Thanks!

Goodbye, Josh!

- KID: A clue! A clue!

- [gasps] You found a clue!

Where?

- KID: On Rapunzel's hand!

- [gasps]

- On my hand? [gasps]

My hand is a clue?

- [laughs]

- Uh.

- It's pretty cool to be a clue, right?

- Yeah!

- Oh! You know what we need?

Our handy, dandy?

- KIDS: Notebook!

- Notebook! Right.

[humming]

So, another hand.

One thumb and four long fingers.

There, another hand.

Wait!

We have all three clues!

We're ready for our?

- KIDS: Thinking chair! - Thinking chair, right!

Come on!

- ♪

- [barking melody]

- ♪

- Okay, now that we're in our thinking chair, let's think.

[humming]

So we're trying to figure out what wakes up Princess Magenta.

And our clues are:

loud,

a hand,

and another hand.

So what could wake up Princess Magenta with loud,

a hand and another hand?

Oh, oh, oh!

Maybe we can say hands really loudly like...

Hands!

- KID: No! - [barks]

- Oh, yeah, no.

Okay, well...

how can we make a loud sound with two hands?

- KIDS: Clap! Clapping!

- Clapping!

[gasps] That's it!

Oh, because you need two hands to clap,

and you can clap really loudly to wake up Princess Magenta!

- [barks]

- We just figured out Blue's Clues!

- ♪ We just figured out Blue's Clues ♪

♪ We just figured out Blue's Clues ♪

♪ We just figured out Blue's Clues ♪

♪ Because we're really smart ♪ - [barks]

- Okay, let's go finish our movie!

- [barks]

- ♪

- Okay, back to your marks.

Quiet on set.

- And action!

- [snoring]

- JOSH: It's your big moment! Ready?

Clap!

- ALL: [clapping]

- ♪

- [barking]

- She's awake!

- ALL: [cheering]

- JOSH: And cut!

You did it!

You woke up Princess Magenta!

- [barking]

- Ooo, now let's go see the movie we made!

- I can't wait! - This is going to be great!

- I'm so excited! - It's happening!

- JOSH: Once upon a time, Princess Magenta

and her best friend Blue, the brave knight,

were playing near the castle when suddenly

a magic flower made Princess Magenta fall deep asleep.

- [snoring]

- JOSH: Everyone in the kingdom

tried to wake up Princess Magenta.

- Roar!

- Stomp! Stomp!

- Wee Woo Wee Woo!

- JOSH: But no one could!

Blue, the brave knight, needed to find someone very special

who could wake her up.

She searched and she searched,

and that's when she found you!

And you clapped, and you clapped,

and clapped and...

- ALL: [clapping]

- JOSH: Woke up Princess Magenta!

The kingdom celebrated!

And they all lived happily ever after!

The end!

- ALL: [cheering and laughing]

- It's my new favorite movie! - I love it!

- Again! Again!

- ♪

- Thank you so much for all your help today.

You're really good at making movies.

Now it's time for so long. - [barks]

- ♪ But we're going to sing one more song ♪

- [barks]

- ♪ Thanks for doing your part, you sure are smart ♪

♪ You sure worked hard

♪ When you use your mind, take a step at a time ♪

♪ You can do anything that you want to do ♪

- [barks melody]
