Oh! Look, Bang, your boomerang came back.

[groaning]

I told you to get an answer, not dillydally.

We got the answer, boss.

We know how people catch colds.

There are these disgusting things called viruses.

They're invaders that get in your body and att*ck healthy cells.

If it weren't for the white blood cells, they'd totally take over.

One type of white blood cell is called a macrophage.

It gobbles up viruses and spits out the pieces.

Leftovers are called antigens. They kick helper T cells into gear.

Helper T's are like captains of the immune system.

They activate the k*ller T and B cells.

k*ller T's destroy cells that are already infected by the virus.

And the B cells produce antibodies that stick to the virus.

That stops them from attacking new cells.

And helps other white blood cells find the virus and destroy it.

But before they do, that virus can make you feel really bad.

That's why sick people should cover their mouths when they sneeze or cough.

And why people should always wash their hands.

Because if a virus gets inside your body...

[all] That's how you catch a cold.
