that turn all icy.

there was a sledge
called Slippie.
He lived in a garden shed
that he shared with lots
of gardening tools.
It was lovely and sunny outside
but slippy wasn't happy
because he never got
taken out of the shed.
- I hate being stuck in here.
- [Narrator] He moaned.
- You're only stuck in here
because you have no use.
- [Narrator] Said
the lawn mower.
- Whereas I'm always being
taken outside to mow the grass.
(motor revs)
- [Narrator] Then
the shears boasted.
And I'm always
being taken outside
to keep the hedge
snip, snip, snip, snip.
- I do wish I had a use.
- [Narrator] Slippie sighed.
- I do wish you'd stop whining.

the old garden rake.
The weeks pasted and soon
it began to get colder.
So cold in fact that snow
started to fall from the sky.
Covering the garden
like a white blanket.
- I don't think I'm ever
going to get out of here.
- [Narrator] Thought Slippie.
But then a little boy
came into the shed.
The lawn mower got ready to go.
(motor revs)
Vroom.
The shears got ready to go.
Snip, snip, snip.
But the little boy
took hold of Slippie.
- Let's go and play outside.
- [Narrator] He cried
and carried Slippie
up a snowy hill.
The boy put Slippie on the snow
then sat on him and
pushed off down the slope.
- Weeee.
- [Narrator] Cried Slippie.
As he flew down the hill.

It was the most
fun he had in ages
and at last Slippie
knew what he was for.
- Sledging is a hoobly
groobly thing to do with snow.
- Wasn't that fantabby
hooby story, Tula.
- Yes Hubba Hubba.
So fantabby hooby
that we'd like to
order a sledge.
- Of course you would.
I'd love to go slippery
sliding down a hill myself.
It'll would be with you in
two shakes of a twizzle tuft.
- Thanks Hubba Hubba.
- When our sledge comes,
we'll need so much try it out.

- I know where the roof garden.
There must be Hoobloads

first emailed me,
I was in the desert.
- And there's no snow
in the desert, is there?

It took me a while
but I finally found this garden
that's absolutely
covered with snow
and very pretty it is too.
Now did you know that when
snow has settled on the ground,
it can be scooped up
and pressed into a ball.
- Pressed into a ball?
- Really?
- Yes, really.
And that ball made
out of snow is called,
wait for it,
a snowball.
- Hooby galooby.
- What do you do
with a snowball?
- Well, as you can see,
Peeps and Tiddly Peeps throw
them at each other in a game.
The Peeps tell me that
this is enormous fun
and can be played by as
many Peeps as possible.
And now armed with
my very own snowball,
I'm going to have a go myself.
Hey, bet you can't get me.
- Oh dear.

But what is that?
It's a snowman.
You can make one
out of real snow.
- Oh,
Tula,
Grove.
Look at that snowman.

- Isn't he hoobascious.
So how do you make a snowman?
- You start by
making the snowball
and rolling it in the snow
until it gets really big.
That's the body.
Then you put a smaller
one on top for the head.
- Oh, well what do
you use for the eyes
and mouth and nose?
- You use stones
and small pieces
of coal for the eyes and mouth
and use a carrot for the nose.
- Oh, look at the
Hoobo fridge, Grove.
See if we've got something
to make a nose for a snowman.

First of all, Hubba
Hubba showed us
that Peeps use snow as
something to ski on.
- [Grove] Tula made a
pair of hooby groovy skis
and Iva gave it a go.
- [Iva] But I found out I
couldn't even stand up in them.
That's a little zoom around.
- [Tula] Then groove went
to see the Tiddly Peeps
and discovered every
snowflake is different
and that they only fall
when it's very cold.
We made our very own snowflakes.
- But making
snowflakes is something
a Hoob could do with
paper and not snow.
- [Tula] Next Hubba Hubba
showed us a story about
a sledge called, Slippie.
- [Grove] We imagined
ourselves zooming down
a hill on a sledge.
Then we realized we
didn't have a hill.
- [Iva] But then Roma told
us all about snowballs.

snowballs and threw.

they hit us they broke up
and made my hooby fur wet
and Hoobs hate wet hooby fur.
- [Iva] Finally, I went to
see some more Tiddly Peeps
and they told us how
to make a snowman.
- [Tula] And this
led us to the answer.
- [Grove] Building a snowman
was something a Peep
could do with snow.
- But the answer to what
can a Hoob do with snow is.
