Forest Princess Barbie
is about to give a

big, important, royal decree.

- Really?

What about?

- Uh, no idea.

- Let'’s ask a mopple.

- Chelsea, no, those
are the wild hair

creatures of Wispy
Forest, remember?

- The mopplekin
aren'’t wild, Notto.

They'’re just kind of
moody because they

come to life after someone'’s
hair is all tangled up.

- I know, I once had
a bad hair day and

a mopple hopped
right off my head.

[shivers] It was very bossy.

the Forest Princess

is going to talk about?

- No and I'’m tired of waiting!

As you know, in Wispy
Forest, we'’re all

about personal
expression and so I have

a royal decree.

- That is always
my favorited part.

- Today I want to talk
about our mopple friends.

You may think of them
as a little bit grumpy.

And a little bit sad, but
they are more than that.

They represent many
of our emotions.

They'’re an important
part of Wispy Forest.

and if we'’re not sure

we should ask her.

- But if we have to
give up our land, where

what she said.

- I'’m sorry, Forest
Princess Barbie is in

a very important
meeting with the

other forest princesses.

- But this is an emergency.

Was the royal decree
about the mopplekin

having to leave their land?

- I didn'’t really
hear, but that doesn'’t

sound like something
Barbie would say.

Let me go ask her.

[mumbles]

- Oh no, they don'’t look happy.

- Does a mopple ever look happy?

- We have to go after them.

Locksley, we'’ll be right back.

them to listen to us.

- Do mopplekin even have ears?

- I heard her with
my own frizzy ears.

Forest Princess
Barbie says they are

going to to clear our land.

Messy Mopple Manor can
no longer be our home.

- Where are we going to go?

There'’s no place in the
forest for us mopplekin

if we'’re kicked out.

- Wait.

We don'’t actually know what
the forest princess said.

- This could all be a
big misunderstanding.

- Please listen to us.

We know when we'’re not wanted.

- Wait, where are you going?

- Your highness, the
mopplekin are really upset.

- They didn'’t understand
what you said in your decree.

They thought you said
that the mopplekin have

to leave their land.

- That'’s not what I said at all.

I said we wanted to
honor the different

contributions of all
the creatures in the

Wispy Forest.

- I thought they got it
wrong, but they wouldn'’t

listen and now they'’re
leaving Wispy Forest.

- I have a plan, but
I'’ll need both of your

help and your jet pack, Notto.

There, banner ready.

Secure it so you
can reach it easily

and get as high as
you can before you

unfurl it so
everyone in the whole

forest can see it.

- Roger that.

Wish me luck.

- Notto, are you okay?

- Of all the times for
my jet pack not to work.

- Plan B, we need to get
to higher ground and fast.

[pants]

- Hey, can we just take
a breather for a second.

[sighs]

- We can'’t, we'’ve
got to get the truth

to the mopplekin.

Notto, I know you can.

[sighs]

- [Barbie] Just

[grunts]

- [Notto] Up there

The Mountains of Mousse.

into the mousse?

- Finally, the highest point.

They'’re never going
to see it from here.

[grunts]

[barks]

- Oh, Chelsea, wait.

- [Chelsea] Got it!

- [Barbie] Good catch!

- Look.

We need to be higher.

[grunts]

- The royal decree
says [clears throat] I

hereby decree that to
honor the mopplekin

who clear the dewdrops
from the leaves

we will clear some
land and build

them a beautiful garden.

- So we don'’t have
to clear our land.

She was clearing land
to make us a garden.

Not sending guards in.

Yay.

[chuckles]

- Guess we got it
a little bit wrong.

- First, I would
like to thank Chelsea

and the Notto
Prince for all their

help letting everyone
know what I really said.

[crowd cheers]

And I want to say
to all the residents

of Wispy Forest,
please feel free to ask

me if you hear something
that just doesn'’t

sound right before jumping
to any conclusions.

- So to finish what we started
today, the royal decree.

Because the mopplekin
add a special spirit

to the forest, I
hereby decree that this

beautiful garden
built in their honor

is officially open.

[crowd cheers]
