I think this lever's stuck.

You just gotta give it a little nudge.

Maybe if we both push together...

Now it can launch. - Uh-oh.

[screaming]

- Look! Up in the sky.

- Gaskets! That's Crusher and Pickle.

[Crusher and Pickle shouting]

- Oh, no. - Uh-oh.

- Quick, let's check and see where they landed.

Where are Crusher and Pickle?

There they are. - Help!

[sobbing] - Oh, no.

They're high up on that mountain

and they can't get down.

- [sobbing] - A little help, please?

Uh, somebody? Anybody?

- Those Monster Machines need someone to save them--

someone with the skill and bravery of a ninja.

- We can do it, Black Belt!

- Yeah, Ninja Blaze and I can rescue Crusher and Pickle.

- But how will you get to them in time?

- The mountain is far. - And the journey is dangerous.

- It won't be easy, but we can do it.

- That's right, Blaze. You can do anything...

now that you're a ninja! - Thanks, Black Belt.

- Ninjas... both: Ride!

- Whoo-hoo! - Go, ninjas!

- Can someone get me down from here?

Please? - Don't worry, Crusher.

I'm sure someone will come rescue us,

and I know just how to pass the time.

we've gotta cross that bridge

and go through a giant dragon gate.

- Whoa. That's a big gate.

[tires screeching]

Uh-oh. The gate closed!

- I better use my ninja chop to try and break through.

[grunts] Hiyah!

Lug nuts. It didn't break.

Looks like I'll have to hit it with more force.

- But how are you gonna do that, Ninja Blaze?

- To get more force, I've gotta move faster,

because the more you speed up, the stronger the force.

- Yeah, if Blaze moves too slow,

he won't have enough force to break through the gate.

But if Blaze speeds up,

he can ninja chop with lots of force.

- Come on. Let's see if I can

break through the gate by speeding up

to get more force.

[engine revs]

[tires screech]

- To break through the dragon gate,

let's help Blaze accelerate to a speed of .

We've gotta find some way to get to the top.

A grappling hook. - Yeah, that could work!

- A grappling hook is a tool that ninjas use for climbing.

It has a sharp hook that can grab onto things

and a long cable that you can use to pull yourself up.

- Come on. Let's design

our very own grappling hook machine.

We'll make a grappling hook launcher.

First, we need the hook that can grab onto things.

To make the hook, say "hook."

Hook!

Next, we need the long cable

that attaches to the hook so you can climb.

To make the cable, say "cable."

Cable!

And last, let's build a pneumatic launcher

to sh**t our grappling hook high into the air.

To make the pneumatic launcher, say "pneumatic launcher."

Pneumatic launcher! Oh, yeah!

I'm a grappling hook launcher Monster Machine!

- [laughing] Yeah!

[grunts]

Grappling hook, launch!

- Time to climb. [grunts]

- I don't know, but it looks like trouble.

- [sniffs]

Ew, and it smells like trouble too.

[faint cackling]

I think I know where that stinky star came from.

[skunks cackling] Skunks!

- [snickers]

- We've gotta keep climbing and get away from those skunks.

- Quick, let's climb to a ledge

that doesn't have a skunk on it.

Which ledge doesn't have a skunk on it?

That ledge with the blue plants!

[skunks giggle]

- Grappling hook, launch!

[grunting]

- [chitters]

- [grunting]

- All right! We got past them.

- Let's keep climbing. But remember:

we've gotta keep away from those skunks.

The ledge with red plants. Yeah!

[skunks giggle]

- Yeah! We're almost at the top.

- We just need to find one more ledge that's safe.

- Grappling hook, launch!

[skunks snickering]

We made it. - And look.

There's the mountain where Crusher and Pickle landed.

- Come on, Ninja Blaze.

Let's hurry so we can rescue them.

- Ninjas... [together] Ride!

- [sobbing]

- Aw, it's okay, Crusher. You know what'll cheer you up?

in that giant snowball.

- Uh-oh. Watch out, Blaze.

Another snowball is heading this way!

- We can't let that snowball stop us,

so let's speed up and smash it away.

Remember: the more you speed up...

[together] The stronger the force!

- Hiyah!

- Yeah! You did it, Ninja Blaze!

[Pickle and Crusher shouting] - And look!

There go Crusher and Pickle.

[both shouting]

- Uh-oh!

Well, here come more giant snowballs.

Let's see how many are rolling this way.

How many snowballs are there?

Four. Right.

- Then I'd better do four ninja chops

to smash them away.

Hiyah! - One!

- Hiyah! - Two!

- Whoa-yah! - Three!

- Hiyah! - Four!

[both cheer]

We smashed them! - And check it out.

We've almost caught up with Crusher and Pickle.

[both shouting]

- Uh-oh. More snowballs!

How many are there this time?

Three. Right.

- Three ninja chops, coming up.

- Hiyah! - One!

- Hiyah! - Two!

- Hiyah! - Three!

[both cheer]

[both shouting]

- Gaskets. More snowballs!

- How many are there this time?

Five! - Time for five ninja chops.

- Hiyah! - One!

- Ho-yah! - Two!

- Hiyah! - Three!

- Yah! - Four!

- Hiyah! - Five!

- [cheers] - All right!

- Now there's only one snowball left to break.

- The giant snowball with Crusher and Pickle inside.

- Get us out of here!

- Man, that snowball is huge.

We're gonna need a lot of force

to bust Crusher and Pickle out of there.

- We can do it, A.J... if we accelerate

to our fastest speed yet.

- Sounds like it's time for us to use blazing speed.

- To give us blazing speed, say "let's blaze!"

[together] Let's blaze!

[energetic rock music]

- Yay! Isn't it great, Crusher?

Ninja Blaze saved us.
