- I'm Peppa Pig. [snorts]

This is my little brother, George.

- [snorts twice]

- This is Mummy Pig. - [snorts loudly]

- And this is Daddy Pig. - [snorts loudest]

- [laughing]

- Peppa Pig. [snorts]

- PEPPA: "The Carnival."

- MALE NARRATOR: Peppa and her family

have come to watch the carnival. - Hello!

- NARRATOR: Here are Suzy Sheep and Molly Mole.

- BOTH: Hello, Peppa!

- Have you come to watch the carnival?

- Yes, I can't wait.

- It's going to be amazing.

- With fire-breathing dragons.

- And magic people flying.

- ALL: [laughing and snorting]

- Ho, ho, let's hope it really is that great.

- [sweeping]

- What's that?

Is it starting? - No!

That's just someone sweeping the road

before the carnival comes.

Oh, it actually sounds quite good.

- They're using brushes and dustbins to make music.

- [rhythmic brushing and clanking]

- KIDS: [giggling]

- NARRATOR: The carnival has begun.

- [band plays theme song]

- NARRATOR: Here is Mr. Bull and his Fancy Jazz Band.

It is Mr. Pony, the optician.

- Hello!

- Look, Pedro's on the lorry!

- [laughs] Hello!

- KIDS: Hello, Pedro! [giggling]

- I wish I was in the carnival.

- Me too!

- [loud horn] - Oh, what's that?

- Hello! - Hello!

- SUZY: Wow, there's a boat sailing on the road.

- NARRATOR: It is Captain Dog and Danny Dog.

- [barks] - KIDS: [giggling]

- [siren blares] - Oh, look!

It's Miss Rabbit's Rescue Service!

- But where's Miss Rabbit?

- NARRATOR: Miss Rabbit is the carnival queen.

- KIDS: Ooh!

- SUZY: She's not doing much, is she?

- Well, that makes a change

from all the jobs Miss Rabbit normally does.

- She's probably quite happy to put her feet up.

- KIDS: [giggling]

- [horn honking]

- NARRATOR: Here is Mr. Potato.

- Please welcome your friend and mine, Mr. Potato!

- CROWD: Hurray! - [applause]

- NARRATOR: Mr. Potato had a big balloon

tied to he back of his car.

- KIDS: Wow!

- That must be the biggest balloon in the world.

- [horn honking]

- ♪ Up, down, up, down

♪ All together now

♪ Mr. Potato is coming to town ♪

- [pop] - CROWD: [gasping]

- NARRATOR: Oh, no! The string has come loose!

- Aah, my balloon!

It's okay! I've caught it!

- CROWD: [cheering]

- Whoa!

I'm flying away!

Help!

- We have to call the rescue service.

- [dial tones]

- [phone ringing]

- Hello? Miss Rabbit's Rescue Service?

- MUMMY: Mr. Potato's hanging from a balloon.

- Help! Help!

- I'll be right there.

- [phone beeps] - Wait a mom.

I can't go and rescue with all this on.

Who wants to be carnival queen while I do some rescuing?

- KIDS: Me, me, me!

- There you go.

- KIDS: [giggling]

- I think I should be the queen,

because I am very good at being bossy.

- I can be bossy, too!

- I should be the queen because I am the best at waving.

- [snorts] - [baas]

- [squeaks]

- Why don't you all take it in turns to be queen?

- Okay, I'll wear the crown.

- I'll sit on the throne.

- And I'll wear the cloak.

- KIDS: [giggling]

- Help! Help!

- NARRATOR: Miss Rabbit is going to rescue Mr. Potato.

- I'll just fly up from underneath.

- [screams] Watch out!

- Oh, sorry, Mr. Potato.

Hang on. I'll go above.

- Miss Rabbit, what is your plan?

- I never have a plan.

I just make it up as I go along.

- [beep] - COMPUTER: Autopilot on.

Have a nice day.

- NARRATOR: Autopilot fly helicopters on their own.

- Bye! - COMPUTER: Goodbye.

- Now, how can we get this balloon down?

Shall I pop it?

- [gasps] No, don't pop the balloon!

- Oh, okay. I'll untie the knot.

- NARRATOR: Miss Rabbit is going to let the air

out of the balloon.

- Wait, wait! - There.

- [air escaping quickly]

- BOTH: [screaming]

- CROWD: [gasping]

- BOTH: [screaming]

- NARRATOR: Miss Rabbit has rescued Mr. Potato.

- Thank you! - CROWD: Hurray!

- Now I can get back to being the carnival queen.

- Ho, ho, I think we've got three carnival queens now.

- ALL: [giggling]

- This is the best carnival ever.

- NARRATOR: Peppa loves carnivals.

Everybody loves carnivals. - [horn honking]

- PEPPA: "George's New Clothes."

- NARRATOR: It is a lovely sunny day.

Peppa and George are playing in the garden.

- Muddy puddles!

- [giggling]

- NARRATOR: Peppa and George

love jumping up and down in muddy puddles.

- [snorts] [giggles]

[snorts]

- [snorts twice]

- George, you are all muddy!

- [giggles]

- MUMMY: Peppa! George!

- [giggling]

- George, my goodness!

What a muddy little piggy.

- [giggles] [snorts twice]

- You'll need a bath.

- And we'll need to wash your clothes.

- Oh.

[giggles]

- NARRATOR: George is washed in the bath.

- [giggles]

- NARRATOR: George's clothes are washed in the washing machine.

- We must've washed these clothes , times.

- George's clothes have got holes in them.

- NARRATOR: When you wash clothes , times,

they get holes in them.

- [giggling]

- I can see your bottom, George!

- [giggling]

- Maybe it's time we got George some new clothes.

- ♪

- NARRATOR: Mummy Pig is taking Peppa and George

to the clothes shop.

- [doorbell rings]

- Hello, Mummy Pig.

- Hello, Miss Rabbit.

- How can I help you?

- We need some new clothes for George, please.

- [snorts twice]

- Well, you're in luck.

This is a clothes shop.

- [giggles]

- First, we need to measure you.

- [snorts twice] - Now, hold your arms out.

- ♪

- George thinks you're going to tickle him.

- I promise I won't tickle you, George.

Very good.

What a big, strong boy you are.

- [giggles]

- You see, George?

Miss Rabbit didn't tickle you, did she?

- No.

- But I will.

- BOTH: [giggling]

- NARRATOR: George loves being tickled.

- Right, let's find George some new clothes.

How about this?

It will keep you very warm.

- Ooh.

- If George would kindly get into the changing booth, please.

- NARRATOR: George is wearing a big, thick, wooly jumper.

- You look cuddly, George.

- [snorts twice]

- Mm, I don't think white is the best color

for puddle jumping.

- Hmm...

This isn't white.

It's every other color but white.

- George, you look like a clown! - No!

- NARRATOR: George does not want to look like a clown.

- Hmm, too much color.

What about this, then?

- Now you look like a penguin.

- [giggling]

- [snorts]

- Yes, it's still not really...George.

- Hmm, what about this, then?

Basically, it's what you had before.

- MUMMY: Oh, yes. - GEORGE: [giggles]

- George, you look like you!

- What do you think, George?

- [snorts twice] Hurray!

[giggles]

- NARRATOR: George likes his new clothes.

- [giggling]

- [honks horn]

- Daddy, we're home!

- Oh, so George didn't get any new clothes, then?

- These are his new clothes, Daddy Pig.

- The same as before, but no holes.

- [snorts twice]

- Ho-ho! I see!

- Can we play in the garden now, Mummy?

- Yes, let's all play in the garden.

- Yippee!

- [snorts twice]

- GEORGE AND PEPPA: [giggling]

- Look, a muddy puddle!

Let's jump in it!

- [splash] - [giggles]

♪ Jumping up and down in muddy puddles ♪

♪ Splish, splash, splosh, splish, splash ♪

♪ With a big splash here

♪ And a big splash there

♪ Here a splash, there a splash ♪

♪ Everywhere a splish-splash

♪ Jumping up and down in muddy puddles ♪

♪ Splish, splash, splosh, splish, splash ♪

- ALL: [laughing and snorting]

- George, you've got your new clothes all muddy again!

- Oh. - You're one to talk, Peppa.

Look at your clothes! - [giggles]

- And you seem to be a little muddy too, Daddy Pig.

- And you, Mummy Pig.

- Oh, well. It's only mud.

It'll come off in the wash. - [loud snort]

If we're going to get washed, anyway,

let's get even more muddy!

- ALL: Yes!

- NARRATOR: Peppa, George, Mummy Pig,

and Daddy Pig love getting muddy.

Everyone loves getting muddy.

- ALL: [laughing]

- PEPPA: "Stamps." - NARRATOR: Peppa and George

are at Granny and Grandpa Pig's house.

Grandpa is showing Peppa and George his stamp collection.

- Ooh!

- I've collected hundreds of stamps from all over the world.

- Grandpa, I think you must have every stamp ever!

- Ho-ho, I suppose I do have quite a few.

- So there's no need for you

to buy any more stamps, is there, Grandpa?

- Mm... - [horn playing reveille]

- NARRATOR: Here is Mr. Zebra, the Postman.

- [giggling]

- It's the post!

- Ah, it's a postcard from my friend.

- What does it say?

- It says, "Wish you were here." [snorts]

- I've never had a postcard.

- That's easy to fix.

Let's write one to you and George now.

Then we can post it to you.

- Oh, goodie!

[giggles] - [snorts twice]

- What shall we write on it?

- Uh, dear Peppa and George, wish you were here.

Lots of love, Peppa and George.

[snorts]

- Very good.

- Let's post it!

- Not yet, Peppa.

We need to write where you live.

- Do you know your address, Peppa?

- Uh...the little house on the hill.

- Very good.

- Now can we post it?

- There's still something missing.

Do you know what it is?

- It needs a kiss.

- [smack]

- [laughing] - That's lovely.

And we need a stamp, too.

- Grandpa has stamps.

- Uh...my stamps are not for licking

and sticking on postcards, Peppa.

They are for collecting and looking at.

- Come on, Peppa and George.

I think we'll find some normal stamps upstairs.

- ALL: [laughing]

- [doorbell rings]

- Who can that be?

- Special delivery!

- Ah, this could be--

yes, it's the rare stamp I sent off for.

- It's a big box for just a stamp.

Did it cost a lot of money?

- Shh!

Granny Pig doesn't need to know.

- Right you are.

- There should be a stamp in this drawer.

- No stamps, Granny!

- We'll just have to carry on looking downstairs.

- [snorts] What a beautiful stamp.

And in perfect condition!

Never been used.

- What's going on here?

- Oh, um, uh...

- What's all this mess?

- Oh, I'll take it to the recycling.

- Look, Granny, a stamp for our postcard!

- Ah, good.

I knew we'd find a stamp somewhere.

George, would you like to lick it?

- [snorts twice]

- Stick it on the postcard.

- [patting]

- PEPPA AND GEORGE: [giggling]

- Now it's time to post your postcard.

- PEPPA AND GEORGE: [giggling]

- Send it off, George.

- [snorts twice]

- [horn playing reveille] [honks]

- Mr. Zebra has come to collect the post.

- Um, did anyone see a stamp on the kitchen table?

- Yes, Grandpa.

We stuck it on our postcard.

- [screams] My stamp!

Stop, stop!

Come back!

My stamp!

[pants] Oh, my goodness!

That stamp wasn't meant to be used.

- Why not, Grandpa?

- Well, it was a special stamp that I bought for my collection.

- Oh, so how much did it cost?

- Uh...not much.

- Ah, that's alright then.

[snorts] Anyway, it's not lost.

The postcard is going to Peppa and George's house.

- Oh, yes!

I'll go straight there and wait for it to arrive.

[pants]

My stamp! My stamp!

[pants]

- NARRATOR: Grandpa Pig

has arrived at Peppa and George's house.

- [doorbell rings]

- Oh, Grandpa Pig.

- I haven't missed the post, have I?

- [horn playing reveille] [honks]

- Special delivery!

- Oh, my lovely stamp.

- Actually, this is for Peppa and George.

- [honks twice]

- Our postcard!

Yippee! - [giggles]

- Um, Grandpa, because our card has your lovely stamp on it,

would you like to keep it?

- Oh, thank you, Peppa.

This stamp was important before, but it's even more precious

now that it's been posted to Peppa and George.

- ALL: [laughing]

- [bell ringing] - PEPPA: "Talent Day."

- NARRATOR: It is the end of another day

at Peppa's playgroup.

- Children, tomorrow is talent day.

- [snorts] What is a talent?

- A talent is something you like doing and you're good at.

- [baas] I like to watch television,

and I'm good at it!

- Think of something we might like to see you do.

My talent is playing the guitar.

- [guitar plays]

- KIDS: Ooh!

- [snorts, meows, and baas]

- NARRATOR: The parents have arrived to pick up the children.

- Don't forget to think of something to do

for talent day tomorrow.

- [guitar plays]

- NARRATOR: It is bedtime for Peppa and George.

- I can't go to bed yet. [snorts]

I haven't got a talent to show tomorrow.

- But you have lots of talents, Peppa.

- Yes, I can skip.

- [thudding]

- I can sing.

♪ Twinkle, twinkle, little star ♪

I can dance.

- [rock-and-roll music plays]

- It's hard to choose one talent.

I am good at lots of things.

- Don't worry, you can decide tomorrow.

- Okay.

- [bell rings]

- NARRATOR: It is talent day.

- My talents are skipping, singing, and dancing.

I practiced them all last night.

- I was practicing watching television last night.

- [snorts] That's not a talent!

Madame Gazelle said so.

- What can I do then?

- Who would like to show us their talent first?

- [barks] - Danny Dog?

- I can bang a drum!

- [plays drum loudly]

- I can bang it louder.

- No, that was lovely, Danny.

- [applause] - [neighs]

- Pedro Pony, what is your talent?

- Magic tricks.

[clears throat]

Here is a glass of water.

- [dinging]

- It is wet and see-through.

- GROUP: Ahh!

- Now I will make the water disappear.

- ALL: Ooh!

- Please close your eyes.

- [slurps water]

- PEDRO: Open your eyes.

- GROUP: [gasping]

- NARRATOR: The water has gone.

- [applause] - Thank you.

- [trumpets]

- Emily Elephant.

- I'm going to play the recorder.

[inhales deeply]

- [plays "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star"]

- [applause]

- [squeaks]

- And what is your talent, Rebecca?

- I can make a special noise.

[makes a vibrating sound]

It only works if I go up on my tiptoes.

[makes a vibrating sound]

- [applause]

- That was very good.

- Yes, but what can I do?

- Candy, what is your talent?

- Skipping.

- [thudding]

- [applause]

- I was going to do skipping.

But I can still do dancing and singing.

- My talent is singing!

♪ Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star ♪

- [applause]

- I can still do dancing.

- GAZELLE: Suzy Sheep, what is your talent?

- Dancing!

- No, you can't dance!

- NARRATOR: Oh, dear!

Dancing was Peppa's last talent.

- [Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star playing]

- [applause]

- It is so nice that everyone

has chosen a different talent to perform.

Now who do we have left? Peppa!

- I was going to skip, or sing, or dance!

But they've all been done.

- A talent can be anything, Peppa.

- But not watching television.

- Think of something you really like to do.

- [snorts] I know!

I've got a talent that I'm really good at!

- NARRATOR: I wonder what Peppa's talent could be.

- My special talent that I'm the best at in the whole world

is jumping up and down in muddy puddles!

- NARRATOR: Peppa loves jumping up and down in muddy puddles.

Everyone loves jumping up and down in muddy puddles.

- [horn honking] - PEPPA: "The Secret Club."

[giggles]

- NARRATOR: Peppa has come to play with Suzy Sheep.

- Hello, Suzy!

- Hello, Peppa!

- Why have you got that mask on your face?

- So people don't know it's me.

I'm in a...secret club.

- Ooh! Can I be in your secret club?

- Shh!

It's not easy to get into.

You have to say the secret word.

- What word?

- Flubbadubble. - Flubbadubble?

- Right, you're in!

- BOTH: [giggling]

- [bike bell rings]

- NARRATOR: Danny Dog has come to play.

- [barks] Hello, Peppa!

Hello, Suzy!

- Shh!

- What? - I'm in a secret club.

- I'm in it, too.

- Ooh.

- [bike bells ringing]

- NARRATOR: Pedro Pony, Candy Cat,

and Rebecca Rabbit have come to play.

- Hello! - Shh!

- [barks] Suzy and Peppa are in a secret club.

- Can we join your secret club?

- It's very hard to get into.

- You have to the secret word, shallahmacookie.

- ALL: Shallahmacookie?

- That's not the word I said.

- It changes all the time to keep it secret.

- Oh!

- Are we in the secret club now?

- You're in.

- What do we do?

- We do secret things in secret.

- And secretly go on secret missions.

- [giggling]

- [sighs] I don't know what you're talking about.

- Show us how you do a secret mission.

- KIDS: Yes, show us!

- Uh, Peppa can do it.

- You've got the mask on, Suzy!

- Okay, my secret mission is to get biscuits.

Watch this. - [leaves rustling]

- NARRATOR: Suzy Sheep is trying not to be seen.

- ♪

- Mummy, can I have some biscuits for my friends, please?

- Of course. Here you are.

- Thank you, Mummy!

- ♪

- NARRATOR: Suzy Sheep has returned with the biscuits.

- KIDS: Hurray!

- Shh!

- KIDS: [quietly] Hurray.

- Did anyone see you?

- No--well, only a grownup.

- Look out. - [glasses clanking]

- Would you like some juice to go with your biscuits?

- What biscuits?

- The biscuits I just gave you for your friends.

- KIDS: Oh, Suzy!

- What's the matter?

- We're in a secret club doing secret things,

and Suzy's told everyone!

- Oh, can I be in your secret club, please?

Please? I've always wanted to be in a secret club.

- It's very hard to get into.

- You must say the secret word.

- Which is?

- Pickaneedlenoodle.

- Pickaneedlenoodle?

- That's it.

You're in.

- What happens now?

- Look out!

- NARRATOR: It's Daddy Pig.

- You talk to my daddy.

- But don't say anything about our secret club.

- Hello?

Ah, there you are, Mummy Sheep.

What's new?

- Uh, um, uh, uh, secret club.

- KIDS: Oh, no!

- Ooh, I always wanted to be in a secret club.

Can I join, please?

- You can't join, Daddy, because you are grown up!

- Uh, my mummy is grown up.

- Well, you have to know the magic word.

- Which is?

- Poppadeedledoodledum.

- Poppadeedledoodledum?

- ALL: You're in!

- What do I do now?

- Look out!

- NARRATOR: It's Mummy Pig.

- Follow Mummy...in secret!

- [leaves rustling]

- [birds chirping]

- Daddy Pig?

- Ah, hello, Mummy Pig.

- What are you doing in that bush?

- Um, uh...secret club?

- ALL: [groaning]

- I've always wanted to be in a secret club.

- We can't have everyone in the secret club.

- It wouldn't be a secret. - Oh.

- I suppose it doesn't have to be a secret secret club.

- [snorts] It can be the everybody's secret club.

- And everybody can be in it.

- Oh, goodie!

- ALL: [laughing and snorting]

- ♪ - PEPPA: [giggles]
