[rock music]

- Whoo!

- Check him out.

- Yeah. Ha, ha!

- Wow. - Looking good, Blaze.

- Hey, I hope you like going fast

because A.J. and I are about to put the pedal to the medal.

- Hang on!

♪ ♪

- Whoo-hoo! - Yeah!

- Oh, oh, Crusher, we should do that too.

Let's go really fast, like... [imitates engine revving]

- Sure, right after I finish my drink.

[slurps] Ah.

Now I'm ready. - Great.

Just get rid of that empty bottle,

and let's get driving.

- Right, so, uh, do I just throw it on the ground?

- What? No.

You can't throw it on the ground.

That's littering.

- Well, then what do I do with it?

- I don't know.

- Well, I don't know either.

[both scream]

- Whoa, guys. It's okay.

A.J. and I know what to do with that plastic bottle.

- You do? - Yeah, you can recycle it.

- You hear that, Crusher? We can recycle it.

What's recycling?

- Recycling is when you collect things that are old

so they can be turned into something new.

- Check it out.

When you're done with things

like bottles and cans and paper,

you put them in special bins.

Then a truck comes and takes everything in the bins

to be recycled into something new.

♪ ♪

Old bottles can be recycled into...a new toy.

Old papers can become... a new coloring book.

And old cans can be made into stuff like...a new bicycle.

- Ooh! I want to recycle.

- Me too! Me too!

- Come on then.

Let's recycle that plastic bottle.

♪ ♪

The bottle needs to go in a bin with other bottles.

Which bin has a picture of a bottle on it?

That one. Yeah!

[engine revs]

- Okay, here it goes.

[grunts] I did it!

- Oh! You did it!

- ♪ I'm great at recycling ♪ - ♪ Recycling, yay ♪

- ♪ Give me a crown ♪ - ♪ We love recycling ♪

- Blaze, look.

More Monster Machines are coming to help recycle.

- Now I know what to do with this old newspaper.

- And these empty cans.

- Hey, I wanna recycle. - Oh, I can recycle.

- Whoo-hoo, hoo, hoo! Whoo-hoo, hoo, hoo, hoo, hoo!

[giggles] Whoo-hoo, hoo!

Ah, what a wonderful day...

For littering!

[giggles]

♪ Bottles on the ground ♪

♪ Cans in the tree ♪

♪ I love making litter ♪

♪ That's why they call me ♪

♪ The Litter Critter, titan of trash ♪

♪ I spread it like glitter wherever I'm at ♪

♪ I live for the sound of it under my feet ♪

♪ A beautiful sight that smells oh, so sweet ♪

♪ I'm the Litter Critter, junk is my jam ♪

♪ From pieces of plastic to cardboard and cans ♪

♪ If you like old soup cans tossed onto the street ♪

♪ I'm here to deliver, to scatter and skitter ♪

♪ My messes are bigger ♪

♪ I'm the Litter Critter ♪

♪ La litter, la, la, la, litter ♪

♪ La, la, la, litter ♪

♪ La, la, la, la, litter ♪

- Hey, look. More things to recycle.

- [laughs] Fun!

- What? What are they doing?

They're picking up all the litter.

[recyclables clanking]

I can't let this happen. [gasps]

I need a machine that can make more and more junk.

[chuckles]

[machine whirring]

I need my litter machine!

[junk springing]

[laughs]

Soon this whole city will be covered in...

♪ La, la, la, la, litter ♪

- Do you hear that?

Kind of sounds like litter falling from the sky.

- [blows raspberry] Pickle, don't be ridiculous.

Litter doesn't fall from the sky.

Except for that litter right there!

[both scream]

- Litter! - Look out, ah!

- So much junk.

- Whoo-hoo, hoo, hoo!

- Blaze, look, over there.

- Attention, Monster Machines,

I am the Litter Critter.

And before the day is done,

I will make Axle City the most litter-y place

in the whole world. [laughs]

Whoo-hoo, hoo, hoo! Whoo!

- Oh, no!

Someone's gotta stop that Litter Critter.

- But how?

His litter machine is so, so litter-y.

[engine revs]

- Wait a second. I know what we need.

We need the power to take all this old junk

and change it into something new.

We need recycling power!

- Yeah!

We can build a special machine to recycle all this litter.

We'll make a super recycling truck!

- Yeah! Let's get building.

First, we'll give our truck a lifting arm

to pick up things like bottles and cans.

To make the lifting arm, say, "lifting arm."

Lifting arm!

[guitar riffs]

Now let's add a hopper to hold all the litter we collect.

To make the hopper, say, "hopper."

Hopper!

♪ ♪

Last, we need to invent a brand-new part,

a part that can recycle all the old litter while we drive.

We'll make a super recycler.

To make the super recycler, say, "super recycler."

Super recycler!

♪ ♪

Oh, yeah!

I'm a super recycling Monster Machine!

[upbeat music]

♪ ♪

- Nice work, Blaze.

- Now watch this.

With my recycling power,

I can turn this old plastic into brand-new hula hoops.

[cheering]

- And I'll recycle all this old paper

into brand-new kites.

- Ooh! - Kites!

- And I can turn these old cans into brand-new pogo sticks.

- Whoa! - Wow!

- Cool!

- [hollering]

- Who knew recycling could be so bouncy.

- [vocalizes]

- Look, Blaze. There goes the Litter Critter.

- Whoo-hoo, hoo, hoo!

- Hop in, A.J.

We've got to catch that critter and stop his litter machine.

- Yeah! We can do it 'cause we've got...

both: Recycling power!

[exciting music]

- ♪ You can recycle, ooh-ooh ♪

♪ Turn old into new, recycle ♪

♪ Plastic, paper, glass ♪

♪ Don't throw it in the trash can ♪

♪ Reuse it ♪

♪ Put it in the recycle bin ♪

♪ Transform it and turn it into something new ♪

♪ You can recycle, ooh-ooh ♪

♪ Turn old into new ♪

♪ Recycle come on recycle, ooh-ooh ♪

♪ The power's in you ♪

[whimsical music]

- ♪ La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la ♪

Whoo-hoo, hoo, hoo, hoo, hoo!

Ah, such a wonderful street.

Wonderful for making litter! [laughs]

And the best part is, nobody can stop me.

[musical car horn honking]

- That's what you think, Litter Critter.

- [gasps] Who are you?

I'm Super Recycler Blaze,

and I'm here to put an end to your littering.

- Ha! Impossible.

Not when I have my litter machine.

[vocalizes]

- Gaskets!

He's using his litter machine to make giant metal cans.

And he's blasting them everywhere.

- ♪ La, la, la, la, litter ♪

[laughs]

- Blaze, look out!

- Activating recycling compactor.

[engine revs]

Yeah!

- Nice going, Blaze!

- Help! Over here.

- Oh, no! Look.

Some of the cans are headed for Paulina's pizza restaurant.

- Somebody help! [all scream]

- Quick! We've got to recycle them

before they crash into that restaurant.

[engine revs]

- Come on!

Let's figure out how many cans we need to recycle.

How many cans are there?

Three! Right.

[machine whirring]

both: One, two.

♪ ♪

Three!

- All right! We got them.

- Phew!

Thanks, Super Recycler Blaze!

[cans clanking]

- Hubcaps.

More cans headed for the construction site.

- Oh, no! - Somebody help.

- Come on, Blaze. We gotta hurry.

[suspenseful music]

How many cans are headed for the construction site?

Four. Yeah!

♪ ♪

both: One.

Two.

Three.

- Whoo-hoo!

both: Four.

- Hooray! - Yeah!

- You saved us!

Now the only cans left are the ones over there,

headed for Clive's bakery.

- Ah! Somebody do something.

- Don't worry, Clive. We'll save your bakery.

[engine revs]

Quick!

How many cans are there this time?

Five. Yeah!

Whoo-hoo!

both: One. Two.

Three. Four.

- Whoo-hoo! Yeah!

both: Five.

- Hooray! You saved my bakery.

- That was amazing, Blaze!

You stopped all the cans just in time.

- And now there's only one thing left to do.

Turn these old cans into something new.

both: Recycling power!

[machine whirring]

[engine revs]

- Whoa! I don't believe it.

You turned those old metal cans

into things I could use at my bakery.

Thanks, Super Recycler Blaze! I can't wait to get baking.

- You're welcome, Clive.

- Now come on, Blaze. Let's get moving.

- Yeah, we've got a Litter Critter to catch.

both: Recycling power!

[dogs barking]

- Good doggie! Good dog.

- You want a snack? - [barking]

- Here, doggie. Fetch.

[all barking]

- Ah, what a sight.

Green grass, tall trees.

Why, only one thing

could possibly make this park any better.

Lots and lots of litter!

[laughs]

With my litter machine,

I'll fill this whole park with great big plastic bottles.

[all barking]

- ♪ Bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bottles ♪

♪ Bah, bah, bah, bah, bottles, bottles everywhere♪

♪ Bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah ♪

Ah!

- Blaze, look.

[tires squeal]

It's the Litter Critter.

- Hubcaps!

And he covered the whole park in giant plastic bottles.

- [laughs] You're too late, Blaze.

Nothing can stop my litter machine from making...

♪ La, la, la, la, litter ♪

[laughs] Whoo-hoo, hoo, hoo!

- Blaze, A.J.! - We need your help.

- What's the matter, kids?

- We can't find our dogs.

- They're stuck somewhere in those bottles.

- Will you help us rescue our doggies?

- Sure, of course we'll help.

[barking]

- [gasps] That sounds like my dog.

- Come on, everyone. This way.

[rock music]

[barking]

- Listen.

It sounds like the dog is stuck

in one of those bottles over there.

- How are we gonna figure out which one?

- Ooh, I remember!

My dog got stuck in a bottle with two red stripes.

- Come on. Let's look.

Which bottle has two red stripes?

That one. Yeah!

Hang on, doggie!

[machine whirs]

Yeah! - [howls]

- Yeah! - We found him.

- [growling playfully]

- I'm so glad you're back, doggie.

[giggles] - [barking]

- Ooh, that's my dog.

- Don't worry, doggie. We'll find you.

- [barking]

- It sounds like the dog must be in one of these bottles.

- I remember!

My dog got stuck in a bottle with three blue stripes.

- Let's look.

Which bottle has three blue stripes?

This one. Right.

[machine whirs]

- [barks] - All right!

- We found the dog.

- [barking] - Aw, I'm happy to see you too.

- But Blaze, we still haven't found my doggie.

[barking]

- Wait, I hear something.

[barking] - That's him. That's my doggie.

- Come on. This way.

[upbeat music]

[barking]

- The last little dog

must be in one of the bottles over there.

- Yeah, he got trapped in the bottle

that has one yellow stripe and two green stripes.

- Help us look.

Which bottle has one yellow stripe and two green stripes?

That one. Whoo-hoo!

[grunts]

- [barks] - We got him.

- Hooray! You saved my doggie.

- [barks] - Aww, I missed you too.

- Now there's just one thing left to do.

- What's that, Super Recycler Blaze?

- We've gotta clean up all these old bottles

and turn them into something new.

- Wow, but how are you gonna do that?

- We'll use--

both: Recycling power!

[upbeat music]

♪ ♪

- Wow, Blaze just turned those old plastic bottles

into a brand-new doghouse.

- Yay. Now our doggies can play.

- Come on, doggie. [laughter]

- Good job. [barking]

[line trilling]

- Someone's calling us.

[gasps] It's the Litter Critter.

- Looking for me?

Well, sorry, Blaze and A.J., but you're too late.

For as you can see, I've brought my litter machine here

to the top of the tallest building in Axle City.

[laughs]

- The tallest building in Axle City?

But why would you do that?

- Well, it's simple.

From up here, I can blast my litter all over town.

I just have to press this button

to activate super duper litter mode.

[laughs]

Now my machine is full of litter.

And it's all going to blast out in seconds.

- Only seconds?

We've gotta hurry and stop that machine.

- We could do it, A.J., 'cause we've got...

both: Recycling power!

[energetic music]

♪ ♪

- Blaze, look, there's a river up ahead!

- Quick!

We've gotta make something with our recycling power

to get across.

- Hey, I see something we can recycle.

An old plastic bottle.

- Yeah!

If we find more bottles, we can recycle them into a surfboard

and surf across the water.

[machine whirs]

Come on. Help us look.

♪ ♪

When you see plastic bottles, say, "bottles."

both: Bottles.

[machine whirs]

both: Recycling power!

♪ ♪

- Yeah!

Whoo-hoo!

♪ ♪

- All right! We made it.

- [laughs] Oh, give up, Blaze and A.J.

You've only got more seconds

till my litter machine blasts out all this litter.

- Hurry, Blaze. Only seconds left.

[engine revs]

[tires squeal]

- Gaskets! There's a wall up ahead.

- We've gotta use our recycling power to get past it.

- Let's look for metal cans like this

so we can turn them into a wrecking ball

and smash down that wall.

[engine revs]

- Look carefully.

When you see metal cans, say, "cans."

both: Cans!

[machine whirs]

both: Recycling power!

[rock music]

♪ ♪

- Yeah!

- Blaze, look.

There's the litter machine straight ahead.

- [laughs]

But you'll never make it in time.

There's only seconds left.

- Quick!

We've got to make something that'll get us up there fast.

- Hey, what if we recycle cardboard boxes

and make wings?

Then we can fly up there.

- Yeah!

Help us look for some.

When you see cardboard boxes, say, "boxes."

both: Boxes!

- Recycling...

both: Power!

[exciting music]

♪ ♪

- [laughs] Five seconds.

Four.Three.

Two--

[musical car horn honking]

Huh?

- Oh, oh, yeah!

[machine whirring and popping]

[triumphant music]

♪ ♪

- Whoo-hoo, hoo!

Whoo-hoo, hoo, hoo!

- We did it. We stopped the litter machine.

- [crying]

No more bottles. No more cans.

No more... [blubbers]

♪ La, la, la, la, litter ♪

[cries] - Aw.

It's okay, Litter Critter.

- Yeah, you can do so much more with litter

than just throwing it on the ground.

- [sniffles]You can?

Like what?

- Like taking all that old stuff

and turning it into something new.

- It's called recycling.

Here, watch this.

Recycling power!

[machine whirring]

[rock music]

♪ ♪

- Wow, you turned those old bottles and cans and boxes

into a brand-new racetrack.

This is incredible.

Oh, Blaze, A.J.,

I'm so sorry for all that littering I did.

But I promise I'll never do it again.

Because now I love...

♪ Rah, rah, rah, recycling ♪ Whoo-hoo, hoo.

- All right. - Good for you.

- Now, what do you say we go for a ride

on that brand-new, recycled racetrack?

- Let's do it! - Yeah!

And I know how we can make our ride extra fun.

We'll use blazing speed!

- Blazing what?

[boosters whirring]

- Ooh, this is exciting.

- To give us blazing speed, say, "let's blaze!"

all: Let's blaze!

- ♪ You can recycle, ooh-ooh ♪
