♪ When Blaze goes saving the day ♪

♪ Gimme, gimme, gimme some speed ♪

♪ Yeah, let's blaze ♪

[cheering]

[upbeat music]

- Yeah!

♪ ♪

- Oh, hey. You're just in time to come with me and A.J.

for a drive and--whoa! [laughs]

That was strange. Kinda looked like a snowball.

- More snowballs! But how could there

be snowballs when it's not even snowing?

[laughter]

- Hubcaps! Look! It's a truck made out of snow!

- And his got snowball power!

♪ ♪

- [laughs]

Uh-oh.

That was awesome!

[laughs]

Oh, hey there, dudes. What's up?

- Hi. My name's Blaze.

- And I'm A.J.

- Nice to meet you, Blaze and A.J.

I'm Snowby. Snowby, the snow truck!

♪ ♪

both: Wow.

- Snowby, you're really good at making snowballs.

- Aw, thanks! You gotta be pretty good at making snowballs

if you're going where I'm going.

- Where's that, Snowby?

- Only to the biggest snow party there is,

The Snow Spectacular!

Check it out.

- At The Snow Spectacular,

you can slide down snowy slides

and build snow men

and make snow angels.

[laughter and cheers]

But my favorite part is at the very end

when there's a big, snowy snowball fight.

- The Snow Spectacular looks like a lot of fun, Snowby.

- Totally! Well, I better get going.

I don't wanna miss the big snowball fight.

Now let's see, I'm pretty sure

The Snow Spectacular's this way.

Think it might be this way. Wait, no. My bad. My bad.

Dude, no. It's definitely this way.

- Hang on, Snowby.

There are directions right here on your invitation.

- It says, "To get to The Snow Spectacular,

"you need to cross a desert,

go through a cave and get past the forest."

- Oh, that's a big journey.

I don't know if I can make it in time.

- Don't worry, Snowby.

We can help you get to The Snow Spectacular.

- Yeah. Blaze and I will get you there.

- You will? That's great!

- This way, Snowby. Follow us.

- To The Snow Spectacular!

- ♪ We will rush ♪

♪ As we ride ♪

♪ Yeah, we shiftin' our gears into overdrive ♪

♪ Super speed ♪

♪ Blazing by ♪

♪ Accelerate to the speed of light ♪

- Ice cream! Ice cream!

Get it while it's cold! Here you go, little bunnies.

An ice cream for you and one for you.

- Pickle? Since when did you start selling ice cream?

- Since right now. Isn't it great, Crusher?

Who knew bunnies liked ice cream so much?

Here you are, ma'am.

- [giggles] - Come again.

- Huh. Well, I like ice cream. Here, Pickle, give me some.

- Oh, geez. Sorry, Crusher. But this is my last ice cream

and that little bunny was waiting in line before you.

- Too bad, bunny. I'm way bigger than you.

So, this ice cream's all mine.

- Aw! - [chuckles]

Now I can just relax in the hot sunshine

and eat this frosty, cold ice cream.

- [jabbering excitedly]

♪ ♪

- Woo-hoo! - Yeah!

- Check it out. To get to The Snow Spectacular,

first we have to go across a desert.

- Look, here's a desert straight ahead.

- Whoa, this is great.

My first time driving across a hot, sandy desert.

Huh, that's strange.

My snowy tires are getting all wet and drippy.

- Uh-oh. Snowby's tires! They're melting.

- Hang on, Snowby.

- Woah.

Oh, hey, fellas. What's going on?

- Snowby, you can't drive across hot sand.

- You're a snow truck. Hot things could make you melt.

- Oh, yeah. So, what do I do? - I've got an idea.

What if we use these palm trees to launch you over the sand?

- Yeah. If we bend back a palm tree,

it will have energy stored up inside, waiting to come out.

That's called potential energy.

Then when we let go,

it'll release the energy and launch us over the hot sand.

- Wow. Potential energy sounds rad.

- Come on, Snowby. Let's see if we can launch ourselves

to that palm tree over there.

♪ ♪

- It's working. We're giving the palm tree potential energy.

- Right now, the tree has enough potential energy

to launch us this far.

Will that get us to the palm tree?

No.

- We need more potential energy.

- Now it has enough potential energy to launch us here.

Will this get us to the palm tree?

Yeah. So, let's--

together: Release the energy!

♪ ♪

- We made it! - All right!

Oh, hey.

Now let's launch ourselves to that tree over there.

- Good thinking, Snowby.

♪ ♪

- Right now, the tree has enough potential energy

to launch us here.

Will that get us to the palm tree?

Yeah.

together: Release the energy!

♪ ♪

- All right! - We totally made it!

- And look, Snowby.

We're almost at the end of the desert.

- Hey, Blaze, can we get some more of that potential energy?

- You got it.

♪ ♪

- Now the tree has enough potential energy

to launch us here.

Will that get us to the end of the desert?

No.

- More potential energy coming up.

Will this get us to the end of the desert?

Yes.

- Well, then it's time to--

together: Release the energy!

♪ ♪

- Oh, yeah! - All right!

♪ ♪

- ♪ Energy that's ready for action ♪

♪ That's potential energy ♪

♪ Store it up, until you release it ♪

♪ That's potential energy ♪

♪ Gets kinetic when you let it go ♪

♪ Ready, ready, ready for action ♪

♪ Buildin' up all I need ♪

♪ Ready, ready, ready for action ♪

♪ 'Cause I've got potential energy ♪

[squirrels squealing]

- Here you go, little fella. An ice pop for you.

And one for you.

- Pickle? You're selling ice pops now?

- [giggles] I sure am.

And boy, these squirrels can't get enough of them.

- Well, I want an ice pop.

- Gee, sorry, Crusher. But this is my last one

and that little squirrel's been waiting in line.

- Waiting in line? Ha. Tough luck, squirrel.

But I'm taking the last ice pop

and there's nothing you can do about it.

Now I'll just take my frozen treat over here

into the warm sunshine where nothing can possibly go wrong.

- Ah! Nom, nom, nom, nom, nom!

- Aw!

♪ ♪

- Snowball!

[laughter]

- Check it out. We made it past the desert.

So, to get to The Snow Spectacular,

next we need to go through a cave.

- Come on. Let's look for it.

When you see a cave, say, "Cave."

Cave. Yeah, there it is.

- All right! This way, dudes.

- Whoo-hoo!

♪ ♪

- Whoa!

Ooh, check out all that glowy red stuff.

- Careful, Snowby. That's hot lava.

- Hot lava? That's not good for a truck made out of snow.

Uh-oh.

- It's okay, Snowby.

I see a way we can get across the lava.

We can float to the other side on those rocks.

- Yeah, we just have to be careful.

Only the rocks shaped like rectangles are safe to ride on.

- Well, okay then. Let's find us some rectangles.

- Let's look.

When you see a rock shaped like a rectangle, say, "Rectangle."

Rectangle.

- Quick, Snowby. Jump for it.

♪ ♪

- We made it!

Boy, am I glad we didn't pick any of those shapes.

- Come on. Let's look for another rectangle rock.

When you see a rectangle, say, "Rectangle."

Rectangle!

[all cheering]

♪ ♪

- All right!

Whoa, look. We're almost at the other side.

- Yeah. We just need one more rectangle rock to get there.

♪ ♪

Look carefully.

When you see a rectangle, say, "Rectangle."

Rectangle.

[all cheering]

[musical car horn honking]

♪ ♪

- That was awesome!

♪ ♪

[laughter]

- This way, Snowby. To The Snow Spectacular!

[all cheering]

- Ribbit! - Ribbit!

- Hop on down to Pickle's snow cone Stand

for the coolest snow cones in town.

- Pickle, you're selling snow cones now? To frogs?

- Well, it's like I always say,

"Frogs love snow cones."

Here you go, froggy. Come again.

- Ribbit!

- Oh, boy. This looks like my last snow cone.

- Last snow cone? Ha, I'll take that.

- Ribbit, ribbit.

- Um, Crusher, I think this frog was next in line.

- Well, too bad, frog.

But this last snow cone is all for me, me, me.

♪ ♪

- Ribbit, ribbit!

[upbeat music]

- Snowball! [laughter]

- Check it out.

We've made it through the desert and the cave.

That means we just have to cross this forest

and we'll be at The Snow Spectacular.

- This way, friends. Just follow your old pal,

Snowby and I'll lead us straight to the--oops.

Guess I didn't see that big, scaly tail.

Or those giant wings. Or that steaming, hot breath.

- Gaskets! Look out, Snowby!

It's a fire-breathing dragon!

[dramatic music]

♪ ♪

- Oh, man. How are we gonna get through this forest?

That dragon's blasting humongous fireballs!

- And the only way to stop a fireball

is with something big and cold.

- Wait, did you say big and cold?

Fellas, I think I know exactly what we need.

A snowball!

- Yeah. - That's perfect, Snowby.

- You make the snowballs and I'll build us a machine

that can launch them into the air.

I'll make a snowball launcher.

First, let's give our snowball launcher a big barrel

that can hold the snowballs.

To make the launching barrel, say, "Launching barrel."

Launching barrel. Great.

Now we just need to add a spring.

When the spring gets squeezed,

it stores up potential energy for launching things.

To make the spring, say, "Spring." Spring.

Oh, yeah.

I'm a snowball launcher monster machine!

- Woah, that's awesome!

- Come on, Snowby. Let's go cool some fireballs!

- Right behind you, Blaze dude.

♪ ♪

- [laughing]

♪ ♪

- Look out! The dragon just blasted two fireballs!

And here comes one more!

- How many fireballs are there altogether?

Three! Yeah!

- Three snowballs coming up.

♪ ♪

- Potential energy release!

♪ ♪

- All right.

- It worked. We put out the dragon fireballs.

♪ ♪

- Get ready.

This time, the dragon's blasting two fireballs.

And two more.

- How many fireballs are there altogether?

Four! Yeah!

- Four snowballs on the way.

both: Release the energy!

♪ ♪

- Woo-hoo!

- Nice snowball launching, Blaze!

- And look, we're almost out of the forest.

- [laughing]

[gasps] Uh-oh.

But that dragon's trying to stop us one last time.

- He just blasted three fireballs.

And two more.

How many fireballs are there altogether?

Five, right.

- You got it!

[laughs]

[upbeat music]

both: Release the energy!

♪ ♪

- [chuckles]

Uh-oh.

[groans]

- Oh, yeah! - We did it!

- And look, Snowby.

- There it is, The Snow Spectacular!

- All right!

- It sounds like they're about

to start the big snowball fight.

- The big snowball fight? But that's my favorite part!

- Don't worry, Snowby.

I'll get us there super-fast with blazing speed.

♪ ♪

- Yeah, right on!

- To give us blazing speed, say, "Let's blaze."

all: Let's blaze!

♪ ♪

- Ready, set-- [musical car horn honking]

- Wait, look who's here! It's Snowby!

- Whoo-hoo! - He made it!

- Hey, everybody.

I want you to meet my new pals, Blaze and A.J.

- Right on. - Cool.

- Nice to meet you, dudes.

- Thanks. - Nice to meet you, too.

- Hey, Blaze and A.J., I just had a great idea.

Do you guys wanna join The Snow Spectacular snowball fight?

- Really? - Yeah, we'd love to.

[cheering]

- Well, all right then. Let The Snow Spectacular begin!
