miguel: uh-oh.

What were you trying to do?

Why did you do all this,

and dress me like this?

So you would look nice for your date.

Both: date?!

that this wasn't my idea.

I wanted to set you up on a date.

I was worried about your heart.

My heart? Mijita, escuchame.

I've never felt happier.

And you never have to trick me

into taking seÑora elena out on a date.

It would be my pleasure.

Really?

Of course. My favorite part of every day

is delivering your mail.

You have the most amazing smile,

and a beautiful personality.

Maybe that's because true beauty

isn't about what's on the outside.

True belleza, true beauty, comes from within.

Eso es, mija.

[doorbell]

I got it! !¡Ya llego!

Hola, miguelito.

Buenas tardes, seÑor felipe.

Finally! My astropack! I can't wait to fly--

uh, are you sure this is it?

Positive.

This isn't big enough to be my astropack.

How am I supposed to fly with this?!

You thought you could fly over the city with a piece of rubber?

It was supposed to be a new technology.

Miguel. What am I going to do with you?

Everyone knows that an astropack needs to be made of titanium.

In fact, tengo una idea.

No, no, no, no! No ideas!

I promise, this will work!

Come back! Soon you'll be soaring with the eagles!

Miguel: I'm not listening! La la la la!

Eagles. Oh, no.

Miguel, voice-over: my astropack might have

been a disappointment,

but maya's plan was a success.

Abuela elena and seÑor felipe

have been going dancing every week.

And I learned that being a mailman

can be pretty exciting.

But most importantly, I learned that

even though maya isn't exactly like other sisters,

I think that I'll keep her.

At least for now...
