Robyn: Ohh, I can't do my homework.

We can put a Space Racer on Mars,

but we can't keep the Galactic Web going!

Andromeda and back?

Yes, it was a dangerous mission.

Don't try it at home. Aheh-heh!

That's just a little space hero humor!

Next question?

Cadet: Eagle, were you ever scared?

Scared? Me? Not for a nano-sec...

Yuhh! Wha--![crash]

Don't try that at -- Ow! -- home, either.

Cadets, these power and communication disruptions

are nothing to be alarmed about.

The Sun is...Blasted solar flares!

Zappin' our atmosphere, keepin' me zoomin' around like a meteor gone crazy,

havin' to reboot everything!

As Coot just so wisely has shared,

the Sun has been experiencing...

...solar storms sh**t' off radiation,

messin' with Earth's magnetic field,

and MY electrical

and communications systems

have to suffer the...

Precisely.

When the solar radiation

reaches Earth's atmosphere...

Things just goin' haywire!

The satellites gettin' zapped!

Oh, hasn't been this wacky in,

uh, oh, uh, years, at least.

And as Coot stated so well,

the Sun goes through regular cycles

of stormy activity,

which brings me to...

...which brings me to your mission.

And since Coot has already done

such a fine job of explaining

solar flares and their effects,

let's prepare in the Map Room.

Shall we, cadets?

Huh? When did I explain all that?

As we can see, the Sun has storms, and it is these storms

that are causing all the interference we've been seeing.

So our good friend Coot has been working on a shield

that will protect our communications satellites

from all that solar interference.

Yep, kinda like a space umbrella!

If it works, this gizmo should guard against

all those pesky radiation particles.

Now, it's time to try it out

on our main communication satellite.Headmaster: Indeed.

Coot will prep you to attach the shield to the satellite,

and Ava will guide you through the mission.

Ava: Affirmative. All necessary data

has been programmed into my memory.

And just who do ya think did the programming?

Ava: You did. I suggest you check your memory bank.

There's nothin' wrong with my...

Just messin' with you, Coot.

Ahh! Smart-alecky computer guidance system.

Are you ready to carry out your mission, Space Racers?

Cool your boosters, winglings.

I'm gonna take you through the steps first,

so settle in.
