PINKALICIOUS: "Gingerbread House."

♪ ♪

Look, Pinkalicious.

A chimney!

Nice.

I'm going to make a walkway.

(laughing): Peter, don't eat the chimney.

(with mouth full): I can't help it.

Gingerbread is so yummy.

I know, but the Christmas party is tomorrow,

so we have to finish the house.

It's going to be the most pinkamazing decoration.

DAD: Mmm.

This looks good enough to eat.

(kids laugh)

Daddy!

(with mouth full): Oh, sorry, Pinkalicious.

I'll fix it.

Oh!

(laughing)

Mommy!

(with mouth full): Oh! Sorry.

Ooh, I love the chimney, Peter.

(chewing): Thanks, Mommy!

If we keep eating the house, it won't be ready for the party.

(groans): Now I'm eating it!

(all laughing)

Well, it's time for bed.

That will keep us all from nibbling.

Let's finish in the morning, Peter.

There are still lots of things I want to add.

And no midnight snacking.

That includes me.

(all laughing)

(wind blowing)

(fairy shivering)

(shivering): Ooh...

(gasps): Oh!

Beautiful.

(grunting)

(sighs)

(sniffs): Mmm!

Lovely!

I can wait out the storm in here.

(humming)

(wind howling, fairy snoring loudly)

Come on, Peter, I think I want to make a...

(gasps)

What's that sound?

(fairy snoring)

Is it snoring?

It's coming from inside the gingerbread house.

(yawns)

(kids gasp)

(exclaims softly)

Oh!

(giggles): I must have fallen asleep.

This house is just so cozy and warm.

We made it ourselves.

It's beautiful.

Thank you for letting me share it.

I was on my way to a fairy Christmas party

when I got caught in the storm.

It's so hard to fly with ice on your wings.

Has it stopped snowing?

Not yet,

but you can stay as long as you like.

Oh, that is so kind of you.

I'm Sarafina-- who are you?

I'm Pinkalicous.

And I'm Peter.

It's a pleasure to meet you.

(inhaling): Mmm.

What makes the house smell so delicious?

It's a gingerbread house.

Gingerbread?

You can build with it and you can eat it.

(chewing)

Want to try some?

Oh, no, thank you.

I only eat nuts and berries.

And an occasional pumpkin seed.

Peter, no more nibbling!

We haven't finished the house yet.

(gasping): Oh!

Wait till we tell Mommy and Daddy you're here, Sarafina.

Be right back!

(sniffs) PINKALICIOUS: Mommy,

Daddy, this is Sarafina.

Oh, very nice to meet you, Sarafina.

Welcome.

(giggles): Thank you.

Pinkalicious and Peter

said I could stay until the storm passes?

Of course you can.

Maybe you can help us finish the house!

I think it needs something.

Another chimney?

Or how about a porch?

(gasping): Oh, yes!

And, and flower boxes!

Yes!

With lots and lots of candy flowers!

Well, it's a good thing we've got plenty of gingerbread.

Mommy! Daddy!

No nibbling.

(laughing)

(gasping): This porch is perfect.

I'd say the house is done.

Except...

Except what?

You know what would be fun?

A balcony.

Yes! With a candy cane railing.

Do we even have candy canes?

Let's ask Daddy.

(sniffs)

(inhales)

(crunching)

PINKALICIOUS: Peter!

Oops.

I wonder why everyone keeps eating this.

Only one way to find out.

Hmm.

Oh, my.

Oh, my!

Who knew a flower could taste so delish?

I wonder if the candies taste the same.

(gasps)

Peter,

some of the sidewalk is missing.

I didn't eat them. Really!

(squeals)

This candy cane railing is divine.

Aww, thank you!

And now the house is done!

Except...

Except?

Well, it would be even more perfect with a swing.

(gasping): You are so right, Pinkalicious!

Every house needs a swing.

Oh! We could make it out of gingerbread!

Great idea!

But what can we use to hang it with?

Mommy has some string and ribbon in her make things box.

Come on!

I'll keep an eye on the house.

Oh, one more little taste won't hurt.

(chewing)

Wheee!

This swing is extra-swingy!

And now...

We're finished.

(humming)

Hey, a piece of the chimney is missing.

Did you eat some, Pinkalicious?

No.

Wait, are those holes in the porch?

And the walls?

Someone's been eating our house.

(humming)

(whispering): It can't be Sarafina.

(whispering): She only eats nuts and berries.

Maybe Mommy and Daddy ate some.

We better ask them.

(humming)

(sniffs)

♪ ♪

Mommy, Daddy, have you been

nibbling on our gingerbread house again?

Uh, Mommy does have a sweet tooth.

(laughs loudly): And so does Daddy!

But we've been busy in here hanging up the garland.

And getting the tree ready to decorate.

Oh.

So, who is the nibbler?

I don't know, Peter,

but we better find out before they eat the whole house.

(gasps)

What happened?

Someone really has a sweet tooth.

PINKALICIOUS: Oh, no!

The house is falling apart.

(Sarafina squealing and munching)

(humming)

Sarafina?

You've been eating the house?

(swallows quickly)

Well, I may have taken a few teensy bites

here and there,

but I'm sure the house is just fine.

But I'm feeling a little queasy.

You should only eat a little candy at a time, Sarafina.

So you don't get a tummy ache.

Maybe I'll just stick to berries.

They're sweet and delicious and they never make me feel sick.

But what are we going to do about the house?

No problem, really!

If we just patch up these holes, it will be good as new.

(house trembling)

BOTH (gasp): Oh, no!

Maybe I had a few more teensy bites than I thought.

The house is ruined.

And now we don't have a gingerbread house for the party.

Oh, I'm sorry.

I guess I got carried away.

It's just so, so, so delicious.

I understand, Sarafina.

But we can't have our Christmas party

without a gingerbread house.

Oh, don't worry, I'll help you rebuild it.

There's not enough time to build a whole house.

Maybe there's something else we can make out of gingerbread.

But what?

Wow!

♪ ♪

Hello! Hi!

♪ ♪

Ooh.

Thank you!

(gasps)

Pinkamazing!

♪ ♪

(giggles): Now, that's candylicious.

(gasps)

A Christmas tree.

BOTH: Yes!

♪ ♪

Hi, it's time to start decorating the tree.

Ta-da!

BOTH: Wow!

DAD: I see you already decorated a tree.

But what happened to the house?

I may have taken one too many nibbles.

(laughs): One too many?

So, we made this gingerbread Christmas tree instead.

(chuckling): Well, let's give this tree a place of honor

next to our other tree.

(gasping): Ooh, look!

The snow has stopped.

Now I can get to my fairy Christmas party.

Aren't you going to stay

and help us decorate our Christmas tree, Sarafina?

Oh, I'd love to, but I'm already late.

Oh, wait, Sarafina!

Then here.

Take this candy heart with you.

So you'll always remember how much fun we had together.

Oh, I'll cherish it forever.

But don't eat it!

Well, maybe just one little nibble!

(all laughing)

♪ ♪

KIDS: That's artalicious!

GIRL: We're making decorations

for the holidays.

AMELIA: We're using socks...

GIRL: Rice...

AMELIA: And ribbons and pompoms and buttons.

AMELIA: I want to call them snow people.

I like Amelia's idea.

You take the sock and cut right in the heel.

AMELIA: You'll tie up one end.

MAXWELL: You're going to have to flip it inside-out.

GIRL: And then fill it with rice.

Then you're going to tie it with a rubber band.

Then you can put one more of those

in the middle.

And what you end up with is this.

What we're doing is making the hat

with colored socks.

Next, we are adding decorations.

MAXWELL: Buttons on the eyes,

scarf for the neck.

Maxwell is coloring the toothpick orange

so that it will kind of look like a carrot.

GIRL: The little dots, it looks like charcoal.

♪ ♪

AMELIA: We got snowflakes and pinecones,

and we added our own creations.

It's perfect.

AMELIA: I think we should have

a holiday party.

Hot chocolate!

I like doing creative stuff

because it's just really fun.

AMELIA: It's a great way

to get into the holiday spirit.

ALL: Happy holidays!

PINKALICIOUS: "Christmas Tree Trouble."

♪ ♪

Can we put on the ornaments now, Mommy?

Don't worry, Pinkalicious.

We have time to decorate the tree

before the Christmas party.

But first I need to finish putting up these lights.

Christmas party treats are in the oven.

Thanks to my special helper.

I'm going to help eat all the treats, too!

(laughing)

You'll have to save some for the Martinezes.

(gasps): Looking good!

Yeah!

We picked a really nice tree this year.

I think it's the best one we've ever had.

It's going to look pinkamazing when it's decorated!

Almost ready. Hm...

Yes!

(oven timer dings)

Oh, time to check on the cookies.

Christmas ornaments coming right up.

Oh, the ornament box is really heavy, Pinkalicious.

I'll get it in a minute.

(struggling)

Need some help?

(straining): No thanks.

I can do it...

(struggling): All by myself.

(Pinkalicious groaning)

(straining and panting)

Ooh! Ooh, careful!

Let me help you, Pinkalicious.

(gasps, ornaments shatter)

Oh, no!

I'm sorry.

I-- I thought I could carry it.

Oh, you were just trying to help.

(Pinkalicious gasps)

The ornaments!

They're all broken.

Aw, the pink flamingo ornament we got on vacation.

Aw, my first Christmas ornament from Grandma.

(sighs): My dad gave me this bulb when I was a little girl.

It'll be okay.

(gasps): Oh, our fairy tree topper!

At least she didn't break.

See?

Everything's not broken.

And a we still have these festive tree lights.

But we can't just have lights and the fairy, Daddy.

Maybe I can fix the ornaments!

(gently): Oh, Pinkalicious,

I don't think we'll be able to fix them.

Hey, we can buy some new ornaments.

That's a great idea.

Then we can decorate the tree in time for the party!

Hopefully, the stores will still have some left.

Back in a flash!

♪ ♪

Good thing I got the last couple of boxes, huh?

There's just enough to decorate the whole tree.

MOM: Oh, wow, um...

I think it looks festive.

I don't know.

I think the tree looks...

Sad.

It definitely doesn't look as good

as it did with our other ornaments.

Oh, I know what this tree is missing.

A garland.

You mean the long thing that winds around the tree?

Exactly.

(gasps): We could make one.

Great idea!

I found all kinds of pretty papers we could use.

Just add glitter and voilà, Christmas garland.

Almost done...

There!

(gasping and exclaiming)

Hey, good job, you two.

That is one beautiful garland.

Thanks.

It's okay, I guess.

It still feels like something's missing.

(gasps)

That's because something is missing.

PINKALICIOUS (gasps): Our tree topper!

Oh, can I put it on the tree?

Of course, Peter.

Your ride, sir.

(struggling): I...

Almost have it...

There!

♪ ♪

(all gasp)

Oh, no!

(cries): It's ruined.

I'm sorry.

Oh, it was an accident.

(sighs): Sorry, Pinkalicious.

I know how much you loved that ornament.

I really did.

I loved all our ornaments.

That's why the new ornaments just aren't the same.

♪ ♪

(groans)

What this tree needs is love.

(chuckles): Where do you buy that?

No, I mean,

we loved our old ornaments so much, right?

That's because they brought back so many memories.

And they reminded us of people we love.

So...

What if we made ornaments out of things we love?

Well, that is a wonderful idea, Pinkalicious.

(laughs): Sounds good to me.

But we need to hurry.

The Martinezes will be here soon.

Who's ready to make some ornaments?

I found a lot of stuff I love.

Ooh, me, too.

Peter, remember when you made me this valentine?

Aw, it still warms my heart.

Make a hole in it,

add some shiny ribbon...

Finally, add a bow.

And now it's an ornament!

Pretty! Nicely done!

Pinkatastic!

DAD: This is my favorite picture

of all of us.

It makes me smile every day.

You can make a picture frame with these

and hang it on the tree.

Great idea.

Don't forget some glitter! (giggles)

I love my ballet slippers so much.

Time to get Christmassy!

(all laugh)

Now they're candy cane sparkle slippers.

(gasping): Ooh!

Oh, Pinkalicious!

Wow!

I sure do love my kazoo.

(blows fanfare)

I think...

It needs some googly eyes.

And a pom pom nose.

How about some pipe cleaners?

Good idea!

Perfect for antlers.

Ta-da!

A flying reindeer kazoo ornament!

(laughing)

Aw, there's so much love in these ornaments.

Enough to fill a tree.

(laughing)

I think this might be the best tree we've ever had.

There's just one more thing we need to do.

KIDS: Ready! Let's do it!

(all exclaiming)

(doorbell rings)

(gasps): They're here!
