KIDS: No.

BOY: Chris is taking us on a hike to see beavers.

CHRIS: This is Otter Pond and the beaver are living in this pond.

Let's go over and look at where the beavers have chewed.

BOY: We can see little teeth marks where the beavers chewed.

GIRL: This feels like something just chewed up really hard.

BOY: I am pretending to chew like a beaver.

Yup, beavers have been working here.

They knocked this tree right over.

Shh!

Over there-- shh!

GIRL: I see a beaver.

BOY : Yeah, me too-- over there.

CHRIS: Oh, how exciting!

BOY: It's climbing off the beaver lodge.

He's starting to swim away.

GIRL: Yeah.

ISABELA: He looks like a boat floating through the water.

There, right there-- look!

BOY: Ooh, I see a beaver swimming in the water.

It is eating something.

BOY : And lookit over there.

GIRL: Yeah, right there.

BOY: This beaver is gliding through the water so smoothly.

GIRL( whispering ): Oh, there he goes.

( beaver splashes )

BOY: Try to find things that tell you animals are around,

and maybe even see some animals.
