Welcome to Plum Landing.
[game beeping]
So my favorite place in nature
Turn that off, Oliver!
is this walk I sometimes take through the park.
It's very relaxing, and I can work out some of my problems.
Why are you looking at me?
[laughing]
And at the end of the walk, there's a bench by a pond.
I like to sit there and watch it.
You wouldn't think a pond is all that interesting,
but it is, actually.
In the early spring, there's a lot of water
and you can hear peepers.
In the summer, there are frogs and lily pads.
And in the winter, it freezes,
and one time, I saw a fish
just floating there under the ice!
No way.
Way.
Your turn.
Okay, so my favorite place is the sidewalk
because that's where I skate.
A sidewalk isn't nature.
It's outside, isn't it?
That's nature.
No, nature is wild.
Nature is natural.
Sidewalks are concrete.
Okay, then my favorite place is the garage.
Oliver, a garage is not nature!
Hang on, I'm not done!
We have this huge honeysuckle vine thing on it,
and one time,
I heard this noise, this kind of buzzing,
and it was a hummingbird!
It was so weird and tiny.
You couldn't even see its wings, they were going so fast.
It went from flower to flower and it ate a ton.
So you know, sometimes a vine isn't just a vine.
Sometimes it's a restaurant for birds.
Is that good?
That's good.
