- Hi, we're Team Umizoomi.

- And guess what.

There's a brand-new restaurant in Umi City.

It's a...spaghetti restaurant.

- Ooh, I love spaghetti!

- Me too.

What about you? Do you like spaghetti?

Great! Let's go check it out.

After you.

- Why, thank you, Bot.

There's Chef Mario!

He's the chef at the spaghetti restaurant.

- Team Umizoomi!

Come in! Come in!

I'm so happy to see you.

I hope you're hungry,

because my food is the best in town.

And this right here is my specialty.

- Ooh, looks good.

Hey, what's on top of that spaghetti?

Meatballs, yeah!

My favorite.

- Chef Mario, we'll have some more meatballs.

They're delicious.

- I'll have some more meatballs too!

- Coming right up.

There are enough meatballs for everyone!

[people cheer]

- The customers sure love those meatballs.

They keep ordering more and more.

- How do you make so many, Chef Mario?

- Come with me, Team Umizoomi.

I'll show you. - Cool!

Let's go!

- Introducing my meatball machine.

- Your meatball machine?

- That's right.

It makes delicious meatballs.

- Ooh!

- See?

The meatballs come out of this tube,

and when I have all the meatballs I need,

I turn the machine off

by pressing the big red stop button.

- It's in the shape of an octagon,

just like a stop sign.

- Wow, Chef Mario!

Your meatball machine is amazing.

- Thanks, Team Umizoomi.

Now, if you follow me,

I'll show you where I cook the spaghetti.

- All right! - Ooh!

[ominous musical fanfare]

- A restaurant kitchen. Ooh.

- This is the perfect place to stir up a little trouble.

- Yeah, and we love trouble,

'cause we're...

- The Troublemakers! - The Troublemakers!

- [laughs]

♪ Let's pop it - ♪ Let's shake it

- ♪ There's trouble - ♪ Let's make it

- ♪ Let's flip it - ♪ No, let's flop it

- ♪ Let's tip it - Ha, let's topple it ♪

♪ Trouble abounds when we're around ♪

- Wow, that meatball machine sure makes a lot of meatballs.

- It certainly does.

And if we took away that stop button,

no one would be able to turn it off!

- Yeah, then it'll make more meatballs

and even more meatballs

until meatballs are everywhere!

- That sounds like some delicious trouble to me.

[laughs] Let's do it!

Trouble-di, trouble-di, trouble ray!

Send that stop button far, far away.

[mystical whirring]

[machine squeaking]

- Hee-hee!

This machine is gonna make so many meatballs.

- Aha!

Soon Umi City will be filled with meatballs.

[both laugh]

- And that's how I make my spaghetti.

- Whoa! - Cool!

- Uh-oh! Someone's coming.

- Let's hide.

- Oh, no!

My meatball machine is going crazy!

It won't stop making meatballs!

What's missing from the meatball machine?

The red stop button!

- But without that button,

no one can stop the meatballs!

- [laughs]

That sounds like trouble to me.

- It was The Troublemakers!

They did this!

- Trouble you later.

[laughs]

- Ah!

Team Umizoomi, there are too many meatballs!

Let's get out of here!

[all scream]

[people screaming]

[meatballs rumbling]

- Whoa!

Meatballs!

- Ah! - Whoa!

- Yoinks-a-doinks!

We've got to find that stop button

and turn off the meatball machine.

- Let's use our Umi goggles to figure out where it went.

Umi goggles on.

Do you see the red button over here by the bank?

No, it's not by the bank.

Is the red button over here by the post office?

No, it's not by the post office, either.

Is the red button over here?

Yeah, it's at the top of Umi Tower!

- [gasps]

But that's the tallest building in Umi City!

- Team Umizoomi, you got to hurry.

The meatballs are going everywhere!

- Yoinks-a-doinks!

We've got to get that red button back, and fast!

- Will you help us get the red button

so we can turn off the meatball machine?

Great!

- Team Umizoomi...

all: It's time for action!

[upbeat rock music]

all: ♪ Umizoomi, Team Umizoomi ♪



♪ Umizoomi, Team Umizoomi ♪

- Milli!

- Geo!

- Bot!



all: Let's go!

- We got to get out of here!

- Uh-oh, team. Look!

There are meatballs in the swimming pool!

- And they're blocking the streets!

[horns honking]

- Meatballs are covering the playground!

- What a mess!

We've got to turn off the meatball machine.

- I know a shortcut to Umi Tower.

This way!

- [gasps] Look!

Team Umizoomi is heading this way.

- Oh, no!

They're trying to get the stop button back!

- [laughs]

Well, then, we'll just have to stop them

with some trouble!

Trouble-di, trouble-di, trouble ray!

Turn those bottles into giant bottles.

[laughs]

[mystical whirring]

- Ha, ha! They'll never get past those.

- Buffering barricades!

The Troublemakers blocked our way with these huge bottles.

[all straining]

- And they won't budge.

We need to find some way to knock them over.

- Too bad we don't have a bowling ball.

Then we could bowl the bottles over.

- Hey, guys.

We may not have a bowling ball,

but we've got plenty of meatballs.

- That's a great idea!

We just need to find a meatball big enough

to knock down the bottles.

According to my robot computer,

to knock down the bottles,

we need a meatball that's diameter is eight units long.

The diameter is the length of a circle across the middle.

- I wonder if this meatball is big enough.

Let's use my ponytail to measure it.

♪ Milli measure

The diameter of the meatball is--

what number is this?

Three.

To knock down the bottles,

we need a meatball with a diameter of eight.

Is this meatball big enough?

No.

- How about this one, Milli?

- Let's check.

What number is this?

Five.

Is that big enough to knock down the bottles?

No, this meatball's not big enough, either.

- Here, Milli.

Try this one.

- What's the diameter of this meatball?

Eight!

Is this meatball big enough to knock down the bottles?

Yeah, it's just the right size!

[upbeat rock music]



Okay, to help me smash away the bottles,

say, "Bowling meatball!"

Bowling meatball!

Whoo-hoo!

- All right! - Yeah!

You knocked down all the bottles.

- Thanks for helping me find a meatball

that was big enough, Umi friend.

- And look up there.

It's Umi Tower.

- We got to get that stop button

so we can turn off the meatball machine.

- Come on!

- ♪ Too many meatballs

- ♪ Too many meatballs

- ♪ Meatballs

- ♪ Ma, ma, ma, ma, ma, ma, ma ♪

♪ Too many meatballs coming by the dozen ♪

- ♪ Hundreds of meatballs, we got to do something ♪

- ♪ The neighborhood ain't lookin' good ♪

♪ The park is wall to wall

all: ♪ Everywhere you look, there's another meatball ♪

- ♪ Too many meatballs

- ♪ Ma, ma, ma, ma, ma, ma

♪ Too many meatballs clogging up the city ♪

- ♪ Millions of meatballs, and it ain't pretty ♪

♪ Bouncing down the sidewalk

- ♪ Rolling down the street

both: ♪ Too many to count

- ♪ Too many to eat

- ♪ Too many meatballs

- ♪ Meatballs

- ♪ Meatballs

- ♪ Ma, ma, ma, ma, ma, ma

all: Meatballs!

- Oh, no! It's Team Umizoomi.

- I know what will stop them.

Let's put a little trouble in their way.

Trouble-di, trouble-di, trouble ray!

Tip that manhole cover.

all: Whoa!

[all yelling]

- Whew. Safe and sound.

- [laughs]

Sorry, Team Umizoomi.

- We just can't let you stop all our meatball trouble.

Trouble you later!

- [gasps] The Troublemakers!

Those guys are always making trouble.

- We've got to find a way out of here.

- Team Umizoomi, I can help you.

- It's our friend Webster the spider.

- Webster, can you show us how to get back up to the street?

- Of course.

See those spiderwebs up there?

I jump from web to web all the way to the top.

- Hey, we can do that too.

We can reach the spiderwebs with my...

♪ Shape magnet

What shape is this?

A triangle, yeah!

My shape magnet will stick to any triangle we can find.

Help me look for the triangles in the spiderwebs.

Let's look at this first web.

Where do you see a triangle?

Right there.

[rope whooshing]

[clink]

Yes!

My shape magnet stuck to the triangle.

Okay, everybody, hold on.

Whee! - Whoo-hoo-hoo!

- We made it to the first spiderweb.

- Nice.

Come on. Let's find the next triangle.

Where do see a triangle in this spiderweb?

Yeah, there's one!

[rope whooshing]

Here we go!

Whoo-hoo! - Whoo-hoo!

- Nice work! Let's keep climbing.

Where do see a triangle in that web?

Yeah, there it is!

Go, shape magnet.

Whee! - Whoo-hoo!

- Where do see a triangle in this spiderweb?

Yeah, there's one!

Here we go!

Whoo-hoo! - Whoo-hoo!

- Just a little higher, and we'll be out of here.

Where do see a triangle?

There it is!

Hold on to your helmets!

Whoo-hoo! - Whoo-hoo!

- We made it!

- Way to go, Team Umizoomi.

- Thanks, Webster.

And thank you for helping us find all those triangles.

Now come on. We better keep moving.

- So long, Webster.

Nice hanging with you.

- Bye, guys! That was fun.

[horns honking]

- Oh, no!

Meatballs are causing trouble all over Umi City.

- They've filled up that school bus,

and now nobody can ride on it.

- Meatballs have covered that statue.

- Meatballs are blocking the train track.

[whistle toots]

- We need to get that stop button.

Come on!

- And we better hurry before meatballs

fill the entire city!

- Look! There's Umi Tower,

where the stop button is.

- Let's hurry, guys!

- We made it.

- Whoa, that's a really long climb to the top.

- I know what could help us climb up there.

A big, strong ape!

- Oh, yeah! Apes are great at climbing.

- But, Geo, where are we gonna get an ape?

- I'm gonna make us one with my...

♪ Shape splitter

To build an ape,

the first shape we need to split is a square.

When you see a square,

say, "Square!"

Square!

These pieces are perfect for the ape's legs.

Now let's split a rectangle.

When you see a rectangle,

say, "Rectangle!"

Rectangle!

We can use these shapes for the ape's body and arms.

Next, we need to split an oval.

When you see an oval,

say, "Oval!"

Oval!

We can use this piece for the ape's head.

We just need to split one last shape: a circle.

When you see a circle,

say, "Circle!"

Circle!

These pieces are perfect for the ape's ears.

Now, to turn these shapes into a super ape,

let's sing...

♪ Super shapes

- Ooh, ooh, ooh!

- Glittering gizmos!

You did it, Geo!

- You made an ape!

- [bellowing]

- His name is Mr. Ape.

- Whoa!

- [bellowing]

- Whoo-hoo! And away we go.

- To the top of Umi Tower.

- [bellowing]

- Uh-oh! Look!

It's The Troublemakers!

- With a little more meatball trouble for you.

Meatballs away!

[meatballs whistling]

[all yell]

- Yikes!

We can't climb the building

with meatballs dropping on us.

- [bellows]

- Well, we got a lot more meatballs where that came from.

- We've got to do something.

- [bellows]

- Mr. Ape says he can smash the meatballs away

with his big ape hands.

- [laughs] more meatballs.

- Uh-oh! Here they come!

To help Mr. Ape smash meatballs,

count to with us.

all: !

!

!

- Way to go, Mr. Ape!

- [chuckles]

[bellows]

- What? They're still climbing higher?

- Well, then, we'll just have to drop more meatballs.

meatballs away!

[meatballs whistling]

- Quick, let's help Mr. Ape smash meatballs.

Count to with us.

all: !

!

!

- All right, Mr. Ape!

- Just a little higher, and we'll be at the stop button.

- Oh, I can't believe it.

They're almost at the top of the tower!

- Time to drop the rest of the meatballs.

Geroni-meatball!

- You'll never get past meatballs!

- Yoinks-a-doinks! Count to with us.

all: !

!

- All right! - Whoo!

- [bellows]

- Nice going, Mr. Ape.

And thank you for helping us swat away those meatballs.

- [bellows]

- There's the button.

Quick, let's grab it!

- We got the stop button!

- They did it!

Team Umizoomi got the stop button!

- I told you we should've brought more meatballs.

- No, I specifically remember telling you to bring more...

all: Meatballs!

[both scream]

- Oh! Blech!

Covered in meatballs.

- [smacking lips] Mmm! Tasty!

- Oh, stop it.

- Well, it looks like The Troublemakers

won't be causing any more meatball trouble.

- Come on! Let's get the stop button

back to the meatball machine.

- [bellows]

[all cheer]

- Chef Mario, look what we have.

- The red stop button!

You got it!

[triumphant fanfare]

- Now let's stop this meatball machine

once and for all.

Legs extendo!

The off button is back on the machine.

Now let's press it.

[machine powers down]

- All right! - Whoo!

- The meatball machine turned off.

- We stopped the meatballs!

- Thank you for all your help, Team Umizoomi.

- You're welcome, Chef.

But there's still one problem.

- What is it, Milli?

- The meatballs!

Umi City is filled with them!

- If only there were some way we could clean them all up.

- [bellows excitedly]

- Mr. Ape's gonna eat up all the meatballs!

Ha!

- All right!

- Wow!

Thank you, Mr. Ape!

- Let's go, team.

- Bye! - Bye, Team Umizoomi!

- [gobbling]

- He ate all the meatballs in the restaurant.

- [gobbles]

- And all the meatballs in the street.

- And all the meatballs on the bus.

[kids cheer]

- [gobbling]

- Incredible!

Mr. Ape cleaned up all of the meatballs in Umi City.

- Way to go, Mr. Ape.

- [sighs]

[both laugh]

- Thanks for helping us turn off the meatball machine

and save Umi City.

- Yeah, you've got meaty math powers.

[laughter]

- Oh, Geo.

I feel a celebration coming on!

all: ♪ , , ,

♪ Let's do the crazy shake

- Whoo-hoo!

- ♪ Let's celebrate

- ♪ A job well done

[upbeat music]

- [bellows]
