and help make you stronger, like me.

You see, there are lots of fun ways
to get exercise.

Such as jumping...

rowing a boat...

and my favorite thing, riding a bike.

Well, I'm not that wild
about jumping over any rope.

You see, I'm not very good at jump roping.

need a little practice, that's all.

But we have one little problem.

maybe this is a good time for a nap.
