Whoo-hoo!

[engine chugging slows]

Having an imagination

can be great,

but sometimes your imagination

can get you into trouble,

as Percy found out

one snowy day on Sodor.

[whistle toots]

All aboard for a big adventure!

"Panicky Percy."It was dawn at the sheds, and Percy was hurrying backfrom a snow-delayedmail delivery.

Yes!

Got here before Sir T--

-[shouting]

-[metal grinding]

[sighs]

Oh, I love the snow.

I never saw it in Kenya.

It's so magical!

Oh, but you do

have to be careful.

In China, Thomas and I gotcaught in an avalanche.-It was so scary.-

[Percy whimpering]

That does sound scary.

[whimpering]

Good morning, all!

-[gasping]

-Now, remember

that the rails will be icy

so don't go too fast.

We don't want any accidents,

do we?

What about avalanches?

I think we should all

stay in the sheds

until the snow's gone.

Oh, don't be

such a scaredy-engine.

-[whistle toots]

-As long as you're careful

you'll be absolutely fine,

Percy.

Emily's right.

I'll see you back

at Knapford, Percy.

Enjoy the snow!

[whistle toots]

[whistle blows]

Avalanche!

-Whoo!

-Yeah!

[all laughing]

[sighs in relief]

-[honking]

-Oh, no!

We're going to crash!

[brakes screeching]

[scoffs] Silly steamies.

Uh...

[sighs]

Oh, no.

That sounds like an...

avalanche!

-[grunts]

-[Nia] Sorry, Percy!

[laughing]

Just clearing the tracks!

[whistle toots]

Uh...

[whimpers]

Thomas?

Where's Thomas?

He said he's see me

back at Knapford.

And why are Annie and Clarabel

still in the yard?

Oh, no!

He's probably been caught in...

an avalanche!

[gasps]

[shouting]

Help!

[shouting]

Whoa! Whoa, whoa!

[yelling]

[yelling]

Thomas!

I'm coming to save you!

-Help!

-Oh!

Help!

Emergency!

Thomas has had

a terrible accident!

What's happened, Percy?

Where?

Thomas never made it back

from Arlesburgh,

so he must be on

Duck's branch line.

Hurry!

Thomas!

Thomas!

Percy!

[whistle toots]

Where exactly

did you say Thomas was?

I'm not exactly sure.

Well, why don't I go

and check along

the main line then?

Okay, and ask everyone

if they've seen him!

And get them all to help.

[sighs]

I just know something bad

has happened to him.

[screaming]

Percy!

Help me!

[creaking]

Whoa!

Help!

[Percy]

Thomas!

[gasps]

Thomas is in danger!

[humming]

-Duck, help!

-Huh?

Call the Search

and Rescue Center!

[horn toots]

Come on, come on.

I'm coming as fast as I can,

Thomas.

Percy to the rescue!

[screaming]

[groans]

[gasps]

How will I save Thomas now?

[whistle toots]

Gordon!

Percy says Thomas

has had an accident.

We need to find him.

Leave your passengers

at the next station.

-They'll understand.

-Of course!

I'll be right behind you.

-[whistle toots]

-Oh, help!

Has anyone seen Thomas?

[Thomas] Uh, I have.

Thomas? But...

but you're absolutely fine.

Of course I am!

Why wouldn't I be?

Oh, Thomas.

I hope you're okay.

Help!

[shouting]

-[cracking]

-Help!

Whoa!

Whoa!

-[Nia] Percy!

-Huh?

[Nia]

Oh, Percy!

[whistle toots]

Nia!

Nia, help!

-What's happened?

-Thomas had an accident

so I was going as fast

as I could to try and find him

-but--

-But maybe you might have been

going a little bit too fast?

Especially in the snow.

I found him!

He's here!

Wait a minute...

That's Percy!

[whistles tooting]

Don't worry about me!

You need to find Thomas!

He's had an accident!

[Thomas]

Did someone say Thomas?

[whistle toots]

Oh, are you okay, Percy?

Thomas, you're safe!

But... but...

You told me you'd see me

at Knapford,

and you never collected

Annie and Clarabel.

I know, but Sir Topham Hatt

diverted me

to make an extra delivery

of salt for the roads.

-That's all.

-Oh...

I thought you'd had an accident

and I panicked.

-[sighs]

-[Gordon] You mean to say

I abandoned my passengers

for nothing?

Oh, no!

I've caused

so much confusion and delay.

I'm sorry.

I promise not to panic

over nothing again.

Wait, hang on a second!

James isn't here!

Where's James?

He should have come past

by now.

He's probably had a terrible--

-[whistle toots]

-Hey, why wasn't I invited?

What's going on here?

Oh, nothing to panic about.

[all laughing]

Oh, the indignity.

[whistle toots]

Have you ever worried

about something

that didn't actually happen?

Sometimes your imagination

can run wild.

One time, some of us were scaredof a mysterious soundwe kept hearing, because Salty saidit was the flatbeds of fear. But then we found outit was just the soundof the windblowing through the pipes. When Percy imaginedI'd had an accidenthe caused confusion and delayby getting everyoneto search for me.I was absolutely fine. But Percy was in such a panicthat he ended upin danger himself.

Percy learned that panicking

can make things worse.

If you stay calm,

then you can help someone else

without putting yourself

-in danger.

-[whistle blows]

Come on, Thomas!

It's time to go.

See you next time!
